[Objective]The paper was to screen a new ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxic pesticide and convenient and efficient pesticide application technology for controlling Ceratovacuna lanigera and Baliathrips serratus. [Method]2% Imidacloprid GR were selected and applied in the soil for field efficacy trial. [Result] The optimum dosage of 2% imidacloprid GR was 30 kg/hm^2( active ingredient 600 g),which can be mixed with fertilizer( 30 kg pesticide and 40-80 kg fertilizer per hm^2) once combined with sugarcane planting management or big ridging during February and June. The control effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus could be more than 98. 2% and 81. 1%,respectively. The actual yield and sugar content in various pesticide treatments were increased by 33 390 kg/hm^2 and 6. 6% respectively compared to blank control. [Conclusion]2% imidacloprid GR has good control effects on C. lanigera and B. serratus. It is a new pesticide with ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxin effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus. Therefore,it could be used alternatively with other pesticides,to delay production and development of drug resistance. 展开更多

[Results] Four formulations,(65% zineb WP 1 500 g+75% chlorothalonil WP 1 500 g+potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2 400 g+agricultural synergist 300 ml)/hm^(2),(12.5% dinconazole WP 1 500 g +75% chlorothalonil WP 1 500 g+potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2 400 g+agricultural synergist 300 ml)/hm^(2),(80% mancozeb WP 1 500 g+75% chlorothalonil WP 1 500 g+potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2 400 g+agricultural synergist 300 ml)/hm^(2) and(30% difenoconazole·azoxystrobin SC 900 ml+potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2 400 g+agricultural synergist 300 ml) had good control efficacy on sugarcane brown rust, and showed disease indexes all below 18.79 and control efficacy over 80.53%. The four formulations are ideal high-efficiency compound formulations for the prevention and control of sugarcane brown rust. They can be sprayed manually and by unmanned aerial vehicles on the foliar surface from July to August, once every 7 to 10 d, continuously for 2 times. Objective:To analyze the application effect of feedforward control in outpatient blood specimen management.Methods:1,200 patients who had their venous blood collected in outpatient phlebotomy room of our hospital's outpatient clinic from January 2021 to April 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into 600 cases in the control group and 600 cases in the observation group.The two groups of patients were compared in terms of their satisfaction with the staff,the efficiency of the nurses and the quality of nursing care,turnaround time before specimen analysis,the rejection rate of the blood specimens,and the time of result reporting.Results:After the implementation of feedforward control,patients'satisfaction with staff,nurses work efficiency and quality of care,turnaround time before specimen analysis,specimen rejection rate,and result reporting time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of feedforward control in the management of outpatient blood specimens has significant effect,which effectively improves patients'satisfaction,enhances the efficiency of nurses and the quality of nursing care,shortens the turnaround time of specimens before analysis and the reporting time of results,and reduces the rejection rate of specimens. 展开更多

Analysis on the Study of Application Effect of Feedforward Control in Nursing Safety Management of Operating Room

Objective: to explore the application effect of feedforward control in nursing safety management in operating room. Methods: 70 cases of surgical patients admitted to our hospital were selected for research, and the selected time was from January 2020 to December 2021. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine management, while the patients in the observation group were given feedforward management. The application effects of the two management methods were compared and observed. Results: the scores of nursing service attitude, implementation of rules and regulations, nursing quality ability and quality control examination in the observation group were (14.56±2.16), (13.45±1.72), (94.89±3.26) and (95.68±3.60) respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05) when compared with the control group. In the observation group, the patients' satisfaction with nursing was 97.14%, and the incidence of nursing risk events was 5.71%. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of feedforward control management measures in the nursing safety management of operating room can improve the nursing safety management level, reduce the occurrence of nursing safety incidents, achieve patient satisfaction, ease the relationship between nurses and patients, and has good clinical popularization. 展开更多

In order to promote "green plant protection", reduce the administration dosage and residue of pesticides and control cost of environment pollution, and improve maize production, quality and agricultural ecological environment safety. In this study, the control effect and benefit of bio-guide wasp virus missile(BGWVM) on Ostrinia furnacalis in Nanchong City was investigated by using insect light traps and combined method of field investigation and experimental demonstration. According to the results, applying 30-37 pairs of BGWVM per hectare exhibited an average control efficiency of 78.0%, and the control cost was 139.50-172.50 CNY/hm2, which was reduced by 142.50-168.00 CNY/hm^2 compared with conventional chemical control. Average maize yield in BGWVM demonstration plot was 817.8 kg/hm2 higher and improved by 11.0% compared with blank control plot. The output value was improved by 1 799.16 CNY/hm^2 and the revenue increased by 1 941.66-1 967.16CNY/hm2. During 2003-2014, the cumulative demonstration and popularization area of BGWVM technique in Nanchong City had reached 24 507.33 hm^2, and the cumulative yield increment reached 20.042 1 million kg. BGWVM application improved total output value by 44.092 6 million CNY and saved control cost by 3.492 3-4.117 2 million CNY, thus increasing the revenue by 47.584 9-48.209 8 million CNY. BGWVM application reduced 551.41 t of 5% dimehypo GG or 12.87 t of 90%monosultap WP. In addition, BGWVM technique is simple to use, labor-saving and safe for human, animals, environment and crops, with significant economic, ecological and social benefits and without any side effect, which has become an ideal substitute for controlling O. furnacalis and reducing chemical pesticides in organic agriculture industry, modern agriculture industry, production of green and pollution-free agricultural products and IBM prevention and control demonstration gardens. 展开更多

Objective: To evaluate the role of prevention and control strategies for nosocomial infection in a tertiary teaching hospital during the sudden outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Methods: The hospital initiated an emergency plan involving multi-departmental defense and control. It adopted a series of nosocomial infection prevention and control measures, including strengthening pre-examination and triage, optimizing the consultation process, improving the hospital’s architectural composition, implementing graded risk management, enhancing personal protection, and implementing staff training and supervision. Descriptive research was used to evaluate the short-term effects of these in-hospital prevention and control strategies. The analysis compared changes in related evaluation indicators between January 24, 2020 and February 12, 2020 (Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve 2020 to lunar January 19) and the corresponding lunar period of the previous year. Results: Compared to the same period last year, the outpatient fever rate increased by 1.85-fold (P P Conclusion: The nosocomial infection prevention and control strategies implemented during this specific period improved the detection and control abilities for the COVID-19 source of infection and enhanced the compliance with measures. This study compared the control effect of 110 g/L etoxazole SC,15%abamectin·etoxazole SC,30%cyetpyrafen SC,43%bifenazate SC and 1.8%abamectin EC five acaricides sprayed by unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)on Panonychus citri,aiming to screen out the appropriate acaricide for the control of this pest by UAV spraying.The results showed that 15%abamectin·etoxazole SC and 30%cyetpyrafen SC had the highest control efficacy,which remained above 90%14 d after application.Secondary performance was observed in 43%bifenazate SC and 110 g/L etoxazole SC,which demonstrated enhancing control effect.However,1.8%abamectin EC showed slower effect.Considering the control effect and population reduction rate of P.citri,15%abamectin·etoxazole SC and 30%cyetpyrafen SC were suggested as the effective acaricides for the control of this pest. 展开更多

Objective:In 2022,a pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus broke out in Shanghai.A large number of medical personnel were deployed nationwide to support the Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Because the of the underdeveloped infrastructure and the disorganized layout process,the phenomenon of infection among medical personnel was rampant given the highly contagious nature of the Omicron variant.This paper discusses the effect of 6S management in infection control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Methods:A series of 6S management practices were carried out based on the evaluation of the control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai)during the anti-epidemic period,and the effect of the implementation of 6S management was studied based on the rapport among team members and the overall control system process,the management of wearing and stripping channels,the time of wearing protective articles and the psychological and emotional changes of the team members.Results:After the implementation of 6S management mode,the management of dressing room,epidemic prevention materials,and occupational protection awareness and infection control safety were significantly improved.More than 95.5%of the team members believed that improving the working environment in the shelter increased the confidence of victory in the fight against the epidemic,reduced the preparations before entering and leaving the cabin,improved the work efficiency and ensured occupational safety.It ensures the realization of the goal of“zero infection”and is set as a benchmark of control work of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Conclusion:The application of 6S management mode to the shelter infection control management can create and maintain a good working environment in the shelter,promote the implementation effect of various systems and processes of infection control,reduce the potential infection risk in the shelter and improve the efficiency of infection control management. 展开更多

[Method] 70% Thiamethoxam ZF was selected and applied in the soil for controlling Ceratovacuna lanigera Zehntner and Baliathrips serratus Kobus. [ Result ] 70% Thiamethoxam ZF had good con-rol effect against C. lanigera and B. serratus. The optimum dosage of 70% Thiamethoxam ZF was 450 g/hm^2 (effective ingredients 315 g). 70% Thiamethoxam ZF ( dosage per hm^2 ) mixed with the regular fertilizer ( dosage per hm^2 ) should be applied together in sugarcane planting and management from February to June. The control effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus were above 98.4% and 82.9% respectively. The actual yield and sugar content were increased by more than 34 290 kg/hm^2 and 6.8% respectively compared to blank control. [ Conclusion] 70% Thiamethoxam ZF was a new ideal pesticide with characteristics of sustained- release, long-lasting and low-toxic for controlling C. lanigera and B. serratus, and should be applied widely in the sugarcane planting area. 展开更多

The pivotal areas for the extensive and effective exploitation of shale gas in the Southern Sichuan Basin have recently transitioned from mid-deep layers to deep layers.Given challenges such as intricate data analysis,absence of effective assessment methodologies,real-time control strategies,and scarce knowledge of the factors influencing deep gas wells in the so-called flowback stage,a comprehensive study was undertaken on over 160 deep gas wells in Luzhou block utilizing linear flow models and advanced big data analytics techniques.The research results show that:(1)The flowback stage of a deep gas well presents the characteristics of late gas channeling,high flowback rate after gas channeling,low 30-day flowback rate,and high flowback rate corresponding to peak production;(2)The comprehensive parameter AcmKm1/2 in the flowback stage exhibits a strong correlation with the Estimated Ultimate Recovery(EUR),allowing for the establishment of a standardized chart to evaluate EUR classification in typical shale gas wells during this stage.This enables quantitative assessment of gas well EUR,providing valuable insights into production potential and performance;(3)The spacing range and the initial productivity of gas wells have a significant impact on the overall effectiveness of gas wells.Therefore,it is crucial to further explore rational well patterns and spacing,as well as optimize initial drainage and production technical strategies in order to improve their performance. 展开更多

To screen new biological formulations, accurate and efficient application technology, field test was conducted with 72% Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)·monosultap WP, 8% lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA and 3.6% lambda-cyhalothrin·Bt SA through manual spraying and unmanned aerial vehicle spraying. Test results and comprehensive evaluation analysis demonstrated that 72% Bt·monosultap WP and 8%lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA by manual spraying and unmanned aerial vehicle spraying had good prevention and control effect on strains and internodes damaged by Tryporyza intacta Snellen in middle and late stage, which were ideal new biological formulations with high effi-ciency and low risk for prevention and control of T. intacta in middle and late stage, and could be popularized in sugarcane area. 72% Bt·monosultap WP at the dose of 3 000 g/hectare and 8% lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA at the dose of 750 mL/hectare could be sprayed in mid September at the peak occurrence period of the forth and fifth generations of T. intacta and Proceras venosatus. Agents were diluted with 900 kg water per hectare, and manually sprayed with electric knapsack sprayer; or agents were diluted with 15 kg of Haoyang aerial control special addi-tives and water per hectare, and sprayed with unmanned aerial vehicle. The control effect against borer-damaged strain rate was above 81.3% and that against borer-damaged internode rate was above 88.6%. 展开更多

In order to provide a theoretical basis for apple cultivation techniques and to provide a reference for preparation of scientific management measures,the occurrence and damage status of apple little leaf in northern Guizhou was investigated,and fertilizer control test against the disease was also conducted.(1)Apple little leaf occurred from April to October in apple producing areas in northern Guizhou every year,with heavy incidence from April to May,light incidence from June to July,and the lightest incidence from August to October.(2) Effectiveness test showed that application of zinc sulfate fertilizer 135 g + cow dung 10 kg received the best control effect,followed by zinc sulfate fertilizer 165 g + cow dung 10 kg,then zinc sulfate fertilizer 105 g + cow dung 10 kg and zinc sulfate fertilizer 150 g + cow dung 10 kg.(3) Based on local environmental conditions,occurrence and damage situation,incidence conditions and fertilizer efficacy test,comprehensive prevention and control technology with rational supplement of zinc fertilizer could be used to control apple little leaf. 展开更多

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Micro-implant Anchorage in Orthodontic Treatment

Objective: combined with the clinical treatment problems of patients with orthodontic treatment, a new type of micro-implant anchorage was used in the treatment, and the application effect was analyzed. Methods: according to the requirements, suitable patients in our hospital were selected. There were 80 patients who met the standards. They received conventional treatment and micro-implant anchorage treatment respectively. The orthodontic status of the patients and the adverse reactions caused by the patient's body during the treatment in the hospital were studied. According to the clinical orthodontic indicators of the patients, the data of the two groups were compared in various aspects. Results: the orthodontic correction of the patients in the observation group achieved the expected effect after treatment. There were 39 cases without any problems, accounting for 97.50% of the population in this group, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group. After effective treatment, 1 case had adverse reactions, accounting for 2.50% of the population in this group, which was not significantly less than 15.00% in the control group, and the difference was significant. After treatment, the molar displacement distance of the observation group was (3.31±0.32) mm, which was significantly smaller than that of the control group ( 5.21 ± 0.53 ) mm. ( 2.51±0.72 ) mm, the difference of incisor inclination in the observation group after treatment was ( 27.51±6.62 ) degrees, significantly larger than that in the control group ( 15.16±4.53 ) degrees, and the difference was significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: the use of micro-implant anchorage in clinical treatment of patients with orthodontic treatment has obvious advantages, which can help improve the oral deformity of patients, allow patients to have better treatment effects, and reduce the probability of adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion. 展开更多

Objective: to explore the practical effect of the activities of the supply tube in the process of colonoscopy nursing. Methods: a total of 110 patients undergoing colonoscopy and nursing in our hospital were randomly selected. The earliest time to receive examination and treatment was January 2020, and the latest time to receive examination and treatment was December 2020. All were divided by computer into two groups, called control and intervention groups. Patients in the control group need to carry out general quality care with the plan formulated by our hospital, and patients in the intervention group need to carry out the related contents of quality control circle activities for intervention. After nursing the patients in the two groups, the success of colonoscopy in the two groups should be counted, and the satisfaction of the patients in the two groups should be compared and analyzed. Results: after the intervention of different nursing methods, the difference of the above observation indexes was obvious. The success rate of colonoscopy in the intervention group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the satisfaction of nursing in the intervention group was also better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of patient care, the reasonable use of quality control circle activities can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of cooperation in the hospital, and then improve the success rate of examination and the satisfaction of patients.
