OBJECTIVE:To assess the efficacy of point application therapy(PAT)in alleviating the exacerbation of chronic respiratory diseases represented by bronchial asthma.METHODS:In this multicenter randomized placebocontrolle...OBJECTIVE:To assess the efficacy of point application therapy(PAT)in alleviating the exacerbation of chronic respiratory diseases represented by bronchial asthma.METHODS:In this multicenter randomized placebocontrolled trial,eligible bronchial asthma patients received placebo PAT on the dog days of the first summer to establish a baseline,and then patients who continued to participate in the trial and repassed the eligibility review were randomized to receive regular or placebo PAT in the next two consecutive summers.The primary outcome was the change from baseline in the number of asthma exacerbations at 24 months.Secondary outcomes included severity of asthma exacerbation,asthma control test(ACT)score,percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV1)to the predicated value(FEV1%pred),peak expiratory flow(PEF),ratio of FEV1 to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),and use of palliative drugs during bronchial asthma exacerbations at 12 and 24 months.The adverse events(AEs)were also assessed.RESULTS:A total of 835 patients with bronchial asthma were randomized in this trial.Compared with the placebo control,the PAT significantly decreased the mean number of asthma exacerbations(1.42;95%confidence interval,0.69 to 2.14;P<0.001),and increased the FEV1%pred at 24 months(P=0.039)and FEV1/FVC at 12 months(P=0.01)and 24 months(P=0.01).There were no significant differences between the groups in PEF or ACT score at 12 and 24 months,or in FEV1%pred at 12 months.Treatment-related AEs were mild and more common in the PAT group than in the placebo PAT group.No serious AEs were reported.CONCLUSION:PAT conducted on dog days could reduce asthma exacerbations in patients with bronchial asthma.展开更多
Electrical and electronic devices face significant challenges in heatmanagement due to their compact size and high heat flux,which negatively impact performance and reliability.Conventional coolingmethods,such as forc...Electrical and electronic devices face significant challenges in heatmanagement due to their compact size and high heat flux,which negatively impact performance and reliability.Conventional coolingmethods,such as forced air cooling,often struggle to transfer heat efficiently.In contrast,thermoelectric coolers(TECs)provide an innovative active cooling solution to meet growing thermal management demands.In this research,a refrigerant based on mono ethylene glycol and distilled water was used instead of using gases,in addition to using thermoelectric cooling units instead of using a compressor in traditional refrigeration systems.This study evaluates the performance of a Peltierbased thermalmanagement systemby analyzing the effects of using two,three,and four Peltiermodules on cooling rates,power consumption,temperature reduction,and system efficiency.Experimental results indicate that increasing the number of Peltier modules significantly enhances cooling performance.The four-module system achieved an optimal balance between cooling speed and energy efficiency,reducing the temperature of a liquidmixture(30% mono ethylene glycol+70% distilled water plus laser dyes)to 8℃ in just 17 min.It demonstrated a cooling rate of 0.794℃/min and a high coefficient of performance(COP)of 1.2 while consuming less energy than the two-and three-module systems.Furthermore,the study revealed that increasing the number of modules led to faster air cooling and improved temperature reduction.These findings highlight the importance of selecting the optimal number of Peltier modules to enhance efficiency and cooling speed whileminimizing energy consumption.This makes TEC technology a sustainable and effective solution for applications requiring rapid and reliable thermal management.展开更多
In-situ stress is a key parameter for underground mine design and rock stability analysis.The borehole overcoring technique is widely used for in-situ stress measurement,but the rheological recovery deformation of roc...In-situ stress is a key parameter for underground mine design and rock stability analysis.The borehole overcoring technique is widely used for in-situ stress measurement,but the rheological recovery deformation of rocks after stress relief introduces errors.To improve accuracy,this study proposes an in-situ stress solution theory that incorporates time-dependent stress relief effects.Triaxial stepwise loadingunloading rheological tests on granite and siltstone established quantitative relationships between instantaneous elastic recovery and viscoelastic recovery under different stress levels,confirming their impact on measurement accuracy.By integrating a dual-class elastic deformation recovery model,an improved in-situ stress solution theory was derived.Additionally,accounting for the nonlinear characteristics of rock masses,a determination method for time-dependent nonlinear mechanical parameters was proposed.Based on the CSIRO hollow inclusion strain cell,time-dependent strain correction equations and long-term confining pressure calibration equations were formulated.Finally,the proposed theory was successfully applied at one iron mine(736 m depth)in Xinjiang,China,and one coal mine(510 m depth)in Ningxia,China.Compared to classical theory,the calculated mean stress values showed accuracy improvements of 6.0%and 9.4%,respectively,validating the applicability and reliability of the proposed theory.展开更多

Objective:To observe the application effect of risk management in the nursing work of fever clinics,especially its effect on improving nursing satisfaction and the work quality of nursing staff,as well as reducing the...Objective:To observe the application effect of risk management in the nursing work of fever clinics,especially its effect on improving nursing satisfaction and the work quality of nursing staff,as well as reducing the incidence of nursing risk events,and to provide a scientific reference for future clinical research and practice.Methods:This study adopted a retrospective approach,fixing the research period from December 2024 to August 2025.A total of 110 patients admitted to the fever clinic of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups(the control group and the experimental group)using the random number table method.Each group had 55 patients.Then,differentiated nursing strategies were implemented for the two groups.Both the control group and the experimental group received routine nursing.The difference was that the experimental group was additionally given risk management measures on the basis of routine nursing.After 7 days of intervention,the nursing satisfaction rate,nursing quality,cognitive score of fever clinic risks,nursing error rate,complaint rate,and incidence of risk events were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction score,nursing complaint rate,incidence of nursing risk events,nursing error rate,nursing quality score,and cognitive score of fever clinic risks in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management has a significant application effect in the nursing work of fever clinics,playing a positive role for both patients and nursing staff.It is an effective measure to comprehensively improve nursing quality and an important means to greatly reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,thus having high clinical promotion value.展开更多

Objective:To observe and study the practical value of adopting nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 382 newborns that were admitted to the hospital were selected to car...Objective:To observe and study the practical value of adopting nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 382 newborns that were admitted to the hospital were selected to carry out this study.They were divided into two groups,the routine group and the observation group,with 191 cases in each group.Newborns in the routine group were given basic nursing intervention,while those in the observation group were given bird’s nest nursing intervention.The growth and development indexes,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the improvement of gastrointestinal function,and the nursing satisfaction rate of their families were analyzed and studied.Results:The growth and development indexes of newborns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse neonatal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The improvement of gastrointestinal function of newborns in the observation group was significantly better than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of newborns’families in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:As for the key points of clinical newborn care,the actual effect of adopting the bird’s nest nursing intervention is more prominent,and its main function is to promote the growth and development of newborns.It can not only avoid the risk of adverse reactions in many aspects but also improve the gastrointestinal function of newborns,so that the nursing satisfaction rate of family members is obviously improved.It is recommended to be applied and popularized in clinical practice.展开更多

Large-scale underground projects need accurate in-situ stress information,and the acoustic emission(AE)Kaiser effect method currently offers lower costs and streamlined procedures.In this method,the accuracy and speed...Large-scale underground projects need accurate in-situ stress information,and the acoustic emission(AE)Kaiser effect method currently offers lower costs and streamlined procedures.In this method,the accuracy and speed of Kaiser point identification are important.Thus,this study aims to integrate chaos theory and machine learning for accurately and quickly identifying Kaiser points.An intelligent model of the identification of AE partitioned areas was established by phase space reconstruction(PSR),genetic algorithm(GA),and support vector machine(SVM).Then,the plots of model classification results were made to identify Kaiser points.We refer to this method of identifying Kaiser points as the partitioning plot method based on PSR–GA–SVM(PPPGS).The PSR–GA–SVM model demonstrated outstanding performance,which achieved a 94.37%accuracy rate on the test set,with other evaluation metrics also indicating exceptional performance.The PPPGS identified Kaiser points similar to the tangent-intersection method with greater accuracy.Furthermore,in the feature importance score of the classification model,the fractal dimension extracted by PSR ranked second after accumulated AE count,which confirmed its importance and reliability as a classification feature.The PPPGS was applied to in-situ stress measurement at a phosphate mine in Guizhou Weng'an,China,to validate its practicability,where it demonstrated good performance.展开更多
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the effect of pulsed current on the mechanical properties and size effect of nanocrystalline Ni foils,nanocrystalline Ni foils with different grain thickness-to-grain size ra...In order to gain a deeper understanding of the effect of pulsed current on the mechanical properties and size effect of nanocrystalline Ni foils,nanocrystalline Ni foils with different grain thickness-to-grain size ratios(λ)were prepared using pulsed electrodeposition in this paper and unidirectional tensile experiments were carried out at room temperature with different currents and their applied directions.The experimental results show that the nanocrystalline Ni foil produces an obvious electroplasticity effect after applying the current field,and when 300<λ<1100,the current weakens the size effect of nanocrystalline Ni foils to a certain extent,and the angle between the current direction and the deformation direction also affects the mechanical response of nanocrystalline Ni foils,and when the angle between the current direction and the deformation direction is 0°,electroplasticity effect is the best,and the current has the most significant effect of abating the size effect of the material.The mechanism of unidirectional tensile deformation of nanocrystalline Ni foils under the effect of pulsed current was analyzed using TEM and TKD.It was found that the applied pulse current increased the activity of the nanocrystalline boundaries,promoted the movement of dislocations,and reduced the tendency of dislocation entanglement.The higher the peak current density and the smaller the angle between the direction of the current and the direction of deformation,the smaller the grain boundary orientation difference,the more dispersed the grain orientation,and the lower the density of geometrically necessary dislocations(GND)in the deformed nanocrystalline foil,the more significant the effect on material plasticity improvement.展开更多
Objective:The use of technology is growing rapidly.It can also be used in nursing interventions.A technology pack can support nursing interventions.An application called guided imagery in Indonesian(GIANESIA)has been ...Objective:The use of technology is growing rapidly.It can also be used in nursing interventions.A technology pack can support nursing interventions.An application called guided imagery in Indonesian(GIANESIA)has been developed to reduce anxiety in preoperative patients.Methods:A total of 42 participants joined this research.The respondents were those who would undergo surgery.We used the numeric visual analog anxiety scale(NVAAS)as the instrument to measure their anxiety levels.The participants were first given informed consent.Then,they open the application that has been installed.The process begins with participants choosing their initial anxiety score.Later,they start the therapy session,and immediately after finishing it,a pop-up bar prompts them to enter their final,posttherapy anxiety score.Results:This study shows the effectiveness of therapy given by GIANESIA in reducing anxiety in preoperative patients with p-value=0.000(a<0.05).Also,61.9%of the participants had decreased anxiety levels after therapy with GIANESIA.Conclusions:This study proves that providing therapy via a mobile application is effective in easing uncomfortable feelings,especially anxiety,in preoperative patients.Moving forward,the app can and should be expanded with new features and further developmental goals.展开更多
This study aimed to optimize the application rates and base-topdressing ratios of nitrogen and potassium for flue-cured tobacco in Chaling,Zhuzhou,Hunan.The tobacco variety‘Yunyan 87’was planted and subjected to eig...This study aimed to optimize the application rates and base-topdressing ratios of nitrogen and potassium for flue-cured tobacco in Chaling,Zhuzhou,Hunan.The tobacco variety‘Yunyan 87’was planted and subjected to eight different treatments with different application rates and base-topdressing ratios of nitrogen and potassium.The effect of different treatments on the agronomic traits,dry matter accumulation,yield,and quality of tobacco were compared.The results showed that the growth period of each treatment became shortened as the application rates of nitrogen and potassium decreased and as the base-topdressing ratios of nitrogen and potassium increased.The dry matter accumulation decreased with the reduction in the application rates of nitrogen and potassium.The yield and output value of T1 were the highest,reaching 2097.39 kg/hm^(2)and 65018.90 yuan/hm^(2),respectively,both significantly increasing by 57.5%compared with those of the control(CK).In addition,the proportions of leaves of high and mid-high grade in T1 were also the highest,reaching 73.31%and 88.79%,respectively,both higher than those of CK.The appearance evaluation results showed that the appearance quality scores of tobacco leaves of grades B2F and C3F in T1 were the highest,reaching 51 points,both of which were 3 points higher than that those of CK.All the treatments were consistent in terms of color,maturity,leaf structure,body,oil,and color intensity.Therefore,it was suggested that the tobacco production in Chaling should appropriately increase the proportions of nitrogen and potassium as base fertilizers on the basis of conventional fertilization,which was conducive to improving the yield and appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco.展开更多

文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the efficacy of point application therapy(PAT)in alleviating the exacerbation of chronic respiratory diseases represented by bronchial asthma.METHODS:In this multicenter randomized placebocontrolled trial,eligible bronchial asthma patients received placebo PAT on the dog days of the first summer to establish a baseline,and then patients who continued to participate in the trial and repassed the eligibility review were randomized to receive regular or placebo PAT in the next two consecutive summers.The primary outcome was the change from baseline in the number of asthma exacerbations at 24 months.Secondary outcomes included severity of asthma exacerbation,asthma control test(ACT)score,percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV1)to the predicated value(FEV1%pred),peak expiratory flow(PEF),ratio of FEV1 to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),and use of palliative drugs during bronchial asthma exacerbations at 12 and 24 months.The adverse events(AEs)were also assessed.RESULTS:A total of 835 patients with bronchial asthma were randomized in this trial.Compared with the placebo control,the PAT significantly decreased the mean number of asthma exacerbations(1.42;95%confidence interval,0.69 to 2.14;P<0.001),and increased the FEV1%pred at 24 months(P=0.039)and FEV1/FVC at 12 months(P=0.01)and 24 months(P=0.01).There were no significant differences between the groups in PEF or ACT score at 12 and 24 months,or in FEV1%pred at 12 months.Treatment-related AEs were mild and more common in the PAT group than in the placebo PAT group.No serious AEs were reported.CONCLUSION:PAT conducted on dog days could reduce asthma exacerbations in patients with bronchial asthma.
文摘Electrical and electronic devices face significant challenges in heatmanagement due to their compact size and high heat flux,which negatively impact performance and reliability.Conventional coolingmethods,such as forced air cooling,often struggle to transfer heat efficiently.In contrast,thermoelectric coolers(TECs)provide an innovative active cooling solution to meet growing thermal management demands.In this research,a refrigerant based on mono ethylene glycol and distilled water was used instead of using gases,in addition to using thermoelectric cooling units instead of using a compressor in traditional refrigeration systems.This study evaluates the performance of a Peltierbased thermalmanagement systemby analyzing the effects of using two,three,and four Peltiermodules on cooling rates,power consumption,temperature reduction,and system efficiency.Experimental results indicate that increasing the number of Peltier modules significantly enhances cooling performance.The four-module system achieved an optimal balance between cooling speed and energy efficiency,reducing the temperature of a liquidmixture(30% mono ethylene glycol+70% distilled water plus laser dyes)to 8℃ in just 17 min.It demonstrated a cooling rate of 0.794℃/min and a high coefficient of performance(COP)of 1.2 while consuming less energy than the two-and three-module systems.Furthermore,the study revealed that increasing the number of modules led to faster air cooling and improved temperature reduction.These findings highlight the importance of selecting the optimal number of Peltier modules to enhance efficiency and cooling speed whileminimizing energy consumption.This makes TEC technology a sustainable and effective solution for applications requiring rapid and reliable thermal management.

文摘In-situ stress is a key parameter for underground mine design and rock stability analysis.The borehole overcoring technique is widely used for in-situ stress measurement,but the rheological recovery deformation of rocks after stress relief introduces errors.To improve accuracy,this study proposes an in-situ stress solution theory that incorporates time-dependent stress relief effects.Triaxial stepwise loadingunloading rheological tests on granite and siltstone established quantitative relationships between instantaneous elastic recovery and viscoelastic recovery under different stress levels,confirming their impact on measurement accuracy.By integrating a dual-class elastic deformation recovery model,an improved in-situ stress solution theory was derived.Additionally,accounting for the nonlinear characteristics of rock masses,a determination method for time-dependent nonlinear mechanical parameters was proposed.Based on the CSIRO hollow inclusion strain cell,time-dependent strain correction equations and long-term confining pressure calibration equations were formulated.Finally,the proposed theory was successfully applied at one iron mine(736 m depth)in Xinjiang,China,and one coal mine(510 m depth)in Ningxia,China.Compared to classical theory,the calculated mean stress values showed accuracy improvements of 6.0%and 9.4%,respectively,validating the applicability and reliability of the proposed theory.

文摘Exosomes(Exos)are extracellular vesicles secreted by cells and serve as crucial mediators of intercellular communication.They play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis and progression of various diseases and offer promising avenues for therapeutic interventions.Exos derived from mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have significant immunomodulatory properties.They effectively regulate immune responses by modulating both innate and adaptive immunity.These Exos can inhibit excessive inflammatory responses and promote tissue repair.Moreover,they participate in antigen presentation,which is essential for activating immune responses.The cargo of these Exos,including ligands,proteins,and microRNAs,can suppress T cell activity or enhance the population of immunosuppressive cells to dampen the immune response.By inhibiting lymphocyte proliferation,acting on macrophages,and increasing the population of regulatory T cells,these Exos contribute to maintaining immune and metabolic homeostasis.Furthermore,they can activate immune-related signaling pathways or serve as vehicles to deliver microRNAs and other bioactive substances to target tumor cells,which holds potential for immunotherapy applications.Given the immense therapeutic potential of MSC-derived Exos,this review comprehensively explores their mechanisms of immune regulation and therapeutic applications in areas such as infection control,tumor suppression,and autoimmune disease management.This article aims to provide valuable insights into the mechanisms behind the actions of MSC-derived Exos,offering theoretical references for their future clinical utilization as cell-free drug preparations.

文摘Objective:To evaluate the practical application effect of nursing risk management in preventing falls among inpatients,and to provide a reference for optimizing clinical safety management strategies for inpatients.Methods:A total of 428 inpatients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group(218 cases)and a study group(210 cases)according to the nursing management method.The control group received routine fall prevention nursing,while the study group implemented systematic nursing risk management.The fall rate and post-fall injury rate during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:The fall rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing risk management can effectively reduce the fall rate and post-fall injury rate of inpatients through systematic risk identification,targeted intervention and continuous quality improvement.It also improves patients’awareness of fall prevention and nursing satisfaction,and promotes the improvement of nurses’risk management ability,which has important clinical promotion value.

文摘Objective:To study the application effect of comprehensive geriatric assessment tool-oriented chronic disease trajectory nursing in community elderly hypertension.Methods:Sixty nine elderly hypertensive patients admitted to the hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were randomly assigned to the intervention group(n=35)and the control group(n=34).The control group received routine community hypertension health management,while the intervention group underwent comprehensive geriatric assessment for comprehensive screening of elderly health issues based on routine management,and implemented targeted nursing interventions based on the characteristics of the chronic disease trajectory.After three months of intervention,the blood pressure,medication compliance,self-efficacy,and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed.Results:After the intervention,the intervention group showed significant improvement in blood pressure control,medication compliance,self-management efficacy scores,and quality of life scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining comprehensive geriatric assessment with the concept of chronic disease trajectory nursing in the management of community elderly hypertension can effectively optimize the effect of chronic disease management,which has important practical value.
文摘Objective:To observe the application effect of risk management in the nursing work of fever clinics,especially its effect on improving nursing satisfaction and the work quality of nursing staff,as well as reducing the incidence of nursing risk events,and to provide a scientific reference for future clinical research and practice.Methods:This study adopted a retrospective approach,fixing the research period from December 2024 to August 2025.A total of 110 patients admitted to the fever clinic of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups(the control group and the experimental group)using the random number table method.Each group had 55 patients.Then,differentiated nursing strategies were implemented for the two groups.Both the control group and the experimental group received routine nursing.The difference was that the experimental group was additionally given risk management measures on the basis of routine nursing.After 7 days of intervention,the nursing satisfaction rate,nursing quality,cognitive score of fever clinic risks,nursing error rate,complaint rate,and incidence of risk events were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction score,nursing complaint rate,incidence of nursing risk events,nursing error rate,nursing quality score,and cognitive score of fever clinic risks in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management has a significant application effect in the nursing work of fever clinics,playing a positive role for both patients and nursing staff.It is an effective measure to comprehensively improve nursing quality and an important means to greatly reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,thus having high clinical promotion value.
文摘Objective:This study investigates the effect of orthopedic nursing in patients with ankle fractures.Methods:A total of 84 patients with ankle fractures treated in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received orthopedic nursing clinical pathway on the basis of traditional nursing.We analyzed and scored the nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total nursing satisfaction rate,shorter time to get out of bed,shorter hospital stay,and lower hospitalization cost.The Barid score and AOFAS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the NRS score was lower.Conclusion:The application of orthopedic nursing clinical pathway in patients with ankle fractures significantly improves their quality of life,promotes better recovery of ankle function,and shortens the rehabilitation time.
文摘Objective:To observe and study the practical value of adopting nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 382 newborns that were admitted to the hospital were selected to carry out this study.They were divided into two groups,the routine group and the observation group,with 191 cases in each group.Newborns in the routine group were given basic nursing intervention,while those in the observation group were given bird’s nest nursing intervention.The growth and development indexes,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the improvement of gastrointestinal function,and the nursing satisfaction rate of their families were analyzed and studied.Results:The growth and development indexes of newborns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse neonatal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The improvement of gastrointestinal function of newborns in the observation group was significantly better than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of newborns’families in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:As for the key points of clinical newborn care,the actual effect of adopting the bird’s nest nursing intervention is more prominent,and its main function is to promote the growth and development of newborns.It can not only avoid the risk of adverse reactions in many aspects but also improve the gastrointestinal function of newborns,so that the nursing satisfaction rate of family members is obviously improved.It is recommended to be applied and popularized in clinical practice.

文摘The flexoelectric effect refers to the electromechanical coupling between electric polarization and mechanical strain gradient.It universally exists in a variety of materials in any space group,such as liquid crystals,dielectrics,biological materials,and semiconductors.Because of its unique size effect,nanoscale flexoelectricity has shown novel phenomena and promising applications in electronics,optronics,mechatronics,and photovoltaics.In this review,we provide a succinct report on the discovery and development of the flexoelectric effect,focusing on flexoelectric materials and related applications.Finally,we discuss recent flexoelectric research progress and still‐unsolved problems.

It then analyzes and discusses the progress in antibiotic application and time-eff ect studies for neonatal pneumonia treatment, specifically comparing conventional antibiotic therapy with stepwise treatment regimens, and contrasting monotherapy with penicillin, monotherapy with cephalosporins, and combination therapy. Finally, it offers a prospective outlook on antibiotic application and time-effect research in neonatal pneumonia treatment, aiming to provide valuable reference for further scholarly investigations.

文摘Effect web will be an important combat means to achieve accurate,efficient,agile and reliable destruction of enemy targets.The use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV)cluster in warfare has become a key element in the battle for military superiority between nations.The construction of UAV cluster effect web is a kind of combinatorial optimization in essence.By selecting the optimal combination in the limited equipment concentration,the whole network can be optimized.Firstly,in order to improve the combinatorial optimization efficiency of UAV cluster effect web,NSGA-Ⅱbased on deep Q-network(DQN-based NSGA-Ⅱ)is proposed.This algorithm is used to solve the Multi-Objective Combinatorial Optimization(MOCO)problem in the construction of effect web.Secondly,a dynamic generation method is devised to solve the problem caused by the possible destruction of enemy and our node under the fierce confrontation between the two sides.Finally,the simulation results show that the DQN-based NSGA-Ⅱis better than the genetic algorithm with single operator.The comparison experiment shows that the weight of evaluation indexes will have a corresponding influence on the optimization results.

文摘As a traditional medicinal and edible herb,Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)exhibits pharmacological activities closely associated with its characteristic chemical components,such as volatile oils(e.g.,ligustilide),organic acids(e.g.,ferulic acid),and polysaccharides.It demonstrates a wide range of pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protection,neuroprotective functions,blood glucose regulation,antitumor activity,and hematopoietic promotion.Clinically,Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)is often combined with other Chinese herbs to treat immune-related disorders,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,neurodegenerative conditions,diabetes,and cancer.Although existing studies have identified some active components,the mechanisms and pharmacological roles of many others remain underexplored.Future research should focus on systematically analyzing diverse active constituents such as flavonoids,coumarins,amino acids,bioactive peptides,trace elements,and vitamins.Integrating multiomics and molecular docking technologies will help elucidate key targets and molecular mechanisms underlying its anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and immunomodulatory effects,thereby facilitating the development of precise therapies based on multicomponent synergy.Additionally,in-depth investigation of herb-pairing effects and establishment of scientific quality control standards are essential to expand clinical applications and enhance the medicinal value of this traditional herb.

文摘Jing Fang granules(JFG)are a modern Chinese medicinal formulation derived from Jing Fang Defeating Toxin San(JFDS).JFG primarily contains bioactive compounds such as flavonoids/flavonoid glycosides,coumarins and other components,which have various activities:anti-inflammatory,immune system regulation,antiviral,anti-aging,detoxification,and protection of the liver,lungs,and kidneys.JFG has broad potential therapeutic applications.The mechanisms of JFG’s actions are primarily associated with signaling pathways such as TLR4/NF-κB,PI3K/AKT,and MAPK.This article reviews the research progress on JFG,including chemical composition,pharmacologic effects,mechanism of action,safety,clinical application,etc.,serving as a foundation for future research and clinical applications.

文摘Large-scale underground projects need accurate in-situ stress information,and the acoustic emission(AE)Kaiser effect method currently offers lower costs and streamlined procedures.In this method,the accuracy and speed of Kaiser point identification are important.Thus,this study aims to integrate chaos theory and machine learning for accurately and quickly identifying Kaiser points.An intelligent model of the identification of AE partitioned areas was established by phase space reconstruction(PSR),genetic algorithm(GA),and support vector machine(SVM).Then,the plots of model classification results were made to identify Kaiser points.We refer to this method of identifying Kaiser points as the partitioning plot method based on PSR–GA–SVM(PPPGS).The PSR–GA–SVM model demonstrated outstanding performance,which achieved a 94.37%accuracy rate on the test set,with other evaluation metrics also indicating exceptional performance.The PPPGS identified Kaiser points similar to the tangent-intersection method with greater accuracy.Furthermore,in the feature importance score of the classification model,the fractal dimension extracted by PSR ranked second after accumulated AE count,which confirmed its importance and reliability as a classification feature.The PPPGS was applied to in-situ stress measurement at a phosphate mine in Guizhou Weng'an,China,to validate its practicability,where it demonstrated good performance.

文摘In order to gain a deeper understanding of the effect of pulsed current on the mechanical properties and size effect of nanocrystalline Ni foils,nanocrystalline Ni foils with different grain thickness-to-grain size ratios(λ)were prepared using pulsed electrodeposition in this paper and unidirectional tensile experiments were carried out at room temperature with different currents and their applied directions.The experimental results show that the nanocrystalline Ni foil produces an obvious electroplasticity effect after applying the current field,and when 300<λ<1100,the current weakens the size effect of nanocrystalline Ni foils to a certain extent,and the angle between the current direction and the deformation direction also affects the mechanical response of nanocrystalline Ni foils,and when the angle between the current direction and the deformation direction is 0°,electroplasticity effect is the best,and the current has the most significant effect of abating the size effect of the material.The mechanism of unidirectional tensile deformation of nanocrystalline Ni foils under the effect of pulsed current was analyzed using TEM and TKD.It was found that the applied pulse current increased the activity of the nanocrystalline boundaries,promoted the movement of dislocations,and reduced the tendency of dislocation entanglement.The higher the peak current density and the smaller the angle between the direction of the current and the direction of deformation,the smaller the grain boundary orientation difference,the more dispersed the grain orientation,and the lower the density of geometrically necessary dislocations(GND)in the deformed nanocrystalline foil,the more significant the effect on material plasticity improvement.

文摘Objective:The use of technology is growing rapidly.It can also be used in nursing interventions.A technology pack can support nursing interventions.An application called guided imagery in Indonesian(GIANESIA)has been developed to reduce anxiety in preoperative patients.Methods:A total of 42 participants joined this research.The respondents were those who would undergo surgery.We used the numeric visual analog anxiety scale(NVAAS)as the instrument to measure their anxiety levels.The participants were first given informed consent.Then,they open the application that has been installed.The process begins with participants choosing their initial anxiety score.Later,they start the therapy session,and immediately after finishing it,a pop-up bar prompts them to enter their final,posttherapy anxiety score.Results:This study shows the effectiveness of therapy given by GIANESIA in reducing anxiety in preoperative patients with p-value=0.000(a<0.05).Also,61.9%of the participants had decreased anxiety levels after therapy with GIANESIA.Conclusions:This study proves that providing therapy via a mobile application is effective in easing uncomfortable feelings,especially anxiety,in preoperative patients.Moving forward,the app can and should be expanded with new features and further developmental goals.
文摘This study aimed to optimize the application rates and base-topdressing ratios of nitrogen and potassium for flue-cured tobacco in Chaling,Zhuzhou,Hunan.The tobacco variety‘Yunyan 87’was planted and subjected to eight different treatments with different application rates and base-topdressing ratios of nitrogen and potassium.The effect of different treatments on the agronomic traits,dry matter accumulation,yield,and quality of tobacco were compared.The results showed that the growth period of each treatment became shortened as the application rates of nitrogen and potassium decreased and as the base-topdressing ratios of nitrogen and potassium increased.The dry matter accumulation decreased with the reduction in the application rates of nitrogen and potassium.The yield and output value of T1 were the highest,reaching 2097.39 kg/hm^(2)and 65018.90 yuan/hm^(2),respectively,both significantly increasing by 57.5%compared with those of the control(CK).In addition,the proportions of leaves of high and mid-high grade in T1 were also the highest,reaching 73.31%and 88.79%,respectively,both higher than those of CK.The appearance evaluation results showed that the appearance quality scores of tobacco leaves of grades B2F and C3F in T1 were the highest,reaching 51 points,both of which were 3 points higher than that those of CK.All the treatments were consistent in terms of color,maturity,leaf structure,body,oil,and color intensity.Therefore,it was suggested that the tobacco production in Chaling should appropriately increase the proportions of nitrogen and potassium as base fertilizers on the basis of conventional fertilization,which was conducive to improving the yield and appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco.
文摘Patients with cardiovascular disease rely on medication to achieve favorable longterm clinical results.Poor adherence has been linked to a relative increase in mortality of 50%-80%as well as higher health care costs.This scoping review thus aimed to explore the evidence of the effects of mobile health care apps on medication adherence in patients with cardiovascular diseases.A comprehensive data search and extraction was done in line with the updated Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews checklist.A total of 10 studies were included for the review.The mean pooled improvement in adherence was found to be 18%and the most effective tool was the digital therapeutics app discussed in Li et al’s study.Smartphones and apps enhance coronary artery disease management by promoting medication compliance.Challenges include data security and smartphone usage among the elderly.Tailored apps or voice assistants offer potential solutions.
