The application of lavender essential oil to bed curtains through the microcapsule technique was put forward to allow lavender essential oil to play its role of helping sleep in bed curtains. This paper expounded the material selection and preparation technique of lavender microcapsule agents, and put forward the preparation method of microcapsules with mixed solutions of pure Chinese medicine extracts and natural essences as core material and high-viscosity epoxy resin as wall materials. The post-processing techniques and the spray ironing method for clothing were studied and developed, and these techniques and methods were applied to bed curtains, and good results were obtained.展开更多
BACKGROUND:Hemiplegia,a prevalent stroke-related condition,is often studied for motor dysfunction;however,spasticity remains under-researched.Abnormal muscle tone significantly hinders hemiplegic patients’walking rec...BACKGROUND:Hemiplegia,a prevalent stroke-related condition,is often studied for motor dysfunction;however,spasticity remains under-researched.Abnormal muscle tone significantly hinders hemiplegic patients’walking recovery.OBJECTIVE:To determine whether early suspension-protected training with a personal assistant machine for stroke patients enhances walking ability and prevents muscle spasms.METHODS:Thirty-two early-stage stroke patients from Shenzhen University General Hospital and the China Rehabilitation Research Center were randomly assigned to the experimental group(n=16)and the control group(n=16).Both groups underwent 4 weeks of gait training under the suspension protection system for 30 minutes daily,5 days a week.The experimental group used the personal assistant machine during training.Three-dimensional gait analysis(using the Cortex motion capture system),Brunnstrom staging,Fugl-Meyer Assessment for lower limb motor function,Fugl-Meyer balance function,and the modified Ashworth Scale were evaluated within 1 week before the intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After the 4-week intervention,all outcome measures showed significant changes in each group.The experimental group had a small but significant increase in the modified Ashworth Scale score(P<0.05,d=|0.15|),while the control group had a large significant increase(P<0.05,d=|1.48|).The experimental group demonstrated greater improvements in walking speed(16.5 to 38.44 cm/s,P<0.05,d=|4.01|),step frequency(46.44 to 64.94 steps/min,P<0.05,d=|2.32|),stride length(15.50 to 29.81 cm,P<0.05,d=|3.44|),and peak hip and knee flexion(d=|1.82|to|2.17|).After treatment,the experimental group showed significantly greater improvements than the control group in walking speed(38.44 vs.26.63 cm/s,P<0.05,d=|2.75|),stride length,peak hip and knee flexion(d=|1.31|to|1.45|),step frequency(64.94 vs.59.38 steps/min,P<0.05,d=|0.85|),and a reduced support phase(bilateral:24.31%vs.28.38%,P<0.05,d=|0.88|;non-paretic:66.19%vs.70.13%,P<0.05,d=|0.94|).For early hemiplegia,personal assistant machine-assisted gait training under the suspension protection system helps establish a correct gait pattern,prevents muscle spasms,and improves motor function.展开更多
To enhance the anti-resistance efficacy of our previously disclosed naphthyl-triazine 5,structure-based drug design strategy was rationally conducted to design a series of novel biphenyl-piperidine-triazinecontaining ...To enhance the anti-resistance efficacy of our previously disclosed naphthyl-triazine 5,structure-based drug design strategy was rationally conducted to design a series of novel biphenyl-piperidine-triazinecontaining non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors.Remarkably,several of these compounds demonstrated single-digit nanomolar antiviral potency against both wild-type(WT)human immunodeficiency virus-1(HIV-1)and five clinically relevant mutant strains.Among these,compound 11s emerged as the most potent inhibitor,showing remarkable efficacy against WT HIV-1(50%effective concentration(EC_(50))=2 nmol/L)and five mutant strains(EC_(50)=0.003-0.073μmol/L),which was significantly superior to that of compound 5.This optimized derivative demonstrated substantially improved pharmacological properties compared to existing drugs etravirine(ETR)and rilpivirine(RPV),showing a 4-fold reduction in cytotoxicity alongside 6-fold enhancement in selectivity index(50%cytotoxic concentration(CC_(50))=19.69μmol/L,selectivity index(SI)=7438).The compound's metabolic profile revealed exceptional stability,with an elimination half-life(t_(1/2)=41.4 min)more than double that of RPV(t_(1/2)=16.03min).Comprehensive safety evaluation indicated minimal cytochrome P450(CYP)enzymes interference,low cardiac ion channel activity,and no observable acute toxicity,collectively suggesting a reduced risk profile for therapeutic applications.These promising characteristics significantly advance the development potential of biphenyl-piperidine-triazine derivatives as next-generation non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors(NNRTIs),offering enhanced efficacy,improved safety,and favorable pharmacokinetic properties for antiretroviral therapy.展开更多

目的探讨AIDS患者经外周置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)所致的导管相关血栓(catheter related thrombosis,CRT)的发生现状及其影响因素。方法回顾性选取2019年12月至2024年12月首都医科大学附属北京佑...目的探讨AIDS患者经外周置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)所致的导管相关血栓(catheter related thrombosis,CRT)的发生现状及其影响因素。方法回顾性选取2019年12月至2024年12月首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院接受PICC置管治疗的AIDS患者265例,依据血管超声结果分为血栓组(n=55)和无血栓对照组(n=210)。采用多因素logistic回归分析AIDS患者发生PICC-CRT的影响因素,采用ROC曲线评估相关影响因素对AIDS患者发生PICC-CRT的预测效能。结果265例患者中,男256例、女9例,年龄20~80岁,平均(44.0±13.3)岁。发生PICC-CRT者55例,发生率为20.75%,其中仅11例为有症状血栓,其余44例仅在超声检查时发现血栓。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,携带导管天数越长(OR=1.008,95%CI:1.002~1.014,P=0.009)、D-二聚体水平越高(OR=1.001,95%CI:1.000~1.001,P=0.015)、HIV病毒载量越大(OR=2.782,95%CI:1.930~4.008,P<0.001)的AIDS患者发生PICC-CRT的风险越高。ROC曲线分析结果显示,HIV病毒载量预测PICC-CRT的AUC为0.903(95%CI:0.858~0.949,P<0.001),其预测效能优于D-二聚体水平和携带导管天数。结论AIDS患者PICC-CRT的发生率较高,且具有较强的临床隐匿性。携带导管天数、D-二聚体水平及HIV病毒载量是AIDS患者发生PICC-CRT的影响因素。临床应加强风险评估与动态监测,尤其对高危人群开展规律性超声筛查和早期干预,构建前瞻性防控体系,以降低PICC-CRT的发生风险,改善患者预后。展开更多
