As an important part of buoy-type ocean monitoring systems,the inductively coupled mooring chain solves the problem of data cotransmission through the multinode sensors that it carries,which is significant for the rapid acquisition of fish,hydrology,and other information.This paper is based on a seawater channel transmission model with a depth of 300 m and a bandwidth of 2 MHz.An orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)technology is used to overcome the multipath effect of signal transmission on a seawater medium.The adaptive technology is integrated into the OFDM,and an improved joint subcarrier and bit power allocation algorithm is proposed.This algorithm solves the problem of dynamic subcarrier allocation during the cotransmission of underwater multinode user data in seawater channels.The results show that the algorithm complexity can be reduced by 0.18126×10^(-2)s during one complete OFDM system data transmission by the improved greedy algorithm,and a total of 216 bits are transmitted by the OFDM.The normalized channel capacity can be improved by 0.012 bit s^(-1)Hz^(-1).At the bit error ratio(BER)of 10^(-3),the BER performance can be improved by approximately 6 d B.When the numbers of users are 4 and 8,the improved algorithm increases the channel capacity,and the higher the number of users,the more evident the channel capacity improvement effect is.The results of this paper have an important reference value for enhancing the transmission performance of inductively coupled mooring chain underwater multinode data. 展开更多

Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN)have revolutionized the processes involved in industrial communication.However,the most important challenge faced by WSN sensors is the presence of limited energy.Multiple research inves-tigations have been conducted so far on how to prolong the energy in WSN.This phenomenon is a result of inability of the network to have battery powered-sensor terminal.Energy-efficient routing on packetflow is a parallel phenomenon to delay nature,whereas the primary energy gets wasted as a result of WSN holes.Energy holes are present in the vicinity of sink and it is an important efficient-routing protocol for WSNs.In order to solve the issues discussed above,an energy-efficient routing protocol is proposed in this study named as Adaptive Route Decision Sink Relocation Protocol using Cluster Head Chain Cycling approach(ARDSR-CHC2H).The proposed method aims at improved communica-tion at sink-inviting routes.At this point,Cluster Head Node(CHN)is selected,since it consumes low energy and permits one node to communicate with others in two groups.The main purpose of the proposed model is to reduce energy con-sumption and define new interchange technology.A comparison of simulation results demonstrates that the proposed algorithm achieved low cluster creation time,better network error and high Packet Delivery Rate with less network failure. 展开更多

Accurate trajectory control of a robot is essential in practical-use. This paper presents an adaptive proportional integral differential (PID) control algorithm based on radial basis function (RBF) neural network for trajectory tracking of a two-degree-of-freedom (2-DOF) closed-chain robot. In this scheme, an RBF neural network is used to approximate the unknown nonlinear dynamics of the robot, at the same time, the PID parameters can be adjusted online and the high precision can be obtained. Simulation results show that the control algorithm accurately tracks a 2-DOF closed-chain robot trajectories. The results also indicate that the system robustness and tracking performance are superior to the classic PID method. 展开更多

By means of homogeneous finite Markov chains, it is proved that adaptive genetic algorithm with diversity-guided mutation and genetic algorithm with diversity-guided mutation converge to the global optimum if they maintain the best solutions, and the convergence of adaptive genetic algorithms with adaptive probabilities of crossover and mutation was studied. The performances of the above algorithms in optimizing several unimodal and multimodal functions were compared. The results show that for multimodal functions the average convergence generation of the adaptive genetic algorithm with diversity-guided mutation is about 900 less than that of (adaptive) genetic algorithm with adaptive probabilities and genetic algorithm with diversity-guided mutation, and the adaptive genetic algorithm with diversity-guided mutation does not lead to premature convergence. It is also shown that the better balance between overcoming premature convergence and quickening convergence speed can be gotten. 展开更多

For the Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control (CACC) Algorithm, existing research studies mainly focus on how inter-vehicle communication can be used to develop CACC controller, the influence of the communication delays and lags of the actuators to the string stability. However, whether the string stability can be guaranteed when inter-vehicle communication is invalid partially has hardly been considered. This paper presents an improved CACC algorithm based on the sliding mode control theory and analyses the range of CACC controller parameters to maintain string stability. A dynamic model of vehicle spacing deviation in a platoon is then established, and the string stability conditions under improved CACC are analyzed. Unlike the traditional CACC algorithms, the proposed algorithm can ensure the functionality of the CACC system even if inter-vehicle communication is partially invalid. Finally, this paper establishes a platoon of five vehicles to simulate the improved CACC algorithm in MATLAB/Simulink, and the simulation results demonstrate that the improved CACC algorithm can maintain the string stability of a CACC platoon through adjusting the controller parameters and enlarging the spacing to prevent accidents. With guaranteed string stability, the proposed CACC algorithm can prevent oscillation of vehicle spacing and reduce chain collision accidents under real-world circumstances. This research proposes an improved CACC algorithm, which can guarantee the string stability when inter-vehicle communication is invalid. 展开更多

The reliability and sensitivity analyses of stator blade regulator usually involve complex characteristics like highnonlinearity,multi-failure regions,and small failure probability,which brings in unacceptable computing efficiency and accuracy of the current analysismethods.In this case,by fitting the implicit limit state function(LSF)with active Kriging(AK)model and reducing candidate sample poolwith adaptive importance sampling(AIS),a novel AK-AIS method is proposed.Herein,theAKmodel andMarkov chainMonte Carlo(MCMC)are first established to identify the most probable failure region(s)(MPFRs),and the adaptive kernel density estimation(AKDE)importance sampling function is constructed to select the candidate samples.With the best samples sequentially attained in the reduced candidate samples and employed to update the Kriging-fitted LSF,the failure probability and sensitivity indices are acquired at a lower cost.The proposed method is verified by twomulti-failure numerical examples,and then applied to the reliability and sensitivity analyses of a typical stator blade regulator.Withmethods comparison,the proposed AK-AIS is proven to hold the computing advantages on accuracy and efficiency in complex reliability and sensitivity analysis problems. 展开更多

Credit risk is the core issue of supply chain finance. In the supply chain, problems happened in different enterprises can influent the whole to different degrees through transferring, thus statuses of all enterprises and their different influences should be considered when evaluating the supply chain’s credit risk. We examine the characters of supply chain network and complex network, use the local growing complex network to simulate the real supply chain, use cluster analysis to classify the company into several levels;Introducing each level’s self-adaption weight formula according to the company’s quantity and degrees of this level and use the weight to improve the credit evaluation method. The research results indicate that complex network can be used to simulate the supply chain. The credit risk evaluation (CRE) of an enterprise level with bigger note degrees has a greater weight in the supply chain system’s CRE, thus has greater effect on the whole chain. Considering different influences of different enterprise levels can improve credit risk evaluation method’s sensitivity. 展开更多

Agricultural production(especially intensive rice production)is a primary income source for over 2.0×10^(7) people in the Vietnamese Mekong River Delta.However,adverse climate change impacts,socio-economic change,and high dependence on farm inputs for intensive production constrain the longer-term sustainability of rice systems.Government and agribusiness actors are encouraging more farmers to grow non-rice crops and supporting the upscaling of alternative crops to paddy rice.We used a qualitative approach to investigate the value chain characteristics,as well as constraints and opportunities of alternative crops via two case studies(baby corn and honeydew melon)in An Giang and Hau Giang provinces,Vietnam.Data collection involved focus group discussions with local farmers and interviews with farmers and industry experts.Thematic analysis was used to compile the findings,and the results were validated with local government staff.The baby corn value chain featured on-going and stable market demand(including value-addition)and better vertical coordination(e.g.,written contracts and financial support).The honeydew melon value chain featured positive relationships between farmers and traders despite less-developed vertical coordination.There are opportunities for value chain engagement through product quality certification,value-addition,and accessing high-value domestic and export markets.However,farmers require crop-specific and generic support from private and public sectors.Increased labour requirements and limited access to finance and credit limit value chain participation.Upscaling and marketing alternative crops can enhance farmer profitability and support non-farming agricultural business establishment,economic growth,and community development.Efficient value chains will be critical to ensure the adoption of alternative crops and development of crop-specific agribusiness models.These findings can inform policy-makers and change facilitators in designing targeted interventions to support the adoption of alternative crops in the study area as well as in Vietnam and globally. 展开更多

Domain adaptation‑based multistage ensemble learning paradigm for credit risk evaluation

Machine learning methods are widely used to evaluate the risk of small-and mediumsized enterprises(SMEs)in supply chain finance(SCF).However,there may be problems with data scarcity,feature redundancy,and poor predictive performance.Additionally,data collected over a long time span may cause differences in the data distribution,and classic supervised learning methods may exhibit poor predictive abilities under such conditions.To address these issues,a domain-adaptation-based multistage ensemble learning paradigm(DAMEL)is proposed in this study to evaluate the credit risk of SMEs in SCF.In this methodology,a bagging resampling algorithm is first used to generate a dataset to address data scarcity.Subsequently,a random subspace is applied to integrate various features and reduce feature redundancy.Additionally,a domain adaptation approach is utilized to reduce the data distribution discrepancy in the cross-domain.Finally,dynamic model selection is developed to improve the generalization ability of the model in the fourth stage.A real-world credit dataset from the Chinese securities market was used to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the multistage ensemble learning paradigm.The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed domain-adaptation-based multistage ensemble learning paradigm is superior to principal component analysis,joint distribution adaptation,random forest,and other ensemble and transfer learning methods.Moreover,dynamic model selection can improve the model generalization performance and prediction precision of minority samples.This can be considered a promising solution for evaluating the credit risk of SMEs in SCF for financial institutions. 展开更多

新质生产力通过科技创新和数字化转型,成为推动应急供应链韧性提升的重要着力点。基于复杂适应系统和资源编排理论,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),从组织人力资源、外部环境条件和技术赋能水平3个方面选取指标,以组态视角探究新质... 新质生产力通过科技创新和数字化转型,成为推动应急供应链韧性提升的重要着力点。基于复杂适应系统和资源编排理论,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),从组织人力资源、外部环境条件和技术赋能水平3个方面选取指标,以组态视角探究新质生产力赋能应急供应链韧性提升的多维实现路径。研究发现:(1)劳动者能力、组织机构支撑、产业发展、绿色环保、创新研发能力和数字化水平均不能单独作为必要条件增强应急供应链韧性。(2)产生高水平应急供应链韧性的组态类型为组织主导高效赋能型、技术环境双轮驱动型、组织环境协同共生型、资源要素禀赋组合型,并验证了新质生产力影响因素的不同组合方式以“殊途同归”方式提升应急供应链韧性。(3)区域异质性明显,东、中、西和东北部地区的组态路径分别为“东部—技术赋能资源型”“中部—组织环境协同型”“西部—技术环境双轮驱动型”“东北部—组织主导高效赋能型”。据此,从强化应急供应链技术应用、优化资源配置策略和深化区域精准施策提出对策建议,为应急供应链的高效智能化发展提供参考。 展开更多

基于强化策略反馈的多模态自适应实体识别方法

命名实体识别(named entity recognition,NER)的核心目标是从非结构化文本中识别出具有特定语义类别的实体与类型。随着社交媒体的迅速发展,文本信息往往与视觉信息共同出现,形成多模态内容。为了提升实体识别的准确性,多模态命名实体识... 命名实体识别(named entity recognition,NER)的核心目标是从非结构化文本中识别出具有特定语义类别的实体与类型。随着社交媒体的迅速发展,文本信息往往与视觉信息共同出现,形成多模态内容。为了提升实体识别的准确性,多模态命名实体识别(multi-modal NER,MNER)方法利用不同模态中的语义信息,实现信息互补与深度融合。然而,不同模态之间的表征差异可能引入视觉噪声,干扰实体识别。文本模态中存在实体指代不清或上下文语义模糊的问题,增加了识别难度。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于强化策略反馈与自适应损失机制的MNER方法。首先,该方法采用基于GPT-4o的3阶段思维链(chain of thought,COT)推理流程,形成渐进式推理框架,融合强化学习中的自适应反馈机制,对图像与文本之间的匹配程度进行评分,并利用自适应决策函数有效过滤视觉噪声的干扰。其次,设计了4类面向具体任务的损失函数,并利用自适应加权融合策略进行优化,以缓解上下文模糊带来的识别不确定性。在2个公开数据集Twitter-2015和Twitter-2017上开展实验,结果表明所提方法的总体F1分数分别达到86.45%和93.80%,显著优于当前主流基线模型。 展开更多

基于层级分解多目标进化算法的弹性供应链网络优化

针对制造业供应链会受到突发事件和市场波动等风险的影响而导致其韧性弱和客户满意度降低的问题,建立以经济效益、环境保护、社会责任为评价指标,多层次、多制造商、多产品类型的多级弹性供应链网络模型,并提出一种基于层级分解的多目... 针对制造业供应链会受到突发事件和市场波动等风险的影响而导致其韧性弱和客户满意度降低的问题,建立以经济效益、环境保护、社会责任为评价指标,多层次、多制造商、多产品类型的多级弹性供应链网络模型,并提出一种基于层级分解的多目标进化算法进行求解。该算法基于精英竞争策略构造解环境,提高使用精英解生成的子代质量;引入罚函数处理不满足弹性设计的节点,使精英个体在竞争中占据优势;融合仓储设计目标松弛特性,采用混合精英解选择策略和自适应子代生成策略进行种群更新,提高算法的搜索效率并防止目标函数的过度优化。此外,引入仓储评价指标进行多准则决策,为供应链仓储设计提供了新的优化方向。基于企业真实数据进行的仿真实验结果表明,相较于对照算法,所提算法的最优平均解质量提高了18%,平均求解时间降低了25%,为求解弹性供应链网络优化问题提供了新的有效方案。 展开更多

Based on the system dynamic model, a full system dynamics estimation method is proposed for a chain shell magazine driven by a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). An adaptive extended state observer(AESO) is proposed to estimate the unmeasured states and disturbance, in which the model parameters are adjusted in real time. Theoretical analysis shows that the estimation errors of the disturbances and unmeasured states converge exponentially to zero, and the parameter estimation error can be obtained from the extended state. Then, based on the extended state of the AESO, a novel parameter estimation law is designed. Due to the convergence of AESO, the novel parameter estimation law is insensitive to controllers and excitation signal. Under persistent excitation(PE) condition, the estimated parameters will converge to a compact set around the actual parameter value. Without PE signal, the estimated parameters will converge to zero for the extended state. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately estimate the unmeasured states and disturbance of the chain shell magazine, and the estimated parameters will converge to the actual value without strictly continuous PE signals. 展开更多

Integrating value-chain approach with participatory multicriteria analysis for sustainable planning of a niche crop in Indian Himalayas

The value-chain approach(VCA)was used for exploring how a niche crop,namely large cardamom(Amomum subulatum Roxb.),can be developed sustainably to increase incomes and enhance rural livelihoods in the mountains.Large cardamom is a high-value,agro-climatically suitable,and non-perishable spice crop grown in the Himalayan region.Originating in Sikkim,the crop is important to the local economy and is sold in both domestic and international markets;however,its production in India has been declining significantly in recent years.Using VCA and participatory methods of data collection the study helped elicit value chain actors’perspectives on various reasons for the decline as well as potential strategies to improve the cardamom value chain.The results present the multiple environmental and climatic(e.g.water stress),social(e.g.women participation)and institutional(e.g.lack of trust between actors)challenges and corresponding upgrading strategies.Through participatory multi-criteria analysis(MCA),the strategies were prioritized based on the overall preferences of multiple stakeholders.The analysis considered eight criteria and 25 options,or strategies,and found that that marketability and profitability were the most important criteria,and increasing cardamom production,the most important optiontrait.Stakeholder discussions along with sensitivity analysis also showed how these options could be implemented and revealed how criteria preferences can change with expert inputs.This combination of VCA and MCA,because it supports participatory decision-making and balances multiple dimensions of sustainable development,can be effectively deployed in planning for agricultural development in the mountains. 展开更多
