Spatio-temporal evolution of urban innovation structure based on zip code geodatabase: An empirical study from Shanghai and Beijing 被引量:7

In today's world, the innovation of science and technology has become the key support for improving comprehensive national strength and changing the mode of social production and lifestyle. The country that possesses world-class scientific and technological innovation cities maximizes the attraction of global innovation factors and wins a strategic initiative in international competition. Based on the urban zip code geodatabase, an evaluation system of urban innovation with the perspective of innovation outputs, and the spatial evolutionary mode, concerning the structure of innovation space of Shanghai and Beijing from 1991 to 2014, was developed. The results of the research indicated that the zip code geodatabase provided a new perspective for studying the evolving spatial structure of urban innovation. The resulting evaluation of the spatial structure of urban innovation using the urban zip code geodatabase established by connecting random edge points, was relatively effective. The study illustrates the value of this methodology. During the study period, the spatial structure of innovation of Shanghai and Beijing demonstrated many common features: with the increase in urban space units participating in innovation year by year, the overall gap of regional innovation outputs has narrowed, and the trend towards spatial agglomeration has strengthened. The evolving spatial structure of innovation of Shanghai and Beijing demonstrated differences between the common features during the 25 years as well: in the trend towards the suburbanization of innovation resources, the spatial structure of innovation of Shanghai evolved from a single-core to a multi-core structure. A radiation effect related to traffic arteries as spatial diffusion corridors was prominent. Accordingly, a spatial correlation effect of its innovation outputs also indicated a hollowness in the city center; the spatial structure of innovation of Beijing had a single-core oriented structure all the way. Together with the tendency for innovation resources to be agglomerated in the city center, the spatial correlation effect of innovation outputs reflected the characteristics of the evolutionary feature where "rural area encircles cities". The innovation spatial structure of Shanghai and Beijing have intrinsic consistency with the spatial structure of their respective regions(Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region), which suggested that the principle of proportional and disproportional distribution of a city-scale pattern of technological and innovational activities is closely related to its regional innovation pattern. 展开更多

Understanding the factors contributing to CO_(2)emissions is pivotal for informed policy-making and sustainable urban development.This study probes the interconnections between urban attributes,transportation patterns,and socioeconomic factors concerning CO_(2)emissions using Decision Tree analysis across a substantial dataset of US zip codes.The dataset was carefully prepared to ensure accuracy and relevance,considering temporal,geographical,and socioeconomic heterogeneity.The Decision Tree algorithm was applied iteratively to evaluate variable interactions and identify critical thresholds that influence carbon emissions.The findings of this study shed light on the key drivers of CO_(2)emissions across US zip codes.The analysis reveals significant variations in the relative importance of different factors in different regions,emphasizing the need for localized and tailored strategies to address carbon reduction targets effectively.The research provides a more holistic understanding that can drive effective urban planning and energy policies,ultimately contributing to the global effort to reduce carbon emissions and combat climate change.The findings from this research underscore the importance of multidisciplinary approaches in addressing environmental challenges and highlight the necessity for continuous innovation in analytical methodologies to keep pace with the evolving urban landscapes. 展开更多

基于城市邮编区划空间数据库,从创新产出的视角建构城市创新评价指标体系,对1991-2014年上海市和北京市的创新空间结构的空间演化模式进行了探讨。研究发现:1邮政区划为研究城市创新空间结构的生长提供了全新的视角,基于随机边缘点连线... 基于城市邮编区划空间数据库,从创新产出的视角建构城市创新评价指标体系,对1991-2014年上海市和北京市的创新空间结构的空间演化模式进行了探讨。研究发现:1邮政区划为研究城市创新空间结构的生长提供了全新的视角,基于随机边缘点连线以及泰森多边形法构建的城市邮编空间数据库评价城市创新空间结构的结果较为理想,因此具有推广价值;2 25年间,上海市和北京市的创新空间结构生长体现出了诸多的共性特征:随着参与创新的城市空间单元逐年增加,区域创新产出虽总体差距在缩小,但空间集聚趋势在加剧;3 25年间,上海市和北京市的创新空间结构生长也体现出了共性上的差异性,其中上海市创新空间结构在创新资源郊区化转移的趋势下,呈现出由单核驱动向多核共振演进,以交通干道为空间扩散廊道的辐射效应凸显,相应的,其创新产出空间关联效应也显现出了市中心空心化现象;而北京市创新空间结构始终为市中心单核主导型,并在创新资源不断向中心集聚趋势下,其创新产出空间关联效应呈现出"农村包围城市"的演化特征;4上海市和北京市创新空间结构与其所在的区域创新空间结构(长三角城市群和京津冀城市群)具有内在的一致性,表明城内尺度科技创新活动空间分布的均衡与非均衡规律与其所处的区域创新格局密切相关。 展开更多

本文介绍一种基于左右轮廓特征识别打印体邮政编码数字的新方法。字符的左右轮廓特征经归一化处理后形成两组独立的特征值,再将它们用线段矢量表示以形成关于轮廓特征的线段描述,并依此对字符进行分类,然后将两个分类器的结果组合起... 本文介绍一种基于左右轮廓特征识别打印体邮政编码数字的新方法。字符的左右轮廓特征经归一化处理后形成两组独立的特征值,再将它们用线段矢量表示以形成关于轮廓特征的线段描述,并依此对字符进行分类,然后将两个分类器的结果组合起来实现对字符的识别。我们对从真实信函上采集到的83742个打印体邮政编码数字进行测试,实验结果表明具有识别率高(97.93%)、错误率低(0.091%)等优点。此外本方法在提取特征的同时进行去噪声、归一化等处理,并采用判决树方法,因而识别速度很快,满足了实时识别的要求。本方法已在中比合作开发的OVCS自动信函分拣机中得到应用,实践证明达到设计要求。 展开更多

We propose a binarization method based pigment in the ZIP code of 24 bmp image simulation and digital identification by CCD sensors, were extracted the grid binary, image of zip code box and message of the two characters binary image: analyze the image processing, which includes code frame edge detection and separation of the image binarization, denoising smoothing, tilt correction, the extraction code number, position, normalization processing, digital image thinning, character recognition feature extraction. Through testing, the recognition rate of this method can be over 90%. The recognition time of characters for character is less than 1.3 second, which means the method is of more effective recognition ability and can better satisfy the real system requirements. 展开更多

目的观察胃癌组织长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)碱性亮氨酸拉链家族转录因子V-Maf鸟类肌筋膜纤维肉瘤癌基因同源物G-反义核糖核酸1(MAFG-AS1)、微小RNA-143-3p(miR-143-3p)表达变化,并探讨二者表达与患者临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法选择胃... 目的观察胃癌组织长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)碱性亮氨酸拉链家族转录因子V-Maf鸟类肌筋膜纤维肉瘤癌基因同源物G-反义核糖核酸1(MAFG-AS1)、微小RNA-143-3p(miR-143-3p)表达变化,并探讨二者表达与患者临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法选择胃癌患者105例,取手术切除的胃癌组织及其配对的癌旁正常组织,采用RT-qPCR技术检测lncRNA MAFG-AS1、miR-143-3p表达。收集胃癌患者临床病理资料和术后随访资料,分析胃癌组织lncRNA MAFG-AS1、miR-143-3p表达与患者临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果胃癌组织lncRNA MAFG-AS1相对表达量高于癌旁正常组织,miR-143-3p相对表达量低于癌旁正常组织(P均<0.05)。胃癌组织lncRNA MAFG-AS1、miR-143-3p表达与肿瘤组织分化程度、浸润深度、pTNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05),而与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径无关(P均>0.05)。胃癌组织lncRNA MAFG-AS1表达与miR-143-3p表达呈负相关关系(r=-0.699,P<0.05)。以lncRNA MAFG-AS1、miR-143-3p相对表达量的均数为临界值,将患者分为lncRNA MAFG-AS1高表达者55例与lncRNA MAFG-AS1低表达者50例、miR-143-3p高表达者48例与miR-143-3p低表达者57例。lncRNA MAFG-AS1高表达者3年总生存率低于lncRNA MAFG-AS1低表达者,miR-143-3p高表达者3年总生存率高于miR-143-3p低表达者(χ^(2)分别为4.783、5.383,P均<0.05)。结论胃癌组织lncRNA MAFG-AS1表达上调、miR-143-3p表达下调,二者表达变化与胃癌恶性生物学行为和患者预后不良有关。 展开更多
