Background:Over the past 15 years,research has emphasized the crucial role of the gut microbiota in metabolism and its potential association with osteoporosis.Given the increasing interest in this area,a bibliometric ...Background:Over the past 15 years,research has emphasized the crucial role of the gut microbiota in metabolism and its potential association with osteoporosis.Given the increasing interest in this area,a bibliometric analysis is essential to comprehensively understand the field.Methods:Literature published between 2009 and 2023 was retrieved from the Web of Science.CiteSpace,a tool for visual analysis,was employed to examine various aspects of the research,including the annual number of publications,contributing institutions,journals,authors,keywords,clusters,hotspots,and emerging frontiers.Results:The analysis included 1,075 articles from 80 countries,283 institutions,and 155 authors,reflecting the rapid growth of research in this field.PEOPLES R CHINA emerged as the most productive country,while the University of California System was the most active institution.Parameswaran,Narayanan had the highest number of publications,and LI JY and OHLSSON C were the most cited authors.Key keywords such as“gut microbiota,”“bone loss,”“bone mineral density,”“inflammation,”and“health”were identified,and keywords with strong citation bursts like“in vitro,”“inflammatory bowel disease,”and“bone mineral density”indicated emerging trends.Conclusion:This bibliometric analysis successfully identified research trends and hotspots,including the fecal microbiome,musculoskeletal studies,and postmenopausal women.Continued research in these areas will enhance our understanding of osteoporosis and may lead to the development of new treatments.The findings offer valuable insights for scholars aiming to conduct in-depth research in this field.展开更多

A bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB software) was used to perform keyword word frequency analysis and generate a keyword co-occurrence matrix. In addition, Ucinet software's Netdraw tool was used to create visualized network diagrams.Results: A total of 27890 articles were retrieved, and word frequency analysis revealed that the highestfrequency keywords consisted of anxiety, depression, the elderly, expectant women, coronary heart disease, diabetes, breast cancer, perioperative period, quality of life, and psychological intervention.Research hotspot analysis revealed that consistent hotspots comprised anxiety, depression, health education, and perioperative period; expectant women became a hotspot during 2010-2012, and quality of life and efficacy became hotspots during 2013-2015.Conclusions: In addition to the care process, clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China have increasingly included the effectiveness of psychological nursing and impact on patient quality of life. It is currently a global health challenge.AIM This research intended to explore and analyse research trends and frontiers in this field during the last 10 years, providing new inspiration for clinical decisionmaking and scientific research.METHODS Publications on hepatic cirrhosis research were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection on April 4, 2021. Bibliometric visualisation was conducted through VOSviewer and CiteSpace.RESULTS The analytic research was based on original articles and reviews. A total of 7775records of hepatic cirrhosis published from 2011 to 2020 were retrieved. In the past ten years, the number of related annual publications has increased significantly, especially in the United States and China. All publications were distributed among 109 countries. The United States contributed the most(21.95%)and was consistently the leading driving force, with a solid academic reputation in this area. The University of Barcelona distributed the most related articles(177articles) and was cited the most frequently. The Journal of Hepatology ranked third in the top 10journals, which has the highest impact factor(impact factor 2019 = 20.582). Jasmohan S. Bajaj was the most productive author(72 articles). Burst keywords(e.g., sofosbuvir, burden, care, sarcopenia,chronic liver failure, human gut microbiome, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease) and a succession of reference citation bursts have provided clues about research frontiers in recent years.CONCLUSION This study identified developing trends in the evolution of liver cirrhosis to provide new inspiration for researchers.展开更多

Of special interest, we share an enriched visualization of research co-authoring patterns. Design/methodology/approach： We compile publications by 45 researchers in each of 1） the iUTAH project, which we consider here to be analogous to a ＂research center,＂ 2） CG1-a comparison group of participants in two other Utah environmental research centers, and 3） CG2--a comparison group of Utah university environmental researchers not associated with a research center. We draw bibliometric data from Web of Science and from Google Scholar. We gather publications for a period before iUTAH had been established （2010-2012） and a period after （2014-2016）. We compare these research outputs in terms of publications and citations thereto. We also measure interdisciplinarity using Integration scoring and generate science overlay maps to locate the research publications across disciplines. Findings： We find that participation in the iUTAH project appears to increase research outputs （publications in the After period） and increase research citation rates relative to the comparison group researchers （although CG 1 research remains most cited, as it was in the Before period）. Most notably, participation in iUTAH markedly increases co-authoring among researchers--in general; and for junior, as well as senior, faculty; for men and women： across organizations; and across disciplines. Research limitations： The quasi-experimental design necessarily generates suggestive, not definitively causal, findings because of the imperfect controls. Practical implications： This study demonstrates a viable approach for research assessment of a center or program for which random assignment of control groups is not possible. It illustrates use of bibliometric indicators to inform R＆D program management. Originality/value： New visualizations of researcher collaboration provide compelling comparisons of the extent and nature of social networking among target cohorts.展开更多

Objective Through bibliometrics and visual analysis of the related studies on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of immune thrombocytopenia(ITP),this study aims to sort out the overall research progress,hotspo...Objective Through bibliometrics and visual analysis of the related studies on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of immune thrombocytopenia(ITP),this study aims to sort out the overall research progress,hotspots,and trends in this field,and provide reference for further research in ITP.Methods The articles on ITP treated by TCM were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC),and PubMed.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to July 31,2022.VOSviewer,CiteSpace,Carrot2,and Note-Express were used for data analysis of the articles in terms of their quantities,types,and journals,and for visualization of research hotspots,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results 1493 Chinese articles and 40 English articles were included.The articles in Chinese mainly focus on clinical trial research and clinical experience summary,while the English articles mainly focus on clinical trial research and animal research.The Chinese articles were published in 317 Chinese journals,while English articles were published in 29 English journals.Research hotspots include the clinical syndrome differentiation of ITP,the therapeutic effect of TCM compounds on ITP,and the mechanism of ITP treatment.Keyword analysis shows that there are many research achievements in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,clinical research,famous doctors’experience,TCM treatment,cellular immunity,and humoral immunity.The authors with the most articles in Chinese and English are Professor CHEN Xinyi and Professor MA Rou,respectively,and the research institutions with the most articles are Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Chinese herbs often used to treat ITP clinically include Xianhecao(Agrimoniae Herba),Nvzhenzi(Ligustri Lucidi Fructus),Mohanlian(Ecliptae Herba),Zhongjiefeng(Sarcandrae Herba),etc.,and the prescription usually used to treat ITP include Guipi Decoction(归脾汤),Xijiao Dihuang Decoction(犀角地黄汤),Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤),Erzhi Pill(二至丸),and Xiaochaihu De-coction(小柴胡汤).The main development trends toward retrospective study,TCM treatment mechanism,and data mining.展开更多

Objective:To explore the current status of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury(SA-AKI)research and predict its future research directions.Methods:The bibliometric overview of publications was conducted in the field ...Objective:To explore the current status of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury(SA-AKI)research and predict its future research directions.Methods:The bibliometric overview of publications was conducted in the field of SA-AKI based on Web of Science Core Collection database from January 2013 to August 2023.This study employed software such as CiteSpace and VOSviewer to conduct bibliometric and visualization analysis of the included literature,including publication trends,geographic distribution characteristics,author contributions,citations,funding sources characteristics,and keyword clustering.Results:A total of 6509 articles were analyzed,and the number of publications and citations increased from 2013 to 2022.The United States had the highest number of publications in SA-AKI,while France was the country with the highest number of citations per publication.Keyword clustering analysis showed that the pathophysiology and definition of SA-AKI were the research focus,and the research hotspots were"machine learning","vitamin C","kinase","hemodynamics","renal microcirculation"and"mitochondria".Literature coupling analysis indicated that exploring the management and treatment of SA-AKI was the research frontier.Conclusions:Over the past decade,SA-AKI research has shown a upward trend in terms of the number of publication.Research primarily focuses on exploring mechanisms and improving early warning systems.Mechanisms involve microcirculatory dysfunction,inflammation,and other pathophysiological factors.Future recommendations include continuing basic research,achieving clinical application of novel biomarkers,and prioritizing renal recovery mechanisms in treatment strategies.展开更多

文摘Background:Over the past 15 years,research has emphasized the crucial role of the gut microbiota in metabolism and its potential association with osteoporosis.Given the increasing interest in this area,a bibliometric analysis is essential to comprehensively understand the field.Methods:Literature published between 2009 and 2023 was retrieved from the Web of Science.CiteSpace,a tool for visual analysis,was employed to examine various aspects of the research,including the annual number of publications,contributing institutions,journals,authors,keywords,clusters,hotspots,and emerging frontiers.Results:The analysis included 1,075 articles from 80 countries,283 institutions,and 155 authors,reflecting the rapid growth of research in this field.PEOPLES R CHINA emerged as the most productive country,while the University of California System was the most active institution.Parameswaran,Narayanan had the highest number of publications,and LI JY and OHLSSON C were the most cited authors.Key keywords such as“gut microbiota,”“bone loss,”“bone mineral density,”“inflammation,”and“health”were identified,and keywords with strong citation bursts like“in vitro,”“inflammatory bowel disease,”and“bone mineral density”indicated emerging trends.Conclusion:This bibliometric analysis successfully identified research trends and hotspots,including the fecal microbiome,musculoskeletal studies,and postmenopausal women.Continued research in these areas will enhance our understanding of osteoporosis and may lead to the development of new treatments.The findings offer valuable insights for scholars aiming to conduct in-depth research in this field.
文摘Objective To analyze the current research status and development trend of active surveillance of drug safety in China,and to provide reference and suggestions for future research.Methods Using bibliometric methods and with the help of the CiteSpace 6.1.R6,the literature on active surveillance of drug safety in CNKI from 2010 to 2022 was visualized and analyzed in terms of authors,institutions and keywords.Results and Conclusion The research on active surveillance of drug safety in China started late and is in a stable development period.Some Chinese scholars have done more work on active surveillance of drug safety.Additionally,a number of institutions have published some articles and surveillance objects,surveillance methods,and surveillance results are the main research content.However,the cross-institutional cooperation is not close.The traditional Chinese medicine injection,centralized surveillance,and automatic surveillance are the hot spots of research.It is the latest research frontier to use the Chinese hospital pharmacovigilance system to actively monitor drug safety.At present,the research related to active surveillance of drug safety in China is still in the early stage,and more in-depth research is needed to follow up.

文摘Emerging and powerful genome editing tools,particularly CRISPR/Cas9,are facilitating functional genomics research and accelerating crop improvement(Jiang et al.2021;Cao et al.2023;Chen C et al.2023;Liu et al.2023a).However,the detection and screening of transgenic lines remain major bottlenecks,being time-consuming,labor-intensive,and inefficient during transformation and subsequent mutation identification.A simple and efficient visual marker system plays a critical role in addressing these challenges.Recent studies demonstrated that the GmW1 and RUBY reporter systems were used to obtain visual transgenic soybean(Glycine max) plants(Chen L et al.2023;Chen et al.2024).

文摘Objective: To analyze clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China and variation trends in order to provide reference points on the current state of development of clinical psychological nursing and future research hotspots.Method: Clinical psychological nursing research literature sourced from Wanfang Data for the three periods of 2007-2009, 2010-2012, and 2013-2015 were selected as the research sample. A bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB software) was used to perform keyword word frequency analysis and generate a keyword co-occurrence matrix. In addition, Ucinet software's Netdraw tool was used to create visualized network diagrams.Results: A total of 27890 articles were retrieved, and word frequency analysis revealed that the highestfrequency keywords consisted of anxiety, depression, the elderly, expectant women, coronary heart disease, diabetes, breast cancer, perioperative period, quality of life, and psychological intervention.Research hotspot analysis revealed that consistent hotspots comprised anxiety, depression, health education, and perioperative period; expectant women became a hotspot during 2010-2012, and quality of life and efficacy became hotspots during 2013-2015.Conclusions: In addition to the care process, clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China have increasingly included the effectiveness of psychological nursing and impact on patient quality of life. In addition, research hotspots have been influenced by the incidence of illnesses and people's health consciousness.
文摘BACKGROUND Liver cirrhosis is the leading cause of liver-related mortality worldwide. It is currently a global health challenge.AIM This research intended to explore and analyse research trends and frontiers in this field during the last 10 years, providing new inspiration for clinical decisionmaking and scientific research.METHODS Publications on hepatic cirrhosis research were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection on April 4, 2021. Bibliometric visualisation was conducted through VOSviewer and CiteSpace.RESULTS The analytic research was based on original articles and reviews. A total of 7775records of hepatic cirrhosis published from 2011 to 2020 were retrieved. In the past ten years, the number of related annual publications has increased significantly, especially in the United States and China. All publications were distributed among 109 countries. The United States contributed the most(21.95%)and was consistently the leading driving force, with a solid academic reputation in this area. The University of Barcelona distributed the most related articles(177articles) and was cited the most frequently. The Journal of Hepatology ranked third in the top 10journals, which has the highest impact factor(impact factor 2019 = 20.582). Jasmohan S. Bajaj was the most productive author(72 articles). Burst keywords(e.g., sofosbuvir, burden, care, sarcopenia,chronic liver failure, human gut microbiome, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease) and a succession of reference citation bursts have provided clues about research frontiers in recent years.CONCLUSION This study identified developing trends in the evolution of liver cirrhosis to provide new inspiration for researchers.

文摘Purpose： This paper presents findings of a quasi-experimental assessment to gauge the research productivity and degree of interdisciplinarity of research center outputs. Of special interest, we share an enriched visualization of research co-authoring patterns. Design/methodology/approach： We compile publications by 45 researchers in each of 1） the iUTAH project, which we consider here to be analogous to a ＂research center,＂ 2） CG1-a comparison group of participants in two other Utah environmental research centers, and 3） CG2--a comparison group of Utah university environmental researchers not associated with a research center. We draw bibliometric data from Web of Science and from Google Scholar. We gather publications for a period before iUTAH had been established （2010-2012） and a period after （2014-2016）. We compare these research outputs in terms of publications and citations thereto. We also measure interdisciplinarity using Integration scoring and generate science overlay maps to locate the research publications across disciplines. Findings： We find that participation in the iUTAH project appears to increase research outputs （publications in the After period） and increase research citation rates relative to the comparison group researchers （although CG 1 research remains most cited, as it was in the Before period）. Most notably, participation in iUTAH markedly increases co-authoring among researchers--in general; and for junior, as well as senior, faculty; for men and women： across organizations; and across disciplines. Research limitations： The quasi-experimental design necessarily generates suggestive, not definitively causal, findings because of the imperfect controls. Practical implications： This study demonstrates a viable approach for research assessment of a center or program for which random assignment of control groups is not possible. It illustrates use of bibliometric indicators to inform R＆D program management. Originality/value： New visualizations of researcher collaboration provide compelling comparisons of the extent and nature of social networking among target cohorts.

文摘[Objectives]Based on the related literature of benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),this paper analyzes the research status,hot spots and trends in this field.[Methods]To search for the related literature on benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and use Citespace software to visually analyze the number of papers,authors,institutions and keywords.[Results]A total of 204 related papers were obtained,and the annual number of published papers showed a gradual increasing trend.The authors of published papers were represented by Zhang Fenglan,Liu Zhunzhun and Zhang Ting,and the Nursing College of Anhui Medical University published the most papers.The research focus was on social support,coping method and other influencing factors,and qualitative research was the main research type.The key population was breast cancer,stroke patients and their caregivers,and the development trend focused on reliability and validity test and correlation analysis.[Conclusions]The field of benefit finding in China is in the initial exploration stage,and there is little cooperation and exchange between authors and institutions.In the future,academic exchanges and multidisciplinary assistance should be strengthened to promote the rapid development of this field.

文摘Objective Through bibliometrics and visual analysis of the related studies on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of immune thrombocytopenia(ITP),this study aims to sort out the overall research progress,hotspots,and trends in this field,and provide reference for further research in ITP.Methods The articles on ITP treated by TCM were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC),and PubMed.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to July 31,2022.VOSviewer,CiteSpace,Carrot2,and Note-Express were used for data analysis of the articles in terms of their quantities,types,and journals,and for visualization of research hotspots,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results 1493 Chinese articles and 40 English articles were included.The articles in Chinese mainly focus on clinical trial research and clinical experience summary,while the English articles mainly focus on clinical trial research and animal research.The Chinese articles were published in 317 Chinese journals,while English articles were published in 29 English journals.Research hotspots include the clinical syndrome differentiation of ITP,the therapeutic effect of TCM compounds on ITP,and the mechanism of ITP treatment.Keyword analysis shows that there are many research achievements in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,clinical research,famous doctors’experience,TCM treatment,cellular immunity,and humoral immunity.The authors with the most articles in Chinese and English are Professor CHEN Xinyi and Professor MA Rou,respectively,and the research institutions with the most articles are Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Chinese herbs often used to treat ITP clinically include Xianhecao(Agrimoniae Herba),Nvzhenzi(Ligustri Lucidi Fructus),Mohanlian(Ecliptae Herba),Zhongjiefeng(Sarcandrae Herba),etc.,and the prescription usually used to treat ITP include Guipi Decoction(归脾汤),Xijiao Dihuang Decoction(犀角地黄汤),Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤),Erzhi Pill(二至丸),and Xiaochaihu De-coction(小柴胡汤).The main development trends toward retrospective study,TCM treatment mechanism,and data mining.

文摘In recent years,global ecological and environmental problems have gradually become prominent,and green infrastructure(GI),as one of the effective measures to deal with environmental problems,has gradually attracted attention from various fields.In this paper,green infrastructure is taken as the research object,and a total of 1950 related documents in the core database of"web of science"from 1995 to 2021 are taken as the basic data source.By using CiteSpace visualization software,the network of scholars,the distribution characteristics of journals,highly cited articles,prominent keywords,research hotspots and future research trends of related documents are analyzed.The analysis results show that the research on green infrastructure at home and abroad continues to increase;the research on green infrastructure mainly focuses on urban planning,ecosystem services,ecological environment and other issues;the research field of green infrastructure has gradually changed from traditional research fields such as urban planning,architectural engineering and ecology to land use management,urban healthy development,urban sustainable development,physical heat radiation and other fields;at present,research on green infrastructure mainly involves urban planning,ecology and other fields;the future research on green infrastructure will involve the field of physical heat radiation.The purpose is to provide valuable scientific basis and theoretical basis for the future green infrastructure construction in China.

文摘Genuine interest, research zeal, and visual art expressiveness which are typical of the pre-school period can pose a challenge to every teacher, at the same time, guide them when planning different contents for children to explore and discover. As one of the primary expressing media and an important support when forming concepts, visual art plays an indispensable role in the pre-school period. The following thesis is based on an action research whose key tendencies were focused on establishing children＇s interests in different useful materials and tools while enabling them an autonomous visual art use of these tools and didactical possibilities of the teacher involved. The activities included in the research were fully in line with the Slovenian National Kindergarten Curriculum and the project was carried out in the form of several successive meetings intended for visual art creative activities. All activities in the research were photo-documented while the analysis of the research＇s data was performed based on observation and written notes referring to individual child＇s responses, his or her questions, ideas, and incentives, the course of cognitive and creative process, communication with the peers and teachers and other potential particularities.

文摘Background:This paper uses information visualization software to sort out the relevant research of Neuman systems model at home and abroad in the past 20 years,and discusses the research hotspots and development trend in the field of Neuman systems model,so as to provide scientific and reliable reference for the future work and research.Methods:By using CiteSpace V software,this paper analyzes the literatures about the Neuman systems model collected in the core web of science database and CNKI database from 2001 to 2020,and analyzes the time distribution,research power distribution,research hotspots,research frontier and development trend of the Neuman systems model at home and abroad in the past 20 years.Results:The development trend of research in this field in foreign countries is relatively stable.The core strength of research is mainly in the United States,and the research hotspots are health,quality of life,caregivers,spirituality,etc;the research in this field in China is gradually on the rise,and there is no obvious research force,and the research hotspots are mainly quality of life,complications,anxiety,stressors,perioperative period,hypertension,etc.Conclusions:It has been proved that the model has a certain guiding effect on the development of nursing discipline in China.In China,there is still room for development in the research of this model.It is suggested that Chinese scholars can learn from foreign leading research forces to carry out in-depth research and expand its application scope.
文摘Objective:To understand the research status of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),analyze research hotspots and dynamic frontiers,and provide ideas for the research of COVID-19.Methods:Bibliometrics method was used to retrieve documents related to COVID-19 research through China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Web of Science,Pubmed databases,and the number of literature data,author,country,institution,source,keywords using CiteSpace,SPSS,Excel perform statistical analysis on other aspects,explain the current status and development trend of new coronavirus pneumonia research,and analyze and identify the research hotspots and dynamic frontiers of COVID-19 through the visual presentation of knowledge graph.Results:With the global spread of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,a large number of studies on COVID-19 have been performed worldwide.In this paper,a total of 7,647 articles were retrieved through a database search,and 5,182 documents that met the criteria were selected for bibliographic analysis,including 2,388 Chinese documents.Articles,2,794 English literature,a total of 94 countries,3,985 institutions,10,339 authors participated in the relevant research of COVID-19,involving 999 kinds of journals,the Chinese scientific research team played a major role in the COVID-19 research,providing an important epidemic situation related research results.Conclusion:The current research focus is primarily on disease recognition,epidemic prevention and control,traditional Chinese medicine,clinical diagnosis and treatment,and epidemiology.

文摘Graphical abstracts(GAs)are emerging as a pivotal tool in medical literature,enhancing the dissemination and comprehension of complex clinical data through visual summaries.This editorial highlights the significant advantages of GAs,including improved clarity,increased reader engagement,and enhanced visibility of research findings.By transforming intricate scientific data into accessible visual formats,these abstracts facilitate quick and effective knowledge transfer,crucial in clinical decision-making and patient care.However,challenges such as potential data misrepresentation due to oversimplification,the skill gap in graphic design among researchers,and the lack of standardized creation guidelines pose barriers to their widespread adoption.Additionally,while software such as Adobe Illustrator,BioRender,and Canva are commonly employed to create these visuals,not all researchers may be proficient in their use.To address these issues,we recommend that academic journals establish clear guidelines and provide necessary design training to researchers.This proactive approach will ensure the creation of high-quality GAs,promote their standardization,and expand their use in clinical reporting,ultimately benefiting the medical community and improving healthcare outcomes.
文摘Objective:To explore the current status of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury(SA-AKI)research and predict its future research directions.Methods:The bibliometric overview of publications was conducted in the field of SA-AKI based on Web of Science Core Collection database from January 2013 to August 2023.This study employed software such as CiteSpace and VOSviewer to conduct bibliometric and visualization analysis of the included literature,including publication trends,geographic distribution characteristics,author contributions,citations,funding sources characteristics,and keyword clustering.Results:A total of 6509 articles were analyzed,and the number of publications and citations increased from 2013 to 2022.The United States had the highest number of publications in SA-AKI,while France was the country with the highest number of citations per publication.Keyword clustering analysis showed that the pathophysiology and definition of SA-AKI were the research focus,and the research hotspots were"machine learning","vitamin C","kinase","hemodynamics","renal microcirculation"and"mitochondria".Literature coupling analysis indicated that exploring the management and treatment of SA-AKI was the research frontier.Conclusions:Over the past decade,SA-AKI research has shown a upward trend in terms of the number of publication.Research primarily focuses on exploring mechanisms and improving early warning systems.Mechanisms involve microcirculatory dysfunction,inflammation,and other pathophysiological factors.Future recommendations include continuing basic research,achieving clinical application of novel biomarkers,and prioritizing renal recovery mechanisms in treatment strategies.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to perform visual analysis of the research hotspots and development trends of Cyperi Rhizoma in the field of antidepressant based on CiteSpace,so as to explore the application and development direction of Cyperi Rhizoma in the field of antidepressant.[Methods]Highly-relevant literatures were selected from the core database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and CiteSpace and WPS office software were employed to visually analyze relevant contents such as publishing institutions,scholars,keywords,publishing time,and citation frequency.[Results]A total of 297 domestic relevant literatures were selected.Most of the publications,institutions and authors were concentrated in universities,affiliated institutions and scientific research institutes of traditional Chinese medicine in China,and no relatively novel applied research direction has emerged.At present,the hot spots and frontiers of application were mostly concentrated in its role in treating depression,anxiety,gynecological diseases and other disorders.[Conclusions]The research on Cyperi Rhizoma for its antidepressant effects in China originated in the late 20 th century.From 2004 to 2024,studies have primarily focused on its pharmacological principles,mechanisms of action,and classification,while the exploration of its application in specific depressive disorders was limited.Overall,research progress has been relatively slow.Currently,further efforts are needed to optimize the active antidepressant components of Cyperi Rhizoma and clarify its mechanisms of action,which will facilitate its broader application in treating various stages of depressive disorders.
