文摘The power-electronics-based DC microgrid system composed of new energy sources in railway field has low inertia, weak damping characteristics, and the voltage fluctuation microgrid systems caused by the power disturbance of solar. In order to improve the inertia of the DC microgrid system,a virtual DC generator technology is adopted in the interface converter of photovoltaic(PV)power generation unit,so that it has the external characteristics of DC generator. However, the influence of PV maximum power point tracking(MPPT)is not considered in the traditional virtual DC generator control. Therefore,an improved control strategy for virtual DC generator is proposed, and its small signal model is established to analyze the influence of inertia and damping coefficient on stability. The results show that the proposed method effectively weakens the impact on DC bus voltage when the output of PV power unit changes suddenly, which improves the stability of the microgrid.Meanwhile, the correctness and feasibility of the method are verified.
文摘The early involvement of test and evaluation can significantly reduce the cost of modifying issues and errors found in the later stages of aircraft development and design process. This paper presents a methodology for aircraft mission effectiveness evaluation and design space exploration based on Virtual Operational Test(VOT),incorporating Virtual Open Scenario(VOS)and User in Scenarios(UIS)concepts.By employing modeling and simulation technologies in the early stages of aircraft development and design,a virtual environment can be constructed, allowing aircraft users to participate more closely and conveniently in the design process.Virtual tests conducted by users within the mission context provide data on mission effectiveness and critical user feedback. This paper outlines the main components of the virtual operational test process and related conceptual methods, and discusses an open support system framework that supports VOT.The effectiveness and adaptability of the method are demonstrated through two case studies:a beyond-visual-range air combat scenario and a helicopter ground attack scenario. These case studies demonstrate the evaluation of aircraft mission effectiveness and the sensitivity analysis and optimization of design and operational parameters based on VOT.
文摘In this paper, the author follows the trail of C.Malabou,Q.Meillassoux,and G.Deleuze and tries to test three philosophical concepts that seem to be particularly threatened in the era of automatic digital reproduction. These three concepts are plasticity(defended for many years by C.Malabou),contingency(reconstructed by Q.Meillassoux),and virtuality(developed by G.Deleuze).The main task of the text will be to reflect on which of these three concepts better protects our thinking against automation and stays faithful to the ideal of creativity. In what sense are plasticity, contingency, and the possibility of virtualization the a priori condition of any transformation, physical or intellectual, affective or conceptual metamorphosis? In what sense are these three concepts the only conditions for the survival of every living being?Would a being without contingency, plasticity, and disposition to virtualization simply be a dead being?

文摘Objective:Partial or segmental inferior vena cava(IVC)resection is indicated for tumor control in patients with renal tumors invading the IVC.This study aimed to introduce a virtual vascular endoscope to assist surgeons in locating IVC invasion, formulate a surgical plan for robot-assisted IVC thrombectomy(RA-IVCT),and evaluate its potential value. Methods:The reconstruction involves building the construction of deep learning models to predict IVC invasion, which were evaluated via intraoperative findings and pathological analysis.Thirty-six patients with renal tumors and IVC thrombi who underwent RA-IVCT between June 2016 and March 2022 were included in the study.A virtual vascular endoscopy was performed based on preoperative CT findings to identify IVC invasion.Based on the extent of IVC wall invasion and the collateral situation, surgeons could decide whether to perform partial or segmental IVC resection during RA-IVCT.Results:Twenty patients were retrospectively analysed for training in virtual vascular endoscopy(the training cohort),and 16 patients were prospectively analysed to evaluate the accuracy of this technique(the validation cohort).Sixteen patients with IVC invasion underwent cavectomy, whereas six patients underwent partial IVC resection. In the validation cohort, pathological analysis confirmed the exact location of IVC invasion in eight of the nine patients,as indicated by virtual vascular endoscopy.Patients who underwent partial IVC wall resection had less lower extremity edema than those who underwent cavectomy. Conclusion:Our initial experience showed that the virtual vascular endoscopy could assist surgeons in identifying IVC invasion and creating a surgical plan for RA-IVCT.
文摘Background:While traditional meditation practices are known for their mental health benefits, they often face limitations such as restricted access and environmental distractions. To address these challenges and enhance meditation effectiveness, this study implemented an immersive virtual reality meditation(IVRM)program and examined its potentialmental health benefits among university students-a population that frequently experiences significant psychological distress. Methods:Nineteen university students participated in eight 15-min sessions of an IVRM program designed to promote mindfulness and relaxation over the course of one month.Perceived stress and anxiety levels were assessed using validated self-report measures at baseline(T1)and post-intervention(T2).Twotailed paired t-tests were conducted to evaluate the preliminary efficacy of the program, and effect sizes were reported using Cohen’s d.Results:Significant reductions were observed from pre-to post-intervention in perceived stress(t(18)=3.694,p<0.001,SE=0.17,d=−0.85)and perceived anxiety(t(18)=5.113,p<0.01,SE=0.10,d=−1.20),both indicating large effect sizes. Conclusion:Our findings provide preliminary evidence that the IVRMprogramcan reduce stress and anxiety levels in university students. The positive results suggest that IVRM has the potential to serve as a novel,technology-based meditation intervention for individuals at elevated risk for developingmental health disorders.Furthermore, our study suggests important implications for future research.

文摘As a new dynamic reactive power compensator, the grid-forming Static Var Generator(GF-SVG)can not only provide reactive power-voltage support, but also has inertial support capability. It has been experimentally deployed in many wind farms. However, studies have shown that when the three-phase short-circuit fault occurs in the wind farm, the transient overcurrent during the fault occurrence and fault clearance is suppressed, making it difficult for GF-SVG to use traditional fixed virtual impedance.Aiming at the problem, firstly, the influence of virtual reactance on control stability is analyzed using the GF-SVG’s current open-loop transfer function.Secondly, based on the existing current limitation strategies of GF-SVG,an adaptive virtual reactance current limitation strategy suitable for symmetrical faults of the power grid is proposed, which limits GF-SVG’s transient overcurrent during fault occurrence and fault clearance stage to the tolerance range of GF-SVG’s power devices.Based on the GF-SVG’s active power loop and reactive power loop small signal models, the availability of the proposed adaptive virtual reactance in suppressing the DC voltage drop of GF-SVG is analyzed, and shortening the transient overvoltage recovery time of the wind farm after the fault clearance is also discussed. Finally, electromagnetic simulation proves the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed adaptive current limitation method.

文摘Dear Editor,The cell,as the fundamental unit of life, presents core challenges in biological research due to its inherent complexity and dynamic properties.A recent perspective published in Cell[1]and an out-of-box article in The Innovation Life[2]outlined our visions for constructing artificial intelligence virtual cells(AIVCs).Unlike other diseases, cancer is fundamentally a cellular disease. While other disciplines focus on pathophysiological changes at the system or organ level, cancer uniquely begins with abnormal proliferation triggered by genomic instability at the cellular level, subsequently inducing local microenvironment remodeling.
文摘This study proposes a virtual healthcare assistant framework designed to provide support in multiple languages for efficient and accurate healthcare assistance. The system employs a transformer model to process sophisticated, multilingual user inputs and gain improved contextual understanding compared to conventional models, including long short-term memory(LSTM)models. In contrast to LSTMs,which sequence processes information and may experience challenges with long-range dependencies, transformers utilize self-attention to learn relationships among every aspect of the input in parallel. This enables them to execute more accurately in various languages and contexts, making them well-suited for applications such as translation, summarization, and conversational Comparative evaluations revealed the superiority of the transformer model(accuracy rate:85%)compared with that of the LSTM model(accuracy rate:65%).The experiments revealed several advantages of the transformer architecture over the LSTM model, such as more effective self-attention,the ability for models to work in parallel with each other, and contextual understanding for better multilingual compatibility.Additionally, our prediction model exhibited effectiveness for disease diagnosis, with accuracy of 85%or greater in identifying the relationship between symptoms and diseases among different demographics. The system provides translation support from English to other languages, with conversion to French(Bilingual Evaluation Understudy score:0.7),followed by English to Hindi(0.6).The lowest Bilingual Evaluation Understudy score was found for English to Telugu(0.39).This virtual assistant can also perform symptom analysis and disease prediction, with output given in the preferred language of the user.
