Emerging technologies ranging from big data, cloud computing, and the Interne...Amid the current evolving global political and economic landscape, the digital economy has achieved a positive momentum in BRICS countries. Emerging technologies ranging from big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things to artificial intelligence(AI) have maintained a dynamic development. New phenomena such as “new retail” and “new manufacturing” are persistently changing people's daily lives and gradually influencing human values and notions in social governance. BRICS countries have accelerated the innovation and development of the digital economy by constantly improving relevant cooperation mechanisms. “Digital BRICS” has already become an important force to promote world economic growth and enhance the reform of the global economic governance system. The development of the digital economy per se has unique characteristics. Thus, BRICS countries are faced with practical challenges in deepening cooperation. Particularly, they must reconsider the national security risks created by the transnational diffusion of technologies and the implications for the international order stemming from the excessive expansion of the power of digital giants. Methods: 96 patients with extensive total hysterectomy received in our dep...Objective: to observe the effect of multidisciplinary cooperative intervention on the recovery of bladder function after radical hysterectomy. Methods: 96 patients with extensive total hysterectomy received in our department from July 2019 to December 2020 were taken as observation objects and divided into two groups. The first group used routine nursing intervention and the second group used multidisciplinary cooperation intervention on the basis of the first group. The nursing effect and bladder dysfunction score of the two groups were compared, with 48 patients in each group. Results: (1) the infection rate of urinary system in the first group was significantly higher than that in the second group. The indwelling time of urinary catheter in the second group was longer than that in the second group. There was a difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). (2) The score of bladder dysfunction before and one month after operation in the first group was higher than that in the second group, with difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: multidisciplinary cooperative intervention is effective for patients with extensive total hysterectomy and is recommended.展开更多
In the realm of missile defense systems,the self-sufficient maneuver capacity of missile swarms is pivotal for their survival.Through the analysis of the missile dynamics model,a time-efficient cooperative attack stra...In the realm of missile defense systems,the self-sufficient maneuver capacity of missile swarms is pivotal for their survival.Through the analysis of the missile dynamics model,a time-efficient cooperative attack strategy for missile swarm is proposed.Based on the distribution of the attackers and defenders,the collision avoidance against the defenders is considered during the attack process.By analyzing the geometric relationship between the relative velocity vector and relative position vector of the attackers and defenders,the collision avoidance constrains of attacking swarm are redefined.The key point is on adjusting the relative velocity vectors to fall outside the collision cone.This work facilitates high-precision attack toward the target while keeping safe missing distance between other attackers during collision avoidance process.By leveraging an innovative repulsion artificial function,a time-efficient cooperative attack strategy for missile swarm is obtained.Through rigorous simulation,the effectiveness of this cooperative attack strategy is substantiated.Furthermore,by employing Monte Carlo simulation,the success rate of the cooperative attack strategy is assessesed and the optimal configuration for the missile swarm is deduced.展开更多

A new cooperative extended attribute reduction algorithm named Co-PSAR based on improved PSO is proposed, in which the cooperative evolutionary strategy with suitable fitness func- tions is involved to learn a good hypothesis for accelerating the optimization of searching minimal attribute reduction. Experiments on Benchmark functions and University of California, Irvine (UCI) data sets, compared with other algorithms, verify the superiority of the Co-PSAR algorithm in terms of the convergence speed, efficiency and accuracy for the attribute reduction.展开更多

The United States,Russia and China are militarily and economically among the most powerful countries in the post-Cold War period,and the interactions between the three powers heavily influence the international system...The United States,Russia and China are militarily and economically among the most powerful countries in the post-Cold War period,and the interactions between the three powers heavily influence the international system.However,different conclusions about this question are generally made by researchers through qualitative analysis,and it is necessary to objectively and quantitatively investigate their interactions.Monthly-aggregated event data from the Global Data on Events,Location and Tone(GDELT)to measure cooperative and conflictual interactions between the three powers,and the complementary cumulative distribution function(CCDF)and the vector autoregression(VAR)method are utilized to investigate their interactions in two periods:January,1991 to September,2001,and October,2001 to December,2016.The results of frequencies and strengths analysis showed that:the frequencies and strengths of USA-China interactions slightly exceeded those of USA-Russia interactions and became the dominant interactions in the second period.Although that cooperation prevailed in the three dyads in two periods,the conflictual interactions between the USA and Russia tended to be more intense in the second period,mainly related to the strategic contradiction between the USA and Russia,especially in Georgia,Ukraine and Syria.The results of CCDF indicated that similar probabilities in the cooperative behaviors between the three dyads,but the differences in the probabilities of conflictual behaviors in the USA-Russia dyad showed complicated characteristic,and those between Russia and China indicated that Russia had been consistently giving China a hard time in both periods when dealing with conflict.The USA was always an essential factor in affecting the interactions between Russia and China in both periods,but China’s behavior only played a limited role in influencing the interactions between the USA-Russia dyad.Our study provides quantitative insight into the direct cooperative and conflictual interactions between the three dyads since the end of the Cold War and helps to understand their interactions better.展开更多

FLP provides support for defi...We describe a system called CFLP which aims at the integration of the best features of functional logic programming (FLP), cooperative constraint solving (CCS), and distributed computing. FLP provides support for defining one's own abstractions over a constraint domain in an easy and comfortable way, whereas CCS is employed to solve systems of mixed constraints by iterating specialized constraint solving methods in accordance with a well defined strategy. The system is a distributed implementation of a cooperative constraint functional logic programming scheme that combines higher order lazy narrowing with cooperative constraint solving. The model takes advantage of the existence of several constraint solving resources located in a distributed environment (e.g., a network of computers), which communicate asynchronously via message passing. To increase the openness of the system, we are redesigning CFLP based on CORBA. We discuss some design and implementation issues of the system.展开更多

However, the states are difficult to be observed in practice. In this paper, a novel distributed model predictive control is proposed based on state observer for a kind of linear discrete-time systems where states are not measured. Firstly, an output feedback control law is designed based on Lyapunov function and state observer. And the stability domain is described. Furthermore, the stability domain as a terminal constraint is added into the constraint conditions of the algorithm to make systems stable outside the stability domain.
