Comparative research on the optical properties of three surface patterning ZnO ordered arrays

We fabricate three surface patterning zinc oxide(ZnO) ordered arrays on glass substrates by using nanosphere lithography technique and dc magnetron sputtering technique. The crescent, tube and honeycomb surface morphologies of the samples are observed by scanning electron microscopy. The transmittance, fluorescence and confocal Raman spectra of the sample are measured. Obviously, when the angle between the plume and the substrate is 90°, the honeycomb arrays have a better transmission. Additionally, the PL intensity of honeycomb arrays is superior. With the increasing of the angle between the substrate and the sputtering plume, the fluorescence peak shows blue shift. The Raman peak located at438 cm^-1belongs to ZnO E2(high) mode, which corresponds to the characteristic band of the hexagonal wurtzite phase.The tube arrays have the best Raman spectrum intensity. 展开更多

Liquid sloshing in a rectangular container Subjected to a horizontal excitation is simulated by the finite element method. Comparisons between the two theories are made based on their numerical results. It is found that good agreement is obtained for the case of small amplitude oscillation and obvious differences occur for large amplitude excitation. Even though, the second order solution can still exhibit typical nonlinear features of nonlinear wave and can be used instead of the fully nonlinear theory. 展开更多

The highly ordered silver-coated colloidal crystals arrays and macroporous silver films were derived through an electrostatics-induced adsorption effect using polystyrene(PS) as templates. Carboxyl-modified PS microspheres were prepared by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization using methacrylic acid(MAA) as the functional monomer. PS microspheres were self-assembled into close packing colloidal crystals of facecentered cubic arrays to the substrate with vertical deposition method. These colloidal crystals were modified using dopamine(DA) to form poly-dopamine(PDA) during its oxidative polymerization. Through electrostatic interaction, the silver nanoparticles were deposited and adsorbed onto the surfaces of colloidal crystals templates by exposing [Ag(NH_3)_2]^+solution to infrared irradiation. Removal of the polymeric template by etching with methylbenzene solvent resulted in 3D ordered macroporous silver films. The structural and properties of the ordered silver-coated arrays and macroporous silver films were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), UV-vis spectroscopy and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS). The results indicate that the prepared silver-coated arrays and macroporous silver films possess the features of ordered multilayer arrangement, uniformity and repeatability as well as an ideal SERS effect. 展开更多

Fabricating interfacial layers with high lithiophilicity and rapid Li+transfer functionality is critical for dendrite-free lithium deposition in lithium-metal batteries(LMBs).Herein,a two-dimensional coordination network,NKU-2000,with ordered lithiophilic crown ether sites is applied as an interfacial layer to protect lithium metal anode.The Li||Li symmetrical cells with NKU-2000-based interfacial layer exhibit an ultralong cycle of 8500 h at 1 mA cm^(-2),and can stably cycle for 1700 h under a severe state of 10 mA cm^(-2)and 10 mAh cm^(-2).The corresponding LiFePO_(4)full cell achieves a long lifespan of 2000 cycles at 1 C with a capacity retention rate of 81.8%.A molecular-level mechanism study reveals that the lithiophilic crown ether sites reduce the Li+desolvation energy barrier,and the crown ether-based channels promote Li^(+)transfer kinetics.This work provides a facile coordination assembly approach of arranging uniformly distributed lithiophilic sites in efficient Li^(+)transfer channels of an interfacial layer for achieving dendrite-free lithium deposition in high-performance LMBs. 展开更多

基于随机动态掩模调制的幂律光场量子统计特性

光场的相干度在单光子成像中直接关系着成像信噪比与对比度,但现有成像光场相干度被限制在热噪声极限(g^((2))(0)≤2)以下.本文提出了基于随机动态掩模调制增强光场二阶相干度的方法,并利用高分辨单光子探测阵列实现了对强关联、幂律光... 光场的相干度在单光子成像中直接关系着成像信噪比与对比度,但现有成像光场相干度被限制在热噪声极限(g^((2))(0)≤2)以下.本文提出了基于随机动态掩模调制增强光场二阶相干度的方法,并利用高分辨单光子探测阵列实现了对强关联、幂律光子统计特性光场的测量,进而验证了高阶相干度对成像质量的提升效果.实验表明在单像素平均光子数在10^(-2)—10^(2)范围内,可实现幂律光子分布光场制备;在随机动态掩模调制下最大二阶相干度g^((2))(0)=98.67,在哈达玛掩模调制下最大g^((2))(0)=47.29,相干度提升幅度随曝光时间与调制频率可调.基于动态掩模最强相干度在5μs曝光时间、单像素平均光子数0.026,仅需20帧进行高分辨400×400单光子二阶关联成像即可实现图像质量显著提升,峰值信噪比由8.05 dB增至29.03 dB,提高20.98 dB;结构相似度从0.08优化至0.92,增加了0.84;对比度由0.99显著增至74.96,清晰度由0.18增至34.19.该研究显著地提升光场二阶相干度并超越热噪声极限,同时在单像素光子数远小于1,微秒级快速曝光条件下实现单光子成像性能提升,为光场高阶相干度调控与低光子关联成像提供支撑. 展开更多

Lithium-oxygen batteries have attracted considerable interest in the past a few years, because they have higher theoretical specific energy than Li-ion batteries. However, the available en ergy den sities of the Li-O2 batteries are much less than expected. It is particularly urgent to find catalyst with high activity. Herein, a series of Co3O4 with differe nt morphologies (ordered two-dimensio nal porous nano sheets, flowerlike and cuboidlike) were successfully prepared through facile hydrothermal and calcinatio n methods. Ordered two-dime nsional Co3O4 nano sheets show the best cycling stability. Detailed experimental results reveal that the superiority of the unique two-dimensional uniform porous structures is vital for Li-O2 batteries cathode catalysts. Due to the ordered structures with high surface areas and active sites, the catalysts indicate a high specific discharge capacity of about 10,417 mAh/g at a current density of 200 mA/g, and steadily cycle for more than 50 times with a limited capacity of 1,000 mAh/g. 展开更多

The adaptive broadband beamformer with tapped delay line (TDL) structure for nonuniform linear array (NLA) is designed according to the rule of minimizing the beamformer's output power while keeping the distortionless response (DR) in the direction of desired signal and keeping the constant beamwidth (CB) with the prescribed sidelobe level over the whole operating band. This kind of beamforming problem can be solved with the interior-point method after being converted to the form of standard second order cone programming (SOCP). A polarization-independent nonmechanical laser beam steering scheme is proposed to realize continuous two-dimensional(2 D) scanning with high efficiency, where the core components are two polarization-dependent devices, which are called liquid crystal optical phased arrays(LC-OPAs). These two one-dimensional(1D) devices are orthogonally cascaded to work on the state of azimuthal and elevation steering, respectively. Properties of polarization independence as well as 2D beam steering are mathematically and experimentally verified with a good agreement. Based on the experimental setup, linearly polarized beams with different polarization angles are steered with high accuracy. The measured angular deviations are less than 5 μrad, which is on the same order of the accuracy of the measurement system. This polarization-independent 2 D laser beam steering scheme has potential application for nonmechanical laser communication, lidar, and other LC-based systems. 展开更多

针对金属纳米颗粒阵列溶液生长法具有易自成核和生长速率慢等不足,导致金纳米阵列难以均匀可控生长的问题,提出了一种激光光热驱动的金纳米阵列合成新方法。该方法基于金纳米颗粒的等离激元光热效应,实现了由内至外的可控加热,并借此实... 针对金属纳米颗粒阵列溶液生长法具有易自成核和生长速率慢等不足,导致金纳米阵列难以均匀可控生长的问题,提出了一种激光光热驱动的金纳米阵列合成新方法。该方法基于金纳米颗粒的等离激元光热效应,实现了由内至外的可控加热,并借此实现了花粉状金纳米有序点阵的可控生长制备;同时将所制备的花粉状金纳米有序点阵作为表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)检测基底,对4-ATP分子福美双农药分子进行检测。结果表明:对4-ATP分子的最低检测浓度可达10^(-8)mol/L,SERS增强因子为5.29×10^(7),高于传统的金纳米星1.2×10^(7);对不同批次基底的SERS检测结果进行对比,以其1080 cm^(-1)特征峰的拉曼强度为例,通过分析计算得出相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为9.1%,证明了该基底的重复稳定性;将花粉粒状金纳米有序点阵样品的测试结果与60 d后的测试结果进行对比发现,其1080 cm^(-1)特征峰的拉曼强度依然有初始值的38%,进一步表明了其稳定性。 展开更多

The titania nanotube arrays presented high sensitivity to hydrogen gas. The crystalline phase of the samples was checked by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The differences in the nanotubes morphology attributed to the etched samples due to anodiza- tion potential, reaction time and the electrolyte concentration were analyzed by scanning electron mi- croscopy (SEM). 接触式DCT实验装置与仿体实验设计

目的为解决大面积接触式漫射相关层析成像(Diffuse Correlation Tomography,DCT)设备由于需要大规模光源-探测(Source-Detector,S-D)阵列完成数据采集导致设备成本升高的问题。方法研究提出采用光开关阵列将1组S-D时分复用为8组,共覆盖8... 目的为解决大面积接触式漫射相关层析成像(Diffuse Correlation Tomography,DCT)设备由于需要大规模光源-探测(Source-Detector,S-D)阵列完成数据采集导致设备成本升高的问题。方法研究提出采用光开关阵列将1组S-D时分复用为8组,共覆盖8 cm×8 cm目标组织。每组长短距离的S-D交叉分布形成同心圆结构,利用其对称性和对等性,保证体素获得光子的均衡性,同时扩大探测面积和深度。结果利用该低成本DCT设备,仿体“十字型”异质物重建位置精确,形态基本完整,重建图像第二层(深度0.5~1.0 cm)的对比度为0.75;“管状”异质物的对比度与流速呈良好的线性关系,重建位置精确,形态完整;临床袖带加压测试实验自然状态的血流指数约为加压状态的10倍,且3D图像和图像标准差也显示自然状态的血运更丰富。结论该接触式DCT设备对形态各异的异质物检测能力较强,可作为一种新的检测手段检测与血流灌注异常相关的疾病。 展开更多
