In the same period, workflow management has experienced significant development, but has become more focused on the industry. However, it seems to us that document workflows have not had the same interest for the scientific community. But nowadays, the emergence and supremacy of the Internet in electronic exchanges are leading to a massive dematerialization of documents;which requires a conceptual reconsideration of the organizational framework for the processing of said documents in both public and private administrations. This problem seems open to us and deserves the interest of the scientific community. Indeed, EDM has mainly focused on the storage (referencing) and circulation of documents (traceability). It paid little attention to the overall behavior of the system in processing documents. The purpose of our researches is to model document processing systems. In the previous works, we proposed a general model and its specialization in the case of small documents (any document processed by a single person at a time during its processing life cycle), which represent 70% of documents processed by administrations, according to our study. In this contribution, we extend the model for processing small documents to the case where they are managed in a system comprising document classes organized in subclasses;which is the case for most administrations. We have thus observed that this model is a Markovian <i>ML×K/ML×K/</i>1 queues network. We have analyzed the constraints of this model and deduced certain characteristics and metrics. <span style="white-space:normal;"><i></i></span><i>In fine<span style="white-space:normal;"></span></i>, the ultimate objective of our work is to design a document workflow management system, integrating a component of global behavior prediction.展开更多

Objective: The present study of interphase cytogenetics and conventional karyotyping was undertaken to perform comprehensive analysis of CLL genetics with an approach to refine early prognostication of disease. Material & Methods: Retrospective analysis by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) was carried out on total 671 patients of CLL at diagnosis between 2008 and 2015. Conventional cytogenetics studies were performed in 50 of 671 patients using CPG Oligonucleotide + IL-2 and TPA (12-O-Tetradecanyl Phorbol 13-acetate) for stimulation of lymphocytes cultures. Results: Interphase cytogenetics could detect recurrent abnormalities such as del(13q14), +12, del(17p13), del(11q22), del(6q23) in 71% of cases. The incidence of del(13q) was higher in Rai stage 0, I, II (p = 0.0005);whereas patients with ≥2 aberrations were more common in advance stage III, IV (p = 0.001). Frequency of IgH translocation was 7%. Morphology and immunophenotypic analysis revealed atypical CLL with higher frequency of t(14;19) than t(14;18). Conventional karyotype could detect abnormal karyotype in 97% of cases which displayed targeted FISH abnormalities along with additional non-targeted chromosomal abnormalities. Patients with negative FISH markers showed clonal non-recurrent numerical and structural changes. The complex karyotype was identified in 24% cases which included targeted FISH aberrations as well as non-targeted numerical and structural abnormalities like deletions, and unbalanced translocations. A significant association was observed between complex karyotype and coexistence of ≥2 FISH markers (p = 0.009) and del(11q22) &/or del(17p) (p = 0.03). Conclusion: Our data of interphase FISH with integration of conventional karyotyping revealed genomic complexity that helped identification of biological subclasses with clinical impact at diagnosis. Further, these cytogenetic subclasses along with molecular markers are likely to evolve more refined prognostic groups, which will help design risk-adapted therapies in B-CLL.展开更多

HBV replication is non-cytopathic. Transient infections run a course of several months, and chronic infections are often life-long. Chronic infections can lead to liver failure with cirrhosis and hepatocellniar carcinoma. It is generally accepted that neutralizing anti-HBs antibodies plays a key role in recovery from HBV infection by containing the spread of infection in the infected host and facilitating the removal and destruction of viral particles. However, the immune response initiated by the T-cell response to viral antigens is also important for viral clearance and disease pathogenesis in HBV infection. The three structural forms of the viral proteins, the HBsAg, the particulate HBcAg, and the nonparticulate HBeAg, may preferentially elicit different Th cell subsets. The different IgG subclass profiles of anti-HBs, anti-HBc, and anti-HBe in different HBV infection status were revealed. Moreover, the different IgG subclass profiles in chronic carriers did not change with different ALT and AST levels and may reflect the difference between stimulating antigens, immune response, and the stages of viral disease and provide the basis for the use of vaccines and prophylactic treatments for individuals at high risk of human HBV infection. This review elucidates the detailed understanding of the immune responses induced during transient and persistent infection, and the development of immunotherapy and immunodiagnosis in patients with HBV infection, and possible means of reducing the liver damage.展开更多

IgG subclass deficiencies were found in 28 (59.6%) cases with the frequency in order as IgG4 (27.7%, 13 / 47), IgGl (21.3%, 10/47), IgG3 (14.9%, 7/47), and IgG2 (2.1%, 1 / 47). Compared with age-atched healthy children, the mean concentration of serum IgG4 and IgGl, and PnPs specific IgGl, IgG2 antibodies were decreased in children with iron deficiency. Decreased CD4 cells and CD4 / CD8 ratio in peripheral blood, low interleukin? (IL-6) activity, reduced lymphocyte proliferative responsiveness and increased recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI) were found in iron deticiency children. These results suggested that serum IgG subclass and PnPs specific IgG subclass antibody deficiencies caused by dysfunction of the regulation of T lymphocyte on B lymphocyte may be related to the susceptibility to RRTI in children with iron deficiency.展开更多

文摘Objective:The paper aimed to study the relationship between the expressions of immunoglobulin G(IgG) subclasses toward human papillomavirus 16-like particles(HPV16VLPs) in the serum of patients and different grades of cervical lesions. Methods:The expressions of IgG subclasses in 32 cases of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection,30 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN I),43 CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ,and 24 hysteromyoma and chronic cervicitis were examined by ELISA.Results:The absorbance values of HPV16VLPs-IgG,IgG1 increased with the grade of CIN(P < 0.05).The IgG2 dominance(IgG2/IgG1 ratio > 1) from control group was 100%,87.50% for HPV infection group,75% for CIN I group, compared with that from CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ patients(9.52%)(P < 0.05).The positive rates and absorbance values of HPV16VLPs-IgG,IgG1 and IgG2 from HPV16-DNA positive group were significantly higher than those from non-HPV16-DNA positive group(P < 0.05).There was a moderate correlation between the HPV16-DNA testing and detection of HPV16VLPs-IgG(r = 0.531,P < 0.05).Conclusion:An increase of the expressions of HPV16VLPs-IgG and its subclasses in the serum of the patients with cervical precancerous lesions, especially those with CIN II-III,might be associated with duration of HPV infection and severity of cervical lesions. An increase of the IgG2 dominance(IgG2/IgG1 > 1) in serum from low grade cervical lesions group and normal control group, might indicate the clearance of HPV infection and the regression of cervical lesions.
文摘Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection occurs primarily in hepatocytes in the liver with release of infectious virions and non-infectious empty surface antigen particles into the bloodstream. This review elucidates the detailed understanding of the immune responses induced during transient and persistent infection, and the development of immunotherapy and immunodiagnosis in patients with HBV infection, and possible means of reducing the liver damage.

文摘In this paper, we establish the Fekete and Szego inequality for a class of holomorphic functions in the unit disk, and then we extend this result to a class of holomorphic mappings on the unit ball in a complex Banach space or on the unit polydisk in Cn.
文摘The serum IgG subclass concentrations in 47 cases and specific IgG subclass antibodies against pneumococcal polysaccharides (PnPs) were measured in 18 cases with iron deficiency. These results suggested that serum IgG subclass and PnPs specific IgG subclass antibody deficiencies caused by dysfunction of the regulation of T lymphocyte on B lymphocyte may be related to the susceptibility to RRTI in children with iron deficiency.
文摘Immunoglobulin G(IgG)subclasses in human health and immunity have only be sporadically studied in the half century since their discovery.Different patterns of IgG subclass production are seen if the immune response is deviated towards type 1 versus type 2.The current state of our knowledge of IgG subclasses in liver transplantation is reviewed here. While several studies have been conducted in liver disease, only four relatively small studies have been undertaken in liver transplant recipients.Total IgG4 elevation in serum is related to sclerosing pancreatico-cholangiopathy that is sensitive to treatment with steroids.Conventional immunosuppressive regimes, especially with a combination of tacrolimus and sirolimus, reduce the production of all IgG subclasses after transplantation but it is not known if they deviate the immune response.Presence of anti-donor IgG3 before transplantation,or its expansion after transplantation, has been associated with rejection and liver graft loss.Anti-GSTT1 IgG4 production after transplantation is associated with de-novo immune hepatitis.Greater knowledge of anti-donor IgG subclass responses after transplantation will allow us tailor novel treatments for greater effect.
