Five samples of LiMgPO_(4):Gd were prepared via five different production processes using a solid-state reaction method.The effects of the preparation process on optically stimulated luminescence(OSL)and thermoluminescence(TL)were investigated.Considering its high sensitivity,low fading,and minimum detectable dose(MDD),the LiMgPO_(4):Gd phosphor heated to 900℃for 15 h is concluded to be optimal.The effects of annealing on the OSL sensitivity,relative residual OSL signals measured after 24 h of irradiation,and MDD of LiMgPO_(4):Gd phosphors heated to 900℃for 15 h were also investigated.Considering its high sensitivity,low fading,and MDD,annealing at 350℃for 1 h is concluded to be optimal.The OSL signal of LiMgPO_(4):Gd was derived from the principal TL glow peak.For a maximum integration time of 5 s,the OSL signal was stable,with no fading 30 days after irradiation.LiMgPO_(4):Gd eliminated approximately 2.2%of the OSL signal at each readout for a readout time of 0.1 s,which is sufficient for fast and multiple OSL readout.The sensitivity of LiMgPO_(4):Gd phosphor,annealed for 1 h at 350℃with a reading time of 0.1 s,was found to be approximately 98%of that observed forα-Al_(2)O_(3):C(TLD-500k),which should be sufficient for low-dose measurements in personal,workplace,and environmental dosimetry. 展开更多

The major aim of stroke therapy is to stimulate brain repair and improve behavioral recovery after cerebral ischemia.One option is to stimulate endogenous neurogenesis in the subventricular zone and direct the newly formed neurons to the damaged area.However,only a small percentage of these neurons survive,and many do not reach the damaged area,possibly because the corpus callosum impedes the migration of subventricular zone-derived stem cells into the lesioned cortex.A second major obstacle to stem cell therapy is the strong inflammatory reaction induced by cerebral ischemia,whereby the associated phagocytic activity of brain macrophages removes both therapeutic cells and/or cell-based drug carriers.To address these issues,neurogenesis was electrically stimulated in the subventricular zone,followed by isolation of proliferating cells,including newly formed neurons,which were subsequently mixed with a nutritional hydrogel.This mixture was then transferred to the stroke cavity of day 14 post-stroke mice.We found that the performance of the treated animals improved in behavioral tests,including novel object,open field,hole board,grooming,and“time-to-feel”adhesive tape tests.Furthermore,immunostaining revealed that the stem cell marker nestin,the neuroepithelial marker Mash1,and the immature neuronal marker doublecortin-positive cells survived in the transplanted area for 2 weeks,possibly due to reduced phagocytic activity and supportive angiogenesis.These results clearly indicate that the transplantation of committed subventricular zone stem cells combined with a protective nutritional gel directly into the infarct cavity after the peak of stroke-induced neuroinflammation represents a feasible approach to improve neurorestoration after cerebral ischemia. 展开更多

We investigate theoretically the enhancement of mechanical squeezing in a multimode optomechanical system by introducing a coherent phonon–photon interaction via the backward stimulated Brillouin scattering(BSBS)process.The coherent photon–phonon interaction where two optical modes couple to a Brillouin acoustic mode with a large decay rate provides an extra channel for the cooling of a Duffing mechanical oscillator.The squeezing degree and the robustness to the thermal noises of the Duffing mechanical mode can be enhanced greatly.When the Duffing nonlinearity is weak,the squeezing degree of the mechanical mode in the presence of BSBS can be improved by more than one order of magnitude compared with that in the absence of BSBS.Our scheme may be extended to other quantum systems to study novel quantum effects. 展开更多

A temperature and acoustic impedance simultaneous sensor based on forward stimulated Brillouin scattering(FSBS)in highly nonlinear fiber(HNLF)with high sensitivity and high accuracy is proposed and demonstrated in this paper.High-order acoustic modes(HOAMs)are used to achieve individual or simultaneous measurement of the two parameters.Transverse acoustic waves(TAWs)involved in the FSBS process can efficiently sense the mechanical or environmental changes outside the fiber cladding,which will be reflected in a linear shift of the acoustic resonance frequency.By analyzing the frequencies of specific scattering peaks,the temperature and acoustic impedance outside the fiber cladding can be obtained simultaneously.The highest measured temperature and acoustic impedance sensitivities are 184.93 k Hz/℃and444.56 k Hz/MRayl,and the measurement accuracies are 0.09℃and 0.009 MRayl,respectively,which are both at desirable levels.We believe this work can provide potential application solutions for sensing fields involving temperature or acoustic impedance measurements. 展开更多

Stimulated Raman scattering(SRS)under a new ignition path that combines the advantages of direct-drive(DD)and indirect-drive(ID)schemes is investigated experimentally at the Shenguang-100 kJ facility.The results show that collective SRS in the plasma produced by ablating a polyimide film is detected for the ID beams,but is suppressed by adding a toe before the main pulse of the ID beams.The toe also strongly influences SRS of both the ID and DD beams excited in the plasma generated in the hohlraum.When a toe is used,the SRS spectra of the DD beams show that SRS tends to be excited in lower plasma density,which will result in a lower risk of super-hot electrons.Measurements of hot electrons support this conclusion.This research will help us produce a better pulse design for this new ignition path. 展开更多

Recent experiments at the National Ignition Facility and theoretical modeling suggest that side stimulated Raman scattering(SSRS)instability could reduce laser–plasma coupling and generate considerable fluxes of suprathermal hot electrons under interaction conditions envisaged for direct-drive schemes for inertial confinement fusion.Nonetheless,SSRS remains to date one of the least understood parametric instabilities.Here,we report the first angularly and spectrally resolved measurements of scattered light at laser intensities relevant for the shock ignition scheme(I×10^(16)W/cm^(2)),showing significant SSRS growth in the direction perpendicular to the laser polarization.Modification of the focal spot shape and orientation,obtained by using two different random phase plates,and of the density gradient of the plasma,by utilizing exploding foil targets of different thicknesses,clearly reveals a different dependence of backward SRS(BSRS)and SSRS on experimental parameters.While convective BSRS scales with plasma density scale length,as expected by linear theory,the growth of SSRS depends on the spot extension in the direction perpendicular to laser polarization.Our analysis therefore demonstrates that under current experimental conditions,with density scale lengths L_(n)≈60–120μm and spot sizes FWHM≈40–100μm,SSRS is limited by laser beam size rather than by the density scale length of the plasma. 展开更多

Dual-species stimulated deceleration of MgF molecules with Rb atoms

We propose a scheme for dual-species deceleration and trapping of a cold atom–molecule mixture by a frequency chirping stimulated force.We study the stimulated force exerted on Mg F and Rb using optical Bloch equations based on a direct numerical solution for the time-dependent density matrix.We analyze the relationship between the frequency chirping rate and the number of Mg F molecules and Rb atoms.In addition,we study the dynamical process of molecular deceleration and the effect of transverse diffusion.Monte–Carlo simulations show that buffer-gas-cooled Mg F and Rb beams,with initial velocities of 200 m/s and 130 m/s respectively,can be decelerated to less than 10 m/s.This is achieved with laser powers of as low as 357 m W for Mg F and 10 m W for Rb per traveling wave.The rapid deceleration minimizes molecular loss due to transverse diffusion during the deceleration process.The estimated number of molecules that can be trapped in a magneto-optical trap(MOT)is about 9.0×10^(6),which is an order of magnitude larger than the number of Mg F molecules decelerated by the spontaneous radiation force.The results offer a promising starting point for further studies of sympathetic cooling. 展开更多

Large-angle stimulated Raman scattering(LA-SRS)in a longitudinally inhomogeneous plasma with a transverse density modulation is studied using a three-wave coupled model and numerical simulations.The simulations show that the scattering angle of SRS in a longitudinally inhomogeneous plasma can be significantly affected by transverse density modulation.Under transverse density modulation conditions,the laser focuses into underdense regions,owing to the transversely modulated refractive index.The angle of LA-SRS,neither a purely 90° angle side scattering nor purely backscattering,is almost consistent with the specific angle at which the density inhomogeneity vanishes.In modulated plasmas,the nonuniform distribution of laser intensity shifts the regions of scattering and gain compared with those in uniform plasmas,ultimately affecting the laser transmission.SRS is suppressed in weakly modulated regimes,whereas it is enhanced under strong modulation conditions,and a theoretical criterion distinguishing between strong and weak modulation is established. 展开更多

Persistent luminescence is a unique optical phenomenon that continues to emit light for minutes or even hours after the excitation stops,which can significantly enhance the sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio of imaging[1].Among numerous persistent luminescence materials,lanthanide-doped fluoride nanoparticles have shown tunable persistent luminescence across the UV-vis-NIR spectrum(200-1700 nm)under X-ray excitation and adjustable size,promising significant applications in deep-tissue imaging[2,3],security encryption,and data storage[4].In particular,those exhibiting NIR-II luminescence(1000-1700 nm)provide key advantages such as deeper tissue penetration,higher contrast,and minimal interference from biological autofluorescence.However,challenges such as low brightness and rapid signal decay,especially in the NIR-II region,limit their effectiveness in long-term monitoring,including tumor theranostics[5].Traditional approaches like size control and surface passivation yield only marginal improvements,underscoring the need for next-generation nanoparticles with superior NIR-II brightness. 展开更多

背景:经颅直流电刺激可以通过调节大脑皮质兴奋性提高人体运动表现,但其对非稳定负荷运动任务表现的影响仍不明确。目的:探讨经颅直流电刺激对非稳定杠铃卧推运动表现及肌电活动的影响。方法:采用随机、自身对照交叉试验设计,22名男性... 背景:经颅直流电刺激可以通过调节大脑皮质兴奋性提高人体运动表现,但其对非稳定负荷运动任务表现的影响仍不明确。目的:探讨经颅直流电刺激对非稳定杠铃卧推运动表现及肌电活动的影响。方法:采用随机、自身对照交叉试验设计,22名男性大学生受试者接受随机的真刺激(阳极刺激)和假刺激2种经颅直流电刺激干预,分别在经颅直流电刺激干预后对受试者进行非稳定杠铃卧推疲劳试验,记录完成卧推动作的次数和卧推运动中杠铃杆的加速度,作为反映非稳定杠铃卧推负荷任务运动表现和动作稳定性控制能力表现的指标。此外,采集运动过程中右侧肱二头肌、肱三头肌、三角肌前束、三角肌后束以及胸大肌的表面肌电信号。采用配对t检验对真、假刺激条件下的卧推次数差异性进行检验;采用重复测量设计的方差分析对三轴加速度、主动肌激活水平和拮抗肌共激活水平等指标的差异性进行检验。结果与结论:①真、假刺激干预后受试者卧推杠铃次数无显著差异,但经颅直流电刺激真刺激干预后Y轴的加速度平均幅值均显著小于经颅直流电刺激假刺激时;②经颅直流电刺激真刺激干预显著提升了三角肌前束的激活水平和三角肌后束的共激活水平;除三角肌后束外,各测试肌肉运动后半段的激活水平显著高于运动前半段;③经颅直流电刺激干预和运动阶段对各测试指标的影响无显著的交互作用;④提示经颅直流电刺激对非稳定杠铃卧推运动的肌肉耐力表现并无显著影响,但可以提高动作的稳定性,这可能与经颅直流电刺激可以显著提高三角肌前束激活水平和三角肌后束共激活水平,进而提高肩关节的刚度和稳定性有关;在竞技体育和临床康复训练中,可以根据训练目的考虑采用经颅直流电刺激调控非稳定负荷运动任务的表现。 展开更多

目的探究言语训练联合神经电刺激对老年脑卒中后非流畅性失语的有效性。方法选择2020年1月至2024年6月苏州大学附属第一医院康复医学科收治的老年脑卒中后非流畅性失语患者102例,按随机数表法分为研究组51例和对照组51例。对照组接受言... 目的探究言语训练联合神经电刺激对老年脑卒中后非流畅性失语的有效性。方法选择2020年1月至2024年6月苏州大学附属第一医院康复医学科收治的老年脑卒中后非流畅性失语患者102例,按随机数表法分为研究组51例和对照组51例。对照组接受言语训练,研究组在此基础上联合神经电刺激,疗程14 d。比较两组疾病症状(中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查量表)、认知功能[非语言性认知功能评估量表(non-language-based cognitive assessment,NLCA)]、心理状态[脑卒中失语抑郁量表(stroke aphasia depression questionnaire,SADQ)、中文版简易老年焦虑问卷(Chinese version of geriatric anxiety inventory-short form,GAI-SF)]、生活质量[脑卒中失语症生活质量量表(stroke aphasia quality of life scale-39,SAQOL-39g)]的差异。结果研究组治疗后听理解、复述能力、漫画说明、名词列举、计算能力、自发性谈话、朗读能力、描写能力、听写能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。研究组NLCA评分总分及各维度记忆力、注意力、执行力、视空间力、逻辑推理评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。研究组治疗后GAI-SF、SADQ评分明显低于对照组[(2.10±0.65)分vs(2.45±0.72)分,P<0.05;(20.15±4.83)分vs(23.42±4.95)分,P<0.01]。研究组治疗后SAQOL-39g评分总分、交流、心理社会评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[(131.90±13.78)分vs(126.15±15.02)分,P<0.05;(24.30±2.85)分vs(22.45±2.90)分,P<0.01;(55.30±5.80)分vs(51.75±6.10)分,P<0.01]。结论言语训练联合神经电刺激治疗老年脑卒中后非流畅性失语有助于减轻失语症状,提高认知功能,改善不良心理状态,有效提高生活质量。 展开更多

目的 观察理筋手法联合磁刺激治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPPS)的临床疗效。方法 选取符合MPPS诊断标准的108例患者作为研究对象,所有受试者首先经随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。在后续干预中,观察组出现2例因未按疗程治疗脱... 目的 观察理筋手法联合磁刺激治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPPS)的临床疗效。方法 选取符合MPPS诊断标准的108例患者作为研究对象,所有受试者首先经随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。在后续干预中,观察组出现2例因未按疗程治疗脱落;对照组1例未按照疗程治疗脱落, 1例完成治疗后失访脱落,因此最终每组52例。观察组采用理筋手法+磁刺激治疗,对照组采用磁刺激治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后盆底肌筋膜触诊视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗前后静息电位、治疗效果、复发率。结果 治疗后,两组患者VAS评分较治疗前显著下降,其中观察组评分降至(1.21±1.19)分,降幅显著大于对照组的(2.00±0.86)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者前、后静息电位较治疗前显著降低,且观察组前静息电位(3.98±1.89)μV、后静息电位(5.13±3.58)μV优于对照组的(5.46±4.30)、(6.79±3.38)μV(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率96.15%高于对照组的78.84%(P<0.05)。在为期1个月的随访期间,观察组复发率11.54%显著低于对照组的28.85%(P<0.05)。结论 理筋手法联合磁刺激是治疗MPPS的有效方法 ,可明显减轻MPPS患者的疼痛症状,改善盆底肌筋膜高张状态,降低复发率。 展开更多

米桑油田储层主要为碳酸盐岩储层,部分井的储层物性较差,常规基质酸化措施无法保证提高产量并稳定生产,需要考虑酸压增产措施。米桑油田酸压改造的主要目标为形成较长且具有一定导流能力的酸蚀裂缝,A井裸眼水平段长度为656.5 m且距离水... 米桑油田储层主要为碳酸盐岩储层,部分井的储层物性较差,常规基质酸化措施无法保证提高产量并稳定生产,需要考虑酸压增产措施。米桑油田酸压改造的主要目标为形成较长且具有一定导流能力的酸蚀裂缝,A井裸眼水平段长度为656.5 m且距离水层的距离仅15~18 m,为确保酸压效果的同时避免沟通水层,首次采用控缝高酸压增产技术,通过降低排量、降低前置液黏度、低排量起裂及阶梯式增加排量来控制缝高。对已下入打孔管的水平裸眼段实施了2段裂缝酸压作业,每段压裂酸液用量为400 m^(3)。在裂缝导流能力与常规酸压设计相当的情况下,平均缝高由31.6 m降低至19.4 m,平均缝高降低幅度达38.6%,距离水层的最近距离由常规设计的平均值1.6 m,增加至控制缝高的平均值10.4 m,增加5.5倍。A井作业后投产2个月平均含水率由26.5%逐步降低至0.5%,累计产油1.71×10^(4) m^(3),达到了较好增产和避免沟通水层的实施效果,探索出酸压增产技术在该油田使用的边界条件,扩展了该技术的应用范围。 展开更多
