Objective: to study and analyze the value of the stepped nursing strategy in patients with basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral hernia. Methods: 94 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hernia in the basal ganglia area admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to October 2021 were included. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 47 patients in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing during the perioperative period, and the study group carried out nursing intervention based on the ladder nursing strategy. The nursing effect of the two groups, the perioperative complication rate, the improvement of neurological function before and after the operation, and the quality of life after two months of nursing were evaluated and compared. Results: the total effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the perioperative complication rate was lower than that in the control group, the NIHSS score NSE level was lower than that in the control group 2 months after operation, the BDNF level was higher than that in the control group, and the cqqc scale score was higher than that in the control group 2 months after nursing. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of ladder nursing strategy in the perioperative period of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hernia in the basal ganglia region is helpful to improve the nursing effect and safety, promote the recovery of patients neurological function, and improve the quality of life. 展开更多

A biped walking robot should be able to keep balance even in the presence of disturbing forces. This paper presents a step strategy concept of biped walking robot that is stabilized by using reaction null space method. The called "step strategy" can be modeled by means of the reaction null space method that introduced earlier to tackle dynamic interaction problems of free-floating robots, or moving base robots in general. 6-DOF biped robot model simulations are used to confirm the validity. 展开更多
