The purpose of this research is to examine the results from the Common Core Assessment completed in the States of New York and Kentucky. The Common Core Assessment resulting from these states were selected because a review of the literature determined that these were the two States in the United States that have reported test results. Modifiers have a broad array of influences on extraction with liquids in standard state, supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), trapping by SFE and supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC). They can significantly change the qualitative and quantitative results. Quantitative and qualitative results can be influenced by different extractants and modifiers in different ways as it was shown by Brondz et al. at 2007 in “The real nature of the indole alkaloids in Cortinarius infractus: Evaluation of artifact formation through solvent extraction method development”, J. Chromatography A, 1148, 1-7. The choice of correct extractant, modifier, and trapper to the bulk mobile phase for supercritical fluids (SFs) or for liquids in subcritical or in the liquids in standard state is a challenge in any extraction procedure. This is the second paper in a sequence that describes the influence of extractants and modifiers on the performance of SFs and results of extraction with liquids in standard state and SFE. Here, attention is given to possible mistakes in qualitative and quantitative results by poor understanding of the influence of extractants, modifiers, and trappers on extraction and trapping process by a careless choice of extractant, modifier, and trapper for extraction with liquids in standard state and SFE. The SF chosen for discussion in the paper is CO2. However, similar effects can be observed with use of other SFs and fluids in subcritical and standard states. In this paper, the discussion of lipids, fatty and carboxylic acids have been chosen as target analytes for extraction, trapping and analysis. Some examples from extraction with liquids in the standard state and trapping in the supercritical state (collection) have been furnished with the wrong extractant, modifier, or trapper which is presented for illustration of inappropriate choice of extractants, modifiers, and trappers. 展开更多

The specific mechanisms by which acupuncture affects the central nervous system are unclear. In the International Standard Scalp Acupuncture system, acupuncture needles are applied at the middle line of the vertex, anterior parietal-temporal oblique line, and the posterior parietal-temporal oblique line. We conducted a single-arm prospective clinical trial in which seven healthy elderly volunteers (three men and four women;50–70 years old) received International Standard Scalp Acupuncture at MS5 (the mid-sagittal line between Baihui (DU20) and Qianding (DU21)), the left MS6 (line joining Sishencong (EX-HN1) and Xuanli (GB6)), and the left MS7 (line joining DU20 and Qubin (GB7)). After acupuncture, resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated changes in the fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuations and regional homogeneity in various areas, showing remarkable enhancement of regional homogeneity in the bilateral anterior cingulate, left medial frontal gyrus, supramarginal gyrus, right middle frontal gyrus, and inferior frontal gyrus. Functional connectivity based on a seed region at the right middle frontal gyrus (42, 51, 9) decreased at the bilateral medial superior frontal gyrus. Our data preliminarily indicates that the international standard scalp acupuncture in healthy elderly participants specifcally enhances the correlation between the brain regions involved in cognition and implementation of the brain network regulation system and the surrounding adjacent brain regions. The trophic status assessment of lakes in different lake regions may provide important and fundamental information for lake trophic state classification and eutrophication control. In this study, a region-specific lake eutrophication assessment standard was established through a frequency distribution method based on chlorophyll-a concentration. The assessment standards under the oligotrophic state for lakes in the Eastern plain, Yungui Plateau, Northeast Plain and Mountain Mongolia-Xinjiang regions are total phosphorus of 0.068, 0.005, 0.011, 0.005 mg/L; total nitrogen of 1.00, 0.16, 0.37, 0.60 mg/L; Secchi depth of 0.60, 8.00, 1.55, 3.00 m; and CODMn of 2.24, 1.00, 5.1 l, 4.00 mg/L, respectively. Moreover, a region-specific comprehensive trophic level index was developed to provide an understandable assessment method for the public. The results indicated that the frequency distribution analysis based on chlorophyll-a combined with trophic level index provided a useful metric for the assessment of the lake trophic status. In addition, the difference of eutrophication assessment standards in different lake regions was analyzed, which suggested that the sensitivities of algae to nutrients and the assessment standard of trophic status possessed significant regional differences for the four lake ecoregions. Lake eutrophication assessment standards would contribute to maximizing the effectiveness of future management strategies, to control and minimize lake eutrophication problems. 展开更多

Previous studies on brain functional connectivity networks in children have mainly focused on changes in function in specific brain regions, as opposed to whole brain connectivity in healthy children. By analyzing the independent components of activation and network connectivity between brain regions, we examined brain activity status and development trends in children aged 3 and 5 years. These data could provide a reference for brain function rehabilitation in children with illness or abnormal function. We acquired functional magnetic resonance images from 15 3-year-old children and 15 5-year-old children under natural sleep cond让ions. The participants were recruited from five kindergartens in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen City, China. The parents of the participants signed an informed consent form with the premise that they had been fully informed regarding the experimental protocol. We used masked independent component analysis and BrainNet Viewer software to explore the independent components of the brain and correlation connections between brain regions. We identified seven independent components in the two groups of children, including the executive control network, the dorsal attention network, the default mode network, the left frontoparietal network, the right frontoparietal network, the salience network, and the motor network. In the default mode network, the posterior cingulate cortex, medial frontal gyrus, and inferior parietal lobule were activated in both 3- and 5-year-old children, supporting the "three-brain region theory” of the default mode network. In the frontoparietal network, the frontal and parietal gyri were activated in the two groups of children, and functional connectivity was strengthened in 5-year-olds compared with 3-year-olds, although the nodes and network connections were not yet mature. The high-correlation network connections in the default mode networks and dorsal attention networks had been significantly strengthened in 5-year-olds vs. 3-year-olds. Further, the salience network in the 3-year-old children included an activated insula/inferior frontal gyrus-anterior cingulate cortex network circu让 and an activated thalamus-parahippocampal-posterior cingulate cortex-subcortical regions network circuit. By the age of 5 years, no des and high-correlation network connections (edges) were reduced in the salience network. Overall, activation of the dorsal attention network, default mode network, left frontoparietal network, and right frontoparietal network increased (the volume of activation increased, the signals strengthened, and the high-correlation connections increased and strengthened) in 5-year-olds compared with 3-year-olds, but activation in some brain nodes weakened or disappeared in the salience network, and the network connections (edges) were reduced. Between the ages of 3 and 5 years, we observed a tendency for function in some brain regions to be strengthened and for the generalization of activation to be reduced, indicating that specialization begins to develop at this time. 为满足型钢混凝土(steel reinforced concrete,SRC)结构地震损失评估及抗震韧性评价的需求,建立SRC柱构件的地震易损性函数十分关键。本文首先基于文献调研,结合JGJ 138—2016《组合结构设计规范》,从国内外文献中筛选了227榀拟静力循... 为满足型钢混凝土(steel reinforced concrete,SRC)结构地震损失评估及抗震韧性评价的需求,建立SRC柱构件的地震易损性函数十分关键。本文首先基于文献调研,结合JGJ 138—2016《组合结构设计规范》,从国内外文献中筛选了227榀拟静力循环加载的SRC柱,建立标准化的SRC柱试验数据库。其次,考虑失效模式的差异性,将构件分为延性SRC柱和偏脆性SRC柱,并给出了不同类别的构件损伤等级划分标准及对应的修复方法。然后,以位移角为工程需求参数,分别提取了各构件对应不同损伤等级的位移角限值,采用FEMA P-58方法,建立了不同类别的SRC柱在各损伤等级下的易损性函数。最后,给出了与GB/T 38591—2020《建筑抗震韧性评价标准》相容的易损性函数参数表,并分析了抗震等级和轴压比对SRC柱易损性函数参数及易损性曲线的影响。最终,通过分析一幢型钢混凝土框架结构办公楼的抗震韧性,说明了所提出的易损性函数在抗震韧性评价中的作用。 展开更多

贵州省农用地土壤重金属可提取态标准物质的研制为土壤污染监测与治理提供了重要技术支撑。本研究针对全国土壤污染状况详查需求,选取满足样品采集条件,广泛代表贵州山区实际情况的贵阳市花溪区六安乡作为采样点采集候选土壤样品,经晾... 贵州省农用地土壤重金属可提取态标准物质的研制为土壤污染监测与治理提供了重要技术支撑。本研究针对全国土壤污染状况详查需求,选取满足样品采集条件,广泛代表贵州山区实际情况的贵阳市花溪区六安乡作为采样点采集候选土壤样品,经晾晒、研磨、筛分等工艺制备成均匀样品。通过CaCl_(2)和DTPA两种提取方法,结合原子荧光法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)等技术,系统开展了均匀性、短期/长期稳定性检验及多实验室联合定值。结果表明,样品均匀性良好(F实测值<2.04,RSD<9%),长期稳定性可靠(F实测值<3.48,RSD<9%)。最终确定12项重金属指标(如Cd、Cu、Pb等)的认定值及不确定度,其中Cd(0.036±0.006μg/g)、Cu(0.09±0.02μg/g)等关键参数的定值精度达到国际标准。该标准物质已获批为国家二级标准物质(GBW(E)070216),填补了国内农用地土壤重金属可提取态标准物质的空白,为农用地土壤样品分析技术方法确认、数据质量控制和量值溯源提供了可靠依据,确保了分析数据的准确性和可比性,为全国农用地土壤污染状况详查专项的实施提供强有力的技术支撑。 展开更多

The nonlinear equations governing the transverse vibration are derived from the dynamical, constitutive, and geometrical relations. The method of multiple scales is used to determine the steady-state response. The modulation equation is derived from the solvability condition of eliminating secular terms. Closed-form expressions of the amplitude and existence condition of nontrivial steady-state response are derived from the modulation equation. The stability of non- trivial steady-state response is examined via the Routh-Hurwitz criterion. 展开更多

技术标准与创新之间存在着复杂而动态的关系,这一关系在新兴的数字技术领域尤为凸显。基于合法性理论视角,本文以2011—2023年我国上市公司数据为样本,分析并验证了数字技术标准对企业数字创新产生的影响。研究发现,数字技术标准与企业... 技术标准与创新之间存在着复杂而动态的关系,这一关系在新兴的数字技术领域尤为凸显。基于合法性理论视角,本文以2011—2023年我国上市公司数据为样本,分析并验证了数字技术标准对企业数字创新产生的影响。研究发现,数字技术标准与企业数字创新之间存在显著的倒U型关系,这一效应在考虑内生性问题及稳健性检验后依然成立。同时,国有企业身份使企业更加刚性地响应数字技术标准的影响,使二者之间的倒U型关系更加陡峭。本研究揭示了新兴技术合法性动态演变对企业创新的阶段性影响,为政府分阶段优化标准制定机制与企业战略调整提供了实践启示。 展开更多

《全面与进步跨太平洋伙伴关系协定》(CPTPP)自2018年签署生效以来,历经八次委员会会议及多次工作组会议,制度趋于成熟。英国近期的成功加入更反映了其在亚太地区之外不断上升的影响力。尽管批准时间、经济发展水平、实施力度各异,CPTP... 《全面与进步跨太平洋伙伴关系协定》(CPTPP)自2018年签署生效以来,历经八次委员会会议及多次工作组会议,制度趋于成熟。英国近期的成功加入更反映了其在亚太地区之外不断上升的影响力。尽管批准时间、经济发展水平、实施力度各异,CPTPP缔约方之间的总体贸易水平得到快速增长,部分国家的外商直接投资规模增长显著,各缔约方经济增速也相对疫情前有所提升。展望前景,数字经济、气候变化将持续成为协定的重点议题,各缔约方也将保持积极的扩容意愿,但美国重返CPTPP的可能性不大。作为亚太经济一体化的两大路径,CPTPP与《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)将共同增强亚太地区产业链供应链韧性。中国虽早已递交加入申请,但面临规则和政治两方面障碍;另一方面,中国在全球贸易中的重要地位也会使CPTPP考虑中国的缺席对协定成为全球自由贸易协定标杆的影响。 展开更多

在“双碳”背景下,碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)作为绿色负排放技术,对于实现我国碳中和目标具有重要推动价值。通过厘清CCUS与碳市场之间的逻辑关系,以及对CCUS碳市场实施的国内外现状进行检视,提出了CCUS碳市场价值实现的制度路径。研究... 在“双碳”背景下,碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)作为绿色负排放技术,对于实现我国碳中和目标具有重要推动价值。通过厘清CCUS与碳市场之间的逻辑关系,以及对CCUS碳市场实施的国内外现状进行检视,提出了CCUS碳市场价值实现的制度路径。研究认为,碳市场是支持CCUS发展的有效政策手段,可通过履约市场或自愿市场对CCUS进行支持。目前CCUS的碳市场实施面临核算标准不明、法律法规缺失、政策支持不足等多方面阻碍。国际上已有较为成熟的制度经验,如欧盟通过发放免费碳配额、美国通过低碳燃料标准支持CCUS发展等。在此基础上,提出我国CCUS碳市场实施的制度路径,即加强顶层设计、完善市场监管、健全司法保障、鼓励企业主动参与和开展国际合作等举措,以此推动我国CCUS在碳市场中的价值转化工作。 展开更多
