How to improve the employment of software engineering graduates, especially, how to effectively enhance the employment competitiveness of relevant overseas students in the context of "One Belt and One Road" is one of the core tasks of overseas Chinese universities. This paper proposes a reform plan for the practical training mode of school-enterprise cooperative project in the software engineering of overseas Chinese universities. The reform plan combines education concepts with practical research and development. It subdivides students and according to the characteristics of different types of students, and is carried out on campus, outside campus(in the province), and abroad(original area), which makes senior undergraduates fully understand the needs of enterprises, constantly improve their professional practice ability, and improve their competitiveness. With the target of training talents with innovation capacity and engineering leadership, the training plan for top talents based on the demand for high-end talents in the software engineering industry is put forward, and analyses are given on significant aspects including the development of the training resource system, the screening of students and the selection of enterprises, the teaching staff construction for university-enterprise cooperation, the establishment of a management system with joint effort for talents development, and the construction of process quality guarantee mechanism. In the end, for the implementation of the training plan, it is pointed out that the university-enterprise cooperative development mechanism should be perfected, the talents development practice should be enhanced, the personalized training of students should be emphasized, and the innovative ability in practice and the engineering leadership of students should be practically improved. 展开更多

The increasing demand for software engineers cannot completely be fulfilled by university education and conventional training approaches due to limited capacities.Accordingly,an alternative approach is necessary where potential software engineers are being educated in software engineering skills using new methods.We suggest micro tasks combined with theoretical lessons to overcome existing skill deficits and acquire fast trainable capabilities.This paper addresses the gap between demand and supply of software engineers by introducing an actionoriented and scenario-based didactical approach,which enables non-computer scientists to code.Therein,the learning content is provided in small tasks and embedded in learning factory scenarios.Therefore,different requirements for software engineers from the market side and from an academic viewpoint are analyzed and synthesized into an integrated,yet condensed skills catalogue.This enables the development of training and education units that focus on the most important skills demanded on the market.To achieve this objective,individual learning scenarios are developed.Of course,proper basic skills in coding cannot be learned over night but software programming is also no sorcery. 展开更多

With the rapid development of computer technology,network and information technology have been widely used in people’s daily lives,which has brought great convenience to labor and life.At the same time,people are increasingly dependent on computer technology.In this case,the social demand for computer professionals is increasing.However,due to the rapid changes and continuous updates of computer technology,the training of talents in computer specialty in China is far from meeting the demand and quality requirements of the society for this kind of talents.Colleges and universities are the important departments that cultivate computer professionals and technicians for the society.When cultivating talents in computer specialty,colleges and universities must conform to the requirements of the development of the times,adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner according to the actual needs of the society,build a talent training system,build a practical training teaching system of computer specialty,innovate teaching modes and teaching contents,and improve students’professional skills through perfect practical teaching,so as to ensure that they can skillfully apply computer technology to solve practical problems in the learning process and further improve their employment competitiveness.Therefore,this paper analyzes the practical teaching system of computer specialty,puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems,constructs a multi-collaborative practical training system,and implements the system.The implementation results show that the system can better meet the needs of students at different levels,and the results are fairer.Students’recognition and sense of acquisition of courses have also been greatly improved.The accumulated experience and data also provide good support for our continuous improvement of the system in the future. 展开更多

基于预训练模型与BiLSTM-CNN的多标签代码坏味检测方法 被引量:2

为了提高多标签代码坏味检测的准确率,提出一种基于预训练模型与BiLSTM-CNN的多标签代码坏味检测方法DMSmell(deep multi-smell)。首先,利用静态分析工具获取源代码中的文本信息和结构度量信息,并采用2种检测规则对代码坏味实例进行标记... 为了提高多标签代码坏味检测的准确率,提出一种基于预训练模型与BiLSTM-CNN的多标签代码坏味检测方法DMSmell(deep multi-smell)。首先,利用静态分析工具获取源代码中的文本信息和结构度量信息,并采用2种检测规则对代码坏味实例进行标记;其次,利用CodeBERT预训练模型生成文本信息对应的词向量,并分别采用BiLSTM和CNN对词向量和结构度量信息进行深度特征提取;最后,结合注意力机制和多层感知机,完成多标签代码坏味的检测,并对DMSmell方法进行了性能评估。结果表明:DMSmell方法在一定程度上提高了多标签代码坏味检测的准确率,与基于分类器链的方法相比,精确匹配率提高了1.36个百分点,微查全率提高了2.45个百分点,微F1提高了1.1个百分点。这表明,将文本信息与结构度量信息相结合,并利用深度学习技术进行特征提取和分类,可以有效提高代码坏味检测的准确性,为多标签代码坏味检测的研究和应用提供重要的参考。 展开更多
