However, in the initial stage of Chinas private small and medium-sized enterprises, the overall scientific research management level, financial personnel quality and financial management level need to be further improved. Although the company has invested a large amount of funds in scientific research projects, due to poor management, financial management and other issues are more prominent, resulting in a waste of funds and a decrease in the level. This paper discusses some problems existing in the fund management of scientific research projects in enterprises, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions to these problems. 展开更多

Technical measures are backward, and work starting point is not high. 3. The level of personnel is low, and the development is restricted. 4. The contents of equipment are not good enough, and the funds of construction are insufficient. This paper gives the proposals on how to construct and develop equipment in colleges and universities in the future and describes the objective of the struggle, the channels to realize this objective, and the three problems to be noticed which are: 1. Adhere to integration of theory with practice. 2. Work in coordination with each other in all aspects. 3. Ensure the scientific decision. With the rise of data-intensive research,data literacy has become a critical capability for improving scientific data quality and achieving artificial intelligence(AI)readiness.In the biomedical domain,data are characterized by high complexity and privacy sensitivity,calling for robust and systematic data management skills.This paper reviews current trends in scientific data governance and the evolving policy landscape,highlighting persistent challenges such as inconsistent standards,semantic misalignment,and limited awareness of compliance.These issues are largely rooted in the lack of structured training and practical support for researchers.In response,this study builds on existing data literacy frameworks and integrates the specific demands of biomedical research to propose a comprehensive,lifecycle-oriented data literacy competency model with an emphasis on ethics and regulatory awareness.Furthermore,it outlines a tiered training strategy tailored to different research stages—undergraduate,graduate,and professional,offering theoretical foundations and practical pathways for universities and research institutions to advance data literacy education. 展开更多

This study examined the development of technician teams on large-scale instrument platforms in universities,using the State Key Laboratory of Natural and Biomimetic Drugs in the Peking University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences as a case study.Data were collected through questionnaire surveys and interviews conducted in 2017,followed by a questionnaire survey in 2023,offering both subjective and objective insights.The evolution of the platform’s technician team over the past 5 years was analyzed,highlighting key experiences and identifying ongoing challenges.Recommendations to enhance technician team development include recruiting skilled faculty,clearly defining job responsibilities,and refining the assessment and incentive systems. 展开更多

A Study on the Optimization of Organized Scientific Research Incentive Mechanisms in the Era of Big Science

In the big science era,incentive mechanisms that enable researchers to fully realize their potential,enhance collaboration,and improve the efficiency of organized research have remained a key issue in research governa... In the big science era,incentive mechanisms that enable researchers to fully realize their potential,enhance collaboration,and improve the efficiency of organized research have remained a key issue in research governance.Based on game theory,this study compared the operational logic and incentive effects of different incentive mechanisms in organized research settings and theoretically summarizes the inherent logic of institutional optimization.By examining recent international practices in scientific authorship,this study found that traditional incentive systems,represented by authorship ranking and the first-author convention,are rigid in structure and fail to adapt to the complexity and dynamics of collaborative research,resulting in systemic underinvestment by individual researchers.However,establishing adaptive,dynamic,contribution-driven mechanisms and fostering competition within collaborative frameworks can effectively mitigate efficiency losses.Policy recommendations include learning from international experiences such as the Contributor Roles Taxonomy and promoting transparent,objective,and standard disclosure of individual contributions,thereby developing a contribution-oriented diversified talent evaluation system.It is imperative to adhere to a people-centered value orientation,promote the spirit of selfless dedication-"success does not need to be attributed to me"—and foster a collaborative innovation ecosystem. 展开更多

The UK Catalysis Hub(UKCH)is designing a virtual research environment to support data processing and analysis,the Catalysis Research Workbench(CRW).The development of this platform requires identifying the processing and analysis needs of the UKCH members and mapping them to potential solutions.This paper presents a proposal for a demonstrator to analyse the use of scientific workflows for large scale data processing.The demonstrator provides a concrete target to promote further discussion of the processing and analysis needs of the UKCH community.In this paper,we will discuss the main requirements for data processing elicited and the proposed adaptations that will be incorporated in the design of the CRW and how to integrate the proposed solutions with existing practices of the UKCH.The demonstrator has been used in discussion with researchers and in presentations to the UKCH community,generating increased interest and motivating furtherdevelopment. 展开更多
