A novel Parsimonious Genetic Programming (PGP) algorithm together with a novel aero-engine optimum data-driven dynamic start process model based on PGP is proposed. In application of this method, first, the traditional Genetic Programming(GP) is used to generate the nonlinear input-output models that are represented in a binary tree structure; then, the Orthogonal Least Squares algorithm (OLS) is used to estimate the contribution of the branches of the tree (refer to basic function term that cannot be decomposed anymore according to special rule) to the accuracy of the model, which contributes to eliminate complex redundant subtrees and enhance GP's convergence speed; and finally, a simple, reliable and exact linear-in-parameter nonlinear model via GP evolution is obtained. The real aero-engine start process test data simulation and the comparisons with Support Vector Machines (SVM) validate that the proposed method can generate more applicable, interpretable models and achieve comparable, even superior results to SVM. 展开更多

An automatic procedure for building a protein polyalanine backbone from guiding alpha-carbon positions is presented here,which is different from a previously developed'spare parts'approach(Jones and Thirup,1986;Claessens et al.,1989). In our procedure,the geometric restraint of angle N-CA-C is used to generate a list of polypeptide chains,and several filters are used later to select the best conformer.The most important filter is based upon the Ramachandran scatter plot of mainchain dihedral angles PHI and PSI.Results for all test cases are satisfactory,with more than 95%of peptide planes correctly reconstructed and the overall root-mean-square deviation less than 0.5 angstrom compared with the refined X-ray coordinates. 展开更多

Stochastic modeling for starting-time of phase evolution of random seismic ground motions

In response to the challenge inherent in classical high-dimensional models of random ground motions, a family of simulation methods for nonstationary seismic ground motions was developed previously through employing a wave-group propagation formulation with phase spectrum model built up on the frequency components’ starting-time of phase evolution. The present paper aims at extending the formulation to the simulation of non-stationary random seismic ground motions. The ground motion records associated with N–S component of Northridge Earthquake at the type-II site are investigated. The frequency components’ starting-time of phase evolution of is identified from the ground motion records, and is proved to admit the Gamma distribution through data fitting. Numerical results indicate that the simulated random ground motion features zeromean, non-stationary, and non-Gaussian behaviors, and the phase spectrum model with only a few starting-times of phase evolution could come up with a sound contribution to the simulation. 展开更多

The force production physics and the flow control mechanism of fish fast C-start are studied numerically and theoretically by using a tail-flapping model.The problem is simplified to a 2-D foil that rotates rapidly to and fro on one side about its fixed leading edge in water medium.The study involves the simulation of the flow by solving the two-dimensional unsteady incompressible Navier- Stokes equations and employing a theoretical analytic modeling approach.Firstly,reasonable thrust magnitude and its time history are obtained and checked by fitting predicted results coming from these two approaches.Next,the flow fields and vortex structures are given,and the propulsive mechanism is interpreted.The results show that the induction of vortex distributions near the trailing edge of the tail are important in the time-averaged thrust generation,though the added inertial effect plays an important role in producing an instant large thrust especially in the first stage.Furthermore,dynamic and energetic effects of some kinematic controlling factors are discussed.For enhancing the time- averaged thrust but keeping a favorable ratio of it to time-averaged input power within the limitations of muscle ability,it is recommended to have a larger deflection amplitude in a limited time interval and with no time delay between the to-and-fro strokes. 展开更多

Application of the Probability Model for Starting Period to Initiate to Take Palivizumab by Prefecture Using National Official Sentinel Surveillance in Japan

Background: Palivizumab were used for the premature infant or a high-risk infant with congenital heart disease. However, recently outbreak pattern of respiratory syncytial (RS) virus infection has been varying year by year. Moreover, it also has some regional difference. Therefore, the object of the present study was to develop early detection of the timing of that outbreak had started in each prefecture. Method: We used data in National Official Sentinel Surveillance for Infectious Diseases (NOSSID). Study period was March 16th, 2011 to December 30th, 2018. We defined stating period to initiate to take palivizumab as 8 - 12 weeks before from the peak of outbreak. We estimated whether the week is included in starting period or not from April 1st to the peak of outbreak by the past number of patients of RS virus infection on week and its squared. Additionally, we have to take delay in NOSSID into consideration. Results: In nationwide, the last two seasons, the model predicted precisely the starting period. At prefectural level, the model predicted the starting period precisely in 16.6% of all year and prefectures pairs. When we consider the delay in NOSSID into consideration, the patients can start to take in 14.9% of all year and prefectures pairs. Discussion and Conclusion: The result of the probability model was not good, and thus we have to develop more sophisticated model for prediction at prefecture level. 展开更多

飞行试验台辅助起动引气可调系统设计及工程应用

本文以某型发动机挂装现役新研制飞行台为对象,针对航空发动机通用飞行台为被试发动机提供的起动引气功率不匹配问题,基于总体性能建模部件法,建立了飞行台与被试发动机辅助起动引气仿真模型。采用理论分析方法评估了飞行台加装起动引... 本文以某型发动机挂装现役新研制飞行台为对象,针对航空发动机通用飞行台为被试发动机提供的起动引气功率不匹配问题,基于总体性能建模部件法,建立了飞行台与被试发动机辅助起动引气仿真模型。采用理论分析方法评估了飞行台加装起动引气调节系统对飞行台无安全影响;利用模型计算起动引气调节系统工作参数,有助于起动引气调节系统的研制;基于被试发动机起动需求功率,利用模型计算起动引气调节系统控制目标,调节系统按照目标进行控制,使得飞行台起动被试发动机的引气功率达到需求功率。基于此完成飞行台辅助起动引气可调系统的设计和验证。实际结果表明,经过起动引气调节系统的调节可以有效降低飞行台提供的起动引气功率,最大减小了45.7百分点,并且与被试发动机需求的起动引气功率最大误差不超过2%,满足5%的精度要求,解决了飞行台提供的起动引气功率与被试发动机需求的起动引气功率不匹配问题,增强了我国飞行台的建设能力,丰富了飞行台验证手段。 展开更多

螺旋管蒸发器启动过程流动换热特性

Li/SF_6金属燃料闭式循环动力系统具有高隐蔽性、高机动性优势。其启动过程的核心要求是螺旋管蒸发器出口水蒸气状态参数快速达到设定值。针对螺旋管蒸发器启动特性问题,耦合气瓶挤代装置、螺旋管蒸发器和涡轮机喷管,采用欧拉多相流模型与Non-Equilibrium沸腾模型的数值方法,建立启动过程定流量以及变流量螺旋管蒸发器流动换热数值仿真模型,并验证数值模型的有效性。结果表明:液相水进入螺旋管蒸发器后,与管壁进行流动换热,管内水蒸气含量逐渐增加,沿流动方向的工质流速与温度升高,在定流量工况下,0.2~0.3 s内,过热蒸汽能够到达螺旋管蒸发器出口,出口状态参数处于设定值范围内。根据定流量工况计算结果反向设计气瓶挤代装置,在3 MPa的挤代压力下,螺旋管蒸发器出口水蒸气的状态和管内流动换热特性与定流量工况无明显差别,满足螺旋管蒸发器启动过程的需求。该研究为动力系统启动过程的初始参数设定与挤代装置优化设计提供了理论支撑。 展开更多

家长执行早期介入丹佛模式改善孤独症谱系障碍患儿症状的效果研究

目的:探讨家长执行早期介入丹佛模式(ESDM)对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿的干预效果。方法:选取医院收治的70例24~60个月龄ASD患儿,根据随机数表法分为对照组(35例,常规结构化教育)和实验组(35例,常规结构化教育联合家长ESDM培训)。干预前... 目的:探讨家长执行早期介入丹佛模式(ESDM)对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿的干预效果。方法:选取医院收治的70例24~60个月龄ASD患儿,根据随机数表法分为对照组(35例,常规结构化教育)和实验组(35例,常规结构化教育联合家长ESDM培训)。干预前及干预12周后采用儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、重复行为量表修订版(RBS-R)及ESDM课程评估表测评。结果:干预后,两组患儿CARS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),ESDM课程评估表各维度得分显著提升(P<0.05);实验组患儿RBS-R中刻板、自伤、仪式、限制、固定行为评分均显著降低(P<0.05),对照组仪式、限制行为评分显著降低(P<0.05);实验组患儿在CARS总分,RBS-R中刻板行为、仪式行为、固定行为,ESDM中理解性沟通、表达性沟通、社交技能、游戏、行为、共同注意行为方面干预前后差值显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家长执行ESDM能改善ASD儿童临床症状,尤其在社交沟通、游戏能力、共同注意及减少刻板行为方面效果显著。 展开更多

全自动转杯纺纱机单锭自动接头机制及其技术实现

为解决转杯纺纱过程中某些锭位因偶发性断头或满卷后自动换筒造成的纱线断头问题,基于可实现单锭单控的全自动转杯纺纱平台,通过对单锭自动接头功能及其机制的分析,构建了尾纱生头长度、停留位置及储纱长度数学模型,并进一步研究了转杯... 为解决转杯纺纱过程中某些锭位因偶发性断头或满卷后自动换筒造成的纱线断头问题,基于可实现单锭单控的全自动转杯纺纱平台,通过对单锭自动接头功能及其机制的分析,构建了尾纱生头长度、停留位置及储纱长度数学模型,并进一步研究了转杯纺转杯内纤维的搭接情况,然后根据种子纱与纤维流重叠长度及加捻时间构建了可调控接头形态结构的数学模型。在此基础上,通过可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)多层次控制技术指导相关机械结构的时序动作,实现断纱后的高速接头。通过TQFK90A转杯纺纱机进行了30组验证实验,通过USTER®TESTER 5及MatLab对纱线进行对比分析,结果显示:30组实验的接头成功率为100%,接头最大直径平均值为0.578 mm,为正常纱线直径的1.778倍;接头平均强力为10.76 cN/tex,为正常纱线强力的88.1%。符合FZ/T 93015-2021《转杯纺纱机》规定的接头质量指标及FZ/T 12001-2015《转杯纺棉本色纱》规定的单纱断裂强度指标。 展开更多

In 1982, Professor Deng Ju-long presented GM prediction model. Then some o ther scholars made improvements on GM model. Of course, much still should be don e to develop it. What the scholars have done is to take the first component of X (1) as the starting conditions of the grey differential model. It occ urs that the new information can not be used enough. This paper is addressed to choose the nth component of X (1) as the starting conditions to improv e the models. The main results of the paper is given in Theorem 2: The time response function of the grey differential equation x (0)(k)+az (1)(k)=b is given by x (1)(k)=x (1)(n)-ba e -a(k-n )+ba. and Theorem4: The time response of the grey Verhulst model is given by (1)(k) =ax (1)(n)bx (1)(n)+(a-bx (1)(n))ae a(k-n). The start-up current control of the high-speed brushless DC(HS-BLDC) motor is a challenging research topic. To effectively control the start-up current of the sensorless HS-BLDC motor, an adaptive control method is proposed based on the adaptive neural network(ANN)inverse system and the two degrees of freedom(2-DOF) internal model controller(IMC). The HS-BLDC motor is identified by the online least squares support vector machine(OLS-SVM) algorithm to regulate the ANN inverse controller parameters in real time. A pseudo linear system is developed by introducing the constructed real-time inverse system into the original HS-BLDC motor system. Based on the characteristics of the pseudo linear system, an extra closed-loop feedback control strategy based on the 2-DOF IMC is proposed to improve the transient response performance and enhance the stability of the control system. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control method is effective and perfect start-up current tracking performance is achieved. 展开更多

Predicting the martensite transformation start-temperature of low alloy steel based on fuzzy identification

A method of fuzzy identification based on T-S fuzzy model was proposed for predicting temperature Ms from chemical composition, austenitizing temperature and time for low alloy steel. The degree of membership of each sample was calculated with fuzzy clustering algorithm. Kalman filtering was used to identify the consequent parameters. Compared with the results obtained by empirical models based on the same data, the results by the fuzzy method showed good precision. The accuracy of the fuzzy model is almost 6 times higher than that of the best empirical model. The influence of alloying elements, austenitizing temperature and time on Ms was analyzed quantitatively by using the fuzzy model. It is shown that there exists a nonlinear relationship between the contents of alloying elements in steels and their Ms, and the effects of austenitizing temperature and time on Ms temperature cannot be neglected. 展开更多

在ANSYS Workbench的基础上结合OptiSLang优化设计软件,对混流泵启动过程进行优化.利用准稳态理论和全流域模型计算数据,建立了混流泵准稳态启动过程的水力性能响应面替代模型.通过NSGA遗传算法优化内部流动状态,降低启动过程中的涡致... 在ANSYS Workbench的基础上结合OptiSLang优化设计软件,对混流泵启动过程进行优化.利用准稳态理论和全流域模型计算数据,建立了混流泵准稳态启动过程的水力性能响应面替代模型.通过NSGA遗传算法优化内部流动状态,降低启动过程中的涡致能量损失,从而提升混流泵的水力性能.将原始混流泵与优化后混流泵的外特性、叶片压力分布进行对比,并分析混流泵内部涡结构,验证了所提出的准稳态启动过程水力性能优化方案的可行性.研究结果表明:叶片进口安放角α1,α4,α5,叶片出口安放角β1,β2,β3,β4,β5,叶片包角φ和叶片厚度系数θ对混流泵加权平均扬程和加权平均效率的影响程度较大;对比不同启动时刻下混流泵的叶片压力分布,发现该方法能够有效提升混流泵启动中后期的瞬态扬程和启动中期的水力效率. 展开更多
