Objective:To systematically review the current implementation status of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority and analyze the barriers encountered during its implementation in China,providing countermeasu...Objective:To systematically review the current implementation status of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority and analyze the barriers encountered during its implementation in China,providing countermeasures and references for promoting the standardized implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority.Methods:A secondary analysis of literature was conducted to systematically search for domestic and international literature related to nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority.Meta-analysis was performed on eligible literature to evaluate the implementation effects.Simultaneously,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with healthcare workers,patients,and policymakers.Content analysis was used to organize the interview data and extract core issues and barriers.Results:A total of 46 international articles were included in the Meta-analysis,which revealed that the implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority significantly improved patients’health management outcomes,enhanced healthcare service efficiency,and increased patient satisfaction.Conclusion:The implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority has demonstrated significant positive effects.However,China faces multiple barriers in its advancement,necessitating efforts in optimizing policy systems,constructing collaborative models,strengthening professional skills training,and improving social awareness to guide the scientific and rational implementation of nurses’non-pharmacological prescription authority.展开更多

Chemistry science popularization for lower grades(Grades 1-2)in primary schools is an important part of science enlightenment education.However,in practice,it generally faces practical dilemmas such as insufficient co...Chemistry science popularization for lower grades(Grades 1-2)in primary schools is an important part of science enlightenment education.However,in practice,it generally faces practical dilemmas such as insufficient content adaptability,a single implementation method,and a lack of coordination mechanisms.Based on Piaget’s Cognitive Development Theory and the STSE(Science,Technology,Society,Environment)educational concept,this study constructed a four-in-one strategy system of“content development-teaching implementation-collaborative linkage-guarantee support”through literature analysis,action research,and empirical comparison.An empirical study was conducted in two primary schools for one academic year.The results show that this strategy system can increase students’interest in participating in chemistry science popularization by 42 percentage points,the compliance rate of observation ability reaches 85%,and the collaborative participation of families,schools,and society rises to 85%.The core strategies formed in the study,including“age-appropriate content screening,interactive teaching implementation,three-dimensional collaborative promotion,and full-process guarantee support,”provide a replicable practical model for the standardized and efficient development of chemistry science popularization for lower grades in primary schools.They also offer empirical references for fulfilling the requirement of“strengthening the pertinence and effectiveness of science popularization”in the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Popularization of Science and Technology(revised in 2024).展开更多

Aims:The joint dynamics of knowledge(of patients,health professionals,decision-makers,researchers)and of the powers(of speech and action,asymmetries,and hierarchies established between individuals and their knowledge)...Aims:The joint dynamics of knowledge(of patients,health professionals,decision-makers,researchers)and of the powers(of speech and action,asymmetries,and hierarchies established between individuals and their knowledge)of the people who carry them at the heart of the PHIR,are analyzed from the perspective of the management of epistemic inequalities.We study the nature of knowledge sharing or non-sharing between these different categories of agents involved in health interventions.Procedure:The qualitative methodology is based on 36 interviews and six years of ethnographic observations of the TPE program(design or implementation),as well as steering committees and workshops of the PHIR where researchers,decisionmakers,health professionals,and patients share their experiences and knowledge.Results:The research highlights three major theoretical and methodological issues of PHIR concerning epistemic inequalities.We argue for broadening the spectrum of health expertise(researchers,decision-makers,health professionals,patients)and for their pluralization.To account for the nature and evolution of collaborations,it is necessary to closely study the dynamics of the avenues of coordination between these fields of expertise.Finally,we call to identify the resources(knowledge,values,material elements,etc.)and strengths that enable these hybrid groups to bind(or not)and to potentially generate co-learning.Conclusion:Considering these three major issues allows PHIR to reflect and take action to reduce inequalities by linking epistemic and social issues.展开更多

A novel approach named stress testing is proposed to test the ...The stability and robustness of routing protocol implementations (RPI) in a router are becoming more and more important with the growth of Internet scale. A novel approach named stress testing is proposed to test the properties of RPI. Compared with some traditional test techniques, stress testing is remarkably necessary to inspect and analyze RPI. The test environment is proposed and the test process of OSPF RPI is illustrated by a stochastic Petri Net model with large-scale route simulation and OSPF protocol emulation. Based on this model, the integrated performance tester (IP-TEST) is designed and developed, with which we test a CISCO2600 router. With mathematical methods, we find that the computational complexity of OSPF implementation in this router is O((lnN) 4)to the number of its routing table entries. This experiment shows that this technique can inspect the stability, the computational complexity and the scalability of RPI. Furthermore, it can also be widely used with other routing protocols, such as RIP and BGP.展开更多

文摘Cervical cancer has a high mortality rate in clinic.This disease seriously threatens the physical and mental health and life safety of patients.At present,radical surgery is mainly used for treatment,but in order to reduce the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications,corresponding nursing needs to be coordinated.This time focuses on the complications after radical surgery for cervical cancer,and puts forward the nursing methods of common complications of transabdominal radical surgery for cervical cancer.In order to improve the quality of nursing and life of patients,this paper summarizes the effective implementation of the whole process nursing model after cervical cancer surgery.
文摘To improve the quality of outstanding products like automobile steel sheet etc.,Baosteel has spared no efforts to the studying and application of Baosteel integrated process control(BPC)and diagnosis technology.In the light of the running mode of integrated process control,analysis and diagnosis,Baosteel has realized the full process including steel making,hot-rolling,cold-rolling data traceability.The research and implementation practice of the BPC systems,which specialized on iron and steel manufacturing process,mainly based on the key input variables(KIV)and keyoutput variables(KOV),has been constructed on the plant level and corporate level.Based on the BPC system,Baosteel has established a data processing platform to monitor and analysis the process data,puts forward a efficient data gathering technology,which directly gather the data from the cross-platform of different kinds of systems,such as the plant level process computer,PLC,DCS,PCS etc.In the mean time,a unique mass data processing technology has also been developed.The system can be used to reveal the latent rules between KIV and KOV during the melting and rolling of steel products.This artcal takes the cold products for example to explain the model establishing,applying and optimizing the design between the KIV and the KOV,aims to advance the products capability.During recent years,the BPC technology has been gradually developed from the point to the line,from the line to covered the plane,it has integrated the information technology,the statistical process control technology,the quality diagnosis technology into the steel products integrated management.The BPC system has been developed as a product quality management technology fulfilled with characteristic elements and efficiency,a unique path to continuously enhance the steel products performance.
文摘Based on the reality of college English teaching, this paper puts forward the concept of three-dimensional teaching in college English. Combined with the application of modern technology, this paper discusses the system of college English teaching curriculum, the modernization of teaching content, and the modernization of teaching methods under the network environment. The teaching methods are diversified, and the content of college English teaching reform is discussed in detail. The combination of the leading role of teachers and the main role of students is proposed.
