This paper investigates the spatial effect of environmental regulation measures on the upgrading of industrial structure in the integrated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and its surrounding areas...This paper investigates the spatial effect of environmental regulation measures on the upgrading of industrial structure in the integrated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and its surrounding areas.In order to reflect the effect of the environmental regulation and different regulation measures more truly,this paper constructs indices of the environmental regulation measures through the results of policy texts quantification.On the basis of the previous research,this paper divides environmental regulation into the following types:personnel and administrative measures of command and control;market-oriented fiscal,taxation,financial and other economic measures;guidance measures.Spatial panel regression results show that administrative measures of command control and market-oriented fiscal measures have a significant role in promoting regional industrial structure upgrading,but not conducive to the advancement of the industrial structure of adjacent areas.Their roles in promoting and inhibition are counteracted,which causes the total effect of industrial structure upgrading of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the surrounding areas are not significant.Personnel measures,financial measures,other economic measures and guidance measures do not have the short-term effect and spatial effect on the upgrading of industrial structure.展开更多

However, in the process of application of grass-roots agricultural machinery, there are still some problems to be solved. For example, the lack of maintenance and blind application, especially when the busy farming season is approaching, the phenomenon of high-load operation of agricultural machinery often occurs, which seriously damages the service life of agricultural machinery. Based on the application of agricultural machinery at the grass-roots level, this paper further analyzes how to prevent the use of agricultural machinery, and puts forward some suggestions for the supervision of the application of agricultural machinery, which are only for reference and helpful to the peers.展开更多

Albeit the number of registered vehicles in Kolkatais much less compare to Delhi. Kolkata has encountered a decade longbattle against change of old vehicles and fuel types. So, this paper madean attempt to explore the dynamics of air pollution in the city speciallypre and post period of vehicle and fuel change in the city. The objectivesof the paper include looking at spatiotemporal change of air pollution inthe city. Besides, the paper additionally illuminates on the role of landuse functions and pollution in the city. The analysis shows that after theimplementation of regulatory measures air pollution in the city reduced tosome extent but effects of the measure gradually diminished. It is foundthat land use function as well as dynamics of metropolitan area plays crucialrole in the air pollution of the city.展开更多

Based on this, this paper focuses on the analysis of the effective prevention and control measures to promote non-point source pollution in planting industry in China, and puts forward the requirements for the supervision of pollution sources for reference.展开更多
