To mitigate the impact of noise and inter-ference on multi-level-cell(MLC)flash memory with the use of low-density parity-check(LDPC)codes,we propose a dynamic write-voltage design scheme con-sidering the asymmetric p...To mitigate the impact of noise and inter-ference on multi-level-cell(MLC)flash memory with the use of low-density parity-check(LDPC)codes,we propose a dynamic write-voltage design scheme con-sidering the asymmetric property of raw bit error rate(RBER),which can obtain the optimal write voltage by minimizing a cost function.In order to further improve the decoding performance of flash memory,we put forward a low-complexity entropy-based read-voltage optimization scheme,which derives the read voltages by searching for the optimal entropy value via a log-likelihood ratio(LLR)-aware cost function.Simulation results demonstrate the superiority of our proposed dynamic write-voltage design scheme and read-voltage optimization scheme with respect to the existing counterparts.展开更多

Radio Frequency IDentification(RFID)and related technologies such as Near Field Communication(NFC)are becoming essential in industrial contexts thanks to their ability to perform contactless data exchange,either devic...Radio Frequency IDentification(RFID)and related technologies such as Near Field Communication(NFC)are becoming essential in industrial contexts thanks to their ability to perform contactless data exchange,either device-to-device or tag-to-device.One of the three main operation modes of NFC,called read/write mode,makes use of the latter type of interaction.It is extensively used in business information systems that make use of NFC tags to provide the end-user with augmented information in one of several available NFC data exchange formats,such as plain text,simple URLs or enriched URLs.Using a wide variety of physical form factors,NFC-compatible tags(wireless transponders)are currently available in many locations with applications going from smart posters,contactless tokens,tap-and-go payments or transport ticketing to automated device configuration,patient identification at hospitals or inventory management within supply chains.Most of these applications handle sensitive processes or data.This paper proposes a complete security threat model for the read/write operation mode of NFC used in Next Generation Industrial IoT(Nx-IIoT)contexts.This model,based on a wellknown methodology,STRIDE,allows developers and users to identify NFC applications vulnerabilities or weaknesses,analyze potential threats,propose risk management strategies,and design mitigation mechanisms to mention only some significant examples.展开更多

It has become a part of modern life that cannot be stopped or rejected. Then, how to correctly face the changes in the Internet era is placed in front of everyone. Students need to “learn how to use the media to get their all-round development, effectively prevent the foreign information pollution, and actively guide students to a truly rational attitude for WeChat, blog and micro-blog”. It is a kind of media literacy being confronted with the network’s ability to consciously resist the harmful information, but also to benefit their own development and firmly grasp the information, so as to make full use of the convenience of network self promotion. “Screen reading” network plays an important role in college students’ life, and the fragmentation, the text features of the writing ability of college students also have a strong impact; this paper focuses on the influence of college students in the network reading and writing patterns on their writing ability and influence. MXene is a promising energy storage material for miniaturized microbatteries and microsupercapacitors(MSCs).Despite its superior electrochemical performance,only a few studies have reported MXene-based ultrahigh-rate(...MXene is a promising energy storage material for miniaturized microbatteries and microsupercapacitors(MSCs).Despite its superior electrochemical performance,only a few studies have reported MXene-based ultrahigh-rate(>1000 mV s^(−1))on-paper MSCs,mainly due to the reduced electrical conductance of MXene films deposited on paper.Herein,ultrahigh-rate metal-free on-paper MSCs based on heterogeneous MXene/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)-stack electrodes are fabricated through the combination of direct ink writing and femtosecond laser scribing.With a footprint area of only 20 mm^(2),the on-paper MSCs exhibit excellent high-rate capacitive behavior with an areal capacitance of 5.7 mF cm^(−2)and long cycle life(>95%capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles)at a high scan rate of 1000 mV s^(−1),outperforming most of the present on-paper MSCs.Furthermore,the heterogeneous MXene/PEDOT:PSS electrodes can interconnect individual MSCs into metal-free on-paper MSC arrays,which can also be simultaneously charged/discharged at 1000 mV s^(−1),showing scalable capacitive performance.The heterogeneous MXene/PEDOT:PSS stacks are a promising electrode structure for on-paper MSCs to serve as ultrafast miniaturized energy storage components for emerging paper electronics.展开更多
As one of the four basic skills of language teaching and an aspect of communicative competence,writing seems to be the weakest one among senior school students in China.Most of teachers have had such experiences that ...As one of the four basic skills of language teaching and an aspect of communicative competence,writing seems to be the weakest one among senior school students in China.Most of teachers have had such experiences that although we spend a lot of time marking on the students'writing,but only to find the corrections and comments ignored.The students pay little attention to responses and regard revision of their writing as a punishment.Starting from the perspectives of modern linguistic theory,the pressing demands of the new curriculum,and the practical needs of student development,the study analyses the prevalent misconceptions about writing.The author proposes an assumption of integrating the teaching materials with Reading-to-Write Approach in the senior school writing teaching.To examine the validity of the Approach,about one-year action research is carried out in an ordinary high school,adopting the methodology of literature survey,questionnaire survey,interview,testing and so on.The results of the experiment showed that the approach had a more positive impact on students'writing attitudes and habits than traditional teaching methods.This approach helped them much more in word usage,longer sentences,content,and text structure or development.Besides,the students'compe?tence of interaction and cooperation were enhanced,Therefore,the approach in writing teaching is effective.展开更多
