Mott-Schottky analysis was used to study the semi-conductive properties of the surface oxide. The results of the capacitance measurements showed that the oxide films on both the coating and the cast alloy were p-type semiconducting characteristics. Both the carrier density (Na)and the flat band potential (Efb) were obviously frequency-dependent, and the optimal frequency range was from 1000 to 1500 Hz. The oxidized coating exhibited higher protectivity than the oxidized cast alloy due to the lower carrier density compared with that of the oxidized cast alloy. The EIS data of the long-term immersing tests suggested that the oxide film served as an inner-barrier layer against chloride ions. The penetration of the aggressive ions into the surface oxide resulted in the decreased polarization resistance as a function of the immersion time.展开更多

For this purpose, groups of eig...This paper presents the results of a pre-clinical study of the immunogenicity and efficacy of an egg-derived, inactivated, whole-virion adjuvanted vaccine (Refluvac) on ferret models. For this purpose, groups of eight ferrets (6 to 7 months old) were injected with 0.5 mL of vaccine specimens containing 3.75, 7.5 or 15.0 μg of virus hemagglutinin. Administration was intramuscular and given either as a single dose or as two doses 14 days apart. All vaccine specimens manifested immunogenicity in ferrets for single (HI titer, from 51 ± 7 to 160 ± 23) and double (HI titer, from 697± 120 to 829 ± 117) administrations. To assess the protective effects of the vaccine, ferrets from the vaccinated and control groups were infected intranasally with pandemic virus A/California/7/09 (H1N1) pdm09 at a dose of 106 106/0.5 mL. Fourteen days post-infection, the ferrets inoculated with single or double vaccines containing 3.75, 7.5 or 15.0 ~g of hemagglutinin per dose showed no signs of influenza infection, weight loss, or body temperature rise, and no premature deaths occurred. The number of vaccinated ferrets shedding the virus via the upper airway, as well as the amount of virus shed after infection, was significantly reduced in comparison with animals from the control group. Based on our results, we suggest that a single vaccination at a dose of 3.75 or 7.5 μg hemagglutinin be used for Phase I clinical trials.展开更多
Black nickel coatings have emerged as a research hotspot in materials science due to their excellent performance and broad application prospects.In this study,nickel-based black coatings were fabricated on low-carbon ...Black nickel coatings have emerged as a research hotspot in materials science due to their excellent performance and broad application prospects.In this study,nickel-based black coatings were fabricated on low-carbon steel substrates via photo-assisted electrodeposition.A systematic investigation was conducted on the effects of cerium ion concentration and nano-ceria(CeO_(2))particle content in the electrolyte on the coating properties,along with an analysis of the temporal evolution of coating’s corrosion resistance.When the cerium ion concentration in the electrolyte was 0.05 mol/L,the coating exhibited a uniform black appearance with a light absorption rate of 95%,an emissivity of 0.87,maximum impedance,and the lowest corrosion tendency,demonstrating optimal comprehensive performance.The coating prepared with a nano-ceria concentration of 6 g/L in the electrolyte exhibited an emissivity of 0.9,achieved a 5B adhesion grade(ASTM D3359-09),and demonstrated a one-order-of-magnitude reduction in corrosion current density compared to coatings fabricated without nano-ceria in the electrolyte.With prolonged storage time,the coating's impedance slightly increased,leading to improved corrosion resistance.展开更多

Regulatory initiatives on algorithmic accountability now oblige organisations to reveal decision logic,data provenance,and safety controls,yet the same systems embody proprietary assets whose exposure can nullify comp...Regulatory initiatives on algorithmic accountability now oblige organisations to reveal decision logic,data provenance,and safety controls,yet the same systems embody proprietary assets whose exposure can nullify competitive advantage.This study engineers and empirically validates a governance framework that reconciles those apparently contradictory imperatives.A three-tier disclosure architecture is combined with lattice-based cryptographic watermarking and policy-driven smart-contract gates,then exercised in two high-stakes domains:a regulated credit-scoring engine and a 1.1-billion-parameter text-to-video generator.Across 18,000 simulated disclosure transactions,the framework achieves a statutory-coverage score of 0.927±0.018 while suppressing parameter-exfiltration entropy to 1.37 bits·kg^(-1),a 63.8%reduction relative to a full-disclosure baseline.Median inference latency rises only 3.6 ms,and predictive accuracy remains statistically unchanged(ΔAUC=0.0007,p=0.746;ΔFID=0.09,p=0.532).Sensitivity analyses confirm that compliance quality varies by less than 2.4%under±20%weight perturbations,evidencing robustness.Findings demonstrate that calibrated transparency and vigorous IP protection are jointly attainable,providing quantitative benchmarks for emerging legislation and standardisation efforts.展开更多

It has a wide application in security such as FPGA intell...Physical unclonable function (PUF) makes use of the uncontrollable process variations during the production of IC to generate a unique signature for each IC. It has a wide application in security such as FPGA intellectual property (IP) protection, key generation and digital rights management. Ring oscillator (RO) PUF and Arbiter PUF are the most popular PUFs, but they are not specially designed for FPGA. RO PUF incurs high resource overhead while obtaining less challenge-response pairs, and requires "hard macros" to implement on FPGAs. The arbiter PUF brings low resource overhead, but its structure has big bias when it is mapped on FPGAs. Anderson PUF can address these weaknesses of current Arbiter and RO PUFs implemented on FPGAs. However, it cannot be directly implemented on the new generation 28 nm FPGAs. In order to address these problems, this paper designs and implements a delay-based PUF that uses two LUTs in an SLICEM to implement two 16-bit shift registers of the PUF, 2-to-1 multiplexers in the carry chain to implement the multiplexers of the PUF, and any one of the 8 flip-flops to latch 1-bit PUF signatures. The proposed delay-based PUF is completely realized on 28 nm commercial FPGAs, and the experimental results show its high uniqueness, reliability and reconfigurability. Moreover, we test the impact of aging on it, and the results show that the effect of aging on the proposed PUF is insignificant, with only 6% bit-flips. Finally, the prospects of the proposed PUF in the FPGA binding and volatile key generation are discussed.展开更多

文摘The property rights of a criminal suspect are an important component of human rights,but,unfortunately,may be restrained by factors in the investigation process like judicial stereotypes,legal regulations,and a lack of initiative on the part of the rights holder,which,from time to time,may result in infringements of such rights.Thus it is necessary for us to probe into the reasons why such infringements occur and sort out the contents about enhancing property rights protection of criminal suspects in the amendment to Criminal Procedure Law.To counter the existing disregard for property rights protection of criminal suspects and its legislative deficiency,judicial reform must be carried out as to three aspects:procedural improvement,institutional establishment,and judicial transformation property rights ideas in criminal proceedings.
文摘In 1972, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO) issued a call for the world to “Move Towards A Reading Society,” urging every people to read books so as to make books a necessity of life and reading an indispensable part of everyone's daily life. In 1995, UNESCO established April 23 as World Book and Copyright Day every year, to promote reading and publishing and protect intellectual property worldwide.On the occasion of the 30th World Book and Copyright Day, China News Release invited two scholars and writers to engage in discussions about the power of reading, the mission of literature, and the echoes of the times. We aim to use words as a vessel to bring our readers towards a broader spiritual realm, where there are cultural roots intertwining deeply, sparks of thought from collision, and spiritual resonance transcending mountains and seas.
文摘Regulatory initiatives on algorithmic accountability now oblige organisations to reveal decision logic,data provenance,and safety controls,yet the same systems embody proprietary assets whose exposure can nullify competitive advantage.This study engineers and empirically validates a governance framework that reconciles those apparently contradictory imperatives.A three-tier disclosure architecture is combined with lattice-based cryptographic watermarking and policy-driven smart-contract gates,then exercised in two high-stakes domains:a regulated credit-scoring engine and a 1.1-billion-parameter text-to-video generator.Across 18,000 simulated disclosure transactions,the framework achieves a statutory-coverage score of 0.927±0.018 while suppressing parameter-exfiltration entropy to 1.37 bits·kg^(-1),a 63.8%reduction relative to a full-disclosure baseline.Median inference latency rises only 3.6 ms,and predictive accuracy remains statistically unchanged(ΔAUC=0.0007,p=0.746;ΔFID=0.09,p=0.532).Sensitivity analyses confirm that compliance quality varies by less than 2.4%under±20%weight perturbations,evidencing robustness.Findings demonstrate that calibrated transparency and vigorous IP protection are jointly attainable,providing quantitative benchmarks for emerging legislation and standardisation efforts.

文摘Data intellectual property registration is an important practical exploration of the data property protection initiative in China.From the perspective of the non-material object attributes of data and the legal framework of the openness of intellectual property rights,data has the rationality and feasibility of being registered as an object of intellectual property rights.The theory of intellectual property contract and intellectual property signal can prove the legitimacy of data being included in the framework of intellectual property registration.In the dimension of substantive rules,the object of data intellectual property registration should be a collection of derived data with practical value and legal sources,and be able to obtain three data intellectual property rights,including the right to hold,to use,and to operate.The registration of data intellectual property rights should adopt the mode of determining the validity of the registration of confirmation.Combined with the characteristics of rapid updates and continuous accumulation of data,we should set short-term and renewable period restrictions,and promote the integration process of data intellectual property registration nationwide.In the dimension of procedural rules,general procedures should be designed around specific issues such as rights application and invalidation.At the same time,it is necessary to establish supporting procedures such as open licensing and trust management.
文摘This paper focuses on the hierarchical protection of intellectual property rights and the construction of a dynamic benefitsharing mechanism for local public cultural achievements,aiming to address the new challenges brought by the development of digital technologies.Based on a categorized approach involving intangible cultural heritage,tangible cultural heritage,and characteristic cultural and creative products,the study proposes an interdisciplinary research framework,clarifies legal boundaries,optimizes protection systems,and introduces blockchain technology to achieve dynamic benefit sharing.The findings provide scientific support for policy formulation and promote the sustainable development of cultural heritage.

文摘Physical unclonable function (PUF) makes use of the uncontrollable process variations during the production of IC to generate a unique signature for each IC. It has a wide application in security such as FPGA intellectual property (IP) protection, key generation and digital rights management. Ring oscillator (RO) PUF and Arbiter PUF are the most popular PUFs, but they are not specially designed for FPGA. RO PUF incurs high resource overhead while obtaining less challenge-response pairs, and requires "hard macros" to implement on FPGAs. The arbiter PUF brings low resource overhead, but its structure has big bias when it is mapped on FPGAs. Anderson PUF can address these weaknesses of current Arbiter and RO PUFs implemented on FPGAs. However, it cannot be directly implemented on the new generation 28 nm FPGAs. In order to address these problems, this paper designs and implements a delay-based PUF that uses two LUTs in an SLICEM to implement two 16-bit shift registers of the PUF, 2-to-1 multiplexers in the carry chain to implement the multiplexers of the PUF, and any one of the 8 flip-flops to latch 1-bit PUF signatures. The proposed delay-based PUF is completely realized on 28 nm commercial FPGAs, and the experimental results show its high uniqueness, reliability and reconfigurability. Moreover, we test the impact of aging on it, and the results show that the effect of aging on the proposed PUF is insignificant, with only 6% bit-flips. Finally, the prospects of the proposed PUF in the FPGA binding and volatile key generation are discussed.
