Aiming at the characteristics of obvious block division and strong discreteness in the assembly production mode of electronic products,this paper proposes a composite U-shaped flexible assembly line model,and establis...Aiming at the characteristics of obvious block division and strong discreteness in the assembly production mode of electronic products,this paper proposes a composite U-shaped flexible assembly line model,and establishes a multi-objective optimization mathematical model on this basis.According to the characteristics of the model,the improved ranked positional weight(RPW)method is used to adjust the generation process of the initial solution of the genetic algorithm,so that the genetic algorithm can be applied to the block task model.At the same time,the adaptive cross mutation factor is used on the premise that tasks between different blocks are not crossed during cross mutation,which effectively improves the probability of excellent individuals retaining.After that,the algorithm is used to iterate to obtain the optimal solution task assignment.Finally,the algorithm results are compared with actual production data,which verifies the validity and feasibility of the assembly line model for discrete production mode proposed in this paper.展开更多

Underground gas storages(UGSs)rebuilt from gas reservoirs is the most popular UGS type in the world.It accounts for 75%of the total active gas of all gas storages.In order to design more scientific and reliable geolog...Underground gas storages(UGSs)rebuilt from gas reservoirs is the most popular UGS type in the world.It accounts for 75%of the total active gas of all gas storages.In order to design more scientific and reliable geological schemes for constructing the underground gas storages rebuilt from gas reservoirs and optimize the UGS operation parameters,we analyzed the UGS basic characteristics of multi-cycle high-rate injection and production.Then,the dynamic sealing capacity of traps and the wateregas high-speed interactive flow mechanism of UGSs rebuilt from gas reservoirs with complex geological conditions were investigated by both physical simulation and numerical simulation.Finally,the key technologies for evaluating the dynamic sealing capacity of caprocks and faults and the storage capacity parameters were developed.Some results were obtained.First,the alternating stress in the process of UGS injection and production weakens the original static capillary sealing capacity and mechanical integrity of caprocks to different extents,and the trap sealing capacity can be quantified and evaluated comprehensively by using dynamic breakthrough pressures,shear safety indexes and other indicators.Second,a UGS capacity design method based on effective gas-bearing pores was developed according to the local pore-based recovery mechanism revealed in the high-speed gasewater mutual flooding test.Field application in the multi-layer UGS of H shows that these technologies provide an effective guidance for the design of geologic schemes.After five cycles of injection and production,its ramp-up ratio reached 91.8%and the peak shaving capacity increased quickly to 36.3×10^(8)m^(3)from 2.7×10^(8)m^(3)in the early stage of production.Moreover,the operation indicators matched well with the design.展开更多

The Sinian Dengying Fm in the Sichuan Basin is a set of fractured-vuggy reservoirs mainly dominated by sedimentation and karstification,and characterized by small fractures and vugs,complex stratigraphy and lithology,...The Sinian Dengying Fm in the Sichuan Basin is a set of fractured-vuggy reservoirs mainly dominated by sedimentation and karstification,and characterized by small fractures and vugs,complex stratigraphy and lithology,and strong vertical and lateral reservoir heterogeneity.As a result,the drilling rates are lower and single-well gas productivity varies greatly there.And the reservoir identification results based on seismic data in this area are ambiguous.In view of this,the Deng 4 Member in the Gaoshiti buried structure on the southern flank of the LeshaneLongnusi palaeohigh was precisely divided in stratigraphy.Then,the types of reservoir assemblages were determined based on gas well logging and test data,and the seismic response characteristics of typical wells with different types of reservoir assemblages and the seismic modes of high productivity wells were studied by using high-resolution seismic data.It is indicated that the Deng 4 Member in this area is divided into three types of reservoir assemblages,which correspond to three seismic modes.Seismic mode I:It presents the seismic response characteristics of“wide wave troughs+double highlights”or“wide wave troughs+complex waves”,indicating that fractures and vugs are developed.It is the preferred seismic mode of high productivity wells in the stage of development.In this mode,the technology of highly deviated wells or horizontal wells can be implemented.Seismic mode II:It presents the seismic response characteristics of“wide wave troughs”,indicating that fractures and vugs are relatively developed.It is the mode of moderate productivity wells.In this mode,the technology of highly deviated wells can be implemented.Seismic mode III:It presents the seismic response characteristics of“wide wave troughs+highlights”,indicating that fractures and vugs are underdeveloped.It is mode of low productivity wells,in which the technology of horizontal wells can be implemented.The new understandings on seismic modes were applied on site.It is shown that the reservoir drilling rate is over 60%and the average gas production rate during the production test of 8 wells is up to 75.34×10^(4)m^(3)/d.It is concluded that the seismic mode of high productivity wells based on seismic facies,fracture and vug prediction and integrated target design provides a support for the well arrangement and drilling trajectory adjustment in natural gas exploration and development in the Gaoshiti area and good results have been achieved.展开更多

High-pressure deep shale gas reservoirs are usually highly stress-sensitive.When the reasonable production mode of shale gas well is built,the impact of strong stress sensitivity should be fully considered.First,this ...High-pressure deep shale gas reservoirs are usually highly stress-sensitive.When the reasonable production mode of shale gas well is built,the impact of strong stress sensitivity should be fully considered.First,this study calculated the relationship between permeability and formation pressure under different elastic modulus based on the shale lithology of Long Ma Xi formation in Sichuan Basin by testing and analysing the mechanical parameters of the rock.According to numerical simulation result,when the elastic modulus exceeds 14.0 GPa,the stress sensitivity of the matrix will slight affect the cumulative gas production of shale gas.Second,the changing relation between fracture conductivity and permeability with fracture pressure and the time of pressure acts were experimentally studied.The numerical simulation result suggested that the 30-year cumulative gas production considering the stress sensitivity was reduced by 13.5%compared with the 30-year cumulative gas production without considering the stress sensitivity.Finally,the production of different production modes under different stress sensitive characteristics was predicted using numerical simulation method.When the matrix and fractures are fixed with a same stress-sensitive curve,the initial production allocation will not significantly impact the cumulative gas production.When the fractured fractures are subjected to a varying stress sensitive curve,the lower production allocation will result in higher post-production and cumulative gas production.展开更多

In the context of the global low-carbon economy,the carbon cap-and-trade mechanism(CCATM)plays an important impact on the production and trade of enterprises and is widely implemented by most governments to reduce car...In the context of the global low-carbon economy,the carbon cap-and-trade mechanism(CCATM)plays an important impact on the production and trade of enterprises and is widely implemented by most governments to reduce carbon emissions.In this paper,we investigate a two-stage supply chain game model with a stochastic demand under the CCATM,in which the manufacturer has two production modes and the retailer has two order opportunities,and both of them make green effort.The results show that the optimal decision is irrelevant to carbon cap while is relevant to carbon emissions per unit product.The profits of both the manufacturer and the retailer increase under the CCATM.Furthermore,we explore the optimal decisions under the buyback contract and the payment contract provided by the manufacturer to the retailer.We find that the transfer payment can't improve the profit while the buyback contract can do.We further extend our model by investigating the scenario with the risk-averse channel members,and find that the first optimal order quantity of the retailer would reduce due to risk aversion,while the manufacturer would invest more green effort and the manufacturer would be more likely to cooperate with alowerrisk-averse retailer.展开更多
In typical EGS fracturing projects,the fracture network is denser in the region close to the fracturing wells.The distribution of fractures has a significant impact on the heat extraction performance of enhanced geoth...In typical EGS fracturing projects,the fracture network is denser in the region close to the fracturing wells.The distribution of fractures has a significant impact on the heat extraction performance of enhanced geothermal system(EGS).In order to avoid premature thermal breakthrough and improve the thermal extraction efficiency,this paper studies the heat extraction performance of EGS in heterogeneous fractured reservoirs under different injection-production methods.First,a heterogeneous discrete fracture network generation method based on relative pressure distribution is developed.A thermo-hydraulic-mechanical(THM)coupling model is established to simulate the fluid flow and heat transfer in reservoirs.The heat extraction performance under different production and injection modes is compared with different fracture densities.The results show that injection in the dense side of the anti-parallel well configuration will be more efficient for heat extraction.Under the condition of same injection mass flow rate,the heat extraction performance is positively correlated with the fracture density.Although sparse-side injection is not conducive to fluid flow,under the condition of same injection mass flow rate with anti-parallel well configuration,it will improve the thermal extraction performance.展开更多

文摘The Sinian Dengying Fm in the Sichuan Basin is a set of fractured-vuggy reservoirs mainly dominated by sedimentation and karstification,and characterized by small fractures and vugs,complex stratigraphy and lithology,and strong vertical and lateral reservoir heterogeneity.As a result,the drilling rates are lower and single-well gas productivity varies greatly there.And the reservoir identification results based on seismic data in this area are ambiguous.In view of this,the Deng 4 Member in the Gaoshiti buried structure on the southern flank of the LeshaneLongnusi palaeohigh was precisely divided in stratigraphy.Then,the types of reservoir assemblages were determined based on gas well logging and test data,and the seismic response characteristics of typical wells with different types of reservoir assemblages and the seismic modes of high productivity wells were studied by using high-resolution seismic data.It is indicated that the Deng 4 Member in this area is divided into three types of reservoir assemblages,which correspond to three seismic modes.Seismic mode I:It presents the seismic response characteristics of“wide wave troughs+double highlights”or“wide wave troughs+complex waves”,indicating that fractures and vugs are developed.It is the preferred seismic mode of high productivity wells in the stage of development.In this mode,the technology of highly deviated wells or horizontal wells can be implemented.Seismic mode II:It presents the seismic response characteristics of“wide wave troughs”,indicating that fractures and vugs are relatively developed.It is the mode of moderate productivity wells.In this mode,the technology of highly deviated wells can be implemented.Seismic mode III:It presents the seismic response characteristics of“wide wave troughs+highlights”,indicating that fractures and vugs are underdeveloped.It is mode of low productivity wells,in which the technology of horizontal wells can be implemented.The new understandings on seismic modes were applied on site.It is shown that the reservoir drilling rate is over 60%and the average gas production rate during the production test of 8 wells is up to 75.34×10^(4)m^(3)/d.It is concluded that the seismic mode of high productivity wells based on seismic facies,fracture and vug prediction and integrated target design provides a support for the well arrangement and drilling trajectory adjustment in natural gas exploration and development in the Gaoshiti area and good results have been achieved.

文摘This paper introduces a new type machine for polyblends with excellent mixing capabilities of internal mixer and continuous molding character of extruder.The machine includes two functions - mixing and extrusion molding that have been composed together by rational design,so a tandem production mode - "batch + continuous" are opened up.The mathematical model of continuous mixing molding was established and verified availably by experimental research.The main physical mechanical property of vulcanizate,which had met national waterproof material standard,verified the machine practicability.The essential difference from other similar type machines is that this machine is not only suitable in producing granular and powder rubbers but also lumpish rubbers.
文摘High-pressure deep shale gas reservoirs are usually highly stress-sensitive.When the reasonable production mode of shale gas well is built,the impact of strong stress sensitivity should be fully considered.First,this study calculated the relationship between permeability and formation pressure under different elastic modulus based on the shale lithology of Long Ma Xi formation in Sichuan Basin by testing and analysing the mechanical parameters of the rock.According to numerical simulation result,when the elastic modulus exceeds 14.0 GPa,the stress sensitivity of the matrix will slight affect the cumulative gas production of shale gas.Second,the changing relation between fracture conductivity and permeability with fracture pressure and the time of pressure acts were experimentally studied.The numerical simulation result suggested that the 30-year cumulative gas production considering the stress sensitivity was reduced by 13.5%compared with the 30-year cumulative gas production without considering the stress sensitivity.Finally,the production of different production modes under different stress sensitive characteristics was predicted using numerical simulation method.When the matrix and fractures are fixed with a same stress-sensitive curve,the initial production allocation will not significantly impact the cumulative gas production.When the fractured fractures are subjected to a varying stress sensitive curve,the lower production allocation will result in higher post-production and cumulative gas production.
文摘Discussions on Marx's "Asiatic mode of production" are essentially about the relationship between the universal and the particularistic view of history. Marx adhered to the world history position, but in the course of formulating his theory of the Asiatic mode of production he moved from universal history to a particularistic view of history; whereas the shift from the "Russian path" and "Russian way" provided by the Russian revolution to Stalin's doctrine of the "five forms" of social development represented a return from particularistic to universal history. In developing a Chinese view of history, three elements cannot be overlooked: the Chinese pattern of historical development and China's present development experience; Marx's theory of social forms and his thoughts on Oriental society in his later years; and the "Russian path" and "systemic transformation" launched by the October Revolution.

文摘In the context of the global low-carbon economy,the carbon cap-and-trade mechanism(CCATM)plays an important impact on the production and trade of enterprises and is widely implemented by most governments to reduce carbon emissions.In this paper,we investigate a two-stage supply chain game model with a stochastic demand under the CCATM,in which the manufacturer has two production modes and the retailer has two order opportunities,and both of them make green effort.The results show that the optimal decision is irrelevant to carbon cap while is relevant to carbon emissions per unit product.The profits of both the manufacturer and the retailer increase under the CCATM.Furthermore,we explore the optimal decisions under the buyback contract and the payment contract provided by the manufacturer to the retailer.We find that the transfer payment can't improve the profit while the buyback contract can do.We further extend our model by investigating the scenario with the risk-averse channel members,and find that the first optimal order quantity of the retailer would reduce due to risk aversion,while the manufacturer would invest more green effort and the manufacturer would be more likely to cooperate with alowerrisk-averse retailer.

文摘In typical EGS fracturing projects,the fracture network is denser in the region close to the fracturing wells.The distribution of fractures has a significant impact on the heat extraction performance of enhanced geothermal system(EGS).In order to avoid premature thermal breakthrough and improve the thermal extraction efficiency,this paper studies the heat extraction performance of EGS in heterogeneous fractured reservoirs under different injection-production methods.First,a heterogeneous discrete fracture network generation method based on relative pressure distribution is developed.A thermo-hydraulic-mechanical(THM)coupling model is established to simulate the fluid flow and heat transfer in reservoirs.The heat extraction performance under different production and injection modes is compared with different fracture densities.The results show that injection in the dense side of the anti-parallel well configuration will be more efficient for heat extraction.Under the condition of same injection mass flow rate,the heat extraction performance is positively correlated with the fracture density.Although sparse-side injection is not conducive to fluid flow,under the condition of same injection mass flow rate with anti-parallel well configuration,it will improve the thermal extraction performance.

文摘The floriculture industry is experiencing rapid growth with high profitability driven by its irreplaceable symbolic,therapeutic,and emotional value for decorative and aesthetic purposes.However,this prosperity comes with significant environmental costs,as the industry's pursuit of high-quality flower production is largely shaped by profit-driven motives.This thus creates a paradox:while flowers symbolize natural beauty and harmony,their unsustainable production modes undermine these very ideals.In this context,it is emphasized that floral plants can be both economically important and ecologically significant,particularly their functional roles in supporting key components of terrestrial ecosystems.Two potential applications of floral plants in the agroecosystem are proposed:flower strips in agricultural systems and flower meadows comprising halophytes and hyperaccumulators in degraded landscapes.By harnessing the potential functional diversity of floral plants to provide their respective ecological services,it offers an alternative pathway for the floriculture industry to evolve toward a future that balances beauty with sustainability.
