Methods: the 100 children received by the neonatal department between June, 2020 and June 2021 were freely divided into experimental group (cluster of nursing intervention) and control group (routine care intervention) with 50 children in each group. Next we need to compare the 2 groups of children with iatrogenic skin injury rate, patients family satisfaction and other indicators of change. Results: the rate of iatrogenic skin injury was 2.00% and 12.00% respectively in the experimental group and the control group, and 96.00% and 82.00% respectively in the nursing satisfaction of the family members. The difference between the two indexes was significant (p 0.05). Conclusion: for the prevention and control of neonatal iatrogenic skin injury diseases, the practical application effect of choosing the cluster nursing intervention mode is very prominent. It can achieve certain prevention and control purposes and play a positive role in avoiding conflicts between nurses and patients and improving the satisfaction of childrens families, so it has strong clinical application value.展开更多

On the other h...The human dietary selenium requirement in China has been estimated by various methods. The minimum dietary selenium requircment for the prevention of Keshan disease (KD) was found to be around 17 μg/d. On the other hand, an intake of 40 μg/d is required to maintain the plasma glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity at plateau. Hence 40 μg/d is considered as the adequate dietary selenium requirement. Studies conducted in a chronic selenosis area indicate thai the toxic dietary selenlum inlake (adverse effect level), which would maintain the characteristic fingernail changes, was approximately 1600 μg/d. The mean value of dietary selenium intakes, which enabled the five patients to recover from fingernail lesions, was found to be 819 ±126μg/d. At a 95% confidence limit, the lower limit is around 600μg/d. Therefore, 600 and 400μg/d were suggested as the individual daily maximum safe selenium intake and the safe dietary selenium intake, respectively,The results were used in the prevention of Se-related endemic KD and Kashin-Beck disease (KBD)展开更多

Methods: in this study, 140 patients with irrational use of prophylactic antibiotics during per...Objective: to explore the unreasonable analysis of perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in our hospital. Methods: in this study, 140 patients with irrational use of prophylactic antibiotics during perioperative period from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research object. The clinical data of all patients and the irrational use of antibiotics were analyzed and summarized retrospectively. Results: the irrational use of antibiotics in 140 patients was mainly due to the irrational drug combination (48.58%) and the lack of clear guidance (30.00%). Cephalosporins (52.14%) and penicillins (30.71%) accounted for more than 80.00% of the irrational use of antibiotics. Conclusion: in the perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics, the types, methods, timing, dosage and combination of antibiotics should be reasonably and appropriately controlled, and drug management should be strengthened to achieve the preventive effect.展开更多
