Physical Parameter Identification Method Based on Modal Analysis for Two-axis On-road Vehicles:Theory and Simulation 被引量:3

Physical parameters are very important for vehicle dynamic modeling and analysis.However,most of physical parameter identification methods are assuming some physical parameters of vehicle are known,and the other unknown parameters can be identified.In order to identify physical parameters of vehicle in the case that all physical parameters are unknown,a methodology based on the State Variable Method(SVM) for physical parameter identification of two-axis on-road vehicle is presented.The modal parameters of the vehicle are identified by the SVM,furthermore,the physical parameters of the vehicle are estimated by least squares method.In numerical simulations,physical parameters of Ford Granada are chosen as parameters of vehicle model,and half-sine bump function is chosen to simulate tire stimulated by impulse excitation.The first numerical simulation shows that the present method can identify all of the physical parameters and the largest absolute value of percentage error of the identified physical parameter is 0.205%;and the effect of the errors of additional mass,structural parameter and measurement noise are discussed in the following simulations,the results shows that when signal contains 30 d B noise,the largest absolute value of percentage error of the identification is 3.78%.These simulations verify that the presented method is effective and accurate for physical parameter identification of two-axis on-road vehicles.The proposed methodology can identify all physical parameters of 7-DOF vehicle model by using free-decay responses of vehicle without need to assume some physical parameters are known. 展开更多

The Three Gorges Reservoir Area(TGRA)is an important ecological barrier in the Yangtze River Basin,China.Therefore,it is of great importance to understand the spatio-temporal variation and the driving factors of production-living-ecological spaces for sustainable and high-quality development in the TGRA.This study investigated the dynamic variation of production-living-ecological spaces in the TGRA by employing land use data in 2000,2005,2010,2015,and 2018,and detected the influencing factors by using the Geographic detector(GeoDetector).Results implied that the structure and dynamic trajectories of production-living-ecological spaces in the TGRA varied in both horizontal and vertical directions,and the study area was dominated by ecological space.A spatial orientation towards the northeast was detected in the evolution of production-living-ecological spaces during 2000-2018.In terms of quantity,the transition from ecological space(grassland and woodland)to agriculture land accounted for the largest proportion from 2000 to 2018.However,the reverse transition from agriculture land to ecological space has increased since 2000 with the efforts of“Grain for Green”.In terms of temporal scale,there was a fluctuating trend in production space with the continuous expansion of living space,while ecological space showed an inverted U-shaped trend during 2000-2018.The dynamic pattern of production-living-ecological spaces in the TGRA was influenced by both physical and socio-economic variables as basic determinants and dominant driving factors,respectively.Finally,the harmonization and protection of production-living-ecological spaces still require policy-makers’efforts.This work may have potential in advancing our understanding about land use conflicts,and provide a reference for rational layout of spatial functions and the realization of sustainable development in the TGRA. 展开更多

Small water bodies are critical for maintaining freshwater biodiversity,but are among the least investigated aquatic environments.We examined physical and chemical variables at two reaches in Arroyo Tambillos,a small,high-elevation Andean stream,in NW Mendoza province,Argentina,across four seasons to examine how local factors and seasonality affected the structure of the macroinvertebrate community.The Arroyo Tambillos community was numerically dominated by ephemeropterans(mainly Massartellopsis irarrazavali)while the dipteran Chironomidae were the most species rich.Total macroinvertebrate abundance was highest in summer,driven mainly by taxa that were secondary in dominance(Austrelmis sp.and Andesiops peruvianus),while richness did not differ between seasons.However,benthic composition was different in Fall 2013(March)compared to other seasons,largely because of the increased abundance of Chironomidae.Canonical correspondence analysis discriminated Chironomidae species distributions in Fall 2013 by substrate type(i.e.,big and small boulder substrate).By contrast,discharge,velocity,and depth were the variables which most affected the macroinvertebrate abundance and distributions.Contrary to our expectations,most community changes observed occurred in fall instead of summer.Nivo-kryal stream communities like the one described here have become increasingly important for conserving mountain stream biodiversity as anthropogentic impacts and climate change increasingly impact lower stream reaches.Therefore,monitoring high-altitude streams like the Arroyo Tambillos may be critical for preventing the future loss of unique and sensitive stream biota. 展开更多

Purpose This longitudinal study investigated the potential enhancement of one physical and nine performance variables of New Zealand Rugby-Otago Rugby Football Union Academy college-age women student-athletes(NZORFUSA)using in-person-and non-video online-training(online)supervision.Methods Recruited NZORFUSA followed a periodised training protocols over 70-weeks.During weeks 1-35 and weeks 53-70(in-season),the NZORFUSA received 25-h of in-person supervision,participated in 15-h of team practice and game play each week.Over weeks 36-52(off-season),due to the NZORFUSA returning home over the college summer break,NZORFUSA received online supervision.Performance assessments occurred on weeks 1,31,53 and 70.During each testing session,body weight,acceleration,anaerobic endurance,lower-body power,speed,and upper-body strength performance data were collected.Data from weeks 1-70 are presented in this paper;weeks 1-31 and 1-53 data were previously published.Results Over 70-weeks of in-person-,online-,and again in-person supervision,mean data showed a decrease in body weight[effect size,Cohen's d=0.12,trivial;95%confidence interval(CI):29.4-127.7]and showed improvements in per-formance variables(large effect size,d=1.49-4.33),including lower-body power(CI:39.9-47.5),upper-body bench press strength(CI:29.7-132.3)and anaerobic endurance;for the latter performance variable,to complete the 40 m repeat sprints needs less effort(CI:81.3-95.5)with concurrent lower fatigue level being achieved(CI:8.08-9.77).Conclusion Physical and performance enhancement for Academy women student-athletes with in-person,online,and again in-person supervision over 70-weeks is attainable.Future longitudinal research is needed to assist performance enhance-ment for this cohort. 展开更多
