Reconstruction of a traumatic distal femur defect remains a therapeutic challenge.Bone defect implants have been proposed to substitute the bone defect, and their biomechanical performances can be analyzed via a numerical approach. However, the material assumptions for past computational human femur simulations were mainly homogeneous. Thus, this study aimed to design and analyze scaffolds for reconstructing the distal femur defect using a patient-specific finite element modeling technique.A three-dimensional finite element model of the human femur with accurate geometry and material distribution was developed using the finite element method and material mapping technique. An intact femur and a distal femur defect model treated with nine microstructure scaffolds and two solid scaffolds were investigated and compared under a single-leg stance loading. The results showed that the metal solid scaffold design could provide the most stable fixation for reconstructing the distal femur defect. However, the fixation stability was affected by various microstructure designs and pillar diameters.A microstructure scaffold can be designed to satisfy all the biomechanical indexes, opening up future possibilities for more stable reconstructions.A three-dimensional finite element model of the femur with real bone geometry and bone material distribution can be developed, and this patient-specific femur model can be used for studying other femoral fractures or injuries, paving the way for more comprehensive research in the field.Besides, this patient-specific finite element modeling technique can also be applied to developing other human or animal bone models, expanding the scope of biomechanical research. 展开更多

To address the issues of frequent identity switches(IDs)and degraded identification accuracy in multi object tracking(MOT)under complex occlusion scenarios, this study proposes an occlusion-robust tracking framework based on face-pedestrian joint feature modeling.By constructing a joint tracking model centered on“intra-class independent tracking+cross-category dynamic binding”,designing a multi-modal matching metric with spatio-temporal and appearance constraints, and innovatively introducing a cross-category feature mutual verification mechanism and a dual matching strategy, this work effectively resolves performance degradation in traditional single-category tracking methods caused by short-term occlusion,cross-camera tracking, and crowded environments.Experiments on the Chokepoint_Face_Pedestrian_Track test set demonstrate that in complex scenes, the proposed method improves Face-Pedestrian Matching F1 area under the curve(F1 AUC)by approximately 4 to 43 percentage points compared to several traditional methods. The joint tracking model achieves overall performance metrics of IDF1:85.1825%and MOTA:86.5956%,representing improvements of 0.91 and 0.06 percentage points, respectively, over the baseline model.Ablation studies confirm the effectiveness of key modules such as the Intersection over Area(IoA)/Intersection over Union(IoU)joint metric and dynamic threshold adjustment, validating the significant role of the cross-category identity matching mechanism in enhancing tracking stability.Our_model shows a 16.7%frame per second(FPS)drop vs.fairness of detection and re-identification in multiple object tracking(FairMOT),with its cross-category binding module adding aboute 10%overhead,yet maintains near-real-time performance for essential face-pedestrian tracking at small resolutions. 展开更多

AIM: To summarise and compare currently available evidence regarding accuracy of pre-operative imaging, which is one of the key choices for surgeons contemplating patient-specific instrumentation(PSI) surgery.METHODS: The MEDLINE and EMBASE medical literature databases were searched, from January 1990 to December 2013, to identify relevant studies. The data from several clinical studies was assimilated to allow appreciation and comparison of the accuracy of each modality. The overall accuracy of each modality was calculated as proportion of outliers > 3% in the coronal plane of both computerised tomography(CT) or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). RESULTS: Seven clinical studies matched our inclusion criteria for comparison and were included in our study for statistical analysis. Three of these reported series using MRI and four with CT. Overall percentage of outliers > 3% in patients with CT-based PSI systems was 12.5% vs 16.9% for MRI-based systems. These results were not statistically significant. CONCLUSION: Although many studies have been undertaken to determine the ideal pre-operative imaging modality, conclusions remain speculative in the absence of long term data. Ultimately, information regarding accuracy of CT and MRI will be the main determining factor. Increased accuracy of pre-operative imaging could result in longer-term savings, and reduced accumulated dose of radiation by eliminating the need for post-operative imaging and revision surgery. 展开更多

Background An important purpose of orthodontic treatment is to gain the harmonic soft tissue profile. This article describes a novel way to build patient-specific models of facial soft tissues by transforming a standard finite element (FE) model into one that has two stages: a first transformation and a second transformation, so as to evaluate the facial soft tissue changes after orthodontic treatment for individual patients. Methods The radial basis functions (RBFs) interpolation method was used to transform the standard FE model into a patient-specific one based on landmark points. A combined strategy for selecting landmark points was developed in this study: manually for the first transformation and automatically for the second transformation. Four typical patients were chosen to validate the effectiveness of this transformation method. Results The results showed good similarity between the transformed FE models and the computed tomography (CT) models. The absolute values of average deviations were in the range of 0.375-0.700 mm at the lip-mouth region after the first transformation, and they decreased to a range of 0.116-0.286 mm after the second transformation. Conclusions The modeling results show that the second transformation resulted in enhanced accuracy compared to the first transformation. Because of these results, a third transformation is usually not necessary. 展开更多

Understanding cardiac blood flow behaviors is of importance for cardiovascular research and clinical assessment of ventricle functions.Patient-specific Echo-based left ventricle(LV)fluid-structure interaction(FSI)models were introduced to perform ventricle mechanical analysis, investigate flow behaviors, and evaluate the impact of myocardial infarction(MI)and hypertension on blood flow in the LV.Echo image data were acquired from 3 patients with consent obtained:one healthy volunteer(P1),one hypertension patient(P2),and one patient who had an inferior and posterior myocardial infarction(P3).The nonlinear Mooney-Rivlin model was used for ventricle tissue with material parameter values chosen to match echo-measure LV volume data.Using the healthy case as baseline,LV with MI had lower peak flow velocity(30%lower at beginejection)and hypertension LV had higher peak flow velocity(16%higher at begin-filling).The vortex area(defined as the area with vorticity>0)for P3 was 19%smaller than that of P1.The vortex area for P2 was 12%smaller than that of P1.At peak of filling, the maximum flow shear stress(FSS)for P2 and P3 were 390%higher and 63%lower than that of P1,respectively.Meanwhile,LV stress and strain of P2 were 41%and 15%higher than those of P1,respectively.LV stress and strain of P3 were 36%and 42%lower than those of P1,respectively.In conclusion,FSI models could provide both flow and structural stress/strain information which would serve as the base for further cardiovascular investigations related to disease initiation, progression, and treatment strategy selections.Large-scale studies are needed to validate our findings. 展开更多

To improve aneurysm treatment, this study examined the influence of clip locations on hemodynamic factors in patient-specific anterior communicating artery(ACoA)aneurysms with different aneurysmal angle. We proposed a simplified classification of ACoA aneurysms using aneurysmal angle, defined by the angle of pivot of the aneurysmal dome and the virtual two-dimensional plane created by both proximal A2 segments of anterior cerebral artery(ACA).ACoA aneurysms with three different aneurysmal angles, which are 15°,80°and 120°,were analyzed in our study. In this work,we obtained hemodynamics before and after clipping surgery with three clip locations based on clinical clipping strategies in three ACoA aneurysms with different aneurysm angles. Results showed that local high pressure occurs at impingement region of the ACoA aneurysm before clipping and new impingement region close to the clipping location after clipping treatment. For clipping the aneurysm with aneurysmal angle 15°and a wide neck, wall shear stress(WSS)distribution is more uniform when the clipping angle of two clips close to 180°comparing with other two angles. In addition, for clipping the aneurysm with aneurysmal angle 80°and 120°,local high pressure appears on new impingement region and high WSS distributes around the clipping location when the clip plane is normal to the direction of inflow of aneurysm from the dominance of A1 segment of ACA.Hence,we should avoid the impingement of inflow from the A1 segment and choose a favorable clipping location for the fastness of clip. The results of our study could preoperatively give a useful information to the decision of surgical plan. 展开更多

As a key node of modern transportation network, the informationization management of road tunnels is crucial to ensure the operation safety and traffic efficiency. However, the existing tunnel vehicle modeling methods generally have problems such as insufficient 3D scene description capability and low dynamic update efficiency, which are difficult to meet the demand of real-time accurate management. For this reason, this paper proposes a vehicle twin modeling method for road tunnels. This approach starts from the actual management needs, and supports multi-level dynamic modeling from vehicle type, size to color by constructing a vehicle model library that can be flexibly invoked;at the same time, semantic constraint rules with geometric layout, behavioral attributes, and spatial relationships are designed to ensure that the virtual model matches with the real model with a high degree of similarity;ultimately, the prototype system is constructed and the case region is selected for the case study, and the dynamic vehicle status in the tunnel is realized by integrating real-time monitoring data with semantic constraints for precise virtual-real mapping. Finally, the prototype system is constructed and case experiments are conducted in selected case areas, which are combined with real-time monitoring data to realize dynamic updating and three-dimensional visualization of vehicle states in tunnels. The experiments show that the proposed method can run smoothly with an average rendering efficiency of 17.70 ms while guaranteeing the modeling accuracy(composite similarity of 0.867),which significantly improves the real-time and intuitive tunnel management. The research results provide reliable technical support for intelligent operation and emergency response of road tunnels, and offer new ideas for digital twin modeling of complex scenes. 展开更多

With the development of smart cities and smart technologies, parks,as functional units of the city, are facing smart transformation. The development of smart parks can help address challenges of technology integration within urban spaces and serve as testbeds for exploring smart city planning and governance models.Information models facilitate the effective integration of technology into space.Building Information Modeling(BIM)and City Information Modeling(CIM)have been widely used in urban construction. However, the existing information models have limitations in the application of the park,so it is necessary to develop an information model suitable for the park. This paper first traces the evolution of park smart transformation, reviews the global landscape of smart park development, and identifies key trends and persistent challenges.Addressing the particularities of parks, the concept of Park Information Modeling(PIM)is proposed.PIM leverages smart technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital twins, and collaborative sensing to help form a‘space-technology-system’smart structure, enabling systematic management of diverse park spaces, addressing the deficiency in park-level information models, and aiming to achieve scale articulation between BIM and CIM.Finally, through a detailed top-level design application case study of the Nanjing Smart Education Park in China, this paper illustrates the translation process of the PIM concept into practice, showcasing its potential to provide smart management tools for park managers and enhance services for park stakeholders, although further empirical validation is required. 展开更多

Architecture framework has become an effective method recently to describe the system of systems(SoS)architecture, such as the United States(US)Department of Defense Architecture Framework Version 2.0(DoDAF2.0).As a viewpoint in DoDAF2.0,the operational viewpoint(OV)describes operational activities, nodes, and resource flows. The OV models are important for SoS architecture development. However,as the SoS complexity increases, constructing OV models with traditional methods exposes shortcomings, such as inefficient data collection and low modeling standards. Therefore,we propose an intelligent modeling method for five OV models, including operational resource flow OV-2,organizational relationships OV-4,operational activity hierarchy OV-5a,operational activities model OV-5b,and operational activity sequences OV-6c.The main idea of the method is to extract OV architecture data from text and generate interoperable OV models.First,we construct the OV meta model based on the DoDAF2.0 meta model(DM2).Second,OV architecture named entities is recognized from text based on the bidirectional long short-term memory and conditional random field(BiLSTM-CRF)model.And OV architecture relationships are collected with relationship extraction rules. Finally,we define the generation rules for OV models and develop an OV modeling tool.We use unmanned surface vehicles(USV)swarm target defense SoS architecture as a case to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the intelligent modeling method. 展开更多

Using a dynamic laser monitoring technique, the solubility of 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole-5-one(NTO)was investigated in two different binary systems, namely hydroxylamine nitrate(HAN)-water and boric acid(HB)-water ranging from 278.15 K to 318.15 K.The solubility in each system was found to be positively correlated with temperature.Furthermore, solubility data were analyzed using four equations:the modified Apelblat equation,Van’t Hoff equation,λh equation and CNIBS/R-K equations, and they provided satisfactory results for both two systems. The average root-mean-square deviation(105RMSD)values for these models were less than 13.93.Calculations utilizing the Van’t Hoff equation and Gibbs equations facilitated the derivation of apparent thermodynamic properties of NTO dissolution in the two systems, including values for Gibbs free energy, enthalpy and entropy.The%ζ_(H)is larger than%ζ_(TS),and all the%ζ_(H)data are≥58.63%,indicating that the enthalpy make a greater contribution than entropy to theΔG_(soln)^(Θ). 展开更多

BACKGROUND Emerging evidence implicates Candida albicans(C.albicans)in human oncogenesis.Notably, studies have supported its involvement in regulating outcomes in colorectal cancer(CRC).This study investigated the paradoxical role of C.albicans in CRC,aiming to determine whether it promotes or suppresses tumor development, with a focus on the mechanistic basis linked to its metabolic profile.AIM To investigate the dual role of C.albicans in the development and progression of CRC through metabolite profiling and to establish a prognostic model that integrates the microbial and metabolic interactions in CRC,providing insights into potential therapeutic strategies and clinical outcomes.METHODSA prognostic model integrating C. albicans with CRC was developed, incorporating enrichment analysis, immuneinfiltration profiling, survival analysis, Mendelian randomization, single-cell sequencing, and spatial transcriptomics. The effects of the C. albicans metabolite mixture on CRC cells were subsequently validated in vitro. Theprimary metabolite composition was characterized using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.RESULTSA prognostic model based on five specific mRNA markers, EHD4, LIME1, GADD45B, TIMP1, and FDFT1, wasestablished. The C. albicans metabolite mixture significantly reduced CRC cell viability. Post-treatment analysisrevealed a significant decrease in gene expression in HT29 cells, while the expression levels of TIMP1, EHD4, andGADD45B were significantly elevated in HCT116 cells. Conversely, LIME1 expression and that of other CRC celllines showed reductions. In normal colonic epithelial cells (NCM460), GADD45B, TIMP1, and FDFT1 expressionlevels were significantly increased, while LIME1 and EHD4 levels were markedly reduced. Following metabolitetreatment, the invasive and migratory capabilities of NCM460, HT29, and HCT116 cells were reduced. Quantitativeanalysis of extracellular ATP post-treatment showed a significant elevation (P < 0.01). The C. albicans metabolitemixture had no effect on reactive oxygen species accumulation in CRC cells but led to a reduction in mitochondrialmembrane potential, increased intracellular lipid peroxidation, and induced apoptosis. Metabolomic profilingrevealed significant alterations, with 516 metabolites upregulated and 531 downregulated.CONCLUSIONThis study introduced a novel prognostic model for CRC risk assessment. The findings suggested that the C.albicans metabolite mixture exerted an inhibitory effect on CRC initiation. 展开更多

Earth’s internal core and crustal magnetic fields,as measured by geomagnetic satellites like MSS-1(Macao Science Satellite-1)and Swarm, are vital for understanding core dynamics and tectonic evolution. To model these internal magnetic fields accurately, data selection based on specific criteria is often employed to minimize the influence of rapidly changing current systems in the ionosphere and magnetosphere. However, the quantitative impact of various data selection criteria on internal geomagnetic field modeling is not well understood. This study aims to address this issue and provide a reference for constructing and applying geomagnetic field models.First,we collect the latest MSS-1 and Swarm satellite magnetic data and summarize widely used data selection criteria in geomagnetic field modeling.Second,we briefly describe the method to co-estimate the core, crustal, and large-scale magnetospheric fields using satellite magnetic data. Finally,we conduct a series of field modeling experiments with different data selection criteria to quantitatively estimate their influence. Our numerical experiments confirm that without selecting data from dark regions and geomagnetically quiet times, the resulting internal field differences at the Earth’s surface can range from tens to hundreds of nanotesla(nT).Additionally,we find that the uncertainties introduced into field models by different data selection criteria are significantly larger than the measurement accuracy of modern geomagnetic satellites. These uncertainties should be considered when utilizing constructed magnetic field models for scientific research and applications. 展开更多

A 3D crustal model was constructed using a combination of cutting-edge techniques, which were integrated to provide a density model for Egypt and address the sporadic distribution of seismic data. These techniques include obtaining gravity data from the Gravity Field and Steady-State Ocean Circulation Explorer(GOCE),creating seismic profiles, analyzing the receiver functions of seismic data, obtaining information from boreholes, and providing geological interpretations.GOCE satellite gravity data were processed to construct a preliminary model based on nonlinear inversions of the data.A regional crustal thickness model was developed using receiver functions, seismic refraction profiles, and geological insights. The inverted model was validated using borehole data and compared with seismic estimates. The model exhibited strong consistency and revealed a correlation between crustal thickness, geology, and tectonics of Egypt. It showed that the shallowest depths of the Moho are located in the north along the Mediterranean Sea and in the eastern part along the Red Sea,reflecting an oceanic plate with a thin,high-density crust. The deepest Moho depths are located in the southwestern part of Egypt,Red Sea coastal mountains, and Sinai Peninsula. The obtained 3D model of crustal thickness provided finely detailed Moho depth estimates that aligned closely with geology and tectonic characteristics of Egypt, contributing valuable insights into the subsurface structure and tectonic processes of region. 展开更多

This review explores the use of agent-based modeling(ABM)within the framework of study human emotion and cognition in the context of its ability to simulate complex social interactions, adaptive changes, and evolutionary processes.By representing agents and their defined environments with probabilistic interactions,ABM allows the assessment of the effects of individual behavior at the micro level on the greater social phenomena at the macro level. The review looks into the applications of ABM in portraying some of the key components of emotions and cognition-empathy,cooperation,decision making, and emotional transmission-and analyzes the problems including scalability, empirical validation, and description of sensitive emotional states. The most important conclusion is that merging ABM with information neurobiological data and artificial intelligence(AI)techniques would allow for deepening the interactions within the system and enhancing its responsiveness to stimuli. This review highlights approaches that aim to exploit the ABM methodology more fully and integrates methods from biology, neuroscience, and engineering. This integration could contribute to our understanding of the human behavior evolution and adaptation within systems relevant to policymaking, healthcare, and education. 展开更多

It is well known that coarse-grained super-elastic NiTi shape memory alloys(SMAs)exhibit localized rather than homogeneous martensite transformation(MT),which, however, can be strongly influenced by either internal size(grain size,GS)or the external size(geometric size). The coupled effect of GS and geometric size on the functional properties has not been clearly understood yet.In this work, the super-elasticity,one-way,and stress-assisted two-way shape memory effects of the polycrystalline NiTi SMAs with different aspect ratios(length/width for the gauge section)and different GSs are investigated based on the phase field method. The coupled effect of the aspect ratio and GS on the functional properties is adequately revealed. The simulated results indicate that when the aspect ratio is lower than about 4:1,the stress biaxiality and stress heterogeneity in the gauge section of the sample become more and more obvious with decreasing the aspect ratio, which can significantly influence the microstructure evolution in the process involving external stress. Therefore, the corresponding functional property is strongly dependent on the aspect ratio. With decreasing the GS and the aspect ratio(to be lower than 4:1),both the aspect ratio and GS can affect the MT or martensite reorientation in each grain and the interaction among grains. Thus, due to the strong internal constraint(i.e.,the constraint of grain boundary)and the external constraint(i.e.,the constraint of geometric boundary),the capabilities of the functional properties of NiTi SMAs are gradually weakened and highly dependent on these two factors. 展开更多

Introduction Trabeculae carneae are irregular structures that cover the endocardial surfaces of both ventricles of human heart and account for a significant portion of the ventricular mass. However, the role of trabeculae carneae in left ventricular(LV)function is not well understood.Previous reports suggested that trabeculae help squeeze blood from the apical region during systole[1].Our recent study suggests that trabeculae carneae hypertrophy and fibrosis contribute to increased LV stiffness in patients with diastolic heart failure, and severing free-running trabeculae carneae may improve diastolic compliance of the LV[2].Objective To understand the role of trabeculae carneae in the left ventricular diastolic and systolic functions using anatomically detailed patient-specific finite postmortem from South Texas Blood and Tissue Center(San Antonio,TX).The heart was de-identified in accordance with Institutional Review Board(IRB)requirements and informed consent for research was obtained from the donor’s family.Three-dimensional MRI scanning was conducted on a 3T(128 MHz)MRI system(TIM Trio,Siemens Medical Solutions),comprised of a superconducting magnet with a 60 cm diameter accessible bore, when the heart was submerged in a saline filled plastic container.(2)Finite element analysis Three distinct LV models were derived from the MR images. The first model was the intact trabeculated model(TM)which contained all trabeculae carneae and papillary muscles. This high-resolution anatomically detailed 3D model of the LV was segmented from 2D MR images in DICOM format using Mimics(Materialise NV,Leuven,Belgium). The second model was the papillary model(PM),in which the papillary muscles remain intact but most of the trabeculae carneae were excluded in the smoothing process. The third model was the smooth model(SM)in which the trabeculae carneae and papillary muscles were excluded during image segmentation.Finite element(FE)models of the TM,PM and SM were created by meshing 3D reconstructions of the acquired MR images using tetrahedral elements(ICEM,Ansys Inc.,Canonsburg,PA).The mesh size was selected after a pilot study on mesh sensitivity. The passive cardiac muscle was characterized as a hyperelastic, incompressible, transversely isotropic material with a Fung exponential strain energy function. The material constants were determined by matching the end-diastolic pressure-volume relationship with the empirical Klotz relation[3].A rule-based myocardial fiber algorithm was adopted to generate the myofiber directions[4].The active contraction(i.e.,systolic contraction)was modeled by the time varying'Elastance'active contraction model. The contractile parameter Tmax was determined and calibrated so that the FE predicted ejection fraction(EF)of TM matched the EF of a normal human heart at the specified end-systolic pressure[3].The analysis of the TM,PM,and SM models were implemented using the open-source finite element package FEBio(www.febio.org).In all models, the rigid body motion was suppressed by constraining the base from moving in all directions. The end-diastolic and end-systolic pressure-volume relationships(EDPVR and ESPVR)were obtained and characterized by an exponential function and the slope, respectively. Results Our simulation results showed that independent of the material model, the EDPVR curve shifts to the right in PM and SM compared to TM.However, the ESPVR curve may shift to the right or left in PM compared to TM,while shifting tothe right in SM for all material models.EDPVR was steeper in TM compared to PM and SM;however,ESPVR was found to be steeper in PM than in TM and SM.The predicted parameters of EDPVR and ESPVR showed lower average exponential term in PM and SM compared to TM,indicating a significant improvement in the compliance and global diastolic function of less trabeculated LV models(P<0.01).Similarly,the higher average elastance EEs and lower volume intersect in PM compared to TM,suggests that mild cutting of trabeculae carneae slightly improves the global systolic function of the LV(P=0.89).However,cutting all trabeculae carneae and papillary muscles in SM had a significant adverse effect on the global systolic function(P<0.01).Discussion and conclusions Most patient-specific LV studies in the literature have used smoothed ventricular geometries. We used high resolution MRI to capture the endocardial details of the LV.Though reproducing very fine trabeculae carneae was restricted by the MRI resolution, our results demonstrated the importance of considering endocardial structures,i.e.papillary muscles and trabeculae carneae,in the assessment of LV global function in patient-specific computational LV models. The present work is consistent with the observation that diastolic performance improved after severing trabeculae carneae due to a reduction in LV stiffness[2].Furthermore,our results also suggest that severing trabeculae carneae(without affecting papillary muscle)may improve LV systolic function. Our model results are consistent with experimental measurements using ex vivo rabbit heart perfusion[5].This improvement would be greater in hypertrophic hearts because trabeculae carneae are also hypertrophic and more fibrotic.Left ventricular hypertrophy is often associated with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF).There is no effective treatment for HFpEF,which is characterized by impaired diastolic relaxation due to increased LV stiffness. Our results indicate that trabecular cutting could be an effective treatment for HFpEF. 展开更多

In order to enhance the control performance of piezo-positioning system, the influence of hysteresis characteristics and its compensation method are studied.Hammerstein model is used to represent the dynamic hysteresis nonlinear characteristics of piezo-positioning actuator. The static nonlinear part and dynamic linear part of the Hammerstein model are represented by models obtained through the Prandtl-Ishlinskii(PI)model and Hankel matrix system identification method, respectively. This model demonstrates good generalization capability for typical input frequencies below 200 Hz.A sliding mode inverse compensation tracking control strategy based on P-I inverse model and integral augmentation is proposed.Experimental results show that compared with PID inverse compensation control and sliding mode control without inverse compensation, the sliding mode inverse compensation control has a more ideal step response and no overshoot, moreover, the settling time is only 6.2 ms.In the frequency domain, the system closed-loop tracking bandwidth reaches 119.9 Hz,and the disturbance rejection bandwidth reaches 86.2 Hz.The proposed control strategy can effectively compensate the hysteresis nonlinearity, and improve the tracking accuracy and antidisturbance capability of piezo-positioning system. 展开更多

In this paper, the small-signal modeling of the Indium Phosphide High Electron Mobility Transistor(InP HEMT)based on the Transformer neural network model is investigated. The AC S-parameters of the HEMT device are trained and validated using the Transformer model. In the proposed model, the eight-layer transformer encoders are connected in series and the encoder layer of each Transformer consists of the multi-head attention layer and the feed-forward neural network layer. The experimental results show that the measured and modeled S-parameters of the HEMT device match well in the frequency range of 0.5-40 GHz,with the errors versus frequency less than 1%.Compared with other models, good accuracy can be achieved to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model. 展开更多
