Methods: the patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from 2019 to 2021 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The number of patients included in this study was 80. Among the two groups, one group was set as the routine group (40 cases, routine nursing) and the other group was set as the research group (40 cases, high-quality nursing). Then, the nursing effect between groups was evaluated. Results: there was no significant difference in blood pressure data between the two groups before nursing; However, after different nursing interventions, the control levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the study group were better than those in the conventional group (P;Evaluation and analysis of psychological status (SAS and SDS) of each group: before nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of each group, but after nursing intervention, the two psychological scores of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group (P < 0.05);Evaluation of bleeding volume in each group: the bleeding volume in the study group at 2h and 24h after delivery was less than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05);The scores of quality of life and satisfaction of each group: the scores of the study group were higher than those of the routine group (P < 0.05);Evaluation of the probability of complications in each group: in the study group, there were 1 case of premature rupture of membranes and 1 case of infection, with a total probability of 5.00%;In the conventional group, there were 3 cases of premature rupture of membranes, 3 cases of infection and 3 cases of postpartum hemorrhage, with a total probability of 22.50%;Compared with the total probability of the two groups, the study group is relatively lower( χ 2 value =5.164, P < 0.05);Nursing effect: the total nursing effect probability of these patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage included in the study group was 95.00%;Higher than 75.00% of the conventional group( χ 2 value =6.274, P < 0.05). Conclusion: by applying the high-quality nursing model to the nursing of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage, this study can effectively control their blood pressure level, improve their quality of life, and reduce the probability of complications during pregnancy. The nursing effect is significant.展开更多
