Based on the key function of version management in PDM system, this paper discusses the function and the realization of version management and the transitions of version states with a workflow. A directed aeyclic graph is used to describe a version model. Three storage modes of the directed acyelic graph version model in the database, the bumping block and the PDM working memory are presented and the conversion principle of these three modes is given. The study indicates that building a dynamic product structure configuration model based on versions is the key to resolve the problem. Thus a version model of single product object is built. Then the version management model in product structure configuration is built and the application of version management of PDM syster is presented as a case. 展开更多

目的分析2023年中国分离的A(H1N1)pdm09亚型流感病毒的抗原和基因特性。方法对2148株A(H1N1)pdm09亚型流感毒株用红细胞凝集抑制试验进行抗原分析,对其中505株毒株进行序列测定和分析。结果2023年检测的2148株毒株中,95.00%以上的毒株... 目的分析2023年中国分离的A(H1N1)pdm09亚型流感病毒的抗原和基因特性。方法对2148株A(H1N1)pdm09亚型流感毒株用红细胞凝集抑制试验进行抗原分析,对其中505株毒株进行序列测定和分析。结果2023年检测的2148株毒株中,95.00%以上的毒株抗原性与疫苗株A/Victoria/4897/2022和A/West Virginia/30/2022类似;98.42%(497/505)测序毒株的血凝素(HA)基因属于C.1分支,在此分支中存在多个有共同氨基酸位点变异的小分支;在测序毒株中,11株毒株有已知对神经氨酸酶抑制剂耐药的E119A、Q136K和H275Y氨基酸位点变异。结论2023年中国流行的A(H1N1)pdm09亚型流感病毒与同期的疫苗株抗原性匹配,但HA基因存在多样性的特点。 展开更多

Many design engineers have employed PDM tools to coordinate and control access to documented versions of product designs. But it is still a focus of research efforts in industry and academic how to further build an efficient and effective integrated product/process development environments (IPDEs) based on PDM to meet requirements of enterprises. This paper introduces the approach to design and implementation of an integrated CAD/CAPP system (IC2S) based on PDM. This system is an important compent of computer integrated manufacturing system in KELON Inc(Kelon-CIMS). In this paper,a wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) transmission system derived from the coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (CO-OFDM) with polarization division multiplexing (PDM) and 16-order quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) is studied. A simulation of 80-channel WDM transmission system with data rate of 200 Gbit/s is built, and the transmission performance of the system is analyzed. The simulation results show that the system Q value of the WDM channels at 16 Tbit/s with a spectral efficiency of 7.14 bit/s/Hz is potentially over 10.0 dB for a long haul transmission up to 1800 km in a standard single-mode fiber. 展开更多

为了得到人体运动状态信息,需精准测量人体关节处的应变,提出了一种制作柔性电容式传感器的方法。采用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)薄膜作为传感器的介电层,设计了丝网印板的图案,采用丝网印刷的方法将电极材料印刷在介电层薄膜上,使其作为电极... 为了得到人体运动状态信息,需精准测量人体关节处的应变,提出了一种制作柔性电容式传感器的方法。采用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)薄膜作为传感器的介电层,设计了丝网印板的图案,采用丝网印刷的方法将电极材料印刷在介电层薄膜上,使其作为电极层,形成了具有“三明治”结构的柔性电容式传感器单元。然后,将2个传感器单元贴合在一起,制备为双层柔性电容式传感器。将其放置在测试平台上进行测试。实验结果表明,双层传感器的电极层厚度均匀,其值约为60μm。双层传感器具有更高的初始电容,其值为1.793 nF,在相同应变下,能得到更大的电容变化量,即具有更高的分辨率,能检测到1%的应变。无论是在压力测试还是应变测试下,双层传感器均比单层传感器具有更高的灵敏度(S=0.29 kPa^(-1),GF=0.73),并且,具有较好的耐疲劳性和稳定性。 展开更多

The compensation effects of fiber nonlinearity in 112 Gb/s polarization division multiplexing(PDM) coherent optical systems by mid-span optical phase conjugation(OPC) based on four wave mixing(FWM) effect are studied. Comparisons of the compensation results between PDM coherent optical-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(CO-OFDM)system and the single carrier(SC) PDM quadrature phase shift keying(QPSK) system are provided as well. The results demonstrate that nonlinear compensation effect with mid-span OPC in PDM CO-OFDM system is much more obvious than that in SC PDM QPSK system. 展开更多

This paper addresses some key issues in supporting product family design in a 3 D CAD/ PDM integrated system and introduces the techniques developed or adopted in building the integrated system. The general architecture of a 3D CAD/PDM integrated system is organized as five tiers. Multi-agent technology is applied with a collaborative design environment. The rule-based product family architecture ( PFA ) and tabular layouts of article characteristics (TLAC) technique are applied to represent the knowledge for product families. They make the knowledge understandable, simplified and can be exchanged among heterogeneous information systems. A transparently concentric integrated mode is put forward to enable the heterogeneous processes to interact and communicate regardless of the language used to construct each process. With the mode, function calling and information exchanging among different processes are carried out via message translation/parse approach. Currently, the integrated system is implemented in the platform of Windows NT and 2000. 展开更多

This article presented a facile fabrication process for polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)composite gold nanotris⁃octahedra(Au NTOH)for a flexible SERS sensor with high sensitivity.Specifically,Au NTOH with excellent SERS behaviors was synthesized using a seed-mediated growth method and the dimensions of the Au NTOH was easily tuned.In addition,the influence of size on the SERS performance of their monolayers was systematically investigated,and the Au NTOH with the size of 61 nm possessed the best SERS performance.Importantly,a hydrophilic-substrateassisted interfacial self-assembled monolayer transfer technique was proposed to transfer Au NTOH onto PDMS films,resulting in forming flexible and transparent Au NTOH@PDMS substrates.Furthermore,the excellent signal homoge⁃neity of this substrate was demonstrated and the sensitivity was verified by a measurement of crystal violet(CV)as low as 1×10^(-8) mol/L.As a result,this SERS sensor is progressing for applying in the identification of trace contaminants in broad fields. 展开更多

A method for the analysis of trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in aqueous samples has been established by polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) rod aided stir bar sorptive extraction(SBSE). The homemade PDMS rod has a size of 30 mm×3 mm o.d. with a volume of ca. 200 μL, stable in thermal desorption process. The enriched PAHs by the PDMS rod were released in a homemade thermal desorption system coupled with gas chromatography. Experimental parameters for extraction of six PAHs were optimized including extraction time, pH, ionic strength and temperature of solution. The procedure has good recoveries of 80.0%―100.3% and very low limits of detection of 4.0―33 ng/L. PAHs in rain and river water were analyzed by this method. 展开更多

多孔PDMS基-凝胶介质材料的疏冰特性研究

目的探究孔径对多孔PDMS基-有机凝胶介质材料(GIP-PDMS)疏冰特性的影响,揭示GIP-PDMS的疏冰机制。方法采用“模板析出-浸渍-固化”三步法制备了~200、~400和~1000μm^(3)种不同孔径的GIP-PDMS材料;实验研究了不同孔径GIP-PDMS在静态/动... 目的探究孔径对多孔PDMS基-有机凝胶介质材料(GIP-PDMS)疏冰特性的影响,揭示GIP-PDMS的疏冰机制。方法采用“模板析出-浸渍-固化”三步法制备了~200、~400和~1000μm^(3)种不同孔径的GIP-PDMS材料;实验研究了不同孔径GIP-PDMS在静态/动态结冰、表面磨损、酸碱腐蚀及油污污染等多因素下的疏冰特性;基于内聚力单元仿真模型分析了GIP-PDMS材料的疏冰机制。结果实验表明:GIP-PDMS材料的冰黏附强度显著低于多孔PDMS,且其冰黏附强度与孔隙尺寸呈正相关关系;在-25~-5℃温度范围内、静态/动态结冰条件下~200μm孔径GIP-PDMS材料的冰黏附强度稳定性最好(变化量仅为3.8 kPa);在经历100次重复磨损后,~400μm和~1000μm孔径材料分别表现出最小和最大的冰黏附强度增幅;在动态结冰温度持续降低(-5~-25℃)、表面磨损程度加剧的情况下,孔径为~200μm材料的冰黏附强度呈减小趋势,疏冰性能增强;在强酸(pH=1)强碱(pH=13)腐蚀和油污污染条件下,不同孔径GIP-PDMS冰黏附强度均基本保持不变。仿真表明:在切向除冰过程中GIP-PDMS的骨架与凝胶之间因不同的弹性模量导致材料-冰界面在多位置处出现裂纹萌生与扩展,从而获得优异的疏冰性能。结论GIP-PDMS材料在不同结冰气候条件、表面磨损、酸碱腐蚀及油污污染下仍具有优异的疏冰特性,可为高性能防除冰材料的选择提供参考。 展开更多

基于硫醇烯点击化学机理开发了PDMS硅胶墨水,利用气相二氧化硅颗粒增强了光敏PDMS硅胶墨水的初始剪应力,使其能通过挤出式打印方式成形。以二氧化硅颗粒的质量分数、紫外交联时间、紫外曝光距离为变量,交联强度为响应性指标建立回归方程... 基于硫醇烯点击化学机理开发了PDMS硅胶墨水,利用气相二氧化硅颗粒增强了光敏PDMS硅胶墨水的初始剪应力,使其能通过挤出式打印方式成形。以二氧化硅颗粒的质量分数、紫外交联时间、紫外曝光距离为变量,交联强度为响应性指标建立回归方程,对光敏PDMS硅胶墨水的工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,工艺参数对交联强度的影响顺序为:二氧化硅质量分数>紫外交联时间>紫外曝光距离;最优工艺参数组合为:二氧化硅质量分数6.8%,紫外交联时间156.8 s,紫外曝光距离35.0 mm,此时强度的预测值和试验值分别为219.3 kPa和228.8 kPa,两者之间的误差率为4.2%。通过该工艺参数组合可实现PDMS硅胶墨水的高强度成形。 展开更多
