The existing research of sequential zoning system and simultaneous zoning system mainly focuses on some optimization problems such as workload balance,product assignment and simulation for each system separately.But there is little research on comparative study between sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning.In order to help the designers to choose the suitable zoning policy for picker-to-parts system reasonably and quickly,a systemic selection method is presented.Essentially,both zoning and batching are order clustering,so the customer order sheet can be divided into many unit grids.After the time formulation in one-dimensional unit was defined,the time models for each zoning policy in two-dimensional space were established using filling curves and sequence models to link the one-dimensional unit grids.In consideration of "U" shaped dual tour into consideration,the subtraction value of order picking time between sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning was defined as the objective function to select the suitable zoning policy based on time models.As it is convergent enough,genetic algorithm is adopted to find the optimal value of order picking time.In the experimental study,5 different kinds of order/stock keeping unit(SKU) matrices with different densities d and quantities q following uniform distribution were created in order to test the suitability of sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning to different kinds of orders.After parameters setting,experimental orders inputting and iterative computations,the optimal order picking time for each zoning policy was gotten.By observing whether the delta time between them is greater than 0 or not,the suitability of zoning policies for picker-to-parts system were obtained.The significant effect of batch size b,zone number z and density d on suitability was also found by experimental study.The proposed research provides a new method for selection between sequential zoning and simultaneous zoning for picker-to-parts system,and improves the rationality and efficiency of selection process in practical design. 展开更多

在曲面机械零件切削加工中,加工精度与表面质量等目标切削参数的约束之间相互关联又相互制约,使得传统的遗传算法求解过程很难在多个目标之间找到最优的平衡,导致零件切削路径增加、能耗上升。对此,提出改进遗传算法的曲面机械零件切削... 在曲面机械零件切削加工中,加工精度与表面质量等目标切削参数的约束之间相互关联又相互制约,使得传统的遗传算法求解过程很难在多个目标之间找到最优的平衡,导致零件切削路径增加、能耗上升。对此,提出改进遗传算法的曲面机械零件切削参数优化方法,首先建立曲面机械零件切削的变形误差函数和粗糙度函数,并联合两者构造综合目标函数,以切削力相对稳定为目标优化切削参数。然后,设定主轴转速、进给速度、表面质量、切削功率、最大切削力等约束条件。最后,改进遗传算法通过实数编码直接对应曲面机械零件切削参数,采用自适应交叉和变异率动态调整最优切削参数搜索策略,从而有效解决曲面机械零件切削加工中多目标平衡、切削路径增加和能耗上升等问题。实验结果表明,所提方法的曲面轮廓度较小、切削路径总长度较短、切削总能耗较低。 展开更多

The precision forming of thin-walled components has been urgently needed in aviation and aerospace field. However, the wrinkling induced by the compressive instability is one of the major defects in thin-walled part forming. The initiation and growth of the wrinkles are interac- tively affected by many factors such as stress states, mechanical properties of the material, geometry of the workpiece and boundary conditions. Especially when the forming process involves compli- cated boundary conditions such as multi-dies constrains, the perturbation of clearances between workpiece and dies and the contact conditions changing in time and space, etc., the predication of the wrinkling is further complicated. In this paper, the cu.rent prediction methods were summa- rized including the static equilibrium method, the energy method, the initial imperfection method, the eigenvalue buckling analysis method, the static-implicit finite element method and the dynamic- explicit finite element method. Then, a systematical comparison and summary of these methods in terms of their advantages and limitations are presented. By using a combination of explicit FE method, initial imperfection and energy conservation, a hybrid method is recommended to predict plastic wrinkling in thin-walled part forming. Finally, considering the urgent requirements of com- plex thin-walled structures' part in aviation and aerospace field, the trends and challenges in wrin- kling prediction under complicated boundary conditions are presented. 展开更多

In equipment integrated logistics support(ILS), the supply capability of spare parts is a significant factor. There are lots of depots in the traditional support system, which makes too many redundant spare parts and causes high cost of support. Meanwhile,the inconsistency among depots makes it difficult to manage spare parts. With the development of information technology and transportation, the supply network has become more efficient. In order to further improve the efficiency of supply-support work and the availability of the equipment system, building a system of one centralized depot with multiple depots becomes an appropriate way.In this case, location selection of the depots including centralized depots and multiple depots becomes a top priority in the support system. This paper will focus on the location selection problem of centralized depots considering ILS factors. Unlike the common location selection problem, depots in ILS require a higher service level. Therefore, it becomes desperately necessary to take the high requirement of the mission into account while determining location of depots. Based on this, we raise an optimal depot location model. First, the expected transportation cost is calculated.Next, factors in ILS such as response time, availability and fill rate are analyzed for evaluating positions of open depots. Then, an optimization model of depot location is developed with the minimum expected cost of transportation as objective and ILS factors as constraints. Finally, a numerical case is studied to prove the validity of the model by using the genetic algorithm. Results show that depot location obtained by this model can guarantee the effectiveness and capability of ILS well. 展开更多

It is significant to combine multiple tasks into an optimal work package in decision-making of aircraft maintenance to reduce cost,so a cost rate model of combinatorial maintenance is an urgent need.However,the optimal combination under various constraints not only involves numerical calculations but also is an NP-hard combinatorial problem.To solve the problem,an adaptive genetic algorithm based on cluster search,which is divided into two phases,is put forward.In the first phase,according to the density,all individuals can be homogeneously scattered over the whole solution space through crossover and mutation and better individuals are collected as candidate cluster centres.In the second phase,the search is confined to the neighbourhood of some selected possible solutions to accurately solve with cluster radius decreasing slowly,meanwhile all clusters continuously move to better regions until all the peaks in the question space is searched.This algorithm can efficiently solve the combination problem.Taking the optimization on decision-making of aircraft maintenance by the algorithm for an example,maintenance which combines multiple parts or tasks can significantly enhance economic benefit when the halt cost is rather high. 展开更多

Cost estimation formulae (CEF) are the most common method to evaluate the cost of injection part/mold, which is similar to our ordinary thinking. In this paper, a CEF method used by Dr. Weiyi Hu in Massachusetts University is first discussed. To the problems existed in the formulae, we propose an improved algorithm. This algorithm can be used to estimate the manufacturing cost of injection part/mold accurately in the early design stage. 展开更多

In order to optimize the spares configuration project at different stages during the life cycle, the factor of time is considered to relax the assumption of the spares steady demand in multi-echelon technique for recoverable item control (METRIC) theory. According to the method of systems analysis, the dynamic palm theorem is introduced to establish the prediction model of the spares demand rate, and its main influence factors are analyzed, based on which, the spares support effectiveness evaluation index system is studied, and the system optimization-oriented spares dynamic configuration method for multi-echelon multi-indenture system is proposed. Through the analysis of the optimization algorithm, the layered marginal algorithm is designed to improve the model calculation efficiency. In a given example, the multi-stage spares configuration project during its life cycle is gotten, the research result conforms to the actual status, and it can provide a new way for the spares dynamic optimization. 展开更多

机械零部件制造过程中的偏差检测及控制

为有效管控机械零部件制造偏差,提升制造精度与质量,研究针对制造中常见的几何形状偏差、几何位置偏差和装配位置偏差,展开深入探讨。研究中运用逆向回溯算法,构建偏差传递网络模型,精准识别各类偏差的误差源;借助加权半局部中心性算法... 为有效管控机械零部件制造偏差,提升制造精度与质量,研究针对制造中常见的几何形状偏差、几何位置偏差和装配位置偏差,展开深入探讨。研究中运用逆向回溯算法,构建偏差传递网络模型,精准识别各类偏差的误差源;借助加权半局部中心性算法,综合节点强度、介数中心性等指标,确定偏差传递网络中的关键节点;利用自调节赋权方法,依据制造实际动态调整节点和路径权重,控制误差传递;引入实时在线监测与反馈系统,通过安装传感器采集数据,运用机器学习算法分析,实现动态偏差控制。结果表明,该系列方法可精准定位误差源,明确关键节点,合理调控误差传递路径,及时准确采集、分析数据并自动纠正偏差。综上所述,多种方法协同能切实提升机械零部件制造过程的偏差检测与控制水平,优化制造工艺,随着技术发展,未来将为机械制造业提供更有力的支撑。 展开更多

针对如何确定零件连续抽样起始点和劣品率阈值以最大化单机生产系统单位时间净收益的问题,本文建立了一种基于备件订购的优化维修模型。该模型创新性地以零件劣品率作为反馈信息构建系统维修策略,适用于无法通过传感器获取系统健康状态... 针对如何确定零件连续抽样起始点和劣品率阈值以最大化单机生产系统单位时间净收益的问题,本文建立了一种基于备件订购的优化维修模型。该模型创新性地以零件劣品率作为反馈信息构建系统维修策略,适用于无法通过传感器获取系统健康状态的生产系统。同时,模型考虑并分析了无库存情况下备件订购的运输时间对系统性能的影响,并建立了最大化系统单位时间净收益的目标函数。为求解该目标函数,本文设计了一种基于元启发式算法——水波优化(WWO)算法的高效求解算法。为了验证算法的高效性和模型的实用性,分别给出仿真算例和实际算例。两类算例中分别对算法的性能和模型中关键参数的敏感性进行了分析。数值结果、敏感性结果以及对比实验结果分别验证了模型的有效性、健壮性和算法的高效性。 展开更多

通过检索关键词,指定一个或多个类别标签实现文本的高效组织和自动分类,是发现文档中的隐含关系、推动知识传播和创新的重要途径。然而,检索关键词的获取位置、词性以及选取是否全面等因素,会导致关键词语义信息缺失和关键词识别准确性... 通过检索关键词,指定一个或多个类别标签实现文本的高效组织和自动分类,是发现文档中的隐含关系、推动知识传播和创新的重要途径。然而,检索关键词的获取位置、词性以及选取是否全面等因素,会导致关键词语义信息缺失和关键词识别准确性较差;这两大问题,正是影响文档高效、精准自动分类的突出障碍。基于此,论文构建了一个融合TF-IDF(Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency)和GloVe(Global Vectors for Word Representation)的文本自动分类系统。该系统首先就词性影响因子和位置权重系数对TF-IDF算法进行改进,以弥补传统TF-IDF算法在关键词识别和语义分析上的不足;其次,使用GloVe模型对关键词集进一步扩充,使文本自动分类的准确率和召回率分别达到92.6%和90.9%;最后,通过实验比对,进一步验证该系统在处理多类别文本自动分类任务中的有效性。 展开更多

随着电子商务订单量激增,订单拣选效率已成为制约仓储物流效能的核心瓶颈,传统“货到人”拣选模式下的订单分批方法已难以满足其需求。针对此问题,文中以最小化拣选总成本为目标,构建“货到人”拣选场景下的订单分批混合整数规划模型,... 随着电子商务订单量激增,订单拣选效率已成为制约仓储物流效能的核心瓶颈,传统“货到人”拣选模式下的订单分批方法已难以满足其需求。针对此问题,文中以最小化拣选总成本为目标,构建“货到人”拣选场景下的订单分批混合整数规划模型,同时提出一种融合局部搜索与交叉操作的改进萤火虫算法。首先,基于S型拣货策略设计总路径距离计算规则目标函数;其次,在标准萤火虫算法中引入邻域搜索机制增强局部寻优能力。通过对比分析原始订单分批、先到先分批、改进萤火虫算法分批的结果,发现改进萤火虫算法的总拣选距离远低于另外两种方式,显著提升了配送中心仓库的订单拣选效率,为电商业务的可持续发展提供了关键支撑。 展开更多
