The synthetic making test has been widely used in evaluating the break ability of high-voltage circuit breaker. However, the test research and application are still inadequate, especially in the condition of rated voltage. According to the realistic conditions of test stations in China, a control device based on pre-arcing current detection and phase control is proposed in this paper. A sample of the control device made up of DSP TMS320LF2407A is fabricated, in which the CPLD MAX7064 is used to transmit signals for EMC design. It can be applied in full voltage synthetic making test at a level of 126kV/63kA. The test results show that, it is accurate to control the making phase of the applied voltage, whether the closing is demanded at voltage peak or zero. 展开更多

Powder in tube process(PIT) was adopted for the fabrication of single filament Bi-2223 tapes, and a heat treatment process including the first heat treatment(HT1), intermediate rolling(IR), and second heat treatment(HT2) was performed. The phase evolution mechanism and microstructure changes during these heat treatment processes were systematically discussed. The influences of HT1 parameters on the phase evolution process of Bi-2223 tapes were discussed. With the optimized HT1 process, a proper Bi-2223 content of about 90% was achieved. HT2 process was also optimized by adding a post annealing process. An obvious increase of current capacity was obtained due to the enhancement of intergrain connections. Single filament Bi-2223 tapes with the critical current of Ic-90 A were fabricated with the optimized sintering process. 展开更多

A current–phase diagram, single and multi-valued relation, is presented with a rescaled barrier height and width. Our results show that the finite size makes the current–phase relation deviate a little bit from the cosine form for the soliton solution in the limit of a vanishing barrier, and the periodic boundary condition selects only the plane wave solution in the case of high barrier. The reason for multi-valued current–phase relation is given by investigating the behavior of soliton solution. 展开更多

Polycrystalline La0.67Ba0.33MnO3 bulk samples were annealed in flowing 95%Ar:5%H2 (AH) mixed gas at 973 K for different time respectively. The influence of the annealing time on the current-voltage properties was systematically investigated. Linear current-voltage characteristics were observed in the as-prepared and the 10 h annealed samples, and nonlinear current-voltage characteristics was found in the 100 h annealed sample. At the same time, segregation of impurity phase and micro-cracks were found on the surfaces of the 100 h annealed samples, which was testified to be Ba ion impurity. Analysis showed that the changes of electronic properties were caused by barium ion im-purities and micro-cracks in the 100 h annealed sample. 展开更多

This article gives an overview of the main passive solutions and active techniques, based on AC switches to limit inrush currents in medium power AC-DC converters (up to 3.7 kW) for electric vehicle charging systems. In particular, a strategy, based on SCR (silicon controlled rectifier) phase, shift control in a mixed rectifier bridge with diodes and thyristors, is proposed. The challenge is to help designers optimize the triggering delay of SCRs to both limit the peak value of inrush current spikes and optimize the charge duration of the DC-link capacitor. A mathematical model (Mathcad engineering tool) has been defined to point out, the interest of a variable triggering delay to control SCRs to meet the expectations described previously. Experimental measurements using an industrial evaluation board of the AC-DC converter demonstrate the robustness of the method. 展开更多

Based on the hierarchical equations of motion(HEOM)calculation,we theoretically investigate the corresponding control of a triangular triple-quantum-dots(TTQD)ring which is connected to two reservoirs.We initially demonstrate by adding bias voltage and further adjusting the coupling strength between quantum dots,the chiral current induced by bias will go through a transformation of clockwise to counterclockwise direction and an unprecedented effective Hall angle will be triggered.The transformation is very rapid,with a corresponding characteristic time of 80-200 ps.In addition,by adding a magnetic flux to compensate for the chiral current in the original system,we elucidate the relationship between the applied magnetic flux and the Berry phase,which can realize direct measurement of the chiral current and reveal the magnetoelectric coupling relationship. 展开更多

This paper proposed a high-sensitivity phase imaging eddy current magneto-optical (PI-ECMO) system for carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) defect detection. In contrast to other eddy current-based detection systems, the proposed system employs a fixed position excitation coil while enabling the detection point to move within the detection region. This configuration effectively mitigates the interference caused by the lift-off effect, which is commonly observed in systems with moving excitation coils. Correspondingly, the relationship between the defect characteristics (orientation and position) and the surface vertical magnetic field distribution (amplitude and phase) is studied in detail by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations. Experiments conducted on woven CFRP plates demonstrate that the designed PI-ECMO system is capable of effectively detecting both surface and internal cracks, as well as impact defects. The excitation current is significantly reduced compared with traditional eddy current magneto-optical (ECMO) systems. 展开更多

The relaxation oscillation of the phase change memory (PCM) devices based on the Ge2Sb2Te5 material is investigated by applying square current pulses. The current pulses with different amplitudes could be accurately given by the independently designed current testing system. The relaxation oscillation across the PCM device could be measured using an oscilloscope. The oscillation duration decreases with time, showing an inner link with the shrinking threshold voltage Vth. However, the relaxation oscillation would not terminate until the remaining voltage Von reaches the holding voltage Vh. This demonstrates that the relaxation oscillation might be controlled by Von. The increasing current amplitudes could only quicken the oscillation velocity but not be able to eliminate it, which indicates that the relaxation oscillation might be an inherent behavior for the PCM cell. 展开更多

According to the characteristics of single-phase circuits and demand of using active filter for real-time detecting harmonic and reactive currents, a detecting method based on Fryze's power definition is proposed. The results of theoretical analysis and simula- tion show that the proposed method is effective in realtime detecting of instantaneous harmonic and reactive currents in single-phase circuits. When only detecting the total reactive currents, this method does not need a phase-locked loop circuit, and it also can be used in some special applications to provide different compensations on the ground of different requirements of electric network. Compared with the other methods based on the theory of instantaneous reactive power, this method is simple and easy to realize. 展开更多

Switchable Band Topology and Geometric Current in Sliding Bilayer Elemental Ferroelectric

We demonstrate that the sliding motion between two layers of the newly discovered ferroelectric and topologically trivial bismuth(Bi)monolayer[Nature 61767(2023)]can induce a sequence of topological phase transitions,alternating between Z_(2)trivial and nontrivial states.The lateral shift,while preserving spatial symmetry,can switch the quantum spin Hall state on and of.The sliding-induced changes in out-of-plane atomic buckling,which are directly coupled to in-plane ferroelectricity,are shown to signifcantly modulate the band gap and drive the topological phase transitions.We map out the topological phase diagram and in-plane ferroelectricity with respect to sliding displacements.With appropriate sliding,the bismuth bilayer can transition into a nontrivial polar metal,exhibiting a pronounced shift current response arising from interband geometric quantities of electronic bands.Moreover,bilayer Bi supports a sliding-tunable nonlinear anomalous Hall response resulting from the geometric Berry curvature dipole.Confgurations that are Z_(2)nontrivial can generate drastically different transverse currents orthogonal to the external electric feld,as both the direction and magnitude of the Berry curvature dipole at the Fermi level are highly sensitive to the sliding displacement.Our results suggest that bilayer bismuth,with its ability to generate multiple types of geometric currents,ofers a versatile platform for power-efcient“Berry slidetronics”for multistate memory applications integrating both band topology and ferroelectricity. 展开更多

The effects of the direct current (DC) on the evolutions of hardness and morphology of the secondary phases in 7B04 aluminum alloy homogenized at 380?465 ℃ for 2 h were investigated in detail by electric conductivity measurement, hardness test, X-ray diffraction analysis, field emission scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry. The results show that with increasing temperature from 380 to 465 ℃, the electric conductivity of normal homogenized sample decreases from 34.9%IACS to 28.7%IACS, the hardness increases from HV 96 to HV 146, and the area fraction of secondary phase reduces from 4.5% to 1.89%. While, DC homogenized sample has a higher hardness, a lower electric conductivity and a smaller area fraction of secondary phases at the same temperature. The DC enhances the homogenization process by promoting the diffusibility of the solute atoms and the mobility of vacancy. 展开更多

针对T型三电平逆变器传统空间矢量脉冲宽度调制方法存在的中点电流不可观测区域问题,提出了T型三电平逆变器混合脉冲宽度调制相电流重构策略。首先,该策略分析了中点电流的采样机制以及不可观测区域的形成机理,并依据最小采样时间对不... 针对T型三电平逆变器传统空间矢量脉冲宽度调制方法存在的中点电流不可观测区域问题,提出了T型三电平逆变器混合脉冲宽度调制相电流重构策略。首先,该策略分析了中点电流的采样机制以及不可观测区域的形成机理,并依据最小采样时间对不可观测区域进行分类。其次,基于伏秒平衡和合成零矢量原理,通过在不可观测区域插入不同的补偿电压矢量,从而对可观测电压矢量的可观测时长进行补偿。同时,该策略调整了原有的开关序列,以抵消补偿电压矢量的作用效果,进而确保目标电压矢量的大小和方向维持不变。最终,该策略消除了中点电流的不可观测区域,实现了中点电流的稳定、准确检测。实验结果表明,所提方法能够实现三相电流的完全重构,相电流总谐波畸变率低于3.30%。 展开更多

基频调制电流源换流器(FFM-CSC)是实现海上风电直流送出的新型拓扑。但FFM-CSC的特征谐波含量大,依赖LC滤波器进行补偿,增加了海上平台的体积和重量。同时,其单一控制自由度无法独立控制海上交流母线的电压和频率。改进基频调制CSC(EFFM... 基频调制电流源换流器(FFM-CSC)是实现海上风电直流送出的新型拓扑。但FFM-CSC的特征谐波含量大,依赖LC滤波器进行补偿,增加了海上平台的体积和重量。同时,其单一控制自由度无法独立控制海上交流母线的电压和频率。改进基频调制CSC(EFFM-CSC)在FFM-CSC基础上,引入补偿角,具备两个控制自由度,其控制海上交流电压的能力亟待发掘。针对CSC送出系统的谐波含量大、LC参数优化和海上电压控制的问题,该文提出一种高低阀移相控制策略的EFFM-CSC用于远海风电直流送出系统。首先,分析普通双12脉动CSC的谐波传递特性,根据移相多重化的思路,提出高低阀触发角移相15°的方法。其次,通过数学推导和谐波传递规律,分析移相EFFM-CSC谐波特性,其不依赖移相15°变压器,即可大幅降低11、13次谐波含量。在此基础上,综合考虑滤波效果、电容电压及体积和重量,提出LC参数优化设计方法,实现LC滤波器轻型化。同时,通过探究海上电压幅值频率与控制量之间的单调规律,设计出海上交流电压控制策略。最后搭建PSCAD仿真模型和物理实验平台,验证了移相EFFM-CSC的工作原理和控制策略的正确性。 展开更多

目的观察水疗联合经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)对脑卒中恢复期患者手功能障碍的治疗效果。方法选取102例脑卒中恢复期手功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组(tDCS)和观察组(tDCS+水疗)各51例。比较两组临床疗效、日常生活能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)]... 目的观察水疗联合经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)对脑卒中恢复期患者手功能障碍的治疗效果。方法选取102例脑卒中恢复期手功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组(tDCS)和观察组(tDCS+水疗)各51例。比较两组临床疗效、日常生活能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)]、上肢功能[简化Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)上肢部分]、表面肌电图[表面肌电均方根值(RMS)]及生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)评估生活质量]。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后FMA、MBI评分、RMS、SF-36各项评分升高,且观察组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中恢复期手功能障碍患者采用水疗联合tDCS治疗,可有效提升整体疗效,改善上肢运动功能与日常生活能力,并显著提高生活质量。 展开更多
