Satisfactory results cannot be obtained when three-dimensional (3D) targets with complex maneuvering characteristics are tracked by the commonly used two-dimensional coordinated turn (2DCT) model. To address the problem of 3D target tracking with strong maneuverability, on the basis of the modified three-dimensional variable turn (3DVT) model, an adaptive tracking algorithm is proposed by combining with the cubature Kalman filter (CKF) in this paper. Through ideology of real-time identification, the parameters of the model are changed to adjust the state transition matrix and the state noise covariance matrix. Therefore, states of the target are matched in real-time to achieve the purpose of adaptive tracking. Finally, four simulations are analyzed in different settings by the Monte Carlo method. All results show that the proposed algorithm can update parameters of the model and identify motion characteristics in real-time when targets tracking also has a better tracking accuracy. 展开更多

The problem of inter symbol interference( ISI) in wireless communication systems caused by multipath propagation when using high order modulation like M-Q AMis solved. Since the wireless receiver doesn't require a training sequence,a blind equalization channel is implemented in the receiver to increase the throughput of the system. To improve the performances of both the blind equalizer and the system,a joint receiving mechanismincluding variable step size( VSS) modified constant modulus algorithms( MC-MA) and modified decision directed modulus algorithms( MD DMA) is proposed to ameliorate the convergence speed and mean square error( MSE) performance and combat the phase error when using high order QAM modulation. The VSS scheme is based on the selection of step size according to the distance between the output of the equalizer and the desired output in the constellation plane. Analysis and simulations showthat the performance of the proposed VSS-MCMA-MD DMA mechanismis better than that of algorithms with a fixed step size. In addition,the MCMA-MDDMA with VSS can performthe phase recovery by itself. 展开更多

This paper mainly introduces the parallel physics-informed neural networks(PPINNs)method with regularization strategies to solve the data-driven forward-inverse problems of the variable coefficient modified Korteweg-de Vries(VC-MKdV)equation.For the forward problem of the VC-MKdV equation,the authors use the traditional PINN method to obtain satisfactory data-driven soliton solutions and provide a detailed analysis of the impact of network width and depth on solving accuracy and speed.Furthermore,the author finds that the traditional PINN method outperforms the one with locally adaptive activation functions in solving the data-driven forward problems of the VC-MKdV equation.As for the data-driven inverse problem of the VC-MKdV equation,the author introduces a parallel neural networks to separately train the solution function and coefficient function,successfully addressing the function discovery problem of the VC-MKdV equation.To further enhance the network’s generalization ability and noise robustness,the author incorporates two regularization strategies into the PPINNs.An amount of numerical experimental data in this paper demonstrates that the PPINNs method can effectively address the function discovery problem of the VC-MKdV equation,and the inclusion of appropriate regularization strategies in the PPINNs can improves its performance. 展开更多
