Pressure oscillation and suppression method of large-aspect-ratio solid rocket motors

A two-dimensional large eddy simulation numerical model is proposed to study the transient vortex flow and pressure oscillation of a large-aspect-ratio solid rocket motor.The numerical model is validated through experimental data,finite element analysis and cumulative error analysis.The numerical simulations are executed to obtain the characteristics of the vortex-acoustic and pressure oscillation.The results show that the burning surface regression decreases the motor aspect ratio,increasing the corresponding natural frequency from 260 Hz to 293 Hz.The pressure oscillation phenomenon is formed due to the vortex-acoustic coupling.Decreasing the corner vortex shedding intensity shows negative effects on the dimensionless amplitude of the pressure oscillation.The head cavity without the injection can decrease the vortex-acoustic coupling level at the acoustic pressure antinode.The modified motor with head cavity can obtain a lower dimensionless oscillating pressure amplitude 0.00149 in comparison with 0.00895 of the original motor.The aspect ratio and volume of the head cavity without the injection have great effects on the pressure oscillation suppression,particularly at the low aspect ratio or large volume.The reason is that the mass in the region around the acoustic pressure antinode is extracted centrally,reducing the energy contribution to the acoustic system.With the volume increasing,the acoustic energy capacity increases. 展开更多

Comparison study on calculation methods of bending behavior of Chinese reinforced concrete beams from 1912 to 1949 被引量:1

In order to study the calculation methods of bending behavior of Chinese reinforced concrete beams from 1912 to 1949, tests on the mechanical performance of 66 rebars from different modem Chinese concrete buildings, the concrete compressive strength of 12 modem Chinese concrete buildings, and the concrete cover thickness of 9 modem Chinese concrete buildings are carried out; and the actual material properties and structural conformations of modem Chinese concrete buildings are obtained. Then, the comparison on calculation methods of bending behavior including the original Chinese calculation method, the present Chinese calculation method, the present American calculation method and the present European calculation method is studied. The results show that the original Chinese calculation method of bending behavior is based on the allowable stress calculation method, and the design safety factors are 3.55 to 4. 0. In term of the calculation area of longitudinal rebars of reinforced concrete beams, without considering earthquake action, the original Chinese structural calculation method is safer than the present Chinese structural calculation method, the present European structural calculation method, and the present American structural calculation method. The results can provide support for the structural safety assessments of modem Chinese reinforced concrete buildings. 展开更多

Repeated Unit Cell(RUC)is a useful tool in micromechanical analysis of composites using Displacement-based Finite Element(DFE)method,and merely applying Periodic Displacement Boundary Conditions(PDBCs)to RUC is almost a standard practice to conduct such analysis.Two basic questions arising from this practice are whether Periodic Traction Boundary Conditions(PTBCs,also known as traction continuity conditions)are guaranteed and whether the solution is independent of selection of RUCs.This paper presents the theoretical aspects to tackle these questions,which unify the strong form,weak form and DFE method of the micromechanical problem together.Specifically,the solution’s independence of selection of RUCs is dealt with on the strong form side,PTBCs are derived from the weak form as natural boundary conditions,and the validity of merely applying PDBCs in micromechanical Finite Element(FE)analysis is proved by referring to its intrinsic connection to the strong form and weak form.Key points in the theoretical aspects are demonstrated by illustrative examples,and the merits of setting micromechanical FE analysis under the background of a clear theoretical framework are highlighted in the efficient selection of RUCs for Uni Directional(UD)fiber-reinforced composites. 展开更多

The gas-liquid countercurrent flow pattern is complex and the bubble migration velocity is difficult to predict in the process of bullheading well killing.The experiment on bubble migration in gas-liquid countercurrent flow in annulus is carried out under different working conditions to reveal how the wellbore inclination angle,liquid phase property and countercurrent liquid velocity affect the bubble deformation and bubble migration trajectory/velocity,and to establish a bubble migration velocity prediction model.The bubbles in the countercurrent flow mainly migrate in two modes:free rising of isolated bubbles,and interactive rising of multiple bubbles.The bubbles migrate by an S-shaped trajectory in the countercurrent flow.With the increase of countercurrent liquid velocity,the lateral oscillation of bubbles is intensified.The increases of wellbore inclination angle,liquid density and liquid viscosity make the bubble migration trajectory gradually to be linear.The bubble is generally ellipsoidal during its rising.The wellbore inclination angle has little effect on the degree of bubble deformation.The bubbles are ellipsoidal during rising,with little influence of wellbore inclination angle on bubble deformation.With the increase of liquid viscosity and density,the aspect ratio of the bubble decreases.As the wellbore inclination angle increases,the bubble migration velocity gradually decreases.As the liquid viscosity increases,the bubble migration velocity decreases.As the liquid density increases,the bubble migration velocity increases slightly.The established bubble migration velocity prediction model yields errors within±15%,and demonstrates broad applicability across a wide range of operating conditions. 展开更多

The results showed that number of rows per spike, number of grains per row and 100-grain weight were the three important component traits of maize yield. The highest genetic increment was found in Mengqun 2, fol owed by Mengqun 4, Mengqun 1 and other 7 maize populations. Negative genetic increment was shown in Mengqun 3 and 3 introduced foreign maize populations. Some changes were shown in spikes, plant traits and genetic diversity of maize populations. Based on our results, we concluded that Mengqun 2, Mengqun 4, Zhongzong 7, Mengqun C and Mengqun A could be directly used for the line breeding by selfing for their higher genetic increment of yield and better improvement effects of other agricultural traits. Compared with these 5 populations, the improvement potential of other maize populations was limited for their lower genetic increment. 展开更多

In order to study the calculation methods of shear behavior of reinforced concrete beams of Chinese modern reinforced concrete buildings,this paper carried out tests on the concrete compressive strength of 12 Chinese modern concrete buildings,the mechanical properties of 66 rebars from different Chinese modern concrete buildings,and the concrete cover thickness of 9 Chinese modern concrete buildings,and the actual material properties and structural configurations have been obtained. Then,the comparison on calculation methods include the Chinese original calculation method,the Chinese present calculation method,the American present calculation method and the European present calculation method is studied with case analysis method.The results show that the Chinese original calculation method of shear behavior of reinforced concrete beams is based on the allowable stress calculation method,and the design safety factors are 3. 55- 4. 00. The standard value of the compressive strength of concrete cubes is 8. 48 MPa,the standard value of the concrete tensile strength is 1.20 MPa,the standard value of the yield strength of rectangular rebars is 229. 56 MPa,and the standard value of the yield strength of round rebars is 276. 82 MPa. The average value of the concrete cover thickness of beams and columns is 35.96 mm. In term of calculation area of hoop rebars of reinforced concrete beams,without considering earthquake loads,the Chinese original structural calculation method is safer than the Chinese present structural calculation method,but is more unsafe than the American present structural calculation method and the European present structural calculation method. The results can provide the support for structural safety assessments and repair designs of Chinese modern reinforced concrete buildings. 展开更多

Generally, 9-point stencils for 2D cases and 27-point stencils for 3D cases are used for the approximation of the first and second order derivatives obtained with conventional central difference schemes. When the same stencils are used, explicit LSFD formulations for approximation of the first and second order derivatives are presented. The LSFD formulations are actually a combination of conventional central difference schemes along relevant mesh lines. It has been found that LSFD formulations need much less iteration steps than the conventional FD schemes to converge, and the ratio of mesh spacing in the x and y directions is an important parameter in the LSFD application, with a great impact on stability of LSFD computation. 展开更多

Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-visible spectrophotometry are utilized to characterize the Au nanorods, and the longitudinal absorption peak positions of Au nanorods show different shifting trends of the growth evolutions in various low pH (1~3) solutions. Other influential factors on the shape of Au nanorod are also systematically studied under low pH reaction condition. The positions of longitudinal peak shift between 600 nm and 900 nm, with the aspect ratios of Au nanorods varying from 2 to 5 both in the simulation and experimental results. In the last 15 years, an excessive number of research studies have been conducted on agile methods, a great number of notable methods have been proposed and various surveys have been presented by many researchers. In this study, the authors intend to conduct a literature survey study of the surveys of the different agile methodologies ranging from January 2000 to December 2015 using an intuitive research methodology called “Compare and Review” (CR). Furthermore, these survey papers were classified into four major categories according to their area of study. Three-dimensional modeling and porosity calculation of coal rock pore structure

Coal rock is a type of dual-porosity medium,which is composed of matrix pores and fracture-cutting matrix.They play different roles in the seepage and storage capacity of coal rock.Therefore,constructing the micropore structure of coal rock is very important in the exploration and development of coalbed methane.In this study,we use a coal rock digital core and three-dimensional modeling to study the pore structure of coal rock.First,the micropore structure of coal rock is quantitatively analyzed using a two-dimensional thin-section image,and the quantitative information of the pore and fracture(cleat)structure in the coal rock is extracted.The mean value and standard deviation of the face porosity and pore radius are obtained using statistical analysis.The number of pores is determined using dichotomy and spherical random-packing methods based on compression.By combining with the results of the petrophysical analysis,the single-porosity structure model of the coal rock is obtained using a nonequal-diameter sphere to represent the pores of the coal rock.Then,an ellipsoid with an aspect ratio that is very much lesser than one is used to represent the fracture(cleat)in the coal rock,and a dual-pore structure model of the coal rock is obtained.On this basis,the relationship between the different pore aspect ratios and porosity is explored,and a fitting relationship is obtained.The results show that a nonlinear relationship exists between them.The relationship model can provide a basis for the prediction of coal rock pore structure and the pore structure parameters and provide a reference for understanding the internal structure of coalbed methane reservoirs. 展开更多

Missing in total OH reactivity of VOCs from gasoline evaporation

Gasoline evaporation is an important anthropogenic source of atmospheric volatile organic compounds(VOCs). Total OH reactivity for gasoline vapor was measured from 4 kinds of gasoline for the first time by comparative reactivity method(CRM) using proton transfer reaction mass spectrometer(PTR-MS).Compositions of 56 PAMS(photochemical assessment monitoring station) nonmethane hydrocarbons(NMHCs) were measured for both liquid and headspace of gasoline. We found high abundance of alkenes and aromatics in gasoline. The calculated OH reactivity derived from quantified NMHCs speciation accounted for only 57 ? 4% of total reactivity obtained from CRM method. N-Alkenes, only 6 wt% in liquid gasoline, contributed to 70% of calculated reactivity. We assume that the undetected branched alkenes are the possible reason for the missing reactivity. We suggest that the priority of gasoline quality improvement is to reduce alkenes content in gasoline in term of reactivity-based control. 展开更多

Analysis of the Cultivation Methods of Nursing Students' Humanistic Care Concept in Pediatric Nursing Teaching

Objective: to observe the method and effect of humanistic care training for nursing students in nursing pediatrics teaching. Methods: 44 nursing students in pediatric nursing in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were divided into 22 cases in the control group (traditional teaching) and 22 cases in the research group (humanistic care training method in teaching). The differences in practice effect, humanistic care quality and job satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results: nursing students in the research group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge, learning enthusiasm, autonomous learning ability, clinical practice, language communication, clinical judgment and thinking ability, innovative thinking ability, teamwork spirit, self-confidence improvement, and clinical adaptability. Nursing students in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The nursing students in the research group had higher scores than those in the control group in terms of humanistic care concept, humanistic care knowledge, humanistic care ability, and humanistic care perception, statistical significance (P < 0.05);Nursing students in the research group were 95.45% (21/22) more satisfied with the teaching method than the nursing students in the control group, 72.73% (16/22), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of humanistic care in teaching, especially in nursing paediatrics, has a good promotion effect on cultivating the clinical ability and humanistic care quality of nursing students, so as to improve the quality of teaching. 展开更多

区域创新是促进科技创新与经济社会发展深度融合,推动经济高质量发展的关键动力。基于TOE理论,采用必要条件分析(NCA)和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,以中国内地31个省级行政区划为样本,探究技术投入、技术能力、组织结构、组织联系... 区域创新是促进科技创新与经济社会发展深度融合,推动经济高质量发展的关键动力。基于TOE理论,采用必要条件分析(NCA)和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,以中国内地31个省级行政区划为样本,探究技术投入、技术能力、组织结构、组织联系、政策环境及设施环境6个前因条件对区域创新绩效的组态效应。研究发现,区域创新绩效提升存在3条核心路径,均以技术能力、组织联系和设施环境为核心条件,辅以技术投入、组织结构或政策环境的不同组合。研究整合了TOE框架与组态视角,揭示了区域创新绩效的多重并发因果机制,提出了促进区域创新绩效提升的对策和建议。 展开更多
