Methanol synthesis from hydrogenation of CO2 is investigated over Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalysts prepared by decomposition of M(Cu,Zn)-ammonia complexes (DMAC) at various temperatures.The catalysts were characterized in detail,including X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption-desorption,N2O chemisorption,temperature-programmed reduction and evolved gas analyses.The influences of DMAC temperature,reaction temperature and specific Cu surface area on catalytic performance are investigated.It is considered that the aurichalcite phase in the precursor plays a key role in improving the physiochemical properties and activities of the final catalysts.The catalyst from rich-aurichalcite precursor exhibits large specific Cu surface area and high space time yield of methanol (212 g/(Lcat·h);T=513 K,p=3MPa,SV=12000 h-1). 展开更多

Background: A new rapid Immunochromatographic test (ICT) kit (MPT64 TB Ag Kit) for detection of MPT64 Antigen in M. tuberculosis (MTB) isolates used for rapid identification of MTB isolates developed by SD (Standard Diagnostics) Bio line, South Korea was evaluated. The ICT is a rapid, reliable and cheaper method that can be used instead of conventional biochemical tests for confirming MTB in culture isolates in resource limited laboratories. The study also evaluated the ability of ICT to detect MPT64-Antigen before the micro MGIT could signal positive. Material/Methods: A total of 450 sputum samples of individual patients were used for the study. 152 isolates of Mycobacteria were recovered from solid and liquid media. These strains were tested for the detection of MPT64-antigen. H37Rv strain was served as the positive reference control and also used for early detection of Antigen experiment. Findings: The development of bands on both test and sample region when H37Rv strain was tested were seen (MPT64 antigen positive). When 138 MTB isolates were tested, it showed a similar banding pattern indicating 100% sensitivity. MPT64 band formation was not detected in any of the 14 isolates indicating 100% specificity. Both PPV & NPV were 100%. All the isolates negative for MPT64 Ag were confirmed as MOTT by conventional bio-chemical PNBA. The H37Rv strain showed a faint band from the 2nd day onwards from inoculation till 3rd day in the earlier Antigen detection experiment. Conclusion: Rapid identification of MTB culture isolate is a pressing need for diagnosis and proceeding to perform drug susceptibility testing. MPT64 TB Ag detection ICT kit is a rapid, reliable method, good substitute for molecular identification methods, and conventional biochemical test which is time-consuming and technically demanding. The early detection of Antigen can be used as an effective tool in diagnosis. 展开更多

The bi rare earth complexes EuTb( m MBA) 6(phen) 2·2H 2O, TbY( m MBA) 6(phen) 2·2H 2O were synthesized by the reaction of RECl 3 with m methylbenzoic acid and 1,10 phenanthroline in ethanol solution, where m MBA=m methylbenzoate and phen=1,10 phenanthroline. The luminescence properties of the title complexes were studied in comparison with the corresponding complexes Eu 2( m MBA) 6(phen) 2·2H 2O and Tb 2( m MBA) 6(phen) 2·2H 2O respectively. The results indicate that the emission intensity from europium ion can be greatly enhanced by the terbium ion, while the emission from terbium ion was strongly quenched by europium ion in EuTb( m MBA) 6(phen) 2·2H 2O; the emission intensity from terbium ion can be greatly enhanced by yttrium ion in TbY( m MBA) 6(phen) 2·2H 2O. Actions of Lie groups on differentiable manifolds are well known and serve different purposes. We have introduced in previous works actions of Lie groups on non orientable Klein surfaces. The purpose of this work is to extend those studies to non orientable n-dimensional complex manifolds. Such manifolds are obtained by factorizing <img src="Edit_7e5721ee-bb7f-4224-bd52-7d4641ac1c73.png" width="23" height="22" alt="" /> with the two elements group of a fixed point free antianalytic involution of <img src="Edit_ddfdac64-b296-48c5-9bb2-932eb3d76008.png" width="23" height="22" alt="" />. The thermal decomposition of the title compound takes place mainly in two steps. The intermediate and the residue for each decomposition were identified by the TG curve. The inclusion complex of β-cyclodextrin with m-nitrophenoxyacetic acid was studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction,2D NMR spectroscopy and semi-empirical methods AMI.The crystallographic study shows that two β-cyclodextrins are held together by hydrogen bonds to form head-to-head dimers.The disordered vip molecule adjusts itself to attain the most stable accommodation into the cavity in which the nitro group is located at the dimer interface while the carboxyl group is buried in the primary hydroxyl groups of β-cyclodextrin.The vip inside the cavity is disordered over two sites and exhibits mobility.Moreover,2D NMR spectroscopy and theoretical study show the same inclusion behavior.In comparison to the inclusion complex of β-cyclodextrin with p-nitrophenoxyacetic acid,the host-vip stoichiometries are different,i.e.,2:1 for m-nitrophenoxyacetic acid and 1:1 for p-nitrophenoxyacetic acid,while the inclusion orientation and the packing pattern of the host are similar in both complexes. 展开更多

The present study investigates the genetic diversity among Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex circulating in the Centre region of Cameroon and analyzes the relationship between genotypes and drug resistance patterns. ... The present study investigates the genetic diversity among Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex circulating in the Centre region of Cameroon and analyzes the relationship between genotypes and drug resistance patterns. Spoligotyping was performed by PCR-amplification followed by the reverse hybridization of 298 cultured specimens. Spoligotypes patterns were identified by comparison to reference strains in SPolDB4 database via the MIRU VNTR plus web application. About 97.65% of all tuberculosis (TB) cases were attributed to M. tuberculosis. A total of 65 different profiles were identified. Of these, 40 were represented as Shared Types (ST) while the others were orphans. LAM10_CAM and Haarlem families were the most prevalent genetic families with 51.01% and 14.09% respectively. ST 61, a member of the LAM10_ CAM family formed the largest cluster with 128 (42.95%) isolates. No association was found between genotypes with regard to drug resistance and HIV sero-status. However, there was a significant association between genotypes and age groups. Patients belonging to 15 - 24 and 35 - 44 age groups were more likely infected by LAM10_CAM strains compared to others. The population structure of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex strains from the Centre region was found to be diverse and the spoligotype 61 of the LAM10_CAM family was highly predominant. Isolates of the LAM10_CAM seem to be not associated with drug resistance. 展开更多

There is a general consensus that most ophiolites formed above subduction zones(Pearce,2003),particularly during forearc extension at subduction initiation(Shervais,2001;Stern,2004;Whattam and Stern,2011).'Supra-Subduction zone'(SSZ)ophiolites such as the well-studied Tethyan ophiolites,generally display a characteristic sequential evolution from mid-oceanic ridge basalts(MORBs)to island arc tholeiities(IATs)or bonites(BONs)(Pearce,2003;Dilek and Furnes,2009,2011),which were generated in sequence from the decompression melting of asthenospheric mantle and partial melting of subduction-metasomatized depleted mantle(Stern and Bloomer,1992;Dilek and Furnes,2009;Whattam and Stern,2011).However,ophiolites with MORB and/or oceanic-island basalt(OIB)affinities are rare,and their origin and tectonic nature are poorly understood(Boedo et al.,2013;Saccani et al.,2013).It is interesting that the composition of these ophiolites from the central Tibetan Plateau(CTP)is dominated by MORBs and minor OIBs and a distinct lack of IATs and BONs,which is inconsistent with most ophiolites worldwide(Robinson and Zhou,2008;Zhang et al.,2008).But the generation and tectonic nature of these ophiolites are still controversial.*In this study,we present new geochronological,mineralogical and Sr-Nd isotopic data for the Chayong and Xiewu mafic complexes in the western Garzê-Litang suture zone(GLS),a typical Paleo-Tethyan suture crossing the CTP(Fig.1).The Triassic ophiolite in the western GLS has been described by Li et al.(2009),who foundthat it mainly consists of gabbros,diabases,pillow basalts and a few metamorphic peridotites.The ophiolite has been tectonically dismembered and crops out in Triassic clastic rocks and limestones as tectonic blocks.The Chayong and Xiewu mafic complexes are generally regarded as important fragments of the Triassic ophiolites(e.g.,Jin,2006;Li et al.,2009).Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb ages of234±3 Ma and 236±2 Ma can be interpreted as formation times of the Chayong and Xiewu mafic complexes,respectively.The basalts and gabbros of the Chayong complexexhibitenrichedMORB(E-MORB)compositional affinities except for a weak depletion of Nb,Ta and Ti relative to the primitive mantle,whereas the basalts and gabbros of the Xiewu complex display distinct E-MORB and OIB affinities.The geochemical features suggest a probable fractionation of olivine±clinopyroxene±plagioclase as well as insignificant crustal contamination.The geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic data reveal that the Chayong mafic rocks may have been derived from depleted MORB-type mantle metasomatized by crustal components and Xiewu mafic rocks from enriched lithosphericmantlemetasomatizedbyOIB-like components.The ratios of Zn/Fet,La/Yb and Sm/Yb indicate that these mafic melts were produced by the partial melting of garnet+minor spinel-bearing peridotite or spinel±minor garnet-bearing peridotite.We propose thatback-arcbasinspreadingassociated with OIB/seamount recycling had occurred in the western GLS at least since the Middle Triassic times,and the decompression melting of the depleted MORB-type asthenospheremantleandpartialmeltingof sub-continental lithosphere were metasomatized by plume-related melts,such as OIBs,which led to the generation of the Chayong and Xiewu mafic melts. 展开更多

In recent years, there has been considerable inte- rest in complexes formed by lanthanide cations and va-rious benzoate derivatives^[1-4], due to their potential application in areas, such as extraction, separation, germicide preparation, catalysis, luminescence, and functional material preparation^[5]. As a continuation of the study on lanthanide carboxylate^[6-13], samarium complexes with m-methylbenzoic acid or o-methoxy- benzoic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spec- trometry. The thermal decomposition mechanisms of the two complexes were derived and the corresponding non- isothermal kinetics was studied using the Achar diffe- rential method^[14], the MKN integral method^[15], the non-linear isoconversional integral ( NL-INT), and dif-ferential(NL-DIF) method^[16,17]. The information of the thermodynamic properties of the complex is impor- tant to characterize and understand the properties of the coordination compound, which could eventually be use-ful in determining their potential application. 展开更多

In this paper, we propose the receiver structure for Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) Interleaved Single Carrier-Frequency Division Multiple Access (SC-FDMA) where the Frequency Domain Equalization (FDE) is firstly done for obtaining the tentative decision results and secondly using them the Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI) is cancelled by ISI canceller and then the Maximum Likelihood Detection (MLD) is used for separating the spatially multiplexed signals. Furthermore the output from MLD is fed back to ISI canceller repeatedly. In order to reduce the complexity, we replace the MLD by QR Decomposition with M-Algorithm (QRD-M) or Sphere Decoding (SD). Moreover, we add the soft output function to SD using Repeated Tree Search (RTS) algorithm to generate soft replica for ISI cancellation. We also refer to the Single Tree Search (STS) algorithm to further reduce the complexity of RTS. By examining the BER characteristics and the complexity reduction through computer simulations, we have verified the effectiveness of proposed receiver structure. 展开更多

目的:探讨结核分枝杆菌复合群(MTBC)核酸检测联合结核分枝杆菌γ干扰素释放试验(TB-IGRA)在肺结核诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年5月惠州市职业病防治院收治的120例疑似肺结核患者进行研究,采集所有研究对象痰液样本及... 目的:探讨结核分枝杆菌复合群(MTBC)核酸检测联合结核分枝杆菌γ干扰素释放试验(TB-IGRA)在肺结核诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年5月惠州市职业病防治院收治的120例疑似肺结核患者进行研究,采集所有研究对象痰液样本及血液样本,实施MTBC检测及TB-IGRA检测。以结核分枝杆菌培养结果为“金标准”,分析MTBC、TB-IGRA单独与联合诊断肺结核的效能(灵敏度、特异度、准确度)。结果:结核分枝杆菌培养结果显示,120例受试者确诊肺结核60例(50.0%)。联合检测诊断肺结核的灵敏度、准确度高于MTBC检测、TB-IGRA检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MTBC检测、TB-IGRA检测、两者联合检测诊断肺结核的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MTBC检测、TB-IGRA检测诊断肺结核的效果较好,可作为辅助诊断肺结核的方法,且联合检测能够提升诊断灵敏度及准确度。 展开更多

松辽盆地国际大陆科学钻探工程及相关研究历时18年(2005—2023年),实施“三井四孔”技术方案,完成总钻探进尺14455.06 m,总取心进尺8528.19 m,收获岩心总长度8261.67 m,总取心率96.87%。这使得松辽盆地成为全球首例钻穿整个沉积盖层和... 松辽盆地国际大陆科学钻探工程及相关研究历时18年(2005—2023年),实施“三井四孔”技术方案,完成总钻探进尺14455.06 m,总取心进尺8528.19 m,收获岩心总长度8261.67 m,总取心率96.87%。这使得松辽盆地成为全球首例钻穿整个沉积盖层和盆地基底顶部构造层并获取连续完整岩心的含油气盆地。这些岩心和测井录井及地震资料为全球和区域重大地质事件研究提供了全球最高精度的地质档案,从而大大提升了松辽盆地研究的国际学术地位。然而,与这项工程相关的三个基本技术问题至今还没有得到妥善解决。一是三井四孔的取心层位和取心率还没有准确统计结果和相关报道;二是松科2井的完钻井深及其相关报道尚不够清晰;三是松科2井最后100 m到底钻遇到了什么?相关的岩石类型、地层序列和测井资料,迄今未见客观翔实的科学报道。作为松辽盆地国际大陆科学钻探核心工作组之一的地质研究团队,作者拟通过本文重点回答上述3个问题。我们基于松辽盆地国际大陆科学钻探松科2井的全取心资料,通过岩石类型及变质变形特征研究,在井深7000~7108.88 m的中泥盆统基底序列中识别出一套动力变质岩,详细研究和报道了该套变质杂岩的岩性组合与地层序列。另外,关于松科2井的完钻井深和三井四孔的钻探取心数据在本文中也给出了翔实的统计结果。 展开更多
