To improve the mainlainability design efficiency and quality, a layout optimization method for maintainability of multi-component systems was proposed. The impact of the component layout design on system maintainability was analyzed, and the layout problem for maintainability was presented. It was formulated as an optimization problem, where maintainability, layout space and distance requirement were formulated as objective functions. A multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm, in which the constrained-domination relationship and the update strategy of the global best were simply modified, was then used to obtain Pareto optimal solutions for the maintainability layout design problem. Finally, application in oxygen generation system of a spacecraft was studied in detail to illustrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed method. The results show that the concurrent maintainability design can be carried out during the layout design process by solving the layout optimization problem for maintainability. 展开更多

We extended an improved version of the discrete particle swarm optimization (DPSO) algorithm proposed by Liao et al.(2007) to solve the dynamic facility layout problem (DFLP). A computational study was performed with the existing heuristic algorithms, including the dynamic programming (DP), genetic algorithm (GA), simulated annealing (SA), hybrid ant system (HAS), hybrid simulated annealing (SA-EG), hybrid genetic algorithms (NLGA and CONGA). The proposed DPSO algorithm, SA, HAS, GA, DP, SA-EG, NLGA, and CONGA obtained the best solutions for 33, 24, 20, 10, 12, 20, 5, and 2 of the 48 problems from (Balakrishnan and Cheng, 2000), respectively. These results show that the DPSO is very effective in dealing with the DFLP. The extended DPSO also has very good computational efficiency when the problem size increases. 展开更多

The double row layout problem(DRLP)is to assign facilities on two rows in parallel so that the total cost of material handling among facilities is minimized.Since it is vital to save cost and enhance productivity,the DRLP plays an important role in many application fields.Nevertheless,it is very hard to handle the DRLP because of its complex model.In this paper,we consider a new simplified model for the DRLP(SM-DRLP)and provide a mixed integer programming(MIP)formulation for it.The continuous decision variables of the DRLP are divided into two parts:start points of double rows and adjustable clearances between adjacent facilities.The former one is considered in the new simplified model for the DRLP with the purpose of maintaining solution quality,while the latter one is not taken into account with the purpose of reducing computational time.To evaluate its performance,our SM-DRLP is compared with the model of a general DRLP and the model of another simplified DRLP.The experimental results show the efficiency of our proposed model. 展开更多

Firstly,CFPs and CLPs were described formally. To deal with the uncertainty fuzzy parameters brought,a chance constraint was introduced. A mathematical model was established with an objective function of minimizing intra-cell and inter-cell material handling cost. As the chance constraint of this problem could not be converted into its crisp equivalent,a hybrid simulated annealing(HSA) based on fuzzy simulation was put forward. Finally,simulation experiments were conducted under different confidence levels. Results indicated that the proposed hybrid algorithm was feasible and effective. 展开更多

SRFLP is an arrangement of </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">n</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> departments with a specified length in a straight line so that the sum of the weighted distances between the pairs of departments is minimized. This problem is NP-hard. In this paper, first, a lower bound for a special case of SRFLP is presented. This article studies the pod layout problem in the Kiva mobile fulfillment system which adopts the synchronized zoning strategy. An integer programming model for the pod layout problem is formulated under the premise of knowing the relationship of the pods and items. A three-stage algorithm is proposed based on the Spectral Clustering algorithm. Firstly, the pod similarity matrix and the Laplacian matrix are constructed according to the relationship of the pods and items. Secondly, the pods are clustered by the Spectral Clustering algorithm and assigned to each zone based on the cluster results. Finally, the exact locations of pods in each zone are determined by the historical retrieval frequency of items, using the real data of a large-scale Kiva mobile fulfillment system to simulate and calculate the order picking efficiency before and after the adjustment of the pod layout. The results showed that the pod layout using synchronized zoning strategy can effectively improve the picking efficiency. 展开更多

This paper discusses the major problems in urban green space system (UGSS) planning at both general and special planning levels in China. At general planning level, the problems of the UGSS are mainly from the ignorance in the characteristics of urban nature spaces and the limitation factors of the urban planning system. Great importance is attached to the green spaces in the built area of city, but the green spaces in surrounding areas of the city is unnoticed. Furthermore, because the area of UGSS planning is strictly limited by the administrative zoning, the green space system loses its integrity and rationality in spatial patterns. The schedules of urban development planning mismatched the paces and progresses of the ecological restoration cycles. At special plan level, the problem of the UGSS in China is that the green spaces quantity was over emphasized but the rationality of their layouts is neglected.. Meanwhile, the requirement of the spatial structures and the green spaces layouts to balance between the urban development and the natural ecological environments is often ignored. With regard to the layouts in the UGSS planning practices, the existing problems are the compromising to the existing land-uses, the 'filling in' approach to plan green spaces and an over-emphasis on the layout patterns. 展开更多

Energy issues have always been one of the most significant concerns for scientists worldwide.With the ongoing over exploitation and continued outbreaks of wars,traditional energy sources face the threat of depletion.Wind energy is a readily available and sustainable energy source.Wind farm layout optimization problem,through scientifically arranging wind turbines,significantly enhances the efficiency of harnessing wind energy.Meta-heuristic algorithms have been widely employed in wind farm layout optimization.This paper introduces an Adaptive strategy-incorporated Integer Genetic Algorithm,referred to as AIGA,for optimizing wind farm layout problems.The adaptive strategy dynamically adjusts the placement of wind turbines,leading to a substantial improvement in energy utilization efficiency within the wind farm.In this study,AIGA is tested in four different wind conditions,alongside four other classical algorithms,to assess their energy conversion efficiency within the wind farm.Experimental results demonstrate a notable advantage of AIGA. 展开更多

目的针对医院住院部布局中的资源错配等问题,提出系统化布局规划(SLP)-二次分配问题(QAP)融合优化方法,通过量化科室功能关联性与患者流动密度,重构楼层布局,提升医院运营效率与管理效能。方法基于绵竹市某三甲医院3年病种数据、1年科... 目的针对医院住院部布局中的资源错配等问题,提出系统化布局规划(SLP)-二次分配问题(QAP)融合优化方法,通过量化科室功能关联性与患者流动密度,重构楼层布局,提升医院运营效率与管理效能。方法基于绵竹市某三甲医院3年病种数据、1年科室流量数据、楼层实测距离,构建“功能-流程”双维度关联矩阵,结合QAP模型和混合编码遗传算法求解。结果优化后总运营成本(流量×距离)降低27.6%,高频协作科室实现相邻布局,高流量科室被分配至核心功能区域邻近楼层。结论从运营优化视角构建了医院住院部布局重构的决策工具,通过SLP-QAP融合模型驱动科室协同与资源配置效率提升,符合《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》的要求。未来可进一步纳入动态成本预测与区域疾病谱适配机制,增强模型的长期管理价值。 展开更多

针对当前平行行排序问题中对多行布置和纵向物料搬运通道协同优化研究的不足,结合智能车间实际需求,提出面向智能车间的多通道k-平行行排序问题。以物流成本为优化目标,构建混合整数线性规划模型,并运用Gurobi对小规模算例进行求解。针... 针对当前平行行排序问题中对多行布置和纵向物料搬运通道协同优化研究的不足,结合智能车间实际需求,提出面向智能车间的多通道k-平行行排序问题。以物流成本为优化目标,构建混合整数线性规划模型,并运用Gurobi对小规模算例进行求解。针对大规模问题,设计了一种融合Q-learning的变邻域搜索遗传算法。该算法首先结合问题特点利用贪婪策略提升初始种群质量;针对问题特性设计了Q-learning的状态空间,然后引入多种邻域搜索操作构成动作空间,基于ε-greedy策略实现对解空间的自适应探索。运用该算法求解9~60规模的若干基准算例,结果对比验证了算法的优越性。最后应用所提算法求解实际车间问题,经数据对比验证了所提算法的实用性,为制造车间的数智化升级提供了理论方法与工程实践支持。 展开更多

乡村义务教育学校布局调整是国家一项重大政策措施,关乎义务教育健康发展与农村学生健康成长及其家庭切身利益。通过问卷调查和个别访谈,探讨G省W市乡村义务教育学校布局调整中取得的成效与存在的问题。研究发现,该调整优化了小规模学... 乡村义务教育学校布局调整是国家一项重大政策措施,关乎义务教育健康发展与农村学生健康成长及其家庭切身利益。通过问卷调查和个别访谈,探讨G省W市乡村义务教育学校布局调整中取得的成效与存在的问题。研究发现,该调整优化了小规模学校的师资配置、发挥了小规模学校的教学优势、保障了农村学生就近上学的需要和减轻了学生家庭的经济负担。存在的问题包括教育设施薄弱,教育资源闲置与匮乏并存,师资超编反而工作量增加,教育信息化程度较低和城乡教育发展不均衡。据此,提出相应对策:全力确保教育经费向乡村义务教育学校倾斜,着力提升乡村义务教育学校办学水平和教育质量,大力健全乡村小规模学校合作办学机制,致力推进乡村小规模学校教育信息化建设,尽力配齐硬软件设施以确保乡村义务教育学校优质均衡发展。 展开更多

应用最小二乘法并结合一系列随时间和空间变化的孔隙水压力测量值,识别了固结模型的岩土参数。首先,建立了包含时间和空间坐标的孔隙水压力最小二乘函数。接着,构建了一个同时考虑时间和空间的新雅可比矩阵,该矩阵允许进行任意数量的时... 应用最小二乘法并结合一系列随时间和空间变化的孔隙水压力测量值,识别了固结模型的岩土参数。首先,建立了包含时间和空间坐标的孔隙水压力最小二乘函数。接着,构建了一个同时考虑时间和空间的新雅可比矩阵,该矩阵允许进行任意数量的时间和空间测量。通过泰勒级数展开,推导出了Gauss-Newton法、Levenberg法、Marquardt法和Nielsen法的迭代方程。通过两个数值算例验证了所提出的方法。在算例1中,识别了太沙基模型的固结系数。对比研究表明,4种方法均能收敛到正确解,但Marquardt法收敛速度较慢。在算例2中,识别了二维流体饱和介质中孔隙弹性固结模型点源的坐标,其中Gauss-Newton法未能准确定位点源,而Nielsen法虽然加速了收敛,但引入了多个阻尼系数区间和收敛值。Marquardt法在点源识别方面更为有效。此外,研究还强调了传感器布置和初始迭代坐标对于准确识别点源的重要性。两个算例均表明,所提出的方法具有一定的抗噪声能力。 展开更多

长江江苏段拥有全长约837km的干流岸线资源,至1997年底,实际利用率超过17%,位居沿江各省市之首。但同时也存在岸线利用缺乏统一的规划管理,造成部门与部门、地方与部门以及地方与地方之间存在矛盾、港口码头建设政出多... 长江江苏段拥有全长约837km的干流岸线资源,至1997年底,实际利用率超过17%,位居沿江各省市之首。但同时也存在岸线利用缺乏统一的规划管理,造成部门与部门、地方与部门以及地方与地方之间存在矛盾、港口码头建设政出多门,布点过多、能力过大与结构雷同的重复建设现象突出和重大岸线开发工程缺乏足够的科学论证、带有一定的盲目与随意性等亟待解决的重大问题。因此,尽快制定权威的岸线功能区划和开发利用规划、建立由省一级政府计划综合部门扎口审批的岸线占用项目管理制度和跨部门、跨地区的港口建设和营运体系,并实行岸线有偿使用等,是解决上述问题的有效途径。 展开更多
