The method of integrating factors is used to study the conservation laws of the Herglotz type Birkhoffian systems in this paper.Firstly,the definition of the integrating factors of the Herglotz type Birkhoffian systems is given.Secondly,the relationship between the integrating factors and conservation laws is studied,and the conservation theorems of Herglotz type Birkhoff's equations and their inverse theorems are established.Thirdly,two types of generalized Killing equations for calculating integrating factors are given.Finally,as an example,a linear damped oscillator is taken.This example can be transformed into a Herglotz type Birkhoffian system.The resulting conservation theorems are used to find the conserved quantities for this example. 展开更多

Practical jurisprudence is a completely new proposition in legal education and research.The introduction of the concept of“practical jurisprudence”in the teaching of the Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China(the“Civil Procedure Law”)is a major innovation in terms of values and methodology.Practical jurisprudence focuses more on practical issues,Chinese characteristics,and major needs,while strengthening the practical nature of the Civil Procedure Law.China’s traditional education system for juris masters(for non-law graduates)(“non-law JMs”)emphasizes the development of foundational legal theoretical knowledge.However,it has not fully achieved its goal of cultivating interdisciplinary and practical legal professionals.Therefore,the traditional education system for the Civil Procedure Law needs reconstruction and supplementation through the practical jurisprudence teaching system in the following areas:(a)System composition:The focus should be on the eight tertiary subsystems under the two secondary subsystems—“the knowledge teaching system and the practical teaching system”of practical jurisprudence in the Civil Procedure Law,as well as the management of their interrelationships.(b)Credit structure:The proportion of credits for“practical teaching and training”should be increased.(c)Practical ability requirements:Legal professionals should be cultivated according to the standards for juris masters(for law graduates)as stipulated by the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Academic Degrees.(d)Practice evaluation:“Formalization of the evaluations,”“homogeneity of the evaluators,”and“reliance on written formats”should be avoided. 展开更多

目的对Wong和Law情绪智力量表(WLEIS)中文版进行修订并评价其测量学性能。方法对Wong和Law情绪智力量表(WLEIS)中文版的11个条目内容表述进行了修改,形成了Wong和Law情绪智力量表中文修订版(WLEIS-CR),使用广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)、... 目的对Wong和Law情绪智力量表(WLEIS)中文版进行修订并评价其测量学性能。方法对Wong和Law情绪智力量表(WLEIS)中文版的11个条目内容表述进行了修改,形成了Wong和Law情绪智力量表中文修订版(WLEIS-CR),使用广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)、9条目病人健康问卷(PHQ-9)和心盛量表(FS)为效标对1546名成年被试进行施测,对192名大学生被试进行重测,用所得数据对WLEIS-CR进行项目分析、验证性因素分析、信度、效度检验和等值性检验。结果WLEIS-CR的16个项目鉴别力指数均在0.4以上(r=0.570~0.764,P<0.001);验证性因素分析所得结构方程模型具有良好的拟合度(χ^(2)/df=4.610,GFI=0.965,PGFI=0.674,RMR=0.028,NFI=0.975,CFI=0.980,RMSEA=0.048)。WLEIS-CR与FS、GAD-7,PHQ-9的效标相关分别为0.674、-0.347、-0.368(P<0.001)。WLEIS-CR总量表α系数为0.913,各分量表的α系数在0.867~0.916之间,总量表的分半信度为0.956,各分量表的分半信度在0.865~0.924之间。总量表的重测信度为0.701,各因子的重测信度在0.610~0.684之间。制定并检验了WLEIS-CR结果解释标准,情绪智力为低水平者占7.6%、较低水平者占19.3%、中等水平占22.3%、较高水平占34.3%、很高水平占16.5%。WLEIS-CR具有跨性别、跨年龄和跨身份的等值性。结论WLEIS-CR具有良好的信、效度和测量等值性,适用于对中国成年人的情绪智力进行评估,测量他们的情绪健康状况。 展开更多

We explore the (2+l)-dimensional dispersive long-wave (DLW) system. From the standard truncated Painleve expansion, the Baicklund transformation (BT) and residual symmetries of this system are derived. The introduction to an appropriate auxiliary dependent variable successfully localizes the residual symmetries to Lie point symmetries. In particular, it is verified that the (2+l)-dimensional DLW system is consistent Riccati expansion (CRE) solvable. If the special form of (CRE)-consistent tanh-function expansion (CTE) is taken, the soliton-cnoidal wave solutions and corresponding images can be explicitly given. Furthermore, the conservation laws of the DLW system are investigated with symmetries and Ibragimov theorem. 展开更多

By applying the proposed approximation laws of sliding mode to discrete-time variable structure control systems, the stability of origin can be guaranteed, and the chattering along the switching surface caused by discrete-time variable structure control can be restrained effectively. In designing of approximation laws, the problem that the system control input is restricted is also considered, which is very important in practical systems. We propose a new differential variational principle, called the Pfaff-Birkhoff-d'Alembert principle of Herglotz type. Birkhoff's equations for both the Birkhoffian system and the constrained Birkhoffian system of Herglotz type are obtained. According to the relationship between the isochronal variation and the nonisochronal variation, the conditions of the invariance for the Pfaff-Birkhoff-d'Alembert principle of Herglotz type are given. Then, the conserved quantities for the Birkhoffian system and the constrained Birkhoffian system of Herglotz type are deduced. Based on the singular value decomposition theory,this paper analyzed the mechanism of escaping/avoiding singularity using generalized and weighted singularity-robust steering laws for a spacecraft that uses single gimbal control moment gyros (SGCMGs) as the actuator for the attitude control system.The expression of output-torque error is given at the point of singularity,proving the incompatible relationship between the gimbal rate and the output-torque error.The method of establishing a balance between the gimbal rate and the output-torque error is discussed,and a new steering law is designed.Simulation results show that the proposed steering law can effectively drive SGCMGs to escape away from singularities. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the Noether symmetries and the conserved quantities for both holonomic and nonholonomic systems based on a new non-conservative dynamical model introduced by E1-Nabulsi. First, the E1-Nabulsi dynamical model which is based on a fractional integral extended by periodic laws is introduced, and E1-Nabulsi-Hamilton's canoni- cal equations for non-conservative Hamilton system with holonomic or nonholonomic constraints are established. Second, the definitions and criteria of E1-Nabulsi-Noether symmetrical transformations and quasi-symmetrical transformations are presented in terms of the invariance of E1-Nabulsi-Hamilton action under the infinitesimal transformations of the group. Fi- nally, Noether's theorems for the non-conservative Hamilton system under the E1-Nabulsi dynamical system are established, which reveal the relationship between the Noether symmetry and the conserved quantity of the system. 展开更多

A novel discrete-time reaching law was proposed for uncertain discrete-time system,which contained process noise and measurement noise.The proposed method reserves all the advantages of discrete-time reaching law,which not only decreases the band width of sliding mode and strengthens the system robustness,but also improves the dynamic performance and stability capability of the system.Moreover,a discrete-time sliding mode control strategy based on Kalman filter method was designed,and Kalman filter was employed to eliminate the influence of system noise.Simulation results show that there is no chattering phenomenon in the output of controller and the state variables of controlled system,and the proposed algorithm is also feasible and has strong robustness to external disturbances. 展开更多
