This paper p...Landscape design for a green community should be favorable for the ambient ecological environment and for enhancement of both the local climate of a residential area and the environmental quality of life. This paper presents optimization methods for plant landscape design that take account of results of comparisons of noise reduction effects, heat island temperature decreases and effects on ventilation. These methods are based on different plant configurations and various luminous environments, such as exterior sunshine and shaded areas after the simulation of exterior luminous, acoustic and thermal environments of a residential area using the analytic software ECOTECT, CADNA/A, and PHEONICS. Three different types of residential buildings are simulated including a faculty apartment in the Xixi Campus of Zhejiang University, the Huaqing Villa and the Gangwan Jiayuan faculty apartment of Zhejiang University, China, based on green building design theory. In addition, the methods and process flow of landscape design of green residential areas are also described for the improvement of the exterior physical living environment.展开更多

The evaluation system was divided into four layers, including the target layer, the comprehensive layer, the element layer, and the index layer. Each layer was made of different indices. The evaluation standards for each index were also given in this paper. This evaluation model was proved tenable through its application to the landscape design rationality evaluation of the Weihe River in Xinxiang City of Henan Province. The results show that the water quality, space, activity, facility, community, width of vegetation, sense of beauty and water content are among the most influential factors and should be considered the main basis for evaluating the rationality of the landscape design of urban rivers.展开更多
The problem of water pollution is one of the long-term difficulties in the process of rural environmental construction and economic development in China.In order to meet the requirements of the country’s green and su...The problem of water pollution is one of the long-term difficulties in the process of rural environmental construction and economic development in China.In order to meet the requirements of the country’s green and sustainable development,many regions actively promote the construction of rural sewage treatment and fill in the shortcomings of the rural habitat environment to accelerate the construction of beautiful and livable villages.Through a lot of literature and case studies,this paper explores the environmental problems that are common in rural sewage treatment in the northern region of China,explores advanced domestic and foreign cases and technologies on this topic,and summarizes the landscape design strategies on this issue.From the perspective of ecological landscape design,the thesis seeks the theoretical and technical support for rural sewage treatment in river valley areas,and establishes a bridge between rural sewage treatment technology and ecological landscape.Finally,combining theory with practice,taking the project of Lushi sewage treatment in Sanmenxia as an example,team completed the landscape design of ecological sewage purification display area in Zhangjiacun.The design focuses on presenting the application of internal sewage treatment technology and external landscape aesthetics.According to the main points of ecological landscape design and the theory of ecological edge effect,the local ecological system is effectively protected,and a rural domestic sewage purification display area with economic benefits is constructed.展开更多

Several studies have shown a positive relationship between high quality outdoor environments and users’health.Education of agricultural professionals also demands high quality outdoor environments in order to promote...Several studies have shown a positive relationship between high quality outdoor environments and users’health.Education of agricultural professionals also demands high quality outdoor environments in order to promote students’wellbeing,which in turn supports scientific researches.This study analyzed relationship between students’actual uses and campus outdoor environments,identified what environmental characteristics that students prefered,how they used and why they participated in the outdoor activities.The results could be used as guidance of campus design and management.Investigation of three universities in Harbin provided 686 valid questionnaires.The results suggested that health awareness effectively promoted students’use frequencies of outdoor environments.Environment with"natural"and"cultural"characteristics,especially undulating landform,vibrant plants and landmarks in a serpentins design style attracted more uses.Female students showed more preferences on social interaction activities than males.Students who had good economic consumption levels and participated in outdoor activities frequntly in childhood prefered to join all the kinds of activities after university enrollment.展开更多

By analyzing plant landscapes in typical street parks in Zhanjiang, and borrowing the theoretical research framework of linguistics, this paper concluded the vocabulary, sentence,chapter and grammatical rules of plant landscape design, in order to explore new methods for the plant landscape design of small parks in tropical coastal regions.

文摘In recent years, the acceleration of urbanization process results in frequent watedoggingj the decline of groundwater level and frequent urban infiasttucture construction pfoblem. In order to better safeguard complex ecological system and ecological civilization construction in tiie city, and solve the appropriate ratio of water and wetland area to total land area, for water ecological civilization construction in low impact development, the pursuit of water resources sustainability, the pursuit of safety concept, the pursuit of ecological engineeting technology and the pursuit of art are proposed. Based on these pursuits, the principles and design methods of campus landscape creation in colleges and univefsities under the concept of elow impact^ is analyzed. Taking the landscape design, of the shated training base from Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architectural Technology as an example, how to use the concept of clow impacf？ development in actual cases is analyze4 to achieve rainwater collection, water purification, water storage and rainwater ecological utilization, and create a holistic, ecological and diverse sustainable landscape in colleges and universities.
文摘Although rural landscape design brings convenience to farmers,there are many problems such as severe homogenization,lack of local culture and lack of comprehensive planning.The distant points of planning are refl ected by highlighting distinctive regional culture,advocating construction of ecological culture,and encouraging protection of traditional architecture.The problems in rural landscape design are settled by solving three agricultural problems and promoting the development of rural tourism,so as to achieve the coordinated development of rural economy and culture.

文摘Business Zone B of Shanghai World Expo is the dynamic cluster area of well-known enterprise headquarters,and it has created the scheme layout of integrated design above and below ground according to regional planning characteristics and the characteristics of the times.The underground space landscape design of Business Zone B of Shanghai World Expo is a typical case of underground space development in China,and the summary of design strategy is helpful for improving underground space landscape design level in China.The existing problems in landscape design of Business Zone B of Shanghai World Expo are found through fi eld investigation,and the law of underground space landscape design in Business Zone B is summarized.Due to the fact that the development of underground space can not be reversed,the optimization design strategy of underground space landscape,such as strengthening the connectivity of underground space,enriching the sunken square and courtyard,and creating good physical environment of underground space,is put forward to improve the status quo of underground space environment.The construction level of underground space landscape in China has been constantly improving.As long as the urban planning is reasonable and pays attention to the application of integrated design of ground and underground,architectural technology and art combination in underground space environment,the construction of urban underground space landscape will become more ecological,humanized and diversifi ed.
文摘According to the severe climate change in recent days, professionals among different fields now pay more attention to the management and adjustment when meeting the issues of climate. Moreover, climate also obviously affects the natural and designed landscape. To systematically and specifically understand how landscape is designed in response to different climate, this paper will firstly discuss the fundamental interaction between landscape design and climate. And then it will evaluate the different landscape elements dealing with different types of climate, finally and importantly to analysis the definite impact on practical landscape design based on former findings. The result will focus on the decision making on design methods within climate change and provide rational recommendations for designers and planning of future landscape design.
文摘Mountainous cities are dominated by mountainous,hilly,and steep terrain,which brings certain complexity and particularity to the planning and construction of waterfront spaces in these cities compared to plain cities.Waterfront spaces,often serving as the core areas of city development,possess favorable location advantages and special attributes of water-land intersection,giving them more possibilities for functional transformation[1].However,the ultimate goal of design is to provide users with a vibrant waterfront area.The design of waterfront spaces should focus more on people’s behavioral needs,allowing users to feel a good interaction between the place and their behavioral needs during space usage[2].Therefore,the design incorporates human environmental behavior,increases interactive experiences,and enriches spatial interest.

文摘Several studies have shown a positive relationship between high quality outdoor environments and users’health.Education of agricultural professionals also demands high quality outdoor environments in order to promote students’wellbeing,which in turn supports scientific researches.This study analyzed relationship between students’actual uses and campus outdoor environments,identified what environmental characteristics that students prefered,how they used and why they participated in the outdoor activities.The results could be used as guidance of campus design and management.Investigation of three universities in Harbin provided 686 valid questionnaires.The results suggested that health awareness effectively promoted students’use frequencies of outdoor environments.Environment with"natural"and"cultural"characteristics,especially undulating landform,vibrant plants and landmarks in a serpentins design style attracted more uses.Female students showed more preferences on social interaction activities than males.Students who had good economic consumption levels and participated in outdoor activities frequntly in childhood prefered to join all the kinds of activities after university enrollment.
