Under the perspective of industry-education integration, the basic curriculum standards of nursing are formulated based on the OBE concept, and the combination of work and study is implemented. Based on the OBE concept, this paper has reformed the teaching method of invasive nursing operation in the primary practice course of basic nursing students. A new classroom teaching mode is constructed with ADDIE teaching mode and teaching mode, and the invasive practical teaching knowledge education is turned into the vocational protection ability education, in order to enhance the vocational protection awareness and ability of nursing students, reduce the incidence of needle stab injury in the future internship and work, and promote occupational safety. 展开更多

Background: Traditional treatment of axillary odour is the surgical removal of skin and subcutaneous tissue along the edge of the axillary hair in a fusiform shape, which requires the restriction of upper limb activity, has large scars and a high recurrence rate. Minimally invasive methods have developed in recent years. The subcutaneous trimming method with small incision reduces the incision compared to traditional incision, but still requires skin incision, which does not achieve true, minimally invasive treatment. Simple negative pressure suction is difficult to destroy the sweat glands and sebaceous glands in the dermis layer. Thus, we hypothesized that combination of three minimally invasive methods might be more effective. Objective: To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of axillary osmidrosis by three minimally invasive methods of microwave, scraping & suction and scratching. Methods: From October 2015 to October 2020, 80 patients with underarm odor were enrolled and lacal swelling anesthetic was applied. Microwave was used to treat sweat glands and sebaceous glands in the dermis following the pores. The curettage-aspiration was used to scrape and suck the apocrine sweat glands in the subcutaneous fat layer and the junction between the subcutaneous fat and dermis. To achieve the purpose of minimally invasive and thorough treatment of underarm odor, the spoon scraped the remaining sweat gland tissue. Results: Among 80 patients on 160 sides, all cases (100.00%) were cured on 160 sides at 1 month post-operative follow-up, 75 cases (93.75%) were cured on 150 sides, 5 cases (6.25%) on 5 sides were ineffective at 6-month post-operative follow-up, 74 cases (92.50%) were cured on 148 sides, 6 cases (7.50%) on 5 sides were ineffective at 1-year post-operative follow-up. Complications occurred in 5 cases (6.25%) after operation: 2 cases (2.50%) with skin necrosis on 3 sides, 1 case (1.25%) with uneven skin on 2 sides, 1 case (1.25%) with axillary abscess on 2 sides, and 1 case (1.25%) with keloids on 2 sides. Conclusion: The combination of three minimally invasive methods of microwave, scraping & suction and scratching to treat underarm odor is simple operation, has high cure rate, quick postoperative recovery, and few complications. It is an effective method for minimally invasive and thorough treatment of underarm odor in clinic. 展开更多

Objective:This study aimed to describe the implementation of the surgical safety check policy and the surgical safety checklist for invasive procedures outside the operating room(OR)and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods:In 2017,to improve the safety of patients who underwent invasive procedures outside of the OR,the hospital quality and safety committee established the surgery safety check committee responsible for developing a new working plan, revise the surgery safety check policy, surgery safety check Keywords:Invasive procedures outside the operating room Safety management Surgical safety checklist Patient safety form, and provide training to the related staff, evaluated their competency, and implemented the updated surgical safety check policy and checklist. The study compared the data of pre-implementation(Apr to Sep 2017)and two post-implementation phases(Apr to Sep 2018,Apr to Sep 2019).It also evaluated the number of completed surgery safety checklist, correct signature, and correct timing of signature. Results:The results showed an increase in the completion rate of the safety checklist after the program implementation from 41.7%(521/1,249)to 90.4%(3,572/3,950),the correct rates of signature from 41.9%(218/521)to 99.0%(4,423/4,465),and the correct timing rates of signature from 34.4%(179/521)to 98.5%(4,401/4,465),with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:Implementing the updated surgery safety check significantly is a necessary and effective measure to ensure patient safety for those who underwent invasive procedures outside the OR.Implementing surgical safety checks roused up the clinical staff's compliance in performing safety checks, and enhanced team collaboration and communication. 展开更多

We introduced our experience for an innovative and effective approach for cervical canal penetration in patients diagnosed with type IIvaginal atresia with adequate uterine corpus development. The uterine cavity and neovagina was connected through the puncture setfor percutaneous nephrostomy while maintaining the integrity of the uterus and cervix under laparoscopic and transvaginal ultrasoundmonitoring.A porcine small intestine submucosal graft was fitted into the artificial vaginal wall. There were few side effects and no obvious sequelae. 展开更多
