This paper is to comb the developmental history of internet emoticon and endeavor to give some hints on its future research. In this review, 88 papers are collected from the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI). A visualization analysis is made to quantify the research hot topics and frontier, key words, author and institution with the aid of CiteSpace III. In terms of cited literature and co-cited literature, CNKI metrological visualization analysis is employed to delve into the overall trends. The results reveal that internet emoticon research has been closely related to various domains and its interdisciplinary characteristics is not in full swing.展开更多

目的对互联网决策辅助工具在预立医疗照护计划(advance care planning,ACP)中的应用研究进行范围综述。方法系统检索PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库。检索时限为建库至2...目的对互联网决策辅助工具在预立医疗照护计划(advance care planning,ACP)中的应用研究进行范围综述。方法系统检索PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库。检索时限为建库至2025年2月。对纳入文献进行筛选和归纳总结。结果纳入33篇文献,包括15种互联网工具。互联网ACP工具的功能优势包括可及性强、双向交互设计、适老化及无障碍设计等。内容要素涵盖ACP知识普及、价值观澄清、医疗偏好及目标确立、医疗代理决策者确立、预立医疗文件生成与存储、ACP沟通技巧培训。应用效果指标包括过程指标、行为指标、照护结局指标和可行性评价。结论互联网决策辅助工具在ACP应用中显示出有效性和可行性,未来可研制科学的本土化互联网ACP工具,探索适宜的互联网ACP应用策略,为临床提供高质量决策支持。展开更多
