This paper takes the green innovation in 15 science and technology parks in the Pearl River Delta region as a sample,uses the AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method to construct an index evaluation model with 5 first-level indic...This paper takes the green innovation in 15 science and technology parks in the Pearl River Delta region as a sample,uses the AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method to construct an index evaluation model with 5 first-level indicators and 9 secondlevel indicators,and analyzes the essential connotation and key influencing factors of green innovation ability in science and technology park.The research found that among the first-level indicators,“industrial innovation”,“incubator innovation”and“policy innovation”ranked among the top three key factors.Among the second-level indicators,the three factors of“enterprise incubator innovation”,“government policies and fiscal and financial policies”and“the development of new industries and emerging industries”have a significant impact on the innovation capabilities of science and technology parks.Accordingly,some suggested measures are put forward to provide theoretical and practical guidance for improving their green innovation ability.The main innovation of this paper is to construct an evaluation model of science and technology park suitable for the green innovation ability of science and technology park according to the social and economic development of the Pearl River Delta city belt and to test its effectiveness.In view of the technology,complexity,ambiguity and pluralism of the evaluation index construction of green innovation ability in science and technology parks in practice,the index evaluation model and application strategy in this paper hope to provide a theoretical reference for the park operators to improve their benefits and promote the development of regional industrial clusters.展开更多

Firstly, on the basis of defining county agricultural technological innovation ability and the definition of index, according to the principle of purposefulness, scientificity, systematicness, integration of dynamic state and static state, integration of quantitativeness and qualitativeness and so on, we construct the multi-level measuring system of county agricultural technological innovation ability, including 4 first-level indices, namely technological innovation environment, technological innovation basis, technological innovation ability, and technological innovation efficiency; 15 second-level indices, such as technological policy, technological system mechanism, technological institution construction, ability of innovation subject, ability of industrial expansion, scale merit, technological contribution rate. Moreover, this system has 45 third-level indices. Then, by using unascertained mathematics method and AHM method, we establish the multi-level unascertained composite measuring model of county agricultural technological innovation ability index. Finally, by using the survey data of one county in Hebei Province, and the established county agricultural technological innovation ability index model, we get the county agricultural technological innovation ability index of 0.711 by calculation, that is, the innovation ability is at the intermediate level, namely the modern agricultural sub-stage. Methods: Three course learning modules are constructed: stage-based course learning module, systematic project practice training module and comprehensive practice training module. A practical training platform for scientific research innovation projects is built, and undergraduate scientific research innovation ability training is carried out from both in-class and out-of-class lines. Results: Since 2017, the students have obtained 7 national innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, 52 university-level undergraduate scientific research projects, published more than 10 academic papers, and obtained 2 patent authorization. Conclusions: The training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332” is conducive to the development of scientific research innovation ability of nursing students, and to cultivate nursing talents who can adapt to the development of the new era and have better post competence.展开更多
