The rapid growth of the education industry and private education groups has brought the high-quality development of listed private education companies into focus for both the educational sector and the capital market....The rapid growth of the education industry and private education groups has brought the high-quality development of listed private education companies into focus for both the educational sector and the capital market.This study employs the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method to explore pathways to high-quality development for these companies.Necessity analysis confirms that no single factor guarantees a company’s success,highlighting the importance of multi-factor interactions.Three main paths to high-quality development are identified:human resource optimization,precise market positioning,and comprehensive advantage.Conversely,four development paths for non-high-level companies are identified:dual insufficiency in resources and market,high turnover and over-investment,scale expansion with resource mismatch,and inadequate human resource development.The findings indicate that optimal allocation of educational resources,precise market positioning,rational resource allocation,and staff training are crucial for achieving high-quality development.Robustness tests,which raise the consistency threshold,verify the reliability and stability of the results.These findings provide a reference for policymakers,investors,and managers in the education industry.展开更多
During the initial impoundment period of a canyon-shaped reservoir,the water body fluctuated violently regarding water level,hydrological condition,and thermal stratification.These variations may alter the structure o...During the initial impoundment period of a canyon-shaped reservoir,the water body fluctuated violently regarding water level,hydrological condition,and thermal stratification.These variations may alter the structure of phytoplankton community,resulting in algal blooms and seriously threatening the ecological security of the reservoir.It is of great significance to understand the continuous changes of phytoplankton in the initial impoundment period for the protection of reservoir water quality.Therefore,a two-year in-situ monitoring study was conducted on water quality and phytoplankton in a representative canyonshaped reservoir named Sanhekou and the interannual changes of phytoplankton community and its response to environmental changes during the initial impoundment period were discussed at taxonomic versus functional classification levels.The results showed that the total nitrogen and permanganate index levels were relatively high in the first year due to rapid water storage and heavy rainfall input,and the more stable hydrological conditions in the second year promoted the increase of algae density and the transformation of community,and the proportion of cyanobacteria increased significantly.The succession order of phytoplankton in the first year of the initial impoundment periodwas Chlorophyta-Bacillariophyta-Chlorophyta,or J/F/X1-P/MP/W1-A/X1/MP,respectively.And the succession order in the second year was Cyanobacteria/Chlorophyta-Bacillariophyta-Chlorophyta,or L_(M)/G/P-P/A/X1-X1/J/G.Water temperature,relativewater column stability,mixing depth,and pHwere crucial factors affecting phytoplankton community succession.This study revealed the interannual succession law and driving factors of phytoplankton in the initial impoundment period and provided an important reference for the operation management and ecological protection of canyon-shaped reservoirs.展开更多

Acceptor-donor-acceptor(A-D-A)type molecules,of which the novel non-fused azacyclic end-group pyrazoli-nones were modified with chlorine substitution on the phenyl ring,were synthesized.The non-fused azacyclic end-gro...Acceptor-donor-acceptor(A-D-A)type molecules,of which the novel non-fused azacyclic end-group pyrazoli-nones were modified with chlorine substitution on the phenyl ring,were synthesized.The non-fused azacyclic end-group py-razolinones have the advantages of simple synthesis steps,low cost and environmental friendliness,compared to the classical end-group dicyanomethyleneindianone.The properties of the synthesized A-D-A type molecules with non-fused azacyclic end groups were characterized by theoretical calculation,UV-vis absorption,cyclic voltammetry,X-ray diffraction and space charge limited current.It is shown that the strong UV-vis absorptions of the synthesized A-D-A type molecules are located in the wavelength range of 500~700 nm,with a moderate band gap of nearly 1.7 eV.At the same time,the influence of end-group chlorination on the properties of A-D-A type molecules was compared and explored.It is proven that this kind of A-D-A type molecule with non-fused azacyclic end groups has the potential to be applied as interfacial modified layer of the active layer in perovskite solar cell devices.展开更多
Lithium-ion capacitors(LICs)combine the high power dens-ity of electrical double-layer capacitors with the high energy density of lithium-ion batteries.However,they face practical limitations due to the narrow operati...Lithium-ion capacitors(LICs)combine the high power dens-ity of electrical double-layer capacitors with the high energy density of lithium-ion batteries.However,they face practical limitations due to the narrow operating voltage window of their activated carbon(AC)cathodes.We report a scalable thermal treatment strategy to develop high-voltage-tolerant AC cathodes.Through controlled thermal treatment of commer-cial activated carbon(Raw-AC)under a H_(2)/Ar atmosphere at 400-800℃,the targeted reduction of degradation-prone functional groups can be achieved while preserving the critical pore structure and increasing graph-itic microcrystalline ordering.The AC treated at 400℃(HAC-400)had a significant increase in specific capacity(96.0 vs.75.1 mAh/g at 0.05 A/g)and better rate capability(61.1 vs.36.1 mAh/g at 5 A/g)in half-cell LICs,along with an 83.5%capacity retention over 7400 cycles within an extended voltage range of 2.0-4.2 V in full-cell LICs.Scalability was demonstrated by a 120 g batch production,enabling fabrication of pouch-type LICs with commercial hard carbon anodes that delivered a higher energy density of 28.3 Wh/kg at 1 C,and a peak power density of 12.1 kW/kg compared to devices using raw AC.This simple,industry-compatible approach may be used for producing ad-vanced cathode materials for practical high-performance LICs.展开更多

Objective:To explore the effects of high-quality nursing intervention on negative emotions and quality of life in gynecological patients after laparoscopy.Methods:A total of 132 gynecological patients after laparoscop...Objective:To explore the effects of high-quality nursing intervention on negative emotions and quality of life in gynecological patients after laparoscopy.Methods:A total of 132 gynecological patients after laparoscopy were randomly divided into an observation group(n=66)and a control group(n=66)in a prospective study.The con-trol group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.Anxiety,depression,quality of life,postoperative pain,self-care ability,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale scores were sig-nificantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(both P<0.001).Pain scores at 6,24,48,and 72 hours post-surgery were also lower in the observation group(all P<0.001).The observation group showed significantly higher scores in physical function,general health,social function,emotional role,and mental health(all P<0.001).Furthermore,the observation group demonstrated better self-care skills,self-concept,self-care responsibility,and health knowledge(all P<0.001).Nursing satisfaction during hospitalization was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention is effective in improving depression,anxiety,postoperative pain,and quality of life in gynecological patients after laparoscopy.It also enhances self-care ability and patient satisfaction,making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.展开更多

Highly crystalline perovskite absorbers with low defect-state densities minimizing nonradiative recombination losses are a critical prerequisite for fabricating state-of-the-art photovoltaics.Here,we use a tartaric ac...Highly crystalline perovskite absorbers with low defect-state densities minimizing nonradiative recombination losses are a critical prerequisite for fabricating state-of-the-art photovoltaics.Here,we use a tartaric acid(TA)molecule with two carboxyl and two hydroxyl groups as an additive to improve the performance and stability of the device simultaneously.The strong carboxyl-Pb2+coordination slows nucleation kinetics and passivates Pb-related traps,whereas hydroxyl-I-hydrogen bonding can modulate grain growth and stabilize the lattice structure,collectively enabling low-defect-density and high-quality perovskite films.Besides,we also conducted quantitively loss analysis and confirmed that the TA addition effectively reduces trap-assisted non-radiative recombination.Consequently,the champion efficiency of the n-i-p structure is up to 24.77% with outstanding operational and humidity stability.Remarkably,in the triple-cation perovskite system,the incorporation of the TA additive similarly enabled the fabrication of high-quality films,ultimately yielding a p-i-n configuration with a champion efficiency of 26.11%.展开更多

文摘Lithium-ion capacitors(LICs)combine the high power dens-ity of electrical double-layer capacitors with the high energy density of lithium-ion batteries.However,they face practical limitations due to the narrow operating voltage window of their activated carbon(AC)cathodes.We report a scalable thermal treatment strategy to develop high-voltage-tolerant AC cathodes.Through controlled thermal treatment of commer-cial activated carbon(Raw-AC)under a H_(2)/Ar atmosphere at 400-800℃,the targeted reduction of degradation-prone functional groups can be achieved while preserving the critical pore structure and increasing graph-itic microcrystalline ordering.The AC treated at 400℃(HAC-400)had a significant increase in specific capacity(96.0 vs.75.1 mAh/g at 0.05 A/g)and better rate capability(61.1 vs.36.1 mAh/g at 5 A/g)in half-cell LICs,along with an 83.5%capacity retention over 7400 cycles within an extended voltage range of 2.0-4.2 V in full-cell LICs.Scalability was demonstrated by a 120 g batch production,enabling fabrication of pouch-type LICs with commercial hard carbon anodes that delivered a higher energy density of 28.3 Wh/kg at 1 C,and a peak power density of 12.1 kW/kg compared to devices using raw AC.This simple,industry-compatible approach may be used for producing ad-vanced cathode materials for practical high-performance LICs.

文摘Let G be a finite group.A subgroup H of G is said to be σ-c-propermutable in G if G has a subgroup B such that G=N_(G)(H)B and for every Hall σ_(i)-subgroup B_(i) of B,there exists an element x∈B such that HB_(i)^(x)=B_(i)^(x) H.In this paper,the influence of σ-c-propermutable subgroups on the structure of finite groups is investigated,and some criteria for a normal subgroup of G to be hypercyclically embedded in G are derived.

文摘Based on the requirements of local high-quality economic development and addressing the critical task of transformation and upgrading in the tea industry,this paper systematically discusses the necessity and feasibility of constructing an optimal industrialization operation system driven by the dual wheels of"branding+standardization".The article first clarifies the connotation of high-quality development and the synergistic mechanism between branding and standardization.It then analyzes the current situation and bottlenecks of China's tea industry development.Subsequently,it proposes a dual-wheel drive strategy where branding enhances value and standardization guarantees quality,and designs a systematic implementation plan involving industrial chain synergy optimization and integrated support from government,industry,academia,research,and application.On this basis,strategies and suggestions are proposed,encompassing the starting point,standard focal points,key effort areas,innovation points,and target achievement points.The aim is to promote the tea industry to break through homogeneous competition,achieve value ascent,and provide important industrial support for regional high-quality development through the construction of the aforementioned system.
文摘With the rapid development of China's insurance market,the high-quality development of the insurance market is faced with many different challenges and various problems.This paper aims to deeply analyze the actual problems in China's insurance market and put forward supporting countermeasures.First,by understanding the background of highquality insurance development,we can explain the research significance of this paper in combination with the existing national policies.Secondly,by summarizing the current situation of high-quality insurance development,the paper puts forward the shortage of insurance talents in the expansion of insurance scale,the continuous improvement of insurance density and depth,and the growth of insurance compensation in the development of high-quality insurance.Finally,from the perspective of differentiated customized insurance products,training professionals,and providing financial subsidies,we will put forward the corresponding suggestions for the problem and look forward to the future development prospects.

From this, we deduce the conditions of the strong hopfness for unitary acts over groups. Moreover, we prove that a finite coproduct of strongly hopfian acts over an arbitrary semigroup is strongly hopfian.

文摘High-quality clinical evidence is the basis of evidence-based medical practice.Acupuncture is the most widely used complementary and alternative medicine in the world.However,the improvement in the quality of acupuncture clinical research does not match the rapid increase in the number of acupuncture clinical research in recent years.At present,the number of high-quality acupuncture clinical research in the world remains low.Taking the trial of acupuncture for chronic spontaneous urticaria published in Annals of Internal Medicine as an example,this paper discusses the factors that contribute to producing high-quality clinical evidence for acupuncture from the aspects of selecting the topic of study,formulating the study method,designing the study plan,controlling the study process,writing the study report,and selecting the journal in the process of before,during,and after the research.It emphasizes the necessity to start from the benefit of global people's health,take practical clinical problems as guidance,cleverly choose the research entry point,and conduct high-quality research with clinical value.After the accomplishment of the study,the results must be faithfully described,the scientific conclusions accurately sublimated,and appropriate scientific journals selected for publication.
文摘Objective:To explore the effects of high-quality nursing intervention on negative emotions and quality of life in gynecological patients after laparoscopy.Methods:A total of 132 gynecological patients after laparoscopy were randomly divided into an observation group(n=66)and a control group(n=66)in a prospective study.The con-trol group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.Anxiety,depression,quality of life,postoperative pain,self-care ability,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale scores were sig-nificantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(both P<0.001).Pain scores at 6,24,48,and 72 hours post-surgery were also lower in the observation group(all P<0.001).The observation group showed significantly higher scores in physical function,general health,social function,emotional role,and mental health(all P<0.001).Furthermore,the observation group demonstrated better self-care skills,self-concept,self-care responsibility,and health knowledge(all P<0.001).Nursing satisfaction during hospitalization was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention is effective in improving depression,anxiety,postoperative pain,and quality of life in gynecological patients after laparoscopy.It also enhances self-care ability and patient satisfaction,making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.

文摘Highly crystalline perovskite absorbers with low defect-state densities minimizing nonradiative recombination losses are a critical prerequisite for fabricating state-of-the-art photovoltaics.Here,we use a tartaric acid(TA)molecule with two carboxyl and two hydroxyl groups as an additive to improve the performance and stability of the device simultaneously.The strong carboxyl-Pb2+coordination slows nucleation kinetics and passivates Pb-related traps,whereas hydroxyl-I-hydrogen bonding can modulate grain growth and stabilize the lattice structure,collectively enabling low-defect-density and high-quality perovskite films.Besides,we also conducted quantitively loss analysis and confirmed that the TA addition effectively reduces trap-assisted non-radiative recombination.Consequently,the champion efficiency of the n-i-p structure is up to 24.77% with outstanding operational and humidity stability.Remarkably,in the triple-cation perovskite system,the incorporation of the TA additive similarly enabled the fabrication of high-quality films,ultimately yielding a p-i-n configuration with a champion efficiency of 26.11%.

文摘Under the background of"Digital Commerce for Rural Vitalization",rural E-commerce has experienced rapid development.However,agricultural products like strawberries,often produced by small-scale,fragmented,and less competitive individual farmers,struggle to meet the compliance and scalability demands of E-commerce,thereby constraining high-quality local economic development.Aiming to address this issue,this paper,guided by relevant policies and strategies,employs case analysis and logical deduction to explore the industrialization path of the"Cooperative+E-commerce"model for the strawberry industry.The research finds that by optimizing the cooperative's organizational structure,implementing multi-channel E-commerce strategies,upgrading the supply chain(including cold chain and quality traceability),and engaging in collaborative brand building,a robust industrial system can be formed.Supplemented by benefit evaluation,policy support,and regulatory oversight,this system can effectively bridge small-scale production with the broader market.This study concludes that this pathway can enhance the added value of the strawberry industry,increase farmer incomes,and provide practical insights for promoting high-quality local economic development.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the impact of soybean intercropping on soil fertility in the planting areas of high-quality peach orchards in Shenxi Town,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province.[Methods]Soil samples were collected during the seedling,growth,and maturity stages of soybeans from both non-intercropped soil(control check group,CK)and soybean-intercropped soil(Qiandou 11,experimental group,EK).Analysis was conducted on soil fertility properties,including alkali-hydrolyzable N,available P,and available K.[Results]The impact of soybean intercropping on soil physicochemical properties was primarily manifested as the increased levels of alkali-hydrolyzable N and available K and the decreased level of available P in the soil during the seedling,growing,and maturity stages.Overall,this approach optimized and enhanced soil fertility in the peach orchards,providing a viable pathway for soil improvement in peach orchards located in karst areas.[Conclusions]The findings of this study provide a scientific basis for the high-quality development of high-quality peach orchards.

文摘With long-term government support and col ective societal engagement,China's scientific and technological(S&T)societies have achieved significant progress in science popularization(SP),substantially contributing to the enhancement of national science communication capabilities and the improvement of citizens'scientific literacy.Within the overarching framework of advancing the high-quality development of China's SP endeavours in the new era,the high-quality development of SP by S&T societies plays a pivotal role.This study systematical y examines the chal enges and dilemmas confronting the high-quality development of SP within China's S&T societies.Theoretical y,it expands the research framework of col aborative mechanisms in science communication,while practical y proposing the construction of a‘six-in-one’high-quality SP service system encompassing brand development,platform construction,talent cultivation,specialized projects,incentive mechanisms and infrastructure development.Our research further reveals that empowering SP content innovation through digital and intel igent technologies,as wel as optimizing the compatibility of policy instrument portfolios,can strengthen the efficacy of SP services and provide systematic support for the modernization of S&T societies.This study not only offers policy references for improving the governance system of SP but also identifies future research directions,such as deepening comparative international studies and long-term efficacy evaluations,to advance the development of more explanatory theoretical frameworks.These efforts aim to bolster high-level S&T self-reliance and contribute to the construction of a world-leading scientific,educational and talent powerhouse.

文摘The high-quality development of grassroots teaching organizations in universities is crucial to improving the quality of higher education.From the perspective of dual-track drive,this paper deeply analyzes the synergetic evolution relationship between institutions and teachers in the development of grassroots teaching organizations in universities.At present,the development of grassroots teaching organizations in universities is faced with such dilemmas as lagging institutional supply,insufficient motivation for teachers’development,and lack of synergy mechanisms.These interwoven problems have formed systemic obstacles restricting high-quality development,which urgently need in-depth analysis and resolution.Currently,only from the perspective of synergistic promotion of institutions and teachers and by constructing a systematic implementation framework can the existing problems be effectively solved.Through three dimensions-goal guidance,resource guarantee,and mechanism optimization-this paper refines nine specific measures,aiming to break the barriers between institutional development and teachers’development,form a joint force,provide theoretical support and practical paths for improving the efficiency of grassroots teaching organizations,promote the overall improvement of education and teaching quality,enhance the quality of talent training in universities,and advance the in-depth development of education and teaching reform.
