Corrosion Behavior of 110S Tube Steel in Environments of High H_2S and CO_2 Content 被引量:25

The corrosion behavior of the 110S tube steel in the environments of high H2 S and CO2 content was inves- tigated by using a high-temperature and high-pressure autoclave, and the corrosion products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X ray diffraction technique. The results showed that all of the corrosion products under the test conditions mainly consisted of different types of iron sulfides such as pyrrhotite of Fe0.95 S, mackinaw- ite of FeS0.9, Fe0. 985 S and FeS, and the absence of iron carbonate in the corrosion scales indicated that the corrosion process was controlled by H2S corrosion. The corrosion rate of the 110S steel decreased firstly and then increased with the rising of temperature. The minimum corrosion rate occurred at 110 ℃. When the H2 S partial pressure PH2s below 9 MPa, the corrosion rate declined with the increase of PH2s. While over 9 MPa, a higher PH2s resulted in a faster corrosion process. With the increasing of the CO2 partial pressure, the corrosion rate had an increasing trend. The morphologies of the corrosion scales had a good accordance with the corrosion rates. 展开更多

Four kinds of P110 grade tube steels containing different chromium contents were designed to probe the in- fluence of Cr on the properties of tube steel. The microstrueture, mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of the four kinds of P110 grade tube steels were studied deeply and thoroughly. The analysis of the mechanical properties indicated that tensile strength and yield strength of the steel plates were improved, while transverse and longitudinal impact energy and elongation first increased and then decreased when Cr content rose. The impact energy and elonga tion reached the peak when Cr content was 1 ~. Cr precipitates were found only in 3 ~ Cr steel, with (Nb, Ti)(C, N) or Nb(C,N) as the core of precipitation and then grew up. The corrosion experiments demonstrated that the scales on the four steels had a two layer structure under the corrosion of CO2 and H2 S. The outer layer was mainly com- posed of FeS or FeS1 x and the inner layer consisted of FeCOa and Cr compounds. Cr was rich in the inner layer and the Cr content of the inner layer increased with the Cr content in matrix. The enriched Cr enhanced the compactness of the scales, further hindering the diffusion of ions from liquid to the surface of steel, thus reducing corrosion rate. 展开更多

The corrosion behavior of C100 steel in simulated environments with high H2S and CO2 content was studied through high-temperature and high-pressure autoclave, and the HaS stress corrosion cracking (SSC) resistance of C100 steel was evaluated by SSC tests. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique were employed to characterize the corrosion products and the metal matrix. The results indicate that all of the corrosion products in this investigation are mainly composed of different types of iron sulfide such as Fe0.95S, FeS0.9, F0.985S, Fe7S8 and FeS, and the absence of iron carbonate in the corrosion scales suggests that the corrosion process is governed by H2S corrosion. The corrosion rate decreases in the initial stage and then increases with the enhancement of the temperature. There exists a minimum corrosion rate at about 110 ℃. Under the partial pressure of H2S lower than 9 MPa, the corrosion rate decreases with the increase of P112S While over 9 MPa, a higher P112S will result in a faster corrosion process. When the applied stress is 72%, 80% and 85% of actual yield strength (AYS), all tested specimens show no crack, which reveals a superior SSC resistance. 展开更多

Based on an analysis of the existing models of CO 2 corrosion in literatures and the autoclave simulative experiments, a predictive model of corrosion rate (r corr) in CO 2/H 2S corrosion for oil tubes has been established, in which r corr is expressed as a function of pH, temperature (T), pressure of CO 2 (P CO 2) and pressure of H 2S (P H 2S). The model has been verified by experimental data obtained on N80 steel. The improved features of the predictive model include the following aspects: (1) The influence of temperature on the protectiveness of corrosion film is taken into consideration for establishment of predictive model of the r corr in CO 2/H 2S corrosion. The Equations of scale temperature and scale factor are put forward, and they fit the experimental result very well. (2) The linear relationship still exists between ln r corr and ln P CO 2 in CO 2/H 2S corrosion (as same as that in CO 2 corrosion). Therefore, a correction factor as a function of P H 2S has been introduced into the predictive model in CO 2/H 2S corrosion. (3) The model is compatible with the main existing models. 展开更多

Initial corrosion kinetics of X52 anti-H2S pipeline steel exposed to 90 ℃/1.61 MPa H2S solutions was investigated through high temperature and high pressure immersion tests. Corrosion rates were obtained based on weight loss calculation. The corrosion products were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron probe micro-analysis (EPMA). The initial corrosion kinetics was found to obey the exponential law. With increasing immersion time, the main corrosion products changed from iron-rich mackinawite to sulfur-rich pyrrhotite. The corrosion films had two layers: an inner fine-grained layer rich in iron and an outer columnar-grained layer rich in sulfur. The corrosion film formed through the combination of outward diffusion of Fe2+ ions and inward diffusion of HS^- ions. The variation of the corrosion products and compaction of the corrosion layer resulted in a decrease in the diffusion coefficient with increasing immersion time. The double-layered corrosion film formed after long time immersion acted as an effective barrier against diffusion. 展开更多

The present work studied the corrosion properties around the fusion boundaries of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel with stainless steel strip overlay joints under as welded condition and after post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) in H2 S containing solution (NACE TM-01-77 standard) with different time. An in-situ observation method was introduced for evaluating corrosive progress in the fusion boundary in H2 S containing solution, that is, the samples were marked firstly at the boundary and then treated in the solution for variant time. Each time after the corrosion treatment, the observations were kept to focus at the same marked area by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to observe the corrosion progress. The results reveal that the fusion boundary is the worst region for corrosion resistance when comparing with other boundaries, and a broad fusion boundary has a stronger resistance for "hydrogen induced disbonding" than a narrow one. 展开更多

The corrosion of an Fe-based alloy containing 15 wt pct Y in H2-H2S mixtures under 10-3 Pa S2 was studied at 600~800℃ in an attempt to find materials with improved sulphidation resistance with respect to pure Fe. The presence of Y has been shown to be beneflcial, but not sufficient to the level expected. In fact, the alloy is able to form at all tested temperatures an external FeS layer, beneath which a zone containing a mixture of the two sulphides is also present. Thus,Fe can still diffuse through this region to form the outer FeS layer with non-negligible rate. The corrosion rate of Fe is considerably reduced by the Y addition. but the alloy corrodes still much more rapidly than Y. The sulphidation kinetics is generally rather irregular for both the pure metals, while the corrosion rate of the alloy decreases with time and tends to become parabolic after an initial period of 12~17 h. The sulphidation behaviour of the alloys is discussed by taking into account the presence of an intermetallic compound Fe17Y2 and the limited solubility of Y in Fe 展开更多

Two 5-substituted tetrazoles, 5-(2-thienyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrazole (2-THTT) and 5-(4-pyridyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrazole (4-PYTT), as copper corrosion inhibitors in aerated 0.5 M H2SO4 solution were studied by using potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and quantum chemical calculation. Polarization curves indicate that inhibition efficiencies of tetrazoles increase with increasing inhibitors concentration. The electrochemical results show that the inhibition efficiency of 2-THTT is higher than that of 4-PYTT. Inhibition efficiency of 2-THTT reached 98.9% at very low concentrations (0.25 mM) by EIS, which makes 2-THTT an efficient inhibitor in aerated 0.5 M H2SO4 solution. The adsorption of 5-substituted tetrazoles on copper surface obeys the Langmuir isotherm. All the computed quantum chemical parameters are found to correlate well with experimental inhibition efficiencies of inhibitors. 展开更多

In the present work, the susceptibility of API 5L X52 steel to corrosion processes was evaluated in the presence of high contents of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. Gravimetric tests and surface analyses were carried out to establish both the corrosion rate and damage type exhibited by the metal. The obtained results indicate that the hydrogen sulfide is the most active gas in the corrosion processes that took place, quite above carbon dioxide. The main observed corrosion products were iron sulfides and the typical damage associated with hydrogen sulfide presence was Sulfide Stress Cracking (SSC). The surface damage evidences the presence of cracks with considerable magnitude and metal loss as consequences of the corrosion processes. Likewise, the presence of oxygen in the system modifies the displayed corrosion type, where corrosion products such as iron oxides and reduction in the number and extent of cracks are observed. On the other hand, the addition of a film-forming corrosion inhibitor based on modified imidazolines eliminates completely the development of cracks, although under certain test conditions, it can favor localized pitting corrosion. 展开更多

目的:研究参桃软肝丸对H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠端粒酶及CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞比例的影响。方法:建立H22肝癌小鼠荷瘤模型,将32只小鼠随机分为生理盐水组(A)、参桃软肝丸正常剂量组(B)、参桃软肝丸高剂量组(C)、5Fu组(D),予相应药物干预10 d,观... 目的:研究参桃软肝丸对H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠端粒酶及CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞比例的影响。方法:建立H22肝癌小鼠荷瘤模型,将32只小鼠随机分为生理盐水组(A)、参桃软肝丸正常剂量组(B)、参桃软肝丸高剂量组(C)、5Fu组(D),予相应药物干预10 d,观察小鼠的一般状态、体重、瘤重及抑瘤率、端粒酶活性及肿瘤组织中CD4+CD25+TREG细胞比例。结果:参桃软肝丸能改善小鼠一般状态;B、C、D组荷瘤小鼠体重与A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C组瘤重与A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),D组瘤重与A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),抑瘤率参桃软肝高剂量组与5Fu组有接近的抑瘤率,抑瘤率达38.1%。不同浓度的参桃软肝丸组肿瘤组织中端粒酶活性较生理盐水组明显降低(P<0.05),C组CD4+CD25+TREG细胞比例较A组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:参桃软肝丸能改善小鼠一般状态,增加小鼠体重,减少瘤重,有较好的抑瘤率,其可能的作用机制与抑制端粒酶活性及降低CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞比例相关。 展开更多

目的探讨1,25-(OH)2D3联合α-干扰素(IFN-α)对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导的BALB/c肝纤维化小鼠的治疗效果。方法应用10%CCl4(5μL/g)制造肝纤维化小鼠模型成功后,将其随机分为盐水治疗组(0.9%生理盐水100μL/只,n=6)、IFN-α治疗组(800 U/只,n... 目的探讨1,25-(OH)2D3联合α-干扰素(IFN-α)对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导的BALB/c肝纤维化小鼠的治疗效果。方法应用10%CCl4(5μL/g)制造肝纤维化小鼠模型成功后,将其随机分为盐水治疗组(0.9%生理盐水100μL/只,n=6)、IFN-α治疗组(800 U/只,n=6)、1,25-(OH)2D3治疗组(50μg/kg口服灌胃,n=6)和联合治疗组(同时给予2种药物,n=6),另设正常对照组(n=6)。应用病理组织学检测方法对各组小鼠进行肝脏纤维化分级及评分;采用实时定量PCR及酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测细胞因子白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)及信号转导蛋白Smad3的表达水平。结果病理组织学检查结果显示:联合治疗组小鼠肝脏炎性细胞浸润减少,Co I1α1含量降低;实时定量PCR及ELISA检测结果显示:IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β、Smad3及IL-10的表达水平升高,但与两者单独治疗效果无显著差异。结论 1,25-(OH)2D3联合IFN-α治疗CCl4诱导的小鼠肝纤维化效果与单独用药疗效相似。 展开更多
