The dynamic cumulative damage of rigid-flexible coupling model of high-speed train with flexible bogie frame is performed by using the coupled scheme of elastic and multibody dynamics theories. The motion equations of the present problem are firstly established by integrating the finite element method and floating frame of reference approach based on the virtual power principle and D'Alembert principle. The process of condensing the elastic DOFs of the obtained finite element model involving the incorporation of the substructure technique and sparse approximate inverse method is tentatively carried out. Then, the motion equations are further solved by virtue of the generalized α method and the Jacobian-free Newton-Krylov technologies. And the superiority of coupled scheme is proven by comparing with the traditional approach. Finally, besides the dynamic behaviors of the considered vehicle model, the time-variations of stresses on the elastic bogie frame's dangerous nodes and the distributions of stresses of bogie frame at some specified moments are synchronously calculated and analyzed.More importantly, the real-time and time-varying cumulative damages of some typical nodes on bogie frame are investigated. 展开更多

Carbonates present complex pore systems that strongly influence the physical properties and their interrelationships. This study proposes a new approach to establish pore-type mixing-based permeability transforms by integrating well-log and core data.We investigate the influence of pore-structure heterogeneity on permeability and velocity through the rock-frame flexibility factors(γ and γ_(μ)),derivable using standard sonic and density logs.We derive permeability transforms, with correlation coefficients,R of 0.8 to 0.9,from core measurements and pore-structure variations-dependent physical parameters, namely the porosity exponent(m),Poisson’s ratio(σ),velocity deviation log(VDL),and velocity ratio(VR).Through extrapolation using log-data,the m-and VDL-based correlations provide significantly better permeability estimates, with the highest accuracy attained with the m-based correlation, whereas the VR-andσ-based correlations lead to permeability overes-timation for high porosities. We plotted log-derived porosity vs.permeability, obtained applying the m-based correlation,to generate consistent porosity-permeability relationships, which account for pore-structure heterogeneity,by sorting the scattering points into distinct groups/trends by considering the variations of pore-structure types and abundance of a specific porosity. For the studied oilfield, three porosity-permeability relationships are identified, with correlation coefficients approaching 0.9,thus validating the approach and supporting its application in petrophysically similar reservoirs. 展开更多

A flexible two degrees of freedom (2-DOF) steering model of multi-axlevehicle (MAV) is presented with considering the effect of frame flexibility based on the classic2-DOF model. A method to calculate the frame flexibility is derived by using three moments equation. The steering stability of MAV is analyzed. The steering performance of MAV is also researched infrequency domain. Simulation results show that the dynamic effects of flexible model are more severethan rigid model and the flexible effect of frame will weaken the steering stability of MAV.Different disposals of steering axles lead to different steering characteristics of MAV. Thein-phase steering mode improves the steering characteristics and stability at high speed. Theanti-phase steering mode increases the steering mobility at low vehicle speed. 展开更多
