The multi-pass intermittent local loading process,which features a more flexible processing path,can further enhance the second material distribution during local loading,improve the formability of components,and redu...The multi-pass intermittent local loading process,which features a more flexible processing path,can further enhance the second material distribution during local loading,improve the formability of components,and reduce forming loads.However,the absence of compatible forming equipment makes it difficult to control the constraint in the unloaded zones during the forming process.This difficulty complicates coordination and control of deformation,particularly for asymmetric rib-web components.Additionally,the current implementation involves multi-fire heating,a long process flow,and high energy consumption,which limits the popularization and application of the local loading process.In this study,a new multi-pass local loading hydraulic forming apparatus that can quickly and reliably switch between heavy-load deformation and low-load constraint for different local loading sub-dies was developed.A 10-tonne laboratory prototype was developed,and the forming characteristics during the forming process as well as the response characteristics of the hydraulic system during the multi-pass intermittent local loading of rib-web component were investigated using numerical simulations and physical experiments.Results indicated that,compared to a whole loading process with the same initial geometry of billet,the total forming load(i.e.,the sum of loaded and restrained loads)is reduced by more than 40%with the local loading process,and by nearly 50%with multi-pass local loading.The multi-pass local loading process allows for more effective control of material flow compared to single-pass local loading,leading to improved cavity filling and reduced flow line disturbance.For a large-scale,complex titanium alloy bulkhead,the cavity filling problem was addressed by optimizing the multi-pass local loading path with an unequal thickness billet.The dynamic performance of the multi-pass local loading hydraulic system was found to be robust,with stable pressure transitions during motion and load switching for the sub-die(s).The dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic cylinder when switching from non-moving/unloaded state to a moving/loading state are consistent whether a load is present or not.However,the dynamic characteristics differ when switching from a moving/loading state to non-moving/unloaded state,showing opposite behavior.The developed hydraulic drive mechanism provides a way for implementation of multi-pass local loading without auxiliary operation and extra heating.The results of the study provide a foundation for the industrial production of large-scale,complex components with reduced force requirement and low-energy consumption.展开更多
In order to investigate the penetration performance of Linear-Shaped Charge(LSC),Embowed LinearShaped Charge(ELSC),and Embowed Linear Explosively Formed Projectile(ELEFP)on T-shaped stiffened plates,a series of near-f...In order to investigate the penetration performance of Linear-Shaped Charge(LSC),Embowed LinearShaped Charge(ELSC),and Embowed Linear Explosively Formed Projectile(ELEFP)on T-shaped stiffened plates,a series of near-field air-burst experiments are conducted.The damage modes and characteristics of the target plates are compared and analyzed.Each flat plate section is completely punctured,resulting in a penetration hole.The damage modes induced by the three charge types on the stiffened plate structure are consistent,characterized by shear failure in the central region of the flat plate due to penetration by the penetrator,localized plastic deformation of the flat plate,and local penetration failure resulting from partial perforation of the central stiffener.The penetration lengths caused by ELSC and ELEFP are 45.1%and 46.1% larger than that of LSC,while the half-width of the penetration hole generated by ELEFP is 54.2% and 24.7% smaller than that of ELSC and LSC,respectively.The penetration height caused by ELEFP are 17.5%and 62.1% larger than that of ELSC and LSC,respectively.The stiffener effectively segments the damage area,enhancing the local structural strength and limiting the extent of plastic deformation in the flat plate section.The comparative results show that the ELSC proves to be more effective for efficient large-scale damage,and ELEFP is more suitable for achieving efficient localized damage.展开更多
The influence of geometric configuration on the friction characteristics during incremental sheet forming of AA5052 was analyzed by integrating surface morphology and its characteristic parameters,along with plastic s...The influence of geometric configuration on the friction characteristics during incremental sheet forming of AA5052 was analyzed by integrating surface morphology and its characteristic parameters,along with plastic strain,contact pressure,and area.The interface promotes lubrication and support when wall angles were≤40°,a 0.5 mm-thin sheet was used,and a 10 mm-large tool radius was employed.This mainly results in micro-plowing and plastic extrusion flow,leading to lower friction coefficient.However,when wall angles exceed 40°,significant plastic strain roughening occurs,leading to inadequate lubrication on the newly formed surface.Increased sheet thickness and decreased tool radius elevate contact pressure.These actions trigger micro-cutting and adhesion,potentially leading to localized scuffing and dimple tears,and higher friction coefficient.The friction mechanisms remain unaffected by the part’s plane curve features.As the forming process progresses,abrasive wear intensifies,and surface morphology evolves unfavorably for lubrication and friction reduction.展开更多

It may be a way solving this problem to exert axial compression loads (ACL) on the tube end in the bending. Thus, this article establishes a three-dimensional (3D) elastic-plastic explicit finite element (FE) model for the bending under ACL and has its reliability verified. Through a multi-index orthogonal experiment design, a combination of process parameters, each expressed by a proper range, for this FE model is derived to overcome the compression instability on tube ends. By combining the FE model with a wrinkling energy prediction model, an in-depth study is conducted on the forming characteristics of large-diameter AATTs with small bending radii and it can be concluded that (1) The larger the tube diameters and the smaller the bending radii, the larger the induced tangent tension stress zones on tube intrados, by which the tube maximum tangent compression stress zones will be partitioned in the bending processes; thus, the smaller the ACL roles in decreasing thinning degrees and the larger the compression instability possibilities on tube ends. (2) The tube wrinkling possibilities under ACL are larger than without ACL acting in the earlier forming periods, and smaller in the later ones. (3) For the tubes with a size factor less than 80, the ACL roles in decreasing thinning degrees are stronger than in increasing wrinkling possibilities.展开更多

Objective To assess the test-retest reliability and criterion validity of the Simplified Chinese-character version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire Long form (IPAC).-L) in urban community-dwelli...Objective To assess the test-retest reliability and criterion validity of the Simplified Chinese-character version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire Long form (IPAC).-L) in urban community-dwelling adults in Hanghzou, China. Methods A total of 158 eligible participants aged 25-59 years from 6 neighbourhoods in two central districts of Hangzhou completed the IPAQ-L questionnaire twice within a 7-day interval. Half of the subjects wore pedometers during the first 7 days. Test-retest reliability was examined by comparing the first (Day 1) and the second (Day 9) survey of IPAQ-L Criterion validity was assessed by comparing IPAO,-L with pedometer data. Results Modest to good test-retest reliability was found with intraclass correlation coefficients of 0.67 for total PA, 0.37 to 0.73 for specific dimensions, and 0.56 to 0.71 for different intensities of PA. Total PA measured by IPAO.-L was moderately correlated with exercise levels (partial r = 0.27, P = 0.020) and walking distance (partial r = 0.31, P = 0.007), which were measured by a pedometer, after adjusting for gender, age, educational attainment and employment status. Conclusion Our results indicate that the IPAO.-L is a reliable and validated measure for assessing physica activity levels in this population and possibly the adult population in other mainland Chinese cities.展开更多

Species were categorized as plant habit, height and length of growth-cycle and life-form classes according to Raunkiaer's system. The results show that in total of 68 species at grazed site, hemicryptophytes (He) accounted for 50.00% species, followed by cryptophytes (26.47%), chamaephytes (16.18%), phanemphytes (4.41%) and therophytes (2.94%). At the ungrazed site in 65 plant species, hemicryptophytes (He) accounted fo'r 49.23% species, cryptophytes (26.15%), chamaephytes (15.38%), phanerophytes (6.15%) and ther6phytes (3.08 % species). In general, hemicrptophyte are dominant^in both sites i.e. graged and ungrazed. Growth form categories were classified as forbs, shrubs, grasses and sedges'and undershrubs, according to plant habit and height. On the basis of length of the growth cycle, species were categorized as plant species of short growth cycle, intermediate growth cycle and long growth cycle. The short forbs of plant habit and height, had the highest emergence, and grasses and sedges had the lowest emergence in representative species. Percentage of species with long growth cycle was highest in both sites.展开更多

The contents of IEF-N, SOEF-N and TN gradually decrease eastward, and those of SAEF-N northward, while those of WAEF-N westward. Around the seaport of the old Huanghe (Yellow) River, the contents of both SOEF-N and TN are the highest. Among all the factors, the content of fine sediment is the predominant factor to affect the distributions of different forms of nitrogen. The contents of IEF-N, SOEF-N, and TN have visibly positive correlation with the content of fine sediments, and the correlative coefficient is 0.68, 0.58 and 0.71 respectively, showing that the contents of the three forms of nitrogen increase with those of fine sediments. The content of WAEF-N is related to that of fine sediments to a certain extent, with a correlative coefficient of 0.35; while the content of SAEF-N is not related to that of fine sediments, showing that the content of SAEF-N is not controlled by fine grain-size fractions of sediments. In addition, the distributions of different forms of nitrogen are also interacted one another, and the contents of IEF-N and SOEF-N are obviously affected by TN, while those of inorganic nitrogen (WAEF-N, SAEF-N and IEF-N) are not affected by SOEF-N and TN obviously, although they are interacted each other.展开更多
Tioconazole(TCZ), a broad-spectrum antifungal agent, has significant activity against Candida albicans and other Candida species, and therefore, it is indicated for the topical treatment of superficial mycoses.The mai...Tioconazole(TCZ), a broad-spectrum antifungal agent, has significant activity against Candida albicans and other Candida species, and therefore, it is indicated for the topical treatment of superficial mycoses.The main goal of this work is to report an exhaustive identification and characterization procedure to improve and facilitate the online quality control and continuous process monitoring of TCZ in bulk material and loaded in two different dosage forms: ovules and nail lacquer. The methodologies were based on thermal(differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), melting point, and thermogravimetry(TG)),spectroscopic(ultraviolet(UV), Raman, near infrared(NIR), infrared spectroscopy coupled to attenuated total reflectance(FTIR-ATR), and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)), microscopic and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The TCZ bulk powder showed a high crystallinity, as observed by XRD, with a particles size distribution(3–95 mm) resolved by microscopic measurements. TCZ melting point(82.8 °C) and a degradation peak centered at 297.8 °C were obtained by DSC and DTG, respectively. An unambiguous structure elucidation of TCZ was obtained by mono-and two-dimensional1 H and13 C NMR spectral data analysis. The FTIR-ATR, Raman and NIR spectra of both the raw material and the commercial products were analyzed and their characteristic bands were tabulated. The best methods for TCZ identification in ovules were DSC, TG, XRD, NIR and Raman, while NIR and FTIR-ATR were the most appropriate techniques to analyze it in the nail lacquer. DSC, TG, DRX, Raman, FTIR-ATR and NIR spectroscopy are effective techniques to be used in online process analysis, because they do not require sample preparation, and they are considerably sensitive to analyze complex samples.展开更多

Based on the catchments characteristics the tributaries or reaches can be classified into 4 types, including headwater in mountainous areas (type Ⅰ), agricultural non-point source (NPS) pollution in rural areas (type Ⅱ), municipal and industrial pollution in urban areas (type Ⅲ), and combined pollution in main stream (type IV). Water samples were collected monthly from July 2003 to June 2006 in the Cao-E River Basin in Zhejiang, eastern China. The concentrations of NO3^--N, NH4^+ -N, and total nitrogen (TN) were measured. The mean concentrations of NO3^- -N were decreased in the sequence type IV 〉 type Ⅱ〉 type Ⅲ 〉 type Ⅰ, whereas, NH4^+-N, total organic nitrogen (TON), and TN were in the sequence: type Ⅲ〉 type Ⅳ 〉 type Ⅱ〉 type Ⅰ. In headwater and rural reaches, CNO^-2-N was much higher than Crea^+ 4-N. In urban reaches, TON and NH4^+ -N were the main forms, accounting for 54.7% and 32.1% of TN, respectively. In the whole river system, Crea^+ 4--N decreased with increasing distance from cities, and CNo^-3 -N increased with the increasing area of farmland in the catchments. With increased river flow, CNO^-3 N increased and Crea4^+-N decreased in all types of reaches, while the variations of CTON and CTN were different. For TN, the concentration may be decreased with the increase of river flow, but the export load always increased.展开更多

The effects of strain rate and deformation temperature on the true stress-true strain curves and microstructure evolution were investigated. The results show that the generation of dynamic recrystallization (DRX) depends sensitively on deformation temperature. When the temperature was lower than 1080 ~C, long and" narrow necklace grains were shown in the microstructure. When the temperature increased to 1 140 ℃, new recrystallization grains were genera-ted. The size and shape of X' precipitates in the grains have a very important effect as factors of hindering sufficient migration of dislocations on plastic deformation. The result of thermal processing map is in accord with the micro-structure observation, and the best material thermal processing temperature is above 1 128 ℃.展开更多
The area of the southwestern Nansha Trough is one of the most productive areas of the southern South China Sea.It is a typical semi-deep sea area of transition from shoal to abyssal zone.To understand distributions an...The area of the southwestern Nansha Trough is one of the most productive areas of the southern South China Sea.It is a typical semi-deep sea area of transition from shoal to abyssal zone.To understand distributions and roles of nitrogen forms involved in biogeochemical cycling in this area,contents of nitrogen in four extractable forms:nitrogen in ion exchangeable form(IEF-N),nitrogen in weak acid extractable form(WAEF-N),nitrogen in strong alkali extractable form(SAEF-N) and nitrogen in strong oxidation extractable form(SOEF-N),as well as in total nitrogen content(TN) in surface sediments were determined from samples collected from the cruise in April-May 1999.The study area was divided into three regions(A,B and C) in terms of clay sediment(<4 μm) content at <40%,40%-60% and >60%,respectively.Generally,region C was the richest in the nitrogen of all forms and region A the poorest,indicating that the finer the grain size is,the richer the contents of various nitrogen are.The burial efficiency of total nitrogen in surface sediments was 28.79%,indicating that more than 70% of nitrogen had been released and participated in biogeochemical recycling through sediment-water interface.展开更多

LiAlH-2 mol% FeClsamples start to release hydrogen at 76 °C, which is 64 °C lower than that of as-received LiAlH. Isothermal desorption measurements show that the 2 mol% FeCl-doped sample releases 7.0 wt% of hydrogen within 17 min at 250 °C. At lower temperatures of 110 °C and 80 °C, the sample can release 4.4 wt% and 3 wt% of hydrogen, respectively. The apparent activation energy of LiAlH-2 mol% FeClsamples for R2 is 105.02 k J/mol, which is 67 k J/mol lower than that of pure LiAlH. The reaction between LiAlHand FeClduring ball milling was found by analyzing the X-ray diffraction results,and Fe-Al particles formed in-situ from the reaction act as the real catalyst for the dehydrogenation of LiAlH.展开更多

The results show that the melting point of final slag for less slag smelting is 20 ~C lower than that for conventional smelting. According to results of the petrographic analysis, the C3S (3CaO ~ SiO2) and C2S (2CaO · SiO2) content for less slag smelting are lower than those for conventional smelting, while the RO (FeO, MgO, MnO, etc) phase and C4AF (4CaO · Al2O3· Fe2O3) phase are higher than those for conventional smelting. According to results of the chemical analysis, the (CaO) content and slag basicity for less slag smelting are higher than those for conventional smelting, while (FeO) and (MgO) content in slag for less slag smelting are almost equal to those for conventional smelting. The reason why slag melting point for less slag smelting is lower than that for con- ventional smelting is that the quantity of added fluorite for less slag smelting is more than that for conventional smel- ting. According tO the analysis results the slag melting point is determined by the C3S, C2S, RO phase and C4AF content. According to the results of slag melting characteristic before and after slag splashing for less slag smelting, the present adjusting slag process has little effect. It is important to adjust the composition of BOF final slag. The (FeO) content in slag is to be reduced at the slag splashing and adjusting slag process for less slag smelting.展开更多

文摘The multi-pass intermittent local loading process,which features a more flexible processing path,can further enhance the second material distribution during local loading,improve the formability of components,and reduce forming loads.However,the absence of compatible forming equipment makes it difficult to control the constraint in the unloaded zones during the forming process.This difficulty complicates coordination and control of deformation,particularly for asymmetric rib-web components.Additionally,the current implementation involves multi-fire heating,a long process flow,and high energy consumption,which limits the popularization and application of the local loading process.In this study,a new multi-pass local loading hydraulic forming apparatus that can quickly and reliably switch between heavy-load deformation and low-load constraint for different local loading sub-dies was developed.A 10-tonne laboratory prototype was developed,and the forming characteristics during the forming process as well as the response characteristics of the hydraulic system during the multi-pass intermittent local loading of rib-web component were investigated using numerical simulations and physical experiments.Results indicated that,compared to a whole loading process with the same initial geometry of billet,the total forming load(i.e.,the sum of loaded and restrained loads)is reduced by more than 40%with the local loading process,and by nearly 50%with multi-pass local loading.The multi-pass local loading process allows for more effective control of material flow compared to single-pass local loading,leading to improved cavity filling and reduced flow line disturbance.For a large-scale,complex titanium alloy bulkhead,the cavity filling problem was addressed by optimizing the multi-pass local loading path with an unequal thickness billet.The dynamic performance of the multi-pass local loading hydraulic system was found to be robust,with stable pressure transitions during motion and load switching for the sub-die(s).The dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic cylinder when switching from non-moving/unloaded state to a moving/loading state are consistent whether a load is present or not.However,the dynamic characteristics differ when switching from a moving/loading state to non-moving/unloaded state,showing opposite behavior.The developed hydraulic drive mechanism provides a way for implementation of multi-pass local loading without auxiliary operation and extra heating.The results of the study provide a foundation for the industrial production of large-scale,complex components with reduced force requirement and low-energy consumption.

文摘In order to investigate the penetration performance of Linear-Shaped Charge(LSC),Embowed LinearShaped Charge(ELSC),and Embowed Linear Explosively Formed Projectile(ELEFP)on T-shaped stiffened plates,a series of near-field air-burst experiments are conducted.The damage modes and characteristics of the target plates are compared and analyzed.Each flat plate section is completely punctured,resulting in a penetration hole.The damage modes induced by the three charge types on the stiffened plate structure are consistent,characterized by shear failure in the central region of the flat plate due to penetration by the penetrator,localized plastic deformation of the flat plate,and local penetration failure resulting from partial perforation of the central stiffener.The penetration lengths caused by ELSC and ELEFP are 45.1%and 46.1% larger than that of LSC,while the half-width of the penetration hole generated by ELEFP is 54.2% and 24.7% smaller than that of ELSC and LSC,respectively.The penetration height caused by ELEFP are 17.5%and 62.1% larger than that of ELSC and LSC,respectively.The stiffener effectively segments the damage area,enhancing the local structural strength and limiting the extent of plastic deformation in the flat plate section.The comparative results show that the ELSC proves to be more effective for efficient large-scale damage,and ELEFP is more suitable for achieving efficient localized damage.

文摘The influence of geometric configuration on the friction characteristics during incremental sheet forming of AA5052 was analyzed by integrating surface morphology and its characteristic parameters,along with plastic strain,contact pressure,and area.The interface promotes lubrication and support when wall angles were≤40°,a 0.5 mm-thin sheet was used,and a 10 mm-large tool radius was employed.This mainly results in micro-plowing and plastic extrusion flow,leading to lower friction coefficient.However,when wall angles exceed 40°,significant plastic strain roughening occurs,leading to inadequate lubrication on the newly formed surface.Increased sheet thickness and decreased tool radius elevate contact pressure.These actions trigger micro-cutting and adhesion,potentially leading to localized scuffing and dimple tears,and higher friction coefficient.The friction mechanisms remain unaffected by the part’s plane curve features.As the forming process progresses,abrasive wear intensifies,and surface morphology evolves unfavorably for lubrication and friction reduction.
文摘Early childhood character education is a critical element in shaping an individual’s moral foundation and fostering a sense of social responsibility.It plays a fundamental role in overall personal development.Although China’s early childhood character education has made progress with the support of policies and practical exploration,it still faces challenges such as the homogenization of educational models,a formalization of home-kindergarten cooperation,a single-dimensional evaluation system,and a need for further improvement in teachers’professional competence in character education.This paper draws on core theories of character education(e.g.,social learning theory and cognitive moral development theory)and incorporates representative case studies to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current landscape and associated challenges.It proposes innovative approaches,which include establishing a“threefold”system of implementation,enhancing the mechanisms for home-kindergarten co-education,optimizing and ensuring a multidimensional and dynamic evaluation system,equitably allocating teaching resources,and expanding the social support networks.The aim is to offer theoretical reference and practical solutions to promote the scientific and systematic development of early childhood character education.

文摘Tube thinning control without wrinkling occurring is a key problem urgently to be solved for improving the forming qualities in numerical control (NC) bending processes of large-diameter Al-alloy thin-walled tubes (AATTs). It may be a way solving this problem to exert axial compression loads (ACL) on the tube end in the bending. Thus, this article establishes a three-dimensional (3D) elastic-plastic explicit finite element (FE) model for the bending under ACL and has its reliability verified. Through a multi-index orthogonal experiment design, a combination of process parameters, each expressed by a proper range, for this FE model is derived to overcome the compression instability on tube ends. By combining the FE model with a wrinkling energy prediction model, an in-depth study is conducted on the forming characteristics of large-diameter AATTs with small bending radii and it can be concluded that (1) The larger the tube diameters and the smaller the bending radii, the larger the induced tangent tension stress zones on tube intrados, by which the tube maximum tangent compression stress zones will be partitioned in the bending processes; thus, the smaller the ACL roles in decreasing thinning degrees and the larger the compression instability possibilities on tube ends. (2) The tube wrinkling possibilities under ACL are larger than without ACL acting in the earlier forming periods, and smaller in the later ones. (3) For the tubes with a size factor less than 80, the ACL roles in decreasing thinning degrees are stronger than in increasing wrinkling possibilities.

文摘Objective To assess the test-retest reliability and criterion validity of the Simplified Chinese-character version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire Long form (IPAC).-L) in urban community-dwelling adults in Hanghzou, China. Methods A total of 158 eligible participants aged 25-59 years from 6 neighbourhoods in two central districts of Hangzhou completed the IPAQ-L questionnaire twice within a 7-day interval. Half of the subjects wore pedometers during the first 7 days. Test-retest reliability was examined by comparing the first (Day 1) and the second (Day 9) survey of IPAQ-L Criterion validity was assessed by comparing IPAO,-L with pedometer data. Results Modest to good test-retest reliability was found with intraclass correlation coefficients of 0.67 for total PA, 0.37 to 0.73 for specific dimensions, and 0.56 to 0.71 for different intensities of PA. Total PA measured by IPAO.-L was moderately correlated with exercise levels (partial r = 0.27, P = 0.020) and walking distance (partial r = 0.31, P = 0.007), which were measured by a pedometer, after adjusting for gender, age, educational attainment and employment status. Conclusion Our results indicate that the IPAO.-L is a reliable and validated measure for assessing physica activity levels in this population and possibly the adult population in other mainland Chinese cities.
文摘The present study was conducted in the alpine pastures of Tungnath (30° 14' N and 79° 13' E) to observe life-form and growth-form patterns of alpine plant species under grazed and ungrazed conditions and to work out the plant life form spectrum. Species were categorized as plant habit, height and length of growth-cycle and life-form classes according to Raunkiaer's system. The results show that in total of 68 species at grazed site, hemicryptophytes (He) accounted for 50.00% species, followed by cryptophytes (26.47%), chamaephytes (16.18%), phanemphytes (4.41%) and therophytes (2.94%). At the ungrazed site in 65 plant species, hemicryptophytes (He) accounted fo'r 49.23% species, cryptophytes (26.15%), chamaephytes (15.38%), phanerophytes (6.15%) and ther6phytes (3.08 % species). In general, hemicrptophyte are dominant^in both sites i.e. graged and ungrazed. Growth form categories were classified as forbs, shrubs, grasses and sedges'and undershrubs, according to plant habit and height. On the basis of length of the growth cycle, species were categorized as plant species of short growth cycle, intermediate growth cycle and long growth cycle. The short forbs of plant habit and height, had the highest emergence, and grasses and sedges had the lowest emergence in representative species. Percentage of species with long growth cycle was highest in both sites.
文摘The distributions of different forms of nitrogen in the surface sediments of the southern Huanghai Sea are different and affected by various factors. The contents of IEF-N, SOEF-N and TN gradually decrease eastward, and those of SAEF-N northward, while those of WAEF-N westward. Around the seaport of the old Huanghe (Yellow) River, the contents of both SOEF-N and TN are the highest. Among all the factors, the content of fine sediment is the predominant factor to affect the distributions of different forms of nitrogen. The contents of IEF-N, SOEF-N, and TN have visibly positive correlation with the content of fine sediments, and the correlative coefficient is 0.68, 0.58 and 0.71 respectively, showing that the contents of the three forms of nitrogen increase with those of fine sediments. The content of WAEF-N is related to that of fine sediments to a certain extent, with a correlative coefficient of 0.35; while the content of SAEF-N is not related to that of fine sediments, showing that the content of SAEF-N is not controlled by fine grain-size fractions of sediments. In addition, the distributions of different forms of nitrogen are also interacted one another, and the contents of IEF-N and SOEF-N are obviously affected by TN, while those of inorganic nitrogen (WAEF-N, SAEF-N and IEF-N) are not affected by SOEF-N and TN obviously, although they are interacted each other.

文摘Tioconazole(TCZ), a broad-spectrum antifungal agent, has significant activity against Candida albicans and other Candida species, and therefore, it is indicated for the topical treatment of superficial mycoses.The main goal of this work is to report an exhaustive identification and characterization procedure to improve and facilitate the online quality control and continuous process monitoring of TCZ in bulk material and loaded in two different dosage forms: ovules and nail lacquer. The methodologies were based on thermal(differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), melting point, and thermogravimetry(TG)),spectroscopic(ultraviolet(UV), Raman, near infrared(NIR), infrared spectroscopy coupled to attenuated total reflectance(FTIR-ATR), and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)), microscopic and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The TCZ bulk powder showed a high crystallinity, as observed by XRD, with a particles size distribution(3–95 mm) resolved by microscopic measurements. TCZ melting point(82.8 °C) and a degradation peak centered at 297.8 °C were obtained by DSC and DTG, respectively. An unambiguous structure elucidation of TCZ was obtained by mono-and two-dimensional1 H and13 C NMR spectral data analysis. The FTIR-ATR, Raman and NIR spectra of both the raw material and the commercial products were analyzed and their characteristic bands were tabulated. The best methods for TCZ identification in ovules were DSC, TG, XRD, NIR and Raman, while NIR and FTIR-ATR were the most appropriate techniques to analyze it in the nail lacquer. DSC, TG, DRX, Raman, FTIR-ATR and NIR spectroscopy are effective techniques to be used in online process analysis, because they do not require sample preparation, and they are considerably sensitive to analyze complex samples.
文摘The mechanical properties and microstructure characteristics of a high speed steel (HSS) for roll has been studied. As compared with the as-cast HSS, the spray-formed HSS have fine grain and segregation free microstructures. Carbides distribute uniformly. The morphology and types of the carbides in spray-formed HSS are different from those in as-cast HSS. The results of the high temperature tensile experiment show that, as to spray-formed HSS, there is a possibility of superplastic deformation in the range of 780-810℃.

文摘The distribution of different nitrogen forms and their spatial and temporal variations in different pollution types of tributaries or reaches were investigated. Based on the catchments characteristics the tributaries or reaches can be classified into 4 types, including headwater in mountainous areas (type Ⅰ), agricultural non-point source (NPS) pollution in rural areas (type Ⅱ), municipal and industrial pollution in urban areas (type Ⅲ), and combined pollution in main stream (type IV). Water samples were collected monthly from July 2003 to June 2006 in the Cao-E River Basin in Zhejiang, eastern China. The concentrations of NO3^--N, NH4^+ -N, and total nitrogen (TN) were measured. The mean concentrations of NO3^- -N were decreased in the sequence type IV 〉 type Ⅱ〉 type Ⅲ 〉 type Ⅰ, whereas, NH4^+-N, total organic nitrogen (TON), and TN were in the sequence: type Ⅲ〉 type Ⅳ 〉 type Ⅱ〉 type Ⅰ. In headwater and rural reaches, CNO^-2-N was much higher than Crea^+ 4-N. In urban reaches, TON and NH4^+ -N were the main forms, accounting for 54.7% and 32.1% of TN, respectively. In the whole river system, Crea^+ 4--N decreased with increasing distance from cities, and CNo^-3 -N increased with the increasing area of farmland in the catchments. With increased river flow, CNO^-3 N increased and Crea4^+-N decreased in all types of reaches, while the variations of CTON and CTN were different. For TN, the concentration may be decreased with the increase of river flow, but the export load always increased.

文摘In order to study the hot workability and to optimize the processing parameters for spray formed FGH4095 superalloy, thermal compression tests for spray formed FGH4095 superalloy have been finished by using a Gleeble 1500 thermal simulated test machine at the strain rates of 0.01-10.0 s 1 and temperatures of 1 050-1 140 ℃. The effects of strain rate and deformation temperature on the true stress-true strain curves and microstructure evolution were investigated. The results show that the generation of dynamic recrystallization (DRX) depends sensitively on deformation temperature. When the temperature was lower than 1080 ~C, long and" narrow necklace grains were shown in the microstructure. When the temperature increased to 1 140 ℃, new recrystallization grains were genera-ted. The size and shape of X' precipitates in the grains have a very important effect as factors of hindering sufficient migration of dislocations on plastic deformation. The result of thermal processing map is in accord with the micro-structure observation, and the best material thermal processing temperature is above 1 128 ℃.

文摘The area of the southwestern Nansha Trough is one of the most productive areas of the southern South China Sea.It is a typical semi-deep sea area of transition from shoal to abyssal zone.To understand distributions and roles of nitrogen forms involved in biogeochemical cycling in this area,contents of nitrogen in four extractable forms:nitrogen in ion exchangeable form(IEF-N),nitrogen in weak acid extractable form(WAEF-N),nitrogen in strong alkali extractable form(SAEF-N) and nitrogen in strong oxidation extractable form(SOEF-N),as well as in total nitrogen content(TN) in surface sediments were determined from samples collected from the cruise in April-May 1999.The study area was divided into three regions(A,B and C) in terms of clay sediment(<4 μm) content at <40%,40%-60% and >60%,respectively.Generally,region C was the richest in the nitrogen of all forms and region A the poorest,indicating that the finer the grain size is,the richer the contents of various nitrogen are.The burial efficiency of total nitrogen in surface sediments was 28.79%,indicating that more than 70% of nitrogen had been released and participated in biogeochemical recycling through sediment-water interface.

文摘The hydrogen storage properties and catalytic mechanism of FeCl-doped LiAlHwere investigated in minute details. LiAlH-2 mol% FeClsamples start to release hydrogen at 76 °C, which is 64 °C lower than that of as-received LiAlH. Isothermal desorption measurements show that the 2 mol% FeCl-doped sample releases 7.0 wt% of hydrogen within 17 min at 250 °C. At lower temperatures of 110 °C and 80 °C, the sample can release 4.4 wt% and 3 wt% of hydrogen, respectively. The apparent activation energy of LiAlH-2 mol% FeClsamples for R2 is 105.02 k J/mol, which is 67 k J/mol lower than that of pure LiAlH. The reaction between LiAlHand FeClduring ball milling was found by analyzing the X-ray diffraction results,and Fe-Al particles formed in-situ from the reaction act as the real catalyst for the dehydrogenation of LiAlH.

文摘The forming of textile reinforcements is an important stage in the manufacturing of textile composite parts with Liquid Composite Molding process.Fiber orientations and part geometry obtained from this stage have significant impact on the subsequent resin injection and final mechanical properties of composite part.Numerical simulation of textile reinforcement forming is in strong demand as it can greatly reduce the time and cost in the determination of the optimized processing parameters,which is the foundation of the low-cost application of composite materials.This review presents the state of the art of forming modeling methods for textile reinforcement and the corresponding experimental characterization methods developed in this field.The microscopic,mesoscopic and macroscopic models are discussed.Studies concerning the simulation of wrinkling are also presented since it is the most common defect occurred in the textile reinforcement forming.Finally,challenges and recommendations on the future research directions for textile reinforcement modeling and experimental characterization are provided.

文摘The slag melting characteristic of slag forming and slag splashing for 300 t BOF less slag process is researched by combining the methods of the slag chemical composition, the melting point determination and the petrographic analysis. The results show that the melting point of final slag for less slag smelting is 20 ~C lower than that for conventional smelting. According to results of the petrographic analysis, the C3S (3CaO ~ SiO2) and C2S (2CaO · SiO2) content for less slag smelting are lower than those for conventional smelting, while the RO (FeO, MgO, MnO, etc) phase and C4AF (4CaO · Al2O3· Fe2O3) phase are higher than those for conventional smelting. According to results of the chemical analysis, the (CaO) content and slag basicity for less slag smelting are higher than those for conventional smelting, while (FeO) and (MgO) content in slag for less slag smelting are almost equal to those for conventional smelting. The reason why slag melting point for less slag smelting is lower than that for con- ventional smelting is that the quantity of added fluorite for less slag smelting is more than that for conventional smel- ting. According tO the analysis results the slag melting point is determined by the C3S, C2S, RO phase and C4AF content. According to the results of slag melting characteristic before and after slag splashing for less slag smelting, the present adjusting slag process has little effect. It is important to adjust the composition of BOF final slag. The (FeO) content in slag is to be reduced at the slag splashing and adjusting slag process for less slag smelting.
