First, the factors are discussed that contribute to the new product family development. Due to the vagueness and uncertain existing in the factors, the fuzzy continue-semantic scale is introduced. Then, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been used in weighting the importance of the factors. Next, the fuzzy clustering method is applied to the selection of new product family developments. Lostly, one case is provided to illustrate the proposed approach.展开更多

The general architecture of a 3D CAD/PDM integrated system is organized as five tiers. Multi-agent technology is applied with a collaborative design environment. The rule-based product family architecture ( PFA ) and tabular layouts of article characteristics (TLAC) technique are applied to represent the knowledge for product families. They make the knowledge understandable, simplified and can be exchanged among heterogeneous information systems. A transparently concentric integrated mode is put forward to enable the heterogeneous processes to interact and communicate regardless of the language used to construct each process. With the mode, function calling and information exchanging among different processes are carried out via message translation/parse approach. Currently, the integrated system is implemented in the platform of Windows NT and 2000.展开更多

In this paper, we consider impulsive control Lorenz chaotic systems family with time-varying impulse intervals. By establishing an effective tool of a set of inequalities, we analyze the asymptotic stability of impulsive control Lorenz systems family and obtain some new less conservative conditions. Based on the stability analysis, we design a novel impulsive controller with time-varying impulse intervals. Illustrative examples are provided to show the feasibility and effectiveness of our method. The obtained results not only can be used to design impulsive control for Lorenz systems family, but also can be extended to other chaotic systems.展开更多

It is a critical component of China's exploration of a price formation mechanism for agricultural products. Evaluating the effectiveness of such reform is therefore of great relevance. Based on nationwide farm monitoring data of 2014, 2015 and 2016, this paper examines the effects of the corn stockpiling reform on the decision of family farms to join cooperatives. Our finding suggests that after other factors that influence the decision of family farms to join cooperatives are controlled for, the probability of corn farms to join cooperatives in the Northeast and Inner Mongolia, where the corn stockpiling reform was carried out in 2016, is significantly higher compared with the probability of corn farms in non-reform areas that did so. The reason is that after the reform, corn producers must sell their corn to the market instead of to the State, bringing them sales problems, which could be mitigated to some extent by joining cooperatives. Thus, the corn stockpiling reform incentivized the market-based behavior of agricultural producers, giving play to the role of market mechanisms in regulating production and demand.展开更多

Methods A systematic search for relevant published and unpublished literature was conducted. Based on a set of criteria, citation and full text were screened, related data were extracted. Findings of included studies were reviewed and analyzed using a textual narrative approach to synthesis. Results A total of 28 studies were included in the synthesis. The studies were published between 1995 and 2008 and covered 20 countries. Some countries were in the stage of piloting post-abortion care (PAC)/PAFP intervention, while others were either from piloting to scaling up or examined how well a pilot PAC/PAFP intervention and resulting improvements were able to be maintained over the long term in the same intervention site. Most studies examined initiatives that were implemented at public sectors from tertiary, secondary to primary health facilities, while a few were imple- mented at private sectors. Efforts of integrating PAFP into existing health system from health system perspectives such as funding the programs, training of trainer (TOT) training or on the job training of physicians and mid-level service provider, expan- sion the range of contraceptive methods available including a few free distribution of contraceptives, improving data collection including cost analysis in a few countries, service guidelines provided to health professionals, supportive supervision at program sites to ensure quality of care, and leadership from government to strengthen PAC/ PAFP service by revising or developing a new national policy. Effects of those intervention programs included that 2 studies decreased abortion rates, 7 studies improved modern contraceptive use, 1 study improved women's knowledge on sexual & reproductive health, and 5 studies reported women's high satisfaction rate with receiving PAC/PAFP services. Conclusion Each study was conducted within a cultural legal social and religious framework. There might be no single set of best practices that can be put forward as a model to integrate PAFP into existing health system in China. These areas should be taken into account in our future intervention including government's optimization and complement to the regulations related to abortion, contraception and PAFP, capacity building for service provider, continuous efforts to improve the quality of PAFP service, and accessibility of multiple contraceptive methods for married as well as unmarried youth.展开更多

Therefore, heritage tourism has become a new hotspot. However, while world heri- tage sites are making obvious economic benefit from tourism, they also bring various problems and contradictions, of which the most troublesome one is the contradiction between heritage con- servation and tourism development. To discuss and analyze the root and the essence of the above contradiction and find a way to bring about harmony between them is an important program faced by our national heritage management practice and academic re- search. Based on the case of cleaning the Temple and Cemetery of Confucius and the Kong Family Mansion in Qufu, this paper ana- lyzes the reasons why our national world cultural heritage sites bring about the above contradiction in the process of tourism development and points out that the improper system and stake- holders’ benefit imbroglio are respectively the root and the es- sence of the contraction. Then, it also puts forward corresponding solutions.展开更多

The location, nature and size of these orbits are studied using the numerical technique of Poincare surface of sections (PSS). In this paper we analyze these orbits for different solar radiation pressure (q) and actual oblateness coefficient of Sun Saturn system. It is observed that as Jacobi constant (C) increases, the number of islands in the PSS and consequently the number of periodic and quasi-periodic orbits increase. The periodic orbits around Saturn move towards the Sun with decrease in solar radiation pressure for given value of “C”. It is observed that as the perturbation due to solar radiation pressure decreases, the two separatrices come closer to each other and also come closer to Saturn. It is found that the eccentricity and semi major axis of periodic orbits at both separatrices are increased by perturbation due to solar radiation pressure.展开更多

文摘This paper presents a new approach to the selection of new product family development. Lostly, one case is provided to illustrate the proposed approach.

文摘This paper addresses some key issues in supporting product family design in a 3 D CAD/ PDM integrated system and introduces the techniques developed or adopted in building the integrated system. Currently, the integrated system is implemented in the platform of Windows NT and 2000.

文摘Lorenz systems family unifying Lorenz system, Chen system and Lü system is a typical chaotic family. The obtained results not only can be used to design impulsive control for Lorenz systems family, but also can be extended to other chaotic systems.

文摘Reform of the corn stockpiling policy is a key initiative for advancing China's market-based grain stockpiling reform. Thus, the corn stockpiling reform incentivized the market-based behavior of agricultural producers, giving play to the role of market mechanisms in regulating production and demand.

文摘Objective To systematic review and analyze the practices and effects of integrating post-abortion family planning (PAFP) services into existing health system worldwide in order to inform the future interventions to deliver PAFP in China. These areas should be taken into account in our future intervention including government's optimization and complement to the regulations related to abortion, contraception and PAFP, capacity building for service provider, continuous efforts to improve the quality of PAFP service, and accessibility of multiple contraceptive methods for married as well as unmarried youth.
文摘In recent years, with the rapid development of the tourist industry, world heritage sites become more and more popular among tourists from home and abroad. Then, it also puts forward corresponding solutions.

文摘Wax gourd(Benincasa hispida)is an important cucurbit crop with economic and medicinal value. The myeloblastosis(MYB)gene family is one of the largest gene families in plants and regulates various biological processes, whereas the MYB gene family has not been systematically studied in wax gourd. In this study,we performed genome-wide identification of the MYB gene family in wax gourd and analyzed their phylogenetic relationship,MYB DNA-binding domain(MYB DBD),gene structure, protein motif, synteny, duplication mode and expression pattern. As a result,a total of 215 BhMYB genes(BhMYBs)were identified, belonging to four subfamilies:1R-,2R-,3R-and 4R-MYB subfamilies.Genes of 1R-MYB subfamily and 2R-MYB subfamily were subdivided into different subgroups respectively. The analysis of MYB DBD,gene structure and protein motif showed that the most genes in the same subgroup had similar characteristics and the 2R-MYB genes were more conserved than the 1R-MYB genes.Interestingly, the long terminal retrotransposons(LTR-RTs)were found in the long introns of several BhMYBs.The results of synteny analysis showed that there were more syntenic gene pairs between wax gourd and other cucurbit crops, while the least number of syntenic gene pairs existed between wax gourd and rice.Gene duplication was the main reason for the expansion of the MYB gene family in wax gourd, with the transposed duplication(TRD)mode contributing more. All duplication BhMYB genes were under purifying selection pressure.Further expression analysis showed that many BhMYBs exhibited obvious tissue-specific expression and several BhMYBs were significantly induced by one or more abiotic stresses.BhMYB79 was particularly expressed in roots and significantly induced by salt, drought, cold and heat stresses, overexpression of which led to reduced tolerance to salt stress in Arabidopsis. In conclusion, our results provide a systematic analysis of wax gourd MYB gene family and facilitate the biological role study of BhMYB79 during wax gourd salt stress response process.
文摘We analyze the periodic orbits of “f” family (simply symmetric retrograde periodic orbits) and the regions of quasi-periodic motion around Saturn in the photo gravitational Sun-Saturn system in the framework of planar circular restricted three-body problem with oblateness. It is found that the eccentricity and semi major axis of periodic orbits at both separatrices are increased by perturbation due to solar radiation pressure.
