Management quality is a based condition possessed in management work, which includes the education degree, the level of some knowledge, the function of psychology, the skill, the experience, the health and so on. One of the important specific properties of management quality is the difference. The management qualities are connected with the management behaviors and performances. Modern business information systems face significant challenges in managing heterogeneous data sources,integrating disparate systems,and providing real-time decision support in complex enterprise environments.Contempo...Modern business information systems face significant challenges in managing heterogeneous data sources,integrating disparate systems,and providing real-time decision support in complex enterprise environments.Contemporary enterprises typically operate 200+interconnected systems,with research indicating that 52% of organizations manage three or more enterprise content management systems,creating information silos that reduce operational efficiency by up to 35%.While attention mechanisms have demonstrated remarkable success in natural language processing and computer vision,their systematic application to business information systems remains largely unexplored.This paper presents the theoretical foundation for a Hierarchical Attention-Based Business Information System(HABIS)framework that applies multi-level attention mechanisms to enterprise environments.We provide a comprehensive mathematical formulation of the framework,analyze its computational complexity,and present a proof-of-concept implementation with simulation-based validation that demonstrates a 42% reduction in crosssystem query latency compared to legacy ERP modules and 70% improvement in prediction accuracy over baseline methods.The theoretical framework introduces four hierarchical attention levels:system-level attention for dynamic weighting of business systems,process-level attention for business process prioritization,data-level attention for critical information selection,and temporal attention for time-sensitive pattern recognition.Our complexity analysis demonstrates that the framework achieves O(n log n)computational complexity for attention computation,making it scalable to large enterprise environments including retail supply chains with 200+system-scale deployments.The proof-of-concept implementation validates the theoretical framework’s feasibility withMSE loss of 0.439 and response times of 0.000120 s per query,demonstrating its potential for addressing key challenges in business information systems.This work establishes a foundation for future empirical research and practical implementation of attention-driven enterprise systems.展开更多
Carbon Capture,Utilization,and Storage(CCUS)technology has gained widespread attention in recent years as a critical strategy to combat global climate change,particularly in achieving carbon neutrality goals.The Guang...Carbon Capture,Utilization,and Storage(CCUS)technology has gained widespread attention in recent years as a critical strategy to combat global climate change,particularly in achieving carbon neutrality goals.The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),as one of China's most economically active regions,serves as a key engine for economic growth while also facing considerable carbon emission challenges.This study analyzes the industrial emission volume and geographical distribution of key emitting enterprises in the GBA,summarizes their technological processes and main carbonemitting equipment,and provides scientific support for precise mitigation policies and low-carbon development.Based on data from 176 key emitting enterprises,the study reveals that Guangzhou and Dongguan host the largest number of such enterprises.Carbon emissions are primarily concentrated in the power sector,dominated by coal-and gas-fired power units,characterized by significant spatial dispersion and uneven distribution.Beyond the power sector,the paper industry has a high number of enterprises but lower emissions.Key facilities such as boilers,cogeneration systems,and production lines are predominantly located near tributaries rivers in Dongguan and Jiangmen.The building materials sector,primarily cement production,ranks as the second-largest emitter,with hightemperature kilns and grinding equipment,particularly rotary kilns and glass furnaces,as the main sources.The petrochemical and chemical sectors have fewer enterprises and lower emissions in the GBA,mainly located in suburban industrial clusters.Carbon emissions in the GBA exhibit distinct industry concentration and geographical distribution disparities.This study provides crucial data and theoretical insights for the development of targeted emission reduction strategies,optimization of source-sink matching,and the advancement of CCUS technologies in the region,particularly from the GBA to the northern South China Sea.展开更多

To study the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emission characteristics of industrial enterprises in China,6 typical chemical industries in Yuncheng City were selected as research objects,including the modern coal chemi...To study the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emission characteristics of industrial enterprises in China,6 typical chemical industries in Yuncheng City were selected as research objects,including the modern coal chemical industry(MCC),pharmaceutical industry(PM),pesticide industry(PE),coking industry(CO)and organic chemical industry(OC).The chemical composition of 91 VOCs was quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that the emission concentration of VOCs in the chemical industry ranged from 1.16 to 155.59 mg/m^(3).Alkanes were the main emission components of MCC(62.0%),PE(55.1%),and OC(58.5%).Alkenes(46.5%)were important components of PM,followed by alkanes(23.8%)and oxygenated volatile organic compounds(OVOCs)(21.2%).Halocarbons(8.6%-71.1%),OVOCs(9.7%-37.6%)and alkanes(11.2%-27.0%)were characteristic components of CO.The largest contributor to OFP was alkenes(0.6%-81.7%),followed by alkanes(9.3%-45.9%),and the lowest onewas alkyne(0%-0.5%).Aromatics(66.9%-85.4%)were the largest contributing components to SOA generation,followed by alkanes(2.6%-28.5%),and the lowest one was alkenes(0%-4.1%).Ethylene and BTEX were the key active species in various chemical industries.The human health risk assessment showed workers long-term exposed to the air in the chemical industrial zone had a high cancer and non-cancer risk during work,and BTEX and dichloromethane were the largest contributors.展开更多
Foreign-funded overseas industrial parks(OIPs)are crucial for attracting foreign investment and promoting globalization in developing countries.However,large-scale land acquisition for these parks generates conflicts ...Foreign-funded overseas industrial parks(OIPs)are crucial for attracting foreign investment and promoting globalization in developing countries.However,large-scale land acquisition for these parks generates conflicts between developers and local stakeholders,increasing development costs.A qualitative multicase study was conducted in this study to analyze the land transaction trajectories of China's OIPs.Four OIPs were selected to reveal the underlying mechanisms from the perspectives of institutional arrangements,governance mechanisms,and enterprise heterogeneity.The findings indicate that in host countries with insufficient institutional development,local governments are more inclined to directly engage in OIP land acquisition.High-level intergovernmental mechanisms facilitate land acquisition processes,although their efficacy depends largely on administrative power allocation across parks in host countries.The results also indicate that enterprise characteristics significantly influence land acquisition,where microscale private enterprises lacking political connections often employ low-cost,bottom-up strategies by leveraging international experience.In summary,policy-makers in developing countries should prioritize enhancing OIP governance to mitigate transaction costs,promote diversified land supply,and optimize land allocation.By depicting China's OIP land acquisition processes,this study deepens the academic understanding of OIP governance in developing countries and related international land transactions,offering practical OIP management insights for governments in both host and parent countries.展开更多

文摘As a key sector in advancing China’s“carbon neutrality”goal,the machinery manufacturing industry has achieved remarkable development in recent years.Against this backdrop,the scientific and objective evaluation of the financial performance of machinery manufacturing enterprises has become a pressing issue in financial research.This topic is not only crucial for optimizing enterprise management and improving operational efficiency but also essential for enhancing overall industry performance and promoting sustainable development.This paper first introduces the concept of financial performance,followed by an analysis of related financial performance evaluation theories.It then focuses on the application of the entropy method in evaluating the financial performance of machinery manufacturing enterprises,detailing its analytical steps.Finally,a financial performance evaluation index system is constructed based on four dimensions:profitability,solvency,operational efficiency,and growth potential.

文摘Cash flow is a core element for enterprises to maintain operations and development.Cash flow forecasting models,through systematic analysis of an enterprise’s historical cash flow data,trends in operating activities,and external environmental factors,scientifically predict the scale,direction,and fluctuation of cash flow within a certain period in the future.This article focuses on the application of cash flow forecasting models in enterprise investment and financing decisions,sorts out the types and core functions of the models,analyzes their specific roles in investment project screening,financing plan formulation,risk prevention and control,and fund allocation,points out the existing problems in current applications,and proposes optimization paths.Research shows that the scientific application of cash flow forecasting models can enhance the accuracy and rationality of enterprises’investment and financing decisions,and help enterprises achieve sustainable development.
