Objective: relevant data show that the incidence of acute cerebral infarction among adults in the world is about 24%, and that in China, it ranks first in the world, accounting for 40%. This shows that 4 out of every 10 people in China suffer from acute cerebral infarction. In recent 20 years, the incidence of acute cerebral infarction in China is ten years earlier than that in developed countries, which has become one of the risk factors affecting our national health. Methods: in recent years, most patients with acute cerebral infarction were admitted to the hospital. Typical patients were selected as the main body of this survey, and 102 cases were determined. According to the treatment plan, they were divided into two groups, and they were treated with ozagrel sodium combined with Xueshuantong and edaravone combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza for injection. The first group was 52 patients in the control group, and the second group was 50 patients in the observation group. The clinical efficacy of patients was evaluated. Results: acute cerebral infarction will affect patients' body organs, functions, etc. in different degrees, and especially the nerve function of patients will be damaged. This time, clinical intervention was carried out in this respect, and the data showed that most patients in the observation group improved obviously. Appropriate treatment can control the continuous progress of the patient's condition to the maximum extent, effectively improve the patient's condition, and promote the recovery of the patient's body. This time, different treatment schemes were applied to patients, and the data showed that some patients in the control group had unsatisfactory treatment, while most patients in the observation group had clinical symptoms disappeared, and the difference of data results was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: this study fully shows that edaravone combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza for injection can promote the recovery of patients with acute cerebral infarction. 展开更多
