The global warming trends were initially subtracted. Similar quasi 60 and 20 year periodic os- cillations have been found in the global mean Earth temperature anomaly (HadCRUT4) and global mean sea level (GMSL). Similar cycles were also found in Earth rotation variation. Over the last 160 years multi-decadal change of Earth's rotation velocity is correlated with the 60-year temperature anomaly, and Chandler wobble envelope reproduces the form of the 60-year oscillation noticed in GMSL. The quasi 20-year oscillation observed in GMSL is correlated with the Chandler wobble excitation. So, we assume that Earth's rotation and climate indexes are connected. Despite of all the clues hinting this connection, no sound conclusion can be done as far as ocean circulation modelling is not able to correctly catch angular momentum of the oscillatory modes.展开更多

Here we just consider additional contributions to the secular Earth rotation deceleration. Atmospheric solar semi-diurnal tide has a small amplitude and certain amount of phase lead. This periodic global air-mass excess distribution exerts a quasi-constant torque to accelerate the Earth's spin rotation. Using an updated atmospheric tide model, we re-estimate the amounts of this atmospheric acceleration torque and corresponding energy input, of which the associated change rate in LOD(length of day) is-0.1 ms/cy. In another aspect, evidences from space-geodesy and sea level rise observations suggest that Earth expands at a rate of 0.35 mm/yr in recent decades, which gives rise to the increase of LOD at rate of 1.0 ms/cy. Hence, if the previous estimate due to the tidal friction is correct, the secular Earth rotation deceleration due to tidal friction and Earth expansion should be 3.15 ms/cy.展开更多

To improve the measurement accuracy, differential phase delay without phase ambiguity is usually desired. Aiming at the difficulties of resolving phase ambiguity with few stations and narrowband downlink signals, a new method is proposed in this work by taking advantage of the Earth rotation. The high accurate differential phase delay between the spacecraft and a calibrator can be achieved not only in the in-beam observation mode but also in the out-of-beam observation mode. In this paper we firstly built the model of phase ambiguity resolution. Then, main measurement errors of the model are analyzed, which is followed by tests and validations of the model and method using the tracking data of the Cassini mission and Chang'E-3 mission. The results show that the phase ambiguities can be correctly resolved to generate a 10-picosecond level accuracy differential phase delay. Angular measurement accuracy of the Cassini reaches the milli-arc-second level, and the relative position accuracy between the Chang'E-3 rover and lander reaches the meter level.展开更多

A new idea is introduced in this paper—earth rotation harmonics triggered natural volcano and earthquake. With earth rotation harmonics response model for a location, it could be possible to calculate the earthquake date and time, and the magnitude. Properties of earth rotation harmonics triggered earthquake are discussed and verified with earthquake data from USGS website. Also, both earth tide and ocean tide effects on earthquake are discussed and verified with earthquake data—tides did not trigger the natural earthquake, they only affect the earthquake activities and time.展开更多

We developed new formulations to accurately calculate amounts of two kinds of secular tidal torques. After Melchior, we found that an additional factor 1+k-l = 1.216, which has been formerly neglected, must be multiplied unto the tidal torque integral. By using our refined formulations and the recent oceanic/atmospheric global tide models, we found that:(i) semidiurnal oceanic lunar/solar tides exert decelerating torques of about-4.462 × 10^(16)/-0.676 × 10^(16) Nm respectively and(ii) atmospheric S_2 tide exerts accelerating torque of 1.55 × 10^(15) Nm. Former estimates of the atmospheric S_2 tidal torque were twice as large as our estimate due to improper consideration of loading effect. We took the load Love number for atmospheric loading effect from Guo et al.(2004). For atmospheric loading of spherical harmonic degree two, the value of k′=-0.6031 is different from that for ocean loading as k′ =-0.3052,while the latter is currently used for both cases-ocean/atmospheric loading-without distinction. We discuss(i) the amount of solid Earth tidal dissipation(which has been left most uncertain) and(ii) secular changes of the dynamical state of the Earth-Moon-Sun system. Our estimate of the solid Earth tidal torque is-4.94×10^(15) Nm.展开更多

The thermodynamic behavior and gravity force of the earth and the rheology nature of the mantle prove that mantle convection is the main power source leading the lithosphere to break and move. Yet the directivity of both the structures in the crust and plate movement reminds of the earth rotation. Here we demonstrate that the mantle convection and inertia force of the earth rotation affect each other, the former being the power source of lithosphere plate break and motion, and the latter determining the direction of the mantle convection and plate motion. The sense of plate motion depends on the mantle upwells, whose trends are controlled by the earth rotation. The geometric shapes of the plate boundaries can adjust the direction of plate movement.展开更多

Furthermore, the cata- lytic performances of these catalysts were evaluated by NO+CO model reaction. The obtained results indicated that: (1) The catalysts acquired by co-impregnation method exhibited stronger interaction owing to the more sufficient contact among each component of the catalysts compared with the catalysts obtained by stepwise-impregnation method, which was beneficial to the improvement of the reduction behavior; (2) The excellent reduction behavior was conducive to the formation of low valence state copper species (Cu+/Cu0) and more oxygen vacancies (especially the surface synergetic oxygen vacancies (SSOV, Cu+-n-Mn(4-x)-)) during the reaction process, which were beneficial to the adsorption of CO species and the dissociation of NO species, respectively, and further promoted the en- hancement of the catalytic performance. Finally, in order to further understand the difference between the catalytic performances of these catalysts prepared by co-impregnation and stepwise-impregnation methods, a possible reaction mechanism (schematic diagram) was tentatively proposed.展开更多

V/Ce/WTi-DP(deposition precipitation) catalyst showed excellent NH_3-SCR performance, especially the better medium-temperature activity and the less N_2O formation than V/Ce/WTi-IMP(impregnation). These catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Brumauer-Emmett-Teller(BET), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), temperature-programmed reduction(H_2-TPR), and in situ DRIFTS techniques. The XPS and H_2-TPR results revealed that V/Ce/WTi-DP exhibited more surface Ce species, higher level of Oα and higher reducibility of Ce species. Reflected by in situ DRIFTS results, the deposition precipitation method(DP) contributed to a greater amount of weakly adsorbed NO_2, monodentate nitrate and NH_3 species with better reactive activity. Meanwhile, the cis-N_2O_2^(2-) species, an intermediate for N_2O formation, was very limited. As a result, these advantages brought about the superior SCR activity and N_2 selectivity for V/Ce/WTi-DP.展开更多

Angular measurement accuracy of the Cassini reaches the milli-arc-second level, and the relative position accuracy between the Chang'E-3 rover and lander reaches the meter level.

文摘Through analyzing the relationship between gyro dynamic torques produced by the changes of earth rotation parameters(ERP),a method of measuring the earth rotation parameters was proposed and explored by using gyroscope. The preliminary experiments were carried out using GAT Maglev Gyro Station(which is self-developed by China).Considering the measurement and expanding-application of the earth rotation parameters, some ideas and opinions about the structure design, measurement methods and data processing of gyro were proposed, and some outlook of the expanding-application of the gyroscope in geodetic and geophysical fields were done. The experimental results show that using the high-precision gyroscope to determine the changes of ERP is feasible, with the emergence of ultra-high precision gyro;it is possible for determining the earth rotation parameters by gyro in stead of by current complex space surveying technology.

文摘In the last several years since 2004 an important new finding has been unveiled by combined efforts due to Japanese (Satoru Tanaka), French (Renaud Deguen, Y Albousierre and Marc Monnereau), American and Chinese geophysicists (Xiaodong Song and Vernon F Cormier) who employed from unambi- guous detailed seismological evidence and explained by clear theoretical and sound laboratory arguments drawn from fluid dynamics that there exists a strong East-West hemi-spherical asymmetry on the inner- outer core boundary,
文摘Earthquake prediction is considered impossible for there is no scientific way to find the date and time, the location, and the magnitude of an earthquake. Also, both earth tide and ocean tide effects on earthquake are discussed and verified with earthquake data—tides did not trigger the natural earthquake, they only affect the earthquake activities and time.

文摘The global oceanic/atmospheric tides exert decelerating/accelerating secular torques on the Earth rotation. Our estimate of the solid Earth tidal torque is-4.94×10^(15) Nm.
文摘The earth dynamic system is one of the key scientific questions on the earth science. The geometric shapes of the plate boundaries can adjust the direction of plate movement.
文摘In order to improve the yield and fertilizer utilization of the ricecrayfish rotation and direct seeding rice Nongxiang 32,the effects of different soil preparation and fertilizer application methods on the growth, yield and fertilizer utilization of the variety were studied. The results showed that, under the rice-crayfish rotation and direct seeding farming mode, the contributions of seed setting rate,1000-grain weight, yield, and fertilizer contribution rate to yield of Nongxiang 32 in the treatments with rotary tillage with base fertilizer, rotary tillage without base fertilizer and no-tillage with base fertilizer were relatively higher than those in the treatments with rotary tillage without fertilizer,no-tillage without fertilizer and no-tillage without base fertilizer, and there were no significant differences between the three treatments.Rotary tillage with base fertilizer and rotary tillage without base fertilizer significantly increased the total number of stems and tillers, total number of ears, and number of effective ears.Rotary tillage and application of base fertilizer also significantly increased the number of tillers, plant weight and weed suppression ability in the early stage of rice growth. Therefore,in the different soil preparation and fertilizer application methods, the application of base fertilizer with rotary tillage was the best, followed by rotary tillage without base fertilizer and no-tillage with base fertilizer.

文摘In order to investigate the influence of MnO2 modification methods on the catalytic performance of CuO/CeO2 catalyst for NO reduction by CO, two series of catalysts (xCuyMn/Ce and xCu/yMn/Ce) were prepared by co-impregnation and step- wise-impregnation methods, and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectra, H2-temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR), in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectra (in situ DRIFTS) techniques. Finally, in order to further understand the difference between the catalytic performances of these catalysts prepared by co-impregnation and stepwise-impregnation methods, a possible reaction mechanism (schematic diagram) was tentatively proposed.

文摘The purpose of this work is to explore the effects of the introduction methods of Ce^4+and Zr^4+on the physicochemical properties, activity, and K tolerance of V2 O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst for the selective catalytic reduction of NOx by NH3.Four different methods, namely pre-impregnation,post-impregnation,coimpregnation,and co-precipitation,were used to synthesize a series of V2 O5-WO3-TiO2-CeO2-ZrO2 catalysts. The catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET,NH3-TPD,XPS,and H2-TPR techniques. Moreover, the activity and anti-K poisoning performance were tested by an NH3-SCR model reaction. The results show that the introduction of Ce^4+and Zr^4+can improve the catalytic performance of V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst, but the impregnation method cannot enhance the anti-K poisoning performance.Ce^4+and Zr^4+introduced by co-precipitation method can effectively improve the tolerance of K,which is mainly due to the incorporation of Ce^4+and Zr^4+into TiO2 lattice to form a uniform TiO2-CeO2-ZrO2 solid solution, resulting in the optimal surface acidity and redox performance, and reducing the decreases caused by Kpoisoning.Furthermore, based on the best introduction method,we further optimized the molar ratio of Ce^4+/Zr^4+,It is found that the catalyst exhibits the best anti-K poisoning performance when the molar ratio of Ce^4+/Zr^4+is 2:1.

文摘The effect of synthesis methods on the activity of V/Ce/WTi catalysts was investigated for the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NO_x by NH_3. As a result, these advantages brought about the superior SCR activity and N_2 selectivity for V/Ce/WTi-DP.

文摘Magnetization configurations were calculated under various magnetic fields for nanocrystalline Pr-Fe-B permanent magnets by micromagnetic finite element method.According to the configurations during demagnetization process, the mechanism of magnetization reversal was analyzed. For the Pr2Fe14B with 10 nm grains or its composite with 10vol.% α-Fe, the coercivity was determined by nucleation of reversed domain that took place at grain boundaries. However, for Pr2Fe14B with 30 nm grains, coercivity was controlled by pinning of the nucle-ated domain. For Pr2Fe14B/α-Fe with 30vol.% α-Fe, the demagnetization behavior was characterized by continuous reversal of α-Fe moment.
