The visual noise of each light intensity area is different when the image is drawn by Monte Carlo method.However,the existing denoising algorithms have limited denoising performance under complex lighting conditions and are easy to lose detailed information.So we propose a rendered image denoising method with filtering guided by lighting information.First,we design an image segmentation algorithm based on lighting information to segment the image into different illumination areas.Then,we establish the parameter prediction model guided by lighting information for filtering(PGLF)to predict the filtering parameters of different illumination areas.For different illumination areas,we use these filtering parameters to construct area filters,and the filters are guided by the lighting information to perform sub-area filtering.Finally,the filtering results are fused with auxiliary features to output denoised images for improving the overall denoising effect of the image.Under the physically based rendering tool(PBRT)scene and Tungsten dataset,the experimental results show that compared with other guided filtering denoising methods,our method improves the peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)metrics by 4.2164 dB on average and the structural similarity index(SSIM)metrics by 7.8%on average.This shows that our method can better reduce the noise in complex lighting scenesand improvethe imagequality. 展开更多

Research on Denoising Method of Agricultural Product Terahertz Spectroscopy Based on Adaptive Signal Decomposition

To address the issues of peak overlap caused by complex matrices in agricultural product terahertz(THz)spectral signals and the dynamic,nonlinear interference induced by environmental and system noise,this study explores the feasibility of adaptive-signal-decomposition-based denoising methods to improve THz spectral quality.THz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS)combined with an attenuated total reflection(ATR)accessory was used to collect THz absorbance spectra from 48 peanut samples.Taking the quantitative prediction model of peanut moisture content based on THz-ATR as an example,wavelet transform(WT),empirical mode decomposition(EMD),local mean decomposition(LMD),and its improved methods-segmented local mean decomposition(SLMD)and piecewise mirror extension local mean decomposition(PME-LMD)-were employed for spectral denoising.The applicability of different denoising methods was evaluated using a support vector regression(SVR)model.Experimental results show that the peanut moisture content prediction model constructed after PME-LMD denoising achieved the best performance,with a root mean square error(RMSE),coefficient of determination(R^(2)),and mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)of 0.010,0.912,and 0.040,respectively.Compared with traditional methods,PME-LMD significantly improved spectral quality and model prediction performance.The PME-LMD denoising strategy proposed in this study effectively suppresses non-uniform noise interference in THz spectral signals,providing an efficient and accurate preprocessing method for THz spectral analysis of agricultural products.This research provides theoretical support and technical guidance for the application of THz technology for detecting agricultural product quality. 展开更多

目的:基于腺苷酸蛋白活化激酶/内皮型一氧化氮酶(AMPK/eNOS)信号通路探讨钩藤玄参颗粒对正常高值血压大鼠内皮损伤与线粒体功能障碍的作用机制。方法:体内实验部分,将48只SPF级WKY大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药组(每日缬沙坦8 mg/... 目的:基于腺苷酸蛋白活化激酶/内皮型一氧化氮酶(AMPK/eNOS)信号通路探讨钩藤玄参颗粒对正常高值血压大鼠内皮损伤与线粒体功能障碍的作用机制。方法:体内实验部分,将48只SPF级WKY大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药组(每日缬沙坦8 mg/kg+阿托伐他汀1 mg/kg)及钩藤玄参颗粒低、中、高剂量组(每日予以1.08 g/kg、2.16 g/kg、4.32 g/kg剂量的钩藤玄参颗粒),每组8只。除正常组外,其余组大鼠给予高盐高脂造模8周。造模成功后,给药组分别给予相应剂量药液灌胃8周,每2周检测各组大鼠血压情况。给药结束后采用生化分析仪检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、一磷酸腺苷(AMP)水平,苏木精-伊红(HE)染色检测主动脉病理变化,免疫荧光法检测内皮细胞活力情况,蛋白免疫印迹法(WB)分析腺苷酸蛋白活化激酶(AMPK)、磷酸化腺苷酸蛋白活化激酶(p-AMPK)、内皮型一氧化氮酶(eNOS)、磷酸化内皮型一氧化氮酶(p-eNOS)蛋白表达水平。体外实验部分,将内皮细胞分为正常组、模型组、钩藤玄参颗粒组。采用四甲基罗丹明甲酯(TMRM)探针检测内皮细胞线粒体膜电位,ATP含量试剂盒测定内皮细胞ATP含量变化,采用二氯二氢荧光素二乙酸酯(DCFH-DA)探针检测细胞活性氧,标记线粒体绿色探针和线粒体超氧化物探针(Mito-tracker Green&Mito SOX)联合检测内皮细胞线粒体活性氧,WB检测内皮细胞p-AMPK、p-eNOS蛋白表达水平。结果:体内实验结果表明,与模型组相比,钩藤玄参颗粒组大鼠血压下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血脂四项趋于正常;ATP、AMP、ADP含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);HE染色结果显示,钩藤玄参颗粒组大鼠主动脉内皮形态恢复;免疫荧光结果显示,钩藤玄参颗粒组内皮细胞排列整齐,脱落减少。体外实验结果显示,与模型组相比,钩藤玄参颗粒组含药血清组划痕愈合能力上升,膜电位平均荧光升高,活性氧及线粒体活性氧减少,ATP含量增加,p-AMPK、p-eNOS蛋白表达上调,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:钩藤玄参颗粒可以通过调控AMPK/eNOS信号通路,改善线粒体功能障碍,进而降低内皮损伤引起的高血压。 展开更多

Wavelet Thresholding Denoising Method for Satellite Clock Bias Data Processing Based on Interval Correlation Coefficient

A clock bias data processing method based on interval correlation coefficient wavelet threshold denoising is suggested for minor mistakes in clock bias data in order to increase the efficacy of satellite clock bias prediction.Wavelet analysis was first used to break down the satellite clock frequency data into several levels,producing high and low frequency coefficients for each layer.The correlation coefficients of the high and low frequency coefficients in each of the three sub-intervals created by splitting these coefficients were then determined.The major noise region—the sub-interval with the lowest correlation coefficient—was chosen for thresholding treatment and noise threshold computation.The clock frequency data was then processed using wavelet reconstruction and reconverted to clock data.Lastly,three different kinds of satellite clock data—RTS,whu-o,and IGS-F—were used to confirm the produced data.Our method enhanced the stability of the Quadratic Polynomial(QP)model’s predictions for the C16 satellite by about 40%,according to the results.The accuracy and stability of the Auto Regression Integrated Moving Average(ARIMA)model improved up to 41.8%and 14.2%,respectively,whilst the Wavelet Neural Network(WNN)model improved by roughly 27.8%and 63.6%,respectively.Although our method has little effect on forecasting IGS-F series satellites,the experimental findings show that it can improve the accuracy and stability of QP,ARIMA,and WNN model forecasts for RTS and whu-o satellite clock bias. 展开更多

In this paper,a novel method for investigating the particle-crushing behavior of breeding particles in a fusion blanket is proposed.The fractal theory and Weibull distribution are combined to establish a theoretical model,and its validity was verified using a simple impact test.A crushable discrete element method(DEM)framework is built based on the previously established theoretical model.The tensile strength,which considers the fractal theory,size effect,and Weibull variation,was assigned to each generated particle.The assigned strength is then used for crush detection by comparing it with its maximum tensile stress.Mass conservation is ensured by inserting a series of sub-particles whose total mass was equal to the quality loss.Based on the crushable DEM framework,a numerical simulation of the crushing behavior of a pebble bed with hollow cylindrical geometry under a uniaxial compression test was performed.The results of this investigation showed that the particle withstands the external load by contact and sliding at the beginning of the compression process,and the results confirmed that crushing can be considered an important method of resisting the increasing external load.A relatively regular particle arrangement aids in resisting the load and reduces the occurrence of particle crushing.However,a limit exists to the promotion of resistance.When the strain increases beyond this limit,the distribution of the crushing position tends to be isotropic over the entire pebble bed.The theoretical model and crushable DEM framework provide a new method for exploring the pebble bed in a fusion reactor,considering particle crushing. 展开更多

Effective partitioning is crucial for enabling parallel restoration of power systems after blackouts.This paper proposes a novel partitioning method based on deep reinforcement learning.First,the partitioning decision process is formulated as a Markov decision process(MDP)model to maximize the modularity.Corresponding key partitioning constraints on parallel restoration are considered.Second,based on the partitioning objective and constraints,the reward function of the partitioning MDP model is set by adopting a relative deviation normalization scheme to reduce mutual interference between the reward and penalty in the reward function.The soft bonus scaling mechanism is introduced to mitigate overestimation caused by abrupt jumps in the reward.Then,the deep Q network method is applied to solve the partitioning MDP model and generate partitioning schemes.Two experience replay buffers are employed to speed up the training process of the method.Finally,case studies on the IEEE 39-bus test system demonstrate that the proposed method can generate a high-modularity partitioning result that meets all key partitioning constraints,thereby improving the parallelism and reliability of the restoration process.Moreover,simulation results demonstrate that an appropriate discount factor is crucial for ensuring both the convergence speed and the stability of the partitioning training. 展开更多

The application of nitrogen fertilizers in agricultural fields can lead to the release of nitrogen-containing gases(NCGs),such as NO_(x),NH_(3) and N_(2)O,which can significantly impact regional atmospheric environment and con-tribute to global climate change.However,there remain considerable research gaps in the accurate measurement of NCGs emissions from agricultural fields,hindering the development of effective emission reduction strategies.We improved an open-top dynamic chambers(OTDCs)system and evaluated the performance by comparing the measured and given fluxes of the NCGs.The results showed that the measured fluxes of NO,N_(2)O and NH_(3)were 1%,2%and 7%lower than the given fluxes,respectively.For the determination of NH_(3) concentration,we employed a stripping coil-ion chromatograph(SC-IC)analytical technique,which demonstrated an absorption efficiency for atmospheric NH_(3) exceeding 96.1%across sampling durations of 6 to 60 min.In the summer maize season,we utilized the OTDCs system to measure the exchange fluxes of NO,NH_(3),and N_(2)O from the soil in the North China Plain.Substantial emissions of NO,NH_(3) and N_(2)O were recorded following fertilization,with peaks of 107,309,1239 ng N/(m^(2)·s),respectively.Notably,significant NCGs emissions were observed following sus-tained heavy rainfall one month after fertilization,particularly with NH_(3) peak being 4.5 times higher than that observed immediately after fertilization.Our results demonstrate that the OTDCs system accurately reflects the emission characteristics of soil NCGs and meets the requirements for long-term and continuous flux observation. 展开更多

Marine thin plates are susceptible to welding deformation owing to their low structural stiffness.Therefore,the efficient and accurate prediction of welding deformation is essential for improving welding quality.The traditional thermal elastic-plastic finite element method(TEP-FEM)can accurately predict welding deformation.However,its efficiency is low because of the complex nonlinear transient computation,making it difficult to meet the needs of rapid engineering evaluation.To address this challenge,this study proposes an efficient prediction method for welding deformation in marine thin plate butt welds.This method is based on the coupled temperature gradient-thermal strain method(TG-TSM)that integrates inherent strain theory with a shell element finite element model.The proposed method first extracts the distribution pattern and characteristic value of welding-induced inherent strain through TEP-FEM analysis.This strain is then converted into the equivalent thermal load applied to the shell element model for rapid computation.The proposed method-particularly,the gradual temperature gradient-thermal strain method(GTG-TSM)-achieved improved computational efficiency and consistent precision.Furthermore,the proposed method required much less computation time than the traditional TEP-FEM.Thus,this study lays the foundation for future prediction of welding deformation in more complex marine thin plates. 展开更多

Precision and trueness of a method for determing antimony content in groundwater using hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

At present,there is currently a lack of unified standard methods for the determination of antimony content in groundwater in China.The precision and trueness of related detection technologies have not yet been systematically and quantitatively evaluated,which limits the effective implementation of environmental monitoring.In response to this key technical gap,this study aimed to establish a standardized method for determining antimony in groundwater using Hydride Generation–Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry(HG-AFS).Ten laboratories participated in inter-laboratory collaborative tests,and the statistical analysis of the test data was carried out in strict accordance with the technical specifications of GB/T 6379.2—2004 and GB/T 6379.4—2006.The consistency and outliers of the data were tested by Mandel's h and k statistics,the Grubbs test and the Cochran test,and the outliers were removed to optimize the data,thereby significantly improving the reliability and accuracy.Based on the optimized data,parameters such as the repeatability limit(r),reproducibility limit(R),and method bias value(δ)were determined,and the trueness of the method was statistically evaluated.At the same time,precision-function relationships were established,and all results met the requirements.The results show that the lower the antimony content,the lower the repeatability limit(r)and reproducibility limit(R),indicating that the measurement error mainly originates from the detection limit of the method and instrument sensitivity.Therefore,improving the instrument sensitivity and reducing the detection limit are the keys to controlling the analytical error and improving precision.This study provides reliable data support and a solid technical foundation for the establishment and evaluation of standardized methods for the determination of antimony content in groundwater. 展开更多

[ Method ] The genomic DNAs were extracted from tender leaves of 24 peanut cuhivars and from the liver, lung and kidney of white mouse through the specifically modified CTAB method. The DNAs were run on agarose gel, next detected by DNA/Protein analyzer. Finally PCR amplification was conducted to detect the quality of DNAs extracted using the modified CTAB method. [ Result] The clear and orderly bands were observed in gel detection, and the values of OD200/OD200 for DNAs extracted via modified CTAB method were between 1.77 - 1.83. The DNAs performed well in PCR amplification. [ Conclusion] The DNAs extracted by modified CTAB method could satisfy the requirement of PCR amplification. 展开更多

ObjectiveThe aim was to seek for a rapid DNA minipreparation method from wheat leaf. MethodThe total DNA of wheat leaf was extracted using CTAB, SDS and boiling water, separately, with some modifications. Integrity and purity of nucleic acids were detected through agarose gel electrophoresis, ultraviolet absorption and PCR. ResultThe DNA extracted by the modified CTAB method had high quality and purity, and was not degraded. Two hundreds of DNA samples could be extracted each workday by per capita using this method; and the PCR detection of wheat transgenic plants showed that amplified bands of target gene were clear, without false-positive, and the test results were satisfactory. The DNA purity and concentration extracted by modified SDS method were not as good as that extracted by modified CTAB method, but it also met the DNA requirements of major molecular research. The DNA quantity extracted by modified boiling method was small and there were a lot of impurities in it, PCR detection of this DNA showed no amplified band. ConclusionModified CTAB method is a simple and rapid method for DNA minipreparation from wheat leaf, and was suitable for PCR amplification and other molecular biology researches. 展开更多

The obtained DNAs were detected by absorbance detection, agarose gel and PCR amplification. [ Result ] Cutting Method performed better than the other two methods compared in purity, extracting cycle and cost, accordingly more suitable for PCR amplification. [Objective] This study was to find out a quick,simple,and low-cost method for the extraction of sorghum genomic DNA.[Method] Four plant genomic DNA extraction methods based on CTAB,including liquid nitrogen grinding method(method I),buffer grinding method(method II),drying grinding method(method III)and directly grinding method(method IV),were used to extract the sorghum genomic DNA from leaves;further the quantity and quality of the yielded DNA were detected by gel electrophoresis,SSR-PCR and SRAP-PCR.[Result] These four methods performed no remarkable difference in DNA product.The method I and method II produced DNA with higher purity and better integrity,which,especially from method I,is effective for SRAP-PCR and SSR-PCR.While the DNA extracted via method III and method IV had less integrality and lower purity,and only effective in SSR-PCR.[Conclusion] Enough amount of sorghum genomic DNA to perform tens of PCR could be quickly extracted using all these four methods.The DNA obtained via method I and method II had a broader application spectrum(SRAP,RAPD,ISSR and SSR)than that via method III and method IV which is only proper for PCR targeting small DNA fragments(SSR). 展开更多

To rapidly obtain high-quality genomic DNA from Chenopodium quinoa Willd, the genomic DAN in different tissues (leaves, stems and roots) of Chenopodi- um quinoa Willd was extracted by modified CTAB method, SDS method and high- salt Iow-pH method, respectively. The quality and yield of extracted DNA was deter- mined using agarose gel electrophoresis and UV spectrophotometry. At the same time, the PCR-SSR and SSCP molecular detection was also performed. The results showed that the gel test strips, without obvious decomposition, of all the extraction methods were relatively obvious; the genomic DNA yield extracted by modified CTAB method was highest, followed by that by SDS method, and the genomic DNA extracted by high-salt Iow-pH method was lowest: the genomic DNA yields extracted by different methods from Chenopodium quinoa Wiltd leaves were all high- er than those from roots and stems; the quality of Chenopodium quinoa Willd ge- nomic DNA extracted by modified CTAB method and high-salt Iow-pH method was better, and polyphenols, polysaccharides and other impurities were removed more completely. The PCR-SSR and SSCP detection results showed that the genomic DNA extracted by different methods from different tissues of Chenopodium quinoa Willd all could be better amplified, and high-quality strips could be obtained. So the Chenopodium quinoa Willd genomic DNA extracted by the three methods all can be used for subsequent molecular biology research. 展开更多

[ Objective] The aim was to establish the method of extracting genomic DNA from sheep blood clot on the basis of the improvement of method for extracting genomic DNA from tissues. [Method]The genomic DNA with complete primary structure and high purity was obtained from the sheep blood clot after the steps of cutting the sheep blood clot with ophthalmic scissors, cell lysis with tissue DNA extracts and digested by proteinase K, extracting with phenol/chloroform and precipitating with ethanol were performed. [ Result] The concentration of the extracted DNA was 159.90 ±0.70 ng/μl and the ratio of the A260/A280 was 1.80 +0.01. The sheep microsatellite locus of BM203 was amplified by using the extracted DNA from the sheep blood clot as template of PCR, and the PCR result was perfect. [Conclusion]This method is simple and feasible, the quantity and quality of the extracted DNA can satisfy the demands for the subsequent researches. [Objective] To investigate the effects of different loading methods on tobacco leaf quality.[Method] With tobacco comb,tobacco clamp,and tobacco basket,color,phenolic compounds and their antioxidant capacity of flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied.[Result] The results showed that L*,a* and b* values of tobacco leaves packaged by tobacco clamp and comb were higher than those of tobacco basket and no significant differences were found beween values of a* and b*,however,between L* and h values,remarkable differences existed among three loading methods.Total phenolic content and chlorogenic acid content of tobacco leaves loaded by tobacco comb kept the highest,followed by smoke clamp and tobacco basket (P<0.05).On the other hand,rutin content showed little differences among treatments.The order of the antioxidant properties,such as DPPH free radical scavenging activity and reducing powder,of tobacco leaves by different loading methods was tobacco comb > tobacco clamp > loose basket and a positive relationship was found of antioxiang property with total phenolic content and chlorogenic acid content.[Conclusion] In view of tobacco leaves quality and antioxidant property,loading method with tobacco comb proved to be a better choice. 展开更多
