Niobium doped Zincoxide nanoparticles has been synthesized through electrochemical method and characterized by UV-Visible spectroscopy, IR Spectroscopy, SEM, XRD, ICPMS and EDAX data. The UV-Visible spectroscopy result reveals that the band gap energy of ZnO/Nb2O5 nanoparticles to be 3.8 eV. The XRD results show that the crystallite size is to be 31.9 nm. The ICPMS data indicate the presence of 3,3461,328 counts of 93 Nb and 577,906,390 counts of 66 Zn. An improvement in the photocatalytic degradation of Indigocarmine dye (IC) in comparison to commercially available pure ZnO was observed. The photodegradation efficiency for ZnO/Nb2O5 and ZnO were found to be 97.4% and 52.1% respectively. The enhancement in photocatalytic activity of ZnO/ Nb2O5 was ascribed to the extended light absorption range and suppression of electron hole pair recombination upon Nb loading. The antibacterial activity of ZnO/Nb2O5 nanoparticles was investigated. These particles were shown to have an effective bactericide. 展开更多

Quantum-chemical calculation methods have been used to examine an influence of tautomeric equilibrium [Azo  Hydrazo] on a structure of 1:2 chromium metal complex dyes called Gryfalan Navy Blue RL (CI 15 707, Acid Blue 193) and Gryfalan Black RL (Acid Black 194). Chromatographic analysis indicates that synthesis yields a mixture of several dyes with different shades. Studies conducted to date have suggested that such dye complexes can constitute Drew-Pfitzner or Pfeiffer-Schetty structural isomers [1]. It is a know fact, that o-hydroxy-azo dyes exist in equilibrium of tautomeric azo and hydrazone forms. We decided to examine, whether color properties of examined metal-complex dyes can be influenced also by an azo-hydrazone equilibrium and what kind of influence on it has sulphonic groups present in molecules. Calculation and optimization of the geometrical structure were performed using the AM1 methods for monoazoo-hydroxy-azo dyesand ZINDO/1 for 1:2 chromium metal complex dyes. It was stated that monoazo dyes can create complexes in both forms: azo and hydrazone, because energy differences between each form of the metal complex dye are so small, that the monoazo dye can, in practice, create complexes in both the azo and the hydrazone form, with energy differences not exceeding about 4 - 11 kcal/mol. It is calculated that spatial structure changes with an angle of about 90° between two molecules of the dye, and angles of 10° - 20° between the naphthalene moieties. Similar electron density on the hydroxyl and ketone groups suggests that the mixture contains a dominant share of the azo form. The presence of an ionised sulphonic group was also found to affect on the tautomer equilibrium. 展开更多

The Zeolite Y as a support was modified by the incorporating of Fe and TiO2 in one single step using impregnation method. The synergistic effects between those components enhance the catalytic activity for the degradation of amaranth dye under ultrasonic irradiation with output power of 50 W and 40 kHz frequency. Different characterization techniques were used to elucidate the physical and chemical properties of the produced catalysts. The XRD results indicated that the type of titanium precursor significantly effects on the crystallinity of 0.4% Fe/15%TiO2-NaY catalyst. The AFM results detected that the TiO2 formed a layer covered the surface of zeolite while Fe clusters were located close to TiO2. The influence of reaction parameters such as TiO2 and Fe content, pH values, amount of hydrogen peroxide used, catalyst loading and the initial dye concentration were investigated for the decolorization efficiency of amaranth. The maximum decolorization efficiency for 0.4%Fe/15%TiO2-NaY was 100% after 120 min of reaction time with an initial dye concentration of 30 mg/L, 2 g/L of catalyst loading, natural pH about 5.5 and 0.65 mM H2O2. 展开更多

A photoanode with Ga-doped ZnO nanorods has been prepared on F-doped SnO2 (FTO) coated glass substrate and its application in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) has been investigated. Ga-doped ZnO nanorods have been synthesized by an electric-field-assisted wet chemical approach at 80?C. Under a direct current electric field, the nanorods predominantly grow on cathodes. The results of the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and photoluminescence verify that Ga dopant is successfully incorporated into the ZnO wurtzite lattice structure. Finally, employing Ga-doped ZnO nanorods with the length of ~5 μm as the photoanode of DSSCs, an overall energy conversion efficiency of 2.56% is achieved. The dramatically improved performance of Ga-doped ZnO based DSSCs compared with that of pure ZnO is due to the higher electron conductivity. 展开更多

基于Herzberg和Graff“C”两种染色剂的特点和工作原理,探索了不同染色剂质量分数、温度和染色时间对针叶材、阔叶材和麻浆纤维染色结果差异性的影响,通过系统调整染色剂质量分数(100%、92%、90%、80%)、温度(10~50℃)和时间(10~40 s)... 基于Herzberg和Graff“C”两种染色剂的特点和工作原理,探索了不同染色剂质量分数、温度和染色时间对针叶材、阔叶材和麻浆纤维染色结果差异性的影响,通过系统调整染色剂质量分数(100%、92%、90%、80%)、温度(10~50℃)和时间(10~40 s)成功建立了一种简单高效的鉴别混合浆纤维组成的方法。发现通过调整染色剂质量分数可以逐步实现对麻浆和阔叶材纤维的最为显著的识别效果,针叶材纤维可通过颜色的深浅程度判断其存在与否。当Herzberg染色剂稀释到标准染色剂的90%,染色20 s时可识别混合浆中麻浆纤维;Graff“C”染色剂稀释到标准染色剂的90%,染色30 s时可识别阔叶材纤维。通过单因素试验可得:染色剂的质量分数对染色结果影响最大,且相同质量分数下的染色时间和染色温度对染色效果影响不显著。在最佳染色工艺条件下,对5种商品卷烟纸样(S1~S5)进行了鉴定,确认在不同的时间、温度等环境条件下建立的识别方法可以有效分辨纤维种类,且具有高度的稳定性。 展开更多

Photodegradation has emerged as an environmentally friendly method of decomposing harmful dyes in wastewater. In this study, core-shell Fe3O4/SiO2/ TiO2 nanospheres with magnetic cores were obtained from synthesised magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles through the precipitation method, the surface of the magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles was coated with a silica (SiO2) layer by hydrolysis of tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) as a silica source, and finally, Fe3O4/SiO2 nanospheres were coated with titanium (TiO2) layer using tetrabutyltitanate (TBT) as a precursor through the sol-gel process. The morphology and structure of the prepared materials were characterised by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry (EDAX), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The photocatalytic activities of the prepared core-shell nanospheres were studied using binary azo dyes, namely methyl orange (anionic dye, MO) and methylene blue (cationic dye, MB) in aqueous solution under UV light irradiation (365 nm), and UV-Vis spectrophotometer was utilised to monitor the amount of each dye in the mixture. It was found that 90.2% and 100% of binary MO and MB were removed for 5 h, respectively. The results revealed that the efficiency of the photocatalytic degradation of the core-shell nanospheres was not degreased after five runs that can be used as recyclable photocatalysts. The results show that the performance of the prepared core-shell nanospheres was better than that of commercial TiO2 nanoparticles. Moreover, the magnetic separation properties of the core-shell Fe3O4/SiO2/TiO2 nanospheres can enable the prepared materials to have wider application prospects. 展开更多

To study the theoretical bases of the mechanism of reaction formation of cyanine dyes, special importance is gained by methods of quantum chemistry. The use of these methods is provided with the known molecular and dynamic HyperChem program. The purpose of studying was quantum and chemical studying of features of a geometrical and electronic structure of model molecules of penicillin acid, of derivative of glutaconic dialdehyde (DGD), and the cyanine dyes, and also an assessment of power of process of their formation. For studying was carried out the experimental mark of chemism of course of reaction with theoretical justification of the mechanism of reaction formation of cyanine dyes. The results show that all studied model molecules are thermodynamic steady systems to what values of enthalpies of their formation, rather high on an absolute value, testify negative on a sign. 响应面法优化ZIF-67/PES吸附剂处理染料废水

为建立高灵敏度的蜜蜂囊状幼虫病毒(SBV)检测方法,通过反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)测序确定了云南省蒙自市的中华蜜蜂与意大利蜜蜂蜂群中SBV的优势流行株(GenBank登录号:MZ821922.1),针对其保守序列设计引物。提取样品总RNA并经反转... 为建立高灵敏度的蜜蜂囊状幼虫病毒(SBV)检测方法,通过反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)测序确定了云南省蒙自市的中华蜜蜂与意大利蜜蜂蜂群中SBV的优势流行株(GenBank登录号:MZ821922.1),针对其保守序列设计引物。提取样品总RNA并经反转录获得cDNA后,采用SYBR GreenⅠ染料法建立反转录实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-qPCR)检测方法,并对该方法的特异性、灵敏度、重复性及实用性进行验证。结果表明,所设计引物特异性良好;构建的SBV阳性质粒标准品浓度为2.62×10^(10)copies/μL,在2.62×10^(3)—2.62×10^(10)copies/μL浓度范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)=0.9991),扩增效率为102.6%。该方法灵敏度高(检出限为2.62×10^(0) copies/μL)、特异性强(与蜜蜂其他3种常见病毒无交叉反应),且重复性好(组内、组间变异系数均低于1.19%)。对云南省蒙自市与贡山县蜂样进行两步法RT-qPCR和RT-PCR检测,发现两步法RT-qPCR的检测灵敏度明显高于RT-PCR:总样本阳性检出率(56.1%vs 11.5%)、贡山县中华蜜蜂(46.2%vs 5.4%)、蒙自市中华蜜蜂(80.0%vs 25.0%)及蒙自市意大利蜜蜂(53.3%vs 13.3%)。综上,所建立的SBV两步法荧光定量PCR(SYBR GreenⅠ)检测方法灵敏、可靠,可为我国SBV的快速检测、早期诊断与流行病学监测提供有效技术支持。 展开更多

实现CFD计算流程中网格生成及计算流程的自动化,能显著提高CFD仿真效率,具有重要应用价值。以扎染算法为基础的全自动CFD模拟技术架构,实现输入实体模型后无须几何清理,即可自动生成网格、快速开始无黏超声速流场计算的功能。通过二维... 实现CFD计算流程中网格生成及计算流程的自动化,能显著提高CFD仿真效率,具有重要应用价值。以扎染算法为基础的全自动CFD模拟技术架构,实现输入实体模型后无须几何清理,即可自动生成网格、快速开始无黏超声速流场计算的功能。通过二维数值算例验证了该技术的计算精度和非结构有限体积法相当,但计算效率明显提升;开发出基于手绘模型实时开始计算的Auto-CFD软件,理论上能对二维任意外形进行全自动模拟计算;将该技术从二维空间推广到三维,以激光扫描汽车得到的不规则点云作为外形演示了本技术对复杂外形问题的适应能力。基于扎染算法发展的Auto-CFD技术架构,兼容主流差分格式,具有良好的网格适应性,有望解决现有Auto-CFD软件存在的技术问题。 展开更多
