Under China's goal of carbon neutrality,there is a huge demand for carbon dioxide(CO_(2))capture,utilization,and storage technology(CCUS).CO_(2) transport,as a crucial link in the CCUS industrial chain,will inevit...Under China's goal of carbon neutrality,there is a huge demand for carbon dioxide(CO_(2))capture,utilization,and storage technology(CCUS).CO_(2) transport,as a crucial link in the CCUS industrial chain,will inevitably rely on the construction of long-distance CO_(2) pipelines and infrastructure.Due to the late start and small scale of China's CO_(2) pipeline construction,and the relative lag in related technologies and policies,it is urgent to make systematical planning and achieve relevant technological breakthroughs for the future construction of CO_(2) pipeline network as a public infrastructure.Therefore,a three-stage pipeline development path is proposed based on the analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics and the temporal pattern of large-scale commercial development of CO_(2) carbon sources and storage in China.Moreover,solutions and suggestions are proposed upon the developments analysis in China from the perspectives of pipeline transportation technology,safety evaluation,materials and equipment,and integrity.The results show that the construction of CO_(2) pipeline network as an important CCUS infrastructure will accelerate with the development of the global CCUS industry;the spatial distribution of CO_(2) emission sources and storage is unbalanced in China,with 65.8%from the eastern and central China,and CO_(2)flooding and geological storage contributing to most of large-scale CO_(2) pipeline transportation.The conclusions are as follows.First,the three-stage development path is a million-ton demonstration project of supercritical CO_(2) transmission pipeline before China peaks carbon emissions.After the achievement of carbon peak,a 10 million-ton regional network architecture of CO_(2) pipeline network centered on basins will be built,and trunk pipelines between regions will be formed before achieving carbon neutrality,establishing the national carbon transmission network with a transportation capacity of 10108 ton,and a total mileage of approximately 6104 km.Second,we should carry out research on the technology and equipment for the full phase CO_(2) pipeline transportation onshore and offshore,improve the domestic pipeline transportation technology,and promote the continuous improvement of the regulatory system in the pipeline transportation industry,so as to facilitate the implementation of demonstration projects.展开更多
As a clean,low-carbon,efficient and renewable energy source,hydrogen has gradually become an important energy carrier to combat climate change and achieve sustainable development in the world.China is now facing the s...As a clean,low-carbon,efficient and renewable energy source,hydrogen has gradually become an important energy carrier to combat climate change and achieve sustainable development in the world.China is now facing the stress of realizing the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,where hydrogen will play a significant role.Against this backdrop,to develop China's hydrogen strategy under the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,this paper explores the hydrogen resource endowment in China,presents the concepts such as Hydrogen Ethics and the Hu's Hydrogen Line,and discusses the status quo and existing advantages in hydrogen production,storage,transport and utilization in China.Six major obstacles and challenges that China's hydrogen energy industry is facing are pointed out,i.e.cost problem,inadequate hydrogen infrastructures,low energy efficiency mismatching the development progress of renewable energy,insufficient market demand,shortcomings in technology,and imperfect policy system.Finally,five policy suggestions for the future development of China's hydrogen energy industry are proposed as follows:(1)make an action plan as a response to the national hydrogen development plan;(2)build an international and domestic double-cycle hydrogen economic system;(3)incorporate hydrogen into the establishment of a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system;(4)accelerate the technological innovation to form advanced hydrogen technologies;and(5)construct hydrogen-oriented industrial clusters/parks to expand the hydrogen utilization market.It is concluded that for meeting the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,China should leverage the dual advantages of hydrogen as an energy carrier and an industrial raw material,allowing the hydrogen industry to play a synergistic role in ensuring the country's energy security,promoting the socio-economic transformation and upgrading,and protecting the ecological environment,thereby providing a technical option and support for China to achieve the ultimate goal of carbon neutrality.展开更多
The purpose of this article is to classify the regional economic types and development dynamics of small towns in suburb Beijing by applying the classification methods developed by Nelson's method and Location Quo...The purpose of this article is to classify the regional economic types and development dynamics of small towns in suburb Beijing by applying the classification methods developed by Nelson's method and Location Quotient method into 183 small towns in Beijing.Four types of small towns are thus identified,including urban agriculture dominated towns,manufacturing dominated towns,service industry dominated towns and comprehensive type towns with balanced economic development.Within the environment of geographical information system,the spatial distribution pattern of four types of small towns with their evolution trend is analyzed.The results indicate that four types of small towns have obvious'core-periphery'spatial structure but with different functional orientations and evolution mechanisms.Based on this,the different development strategies for each type of small towns are summarized,providing a scientific reference for the differentiating planning and development strategies of these small towns.展开更多

Mining sector is a strategic sector in East Kalimantan but post coal mining land has the problem for land using. The research method used survey method and laboratory test on 21 entities/companies with the status of cooperative and non-cooperative approach and land resource evaluation on 30 respondent keys (key informant). Analysis of data is using the evaluation of land potential: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), IRR, NPV and BCR. The results showed that there are 2 scenarios decisions in the development of coal mining region that is the optimistic scenario on 2 aspects namely: (1) tourism (recreational parks and historical tours) and (2) aspects of the fishery (tilapia, goldfish, catfish). Then, in the moderate scenario, there are 3 aspects of development: (1) services (administration and housing); (2) fisheries (cork fish and damselfish) and (3) agriculture (guava, melinjo and dragon fruit). Optimizing the utilization of post-coal mining land in the regency of Kutai Kartanegara can be carried out with reference to these two types of scenarios as a manifestation of an engine of regional development.展开更多

文摘Physical geography,one of the branches of geography,is the basic discipline of geographic science.And it is the scientific foundation of ecology,environmental science and other related disciplines.Physical geography focuses on spatial characteristics,evolution and regional differentiation of the earth’s surface.In the new period of rapid development of social economy,and science and technology,physical geography is more closely and widely connected with human geography and,information geography.This paper analyzed the forming process of the physical geography,expressed sub-discipline structure of integrated physical geography,sectoral physical geography,human living-environment geography,and proposed the development strategy of physical geography and its sub-branch disciplines,key priority of development goals and directions in China.
文摘Energy and electrical power is very important in economy and society. China has faced an increasingly serious energy shortage in the past decade. On the other hand, energy consumption and power generation, releasing carbon dioxide and other gaseous emissions from fossil fuels, may pollute the environment. Nuclear power, as an alternative energy source, would reduce these gaseous emissions. Both global warming and sustainable energy supply can be solved to some extent by the application of nuclear power. In the aspects of regaining economic advantages, environmental protection, the security and reliability of energy, nuclear power has an obvious superiority. In this paper, we present the energy status in quo of China, and discuss ways to realize the sustainable development of energy and power.

文摘East Kalimantan province is one of the largest coal deposit reserve source, especially in the mining and quarrying sector. Mining sector is a strategic sector in East Kalimantan but post coal mining land has the problem for land using. The research method used survey method and laboratory test on 21 entities/companies with the status of cooperative and non-cooperative approach and land resource evaluation on 30 respondent keys (key informant). Analysis of data is using the evaluation of land potential: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), IRR, NPV and BCR. The results showed that there are 2 scenarios decisions in the development of coal mining region that is the optimistic scenario on 2 aspects namely: (1) tourism (recreational parks and historical tours) and (2) aspects of the fishery (tilapia, goldfish, catfish). Then, in the moderate scenario, there are 3 aspects of development: (1) services (administration and housing); (2) fisheries (cork fish and damselfish) and (3) agriculture (guava, melinjo and dragon fruit). Optimizing the utilization of post-coal mining land in the regency of Kutai Kartanegara can be carried out with reference to these two types of scenarios as a manifestation of an engine of regional development.
