It is an inevitable choice and important way to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. This paper reviewed the construction background,functional characteristics and development history of agricultural science and technology parks. It analyzed the current development situations of the provincial agricultural science and technology parks in Jiangyang District,Luzhou City of Sichuan Province. Then,it summarized its experience in park construction and compared with surrounding national and provincial agricultural science and technology parks. It found existing problems including insufficient industry-university-research integration,low level of agricultural intensification,weak functions of public service platforms and brand effect,and insufficient exploration of tourism resources. In 2021, oil and gas fields were widely distributed, the number of non-producing oil and gas fields was large;the whole oil and gas remaining recoverable reserves declined slightly, unconventional oil and gas remaining recoverable reserves dropped significantly;the overall oil and gas production continuously increased, the outputs of key resource-host countries kept year-on-year growth;undeveloped oilfields had abundant reserves and great development potential. Combined with global oil and gas geopolitics, oil and gas industry development trends, oil and gas investment intensity, and the tracking and judgment of hotspot fields, the major trends of global oil and gas development in 2021 are summarized. 文摘This paper presents an analysis of four aspects,including the distribution and production of global oil and gas fields,the distribution and changes of remaining recoverable reserves,the differences in oil and gas production between regions/countries,and the development potentials of oil and gas fields unproduced and to be produced in 2023.On this basis,the situation and characteristics of global oil and gas development are expounded,and the trend of global oil and gas development is summarized.In 2023,upstream oil and gas production landscape is expanding,and the number of oil and gas fields in production is increasing significantly;oil and gas recoverable reserves increased year-on-year,driven by significant contributions from new discoveries and reserve re-estimates;the overall oil and gas production grew continuously,with notable contributions from new projects coming online and capacity expansion efforts;and the oil and gas fields unproduced or to be produced,especially large onshore conventional oil fields and economically challenging offshore gas fields,host abundant recoverable reserves.From the perspectives of reshaping oil and gas production areas due to the pandemic and Russia-Ukraine conflicts,geopolitical crises,capital expenditure structures in petroleum exploration and development,and the proactive layout of oil and gas associated resources,the trend of global oil and gas development in 2023 was analyzed systematically.The enlightenment and suggestions in four aspects are proposed for Chinese oil companies to focus on core businesses and clarify development strategies in the post-pandemic era and the context of energy transition:The global oil and gas landscape is undergoing profound adjustments,and it is essential to grasp development trends,especially in core businesses;upstream business exhibits a strong potential,and emerging fields are considered as new growth poles;the prospects for tight/shale oil and gas are promising,and new pathways to ensure national energy security are explored;cutting-edge breakthroughs are achieved in emerging industries of strategic importance,and a comprehensive energy collaboration system for supply security is established.

文摘Taking ISI Web of Science thesis database as the data source of document retrieval, and biomass energy and related words as the index words, a retrieval of papers from 2000 to 2013 was conducted, and the research and development situation of international biomass energy were analyzed from aspects of quantity, region, organization, sources, subject and influence. The results show that the number of papers on biomass energy research presented the linear growth as a whole over the past years. United States, China, Germany and Canada had become the focus countries of the study of biomass energy. Environmental science and ecology, agronomy, engineering and bio-technology, etc. had become the key areas of biomass energy research. Highly cited papers in the field of biomass energy had published in Nature, Science, Chemical Reviews and so forth, which shows that biomass energy research has become an international hot spot.

文摘Mozambique is an essential country in the Belt and Road Initiative,and it is also to cooperation between China and with Africa in energy resources.It is located in the critical node of the“East Africa Channel”and close to the“African Twin Ocean Railway”,which is an important strategic position.Mozambique has abundant mineral resources and vast reserves of advantageous minerals.The natural gas reserves of Mozambique ranked second in Africa.It also has world--class scale graphite and rich iron,gold,copper,niobium-tantalum and other resources.In recent years,the mining industry in this country has been rising and attracting many foreign companies to invest,including international mining giants such as Vale,Rio Tinto and large mining enterprises of China.This paper systematically studies the mineral resources endowment,exploration and development situations of natural gas,graphite,titanium-zircon placer deposits,niobium-tantalum,gold,iron and other strategic minerals in Mozambique,comprehensively analyzes the mining investment environment and the current situation of exploration and development of Chinese enterprises in Mozambique,and replans four safeguard areas of strategic mineral resources in critical short supply.Mozambique generally has good prospects of mining investment and a stable foundation for cooperation with China.Chinese enterprises can focus on oil and natural gas,graphite,titanium,zirconium,niobium,tantalum,and iron,which complement the needs of China,expand the mining capacity cooperation,and improve the ability to secure strategic mineral resources supply.

文摘The ancient Silk Road is the main way that connected the communication between ancient China and foreign countries. Until now, many regions along the Silk Road still have broad prospect for development. These abundant tourist resources are also rich in cultural aspects. Among their natural scenery and folk custom, there are various tourist resources could be developed. Developing sport resource which is in the Yunnan section of the Silk Road will be important for boosting Yunnan＇ s tourism. After opening up its tourism, the sport tourism could be transformed into economic and industrial superiority, and then improves the whole economic development of Yunnan areas, achieving a coordinated development for Yunnan＇ s tourism and sport industry. The article analyses and studies the present situation of development which connected with the sport resource in the Yunnan section of the Silk Road. Basing on it, the article comes up with some suggestions about how to develop Yunnan＇ s sport tourism resource.
