[Methed] Bio-safety disposal and recovering processing of excrements in a duck farm were researched based on technology of configuration, detection, digestion, EM and poultry breeding. [Result] The integrated application technology is quite simple and the cost is not high. During breeding period, excellent organic fertilizers and high-protein forages could be obtained without any antibiotics. Furthermore, secondary wastes and pollution would not occur. In addition, ammonia was lower in excrements processed with earthworm and air pollution was reduced; the produced humus provided organic fertilizers and improved barren soils. A 3D simulation design of comprehensive testing system for detecting strata mining-induced fractures on surface with radon gas (CTSR) was carried out by using a large-scale 3D solid model design software Pro/Engineer (Pro/E), which overcame three main disadvantages of ''static design thought, 2D planar design and heavy workload for remodification design'' on exiting design for mining engineering test systems. Meanwhile, based on the simulation design results of Pro/E software, the sta- bility of the jack-screw pressure bar for the key component in CTSR was checked with a material mechan- ics theory, which provided a reliable basis for materials selection during the latter machining process.展开更多

Methods: from June 2020 to June 2021, 129 samples of tuberculosis sputum samples in the basic...Objective: to discuss and study the value of GeneXpert PCR detection technology in specific population in basic laboratory. Methods: from June 2020 to June 2021, 129 samples of tuberculosis sputum samples in the basic laboratory were included in the study. Smear detection method and GeneXpert PCR detection technology were used to detect and analyze these sputum samples successively, and the positive and negative detection rates of tuberculosis in the two detection methods were compared. The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic consistency of the two methods were compared. Results: the positive rate of tuberculosis detected by GeneXpert PCR was significantly higher than that detected by smear, while the negative rate was significantly lower than that detected by smear (P<0.05). The detection sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic consistency of GeneXpert PCR were significantly better than that of smear (P<0.05). Conclusion: in the laboratory backlog crowd detection work, using PCR detection device instrument technology, can guarantee the overall detection diagnosis to a great extent, improve TB positive and negative detection rate, improve the diagnostic specificity, sensitivity, consistency, effective help medical researchers found that people with TB, promote the continuous positive development of the laboratory.展开更多

文摘The road traffic industry in China has been developing rapidly in recent years.Asphalt has become the main material in road construction because of its seamless connection and short construction period,and it has an important impact on the overall quality of highway construction.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct scientific and reasonable tests and detections for highway asphalt pavement.This paper presents a discussion on the test and detection technology of highway asphalt pavement for future reference.
文摘Objective: to discuss and study the value of GeneXpert PCR detection technology in specific population in basic laboratory. Methods: from June 2020 to June 2021, 129 samples of tuberculosis sputum samples in the basic laboratory were included in the study. Smear detection method and GeneXpert PCR detection technology were used to detect and analyze these sputum samples successively, and the positive and negative detection rates of tuberculosis in the two detection methods were compared. The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic consistency of the two methods were compared. Results: the positive rate of tuberculosis detected by GeneXpert PCR was significantly higher than that detected by smear, while the negative rate was significantly lower than that detected by smear (P<0.05). The detection sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic consistency of GeneXpert PCR were significantly better than that of smear (P<0.05). Conclusion: in the laboratory backlog crowd detection work, using PCR detection device instrument technology, can guarantee the overall detection diagnosis to a great extent, improve TB positive and negative detection rate, improve the diagnostic specificity, sensitivity, consistency, effective help medical researchers found that people with TB, promote the continuous positive development of the laboratory.

At present, research on residual stress at home and abroad mainly focuses on the optimization of traditional detection technology, stress control of manufacturing process and service performance evaluation, among which research on residual stress detection methods mainly focuses on the improvement of the accuracy, sensitivity, reliability and other performance of existing detection methods, but it still faces many challenges such as extremely small detection range, low efficiency, large error and limited application range.

文摘Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic pathogen widely distributed in the natural environment,which can cause a variety of infections,especially in people with low immunity and high pathogenicity.In recent years,significant progress has been made in the detection technology of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,covering traditional methods,molecular biology techniques,immunological methods and automated detection systems.Traditional methods such as the national standard method and the filter membrane method are easy to operate,but have the problems of long time consuming and limited sensitivity.Molecular biological techniques(such as PCR,gene cloning)and immunological methods(such as ELISA,colloidal gold immunochromatography)have significantly improved the sensitivity and specificity of detection,but they require high equipment and technology,and are expensive.Automated detection systems,such as VITEK 2 Compact and AutoMS 1000 mass spectrometry identification system,are excellent in improving detection efficiency and accuracy,but their high cost and complex operation process limit their wide application.In addition,the resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to bacteriostatic agents further increases the difficulty of detection.In this paper,the development and application of immunological detection technology,molecular biological technology and immunological technology of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were reviewed,and the principles,advantages,disadvantages and research progress of various detection technologies of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were described,and the future development trend was prospected,in order to provide reference for the optimization and development of detection methods of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
